I'm a friendly, considerate, respectful person. Have been working in the health care industry for 10 years. I have a caring nature. I like living in a clean and tidy environment. I keep to myself a lot but also happy to have a chat, share a meal, have a movie night and occasional drink. While also respecting personal space and quiet time.

I’m well experienced with a share house environment as I’ve been renting in share for over 15 years. I am looking to live with kind, considerate, respectful, honest, clean and tidy people.

I'm out of the house regularly, working, catching up with friends, exploring Melbourne, day adventures or trying out food in a cafe or restaurant. I enjoy keeping healthy and fit. When home, I often like to relax and rest. I'd love a peaceful, harmonious place to live.

I would prefer a nice, homely place for long term. At least a year, possibly longer. A few years if it's a great home.

I’m wanting a large room as I have my own queen size bed and some other bedroom furniture. Would love a BIR wardrobe.

It would be nice to live in a home with modern features but not essential.

I'd like some storage space in a garage,
spare room or something.
