Hey there! We are a couple (with a very sweet and friendly elderly cat) searching for a single, preferably large bedroom with relatively easy access to Monash + Deakin University. Tim is a Maths student at Monash who does theatre, is a video game enthusiast + a ripper musician while Tina is a qualified nurse that studies at Deakin, adores art, vegan/vegetarian cooking and adventures! We are both tidy, respectful and very easy going people with an excellent sense of humour. Message us if we sound like the right room mates for your house and we'll arrange for a time to meet you.
Hi Guys, My name is Jesher. I am a IT professional working full time. I am very friendly and easy going. I would regard myself as a highly organised. I like watching movies, playing outdoor games and also hanging out with friends . I am looking for a shared house with own bathroom or en suite.
Hey everyone, My name's Tom, I'm 32 years old and I've been living in a share house with three other housemates for over five years and am looking for a new place in the same or surrounding areas. I'm reliable in keeping up with house cleaning and also paying the rent and bills on time. Being relaxed and easy going at home is my thing. I'm happy to have a chat and a laugh after work, but I also respect if you want to do your own thing. Working full-time in the city keeps me busy during the day and going to the gym keeps me busy every other night. Cooking and talking movies and pop culture are my favourite past times. I'd be a great candidate for trivia nights! I'll bring a vacuum cleaner to share and I have a large fridge that is less than a year old and easily caters for up to four housemates, so I'm happy to bring it along or sell the fridge to my current housemates. I'm looking to live with friendly, easy going and like-minded people.
Hey, I'm a very relaxed person who's easy to get along with. I like quiet and peaceful households, and I pretty much keep to myself, but I also enjoy chatting and interacting with others. I clean up after myself and like to make sure that my area is tidy because I respect others' space and want to provide comfort and ease for those I would be living with.
I like to have personal space as well as like to make friends. Good to have around kind of guy. Work and studies keep busy but still like to have chat, watch movies, sports etc whenever have time.
Hello! I'm a 28 year old female with a retired racing greyhound. I work part time and will be starting my Masters in Creative Art Therapy in July. I'm currently living in Coburg but as I work in Mt Waverley and my family is out that way I'm looking to move back to the Eastern Suburbs where I grew up! I'm looking to move between the start of June or the end of June. I'm clean and conscientious of others and I'm pretty quiet (definitely not a party animal). I love a cup of tea/coffee and a chat/movie night. My interests are anything creative, reading, music and spending time with friends/family and my beautiful greyhound Roy!
Hi! I'm a third year Food&Nutrition Science/Commerce student at Deakin. I am originally from a small NE Victorian town and have been living in the big smoke for uni. I love travelling (just completing a 6mth exchange to Hong Kong) and anything to do with food and culture. I'm outgoing and very adventurous, willing to try just about anything new. But I also enjoy spending time chilling with a book or Netflix and socialising over food or drinks. Im very easy to live with (so all my previous roomies have told me) - I've lived in shared campus accommodation for the past three years... so that adds up to a lot of good praise!!
So it's time for me to move closer to work, as my long commute to the office each weekday has finally got on my nerves. As an active person that enjoys exploring Victoria I'm often out and about hiking or biking on weekends, but when I'm home and have the time I like learning to cook new meals (vegetarian is a specialty), spending time relaxing out in the backyard, watching a bit of TV or surfing the web. Being an engineer my work hours are generally 8.30am - 6pm on weekdays and I usually play basketball at least one night a week. Would be great to have a couple shared interests with my potential housemate/s, so give us a heads up as to what you enjoy doing in your spare time if you are to message me. I come house trained, so that means I clean up after myself (and often others), make time each day to complete the necessary chores, pay my bills early or on time and am more than happy to socialise when the time is appropriate. Would like to find a place that could accommodate a future pet, preferably a canine, but I am willing to wait a while for that, if I can find a suitable home and housemate to live with. Hope to hear from you soon
I am moving to Melbourne in the middle of the year and transferring to Deakin university (Burwood) and, whilst I have friends living here already, I hope to meet new people. I am friendly, and oh so clean. Cleaning is like therapy for me so don't worry about me making a mess! I'm from Townsville originally (far north Queensland), then moved away from my family at the beginning of 2016 to live in Brisbane and study at UQ, so I'm no stranger to independent living. I'm a vegetarian, if you're not, that's fine with me! I'm a strong supporter of equal rights and am a member of the LGBT community, as I have a girlfriend. I'm also pretty punny and my jokes generally suck so bad they're funny. Also, if it matters, I'm a Pisces :)
Friendly. Easy going. Socially active. Have a boyfriend who would swing by sometimes. Love to cook. Love pets and don't mind owners with pets. Usually not at home due to work and uni. Love to chat and hang out with housemates with good vibes.
i am a mature female - clean non smokers and love being by myself. I am in Admin at an Energy Company. Love cooking craft and spending time with my family and love doing from long drives. I love movies and reading a lot. I have lived in Australia for 30 years and an Australian Citizen. Regards Minnie Dabhi

Zac is ex-army so he is more than comfortable with communal living. Zac and Sam are both attending Deakin University and work part time. Zac studies Film and Television and loves AFL, while Sam studies Animation and is also a musician (not the noisy kind).

If you are looking for someone who cleans up after themselves, pays bills on time, likes to share quality time with the people they live with and respects boundries, then drop me a message because I would love to hear about your house. Personally I like gaming, it's my relaxation time to get lost in a good strategy. With others, I enjoy going out for a couple of beers and the occational home party. I work full time as a supervisor and have good rental history. My life is pretty organised, even if my room can get a bit messy from time to time. What I am looking for is a place I can relax in. People I can feel comfortable talking around and honesty above all else. Because my work can get stressful at times it's important for my own self care that I can come home and chill.

Hello. I'm Tyson, 29 years old, father, owner of automobiles and pet. I have lived in and around the south eastern suburbs my whole life, am currently training to be a professional wrestler, possess an extensive library of DVDs and blu rays and am an avid fan and collector of Lego. I'm unfortunately in-between jobs at the moment, but am more than financially capable of steadily paying rent on time or even in advance and contributing to household bills and whatnot. P.S. My move date is extremely flexible.
I am a respectful considerate easy to get along with person. I like to keep my place clean and I'm very houseproud. I like a little bit of socialising with my housemate but I do also like my space. And I am not a party person. I work for VicRoads where I have been working for the past 7 years. I do work part time, however it is permanent, Monday to Friday, 6 hours a day. I am a very honest person where what you see of me is what you get. I also have a very good sense of humour and love a laugh.
I work full time and am always responsible with all payments. I enjoy spending time with others but also respext other people's privacy and allow personal space where need be. Currently looking to move out of my current place because it is infested with bugs
A very well organized person, I'm am looking for a room around Nunawading, Forest Hill and Blackburn. Not a very reserved person, happy to chat with house mates and share an odd drink or a cup of tea but can do my own thing and stay independent. Like to stay fit and try to go out for a walk or a jog but mostly ride my bicycle to get some exercise and fresh air. Other than that I am fond of movies, reading, playing computer games and gardening. Have lived in a shared house much earlier where rules about mutually managing the house were established. I respect others' privacy and space and expect the same from others. A tech geek I have a full time permanent job as a software engineer, have a bit of furniture and own a car.
We are moving out of out current houseshare due to selling of the property. We are looking for a nice house, with 4-5 rooms, nice common spaces, kitchen and backyard. We enjoy the company of friends, like to hang out together, watch films, play ping pong, play music. We are mindful neighbours and respect loudness limits.
Hi, I am Rebecca, looking to live in a share house environment for more than 6 months. I am a full time student at Deakin (Burwood) studying Arts, working part-time, pretty easy going, and great with people. No pets. Allergic to cats and dogs.
Hi! I'm Beth, I'm a Bioscience student at LaTrobe Melbourne and I also work as a skincare consultant. I'm pretty quiet, I throw the occasional board games night with friends but nothing too crazy. I have one beautiful kitty, Elsa, but her living with me is optional as she can stay with my parents. I tend towards being a bit of a shut-in but I'm always up for a chat, and I love to cook, so dinners are always a good time to spend with friends and housemates for me!
My name is Shannan. I’m 19 in mid-June and have been living out of home for almost a year. I’m currently living with a friend's family but I’m looking for a little more independence. My family lives in the Dandenong Ranges so I moved down to Warrandyte as it is very difficult to secure full-time employment up there. I keep in touch with the family regularly and miss my little 2.5 yo old brother loads! Sometimes I go up and spend the night there depending on my rostered shifts. I have a part-time job as a barista with a large chain of well-known cafes and intend to get a second job when I settle in somewhere. I generally find it very easy to find work in the hospitality industry and should have a second job within a couple of weeks of moving in. In the mean time, I have some savings and am happy to pay a months rent in advance for my new housemates peace of mind (in addition to a bond) ;-) I’m very friendly, outgoing, sociable and love meeting new people. I’m up always up for a good laugh/joke around and have a cheeky sense of humour. I try to be thoughtful of others and respect people’s belongings and space. I'm clean and tidy and more than happy to help out around the home. I care a lot about my friends and would give someone my last dollar if they needed it. I also love a good movie/tv series marathon, gatherings with friends, shopping, and going out for coffee, a drink, to see a band or nightclubbing. That said, I am not a huge party animal and won't be coming in and out of the house at all hours swaying and telling you I love you or anything ;-) Although I currently don’t own any pets, I love animals of all sorts and used to own/live with some lizards and dogs when I was at my mum’s place. Then there are are all the wild animals that live on the property - Cockatoos, Kookaburras, king parrots, lorikeets, deer, wombats and wallabies :-) I don’t yet own a car - I’m still working toward achieving my 120 hours (almost there) so I’ll be missioning it everywhere on PT for the time being.
