I'm looking for an affordable pet friendly rental for me and my indoor feline companion. Somewhere close to the CBD. 1-2 bedroom unit or apartment would be ideal, but in a share house situation, i'm after a safe, quite, welcoming environment, with kind and considerate people. I'm quiet, clean, tidy, considerate and respectful of others, their property and privacy, and always pay bills and rent on time. The room has to be big enough to fit a queen-sized bed, desk, vanity, 2 wardrobes and a tallboy comfortably. I have excellent references, Police Criminal History Check and DCSI Clearance.
Hi there. My name is Nabil, I'm an academic at two universities in Australia. I'm also working in the Environment sector, so I've got a fairly busy schedule. I'm very easy going and friendly, travelled across Australia, socialize plenty and like to have my own time as well. I keep clean and look after my use of private and shared spaces, I expect the same within reason. I'm a non-smoker and not a noisy person. Happy to provide references of past housemates regarding habits. I'll be based in Adelaide and Brisbane, currently in Brissy. Pretty international, traveled and lived in different continents. Feel free to get in touch as I need to move into a place ASAP. I'll be lecturing at the Adelaide Business School soon, so need to get settled. Cheers, N
I work part time as a barista. I love animals and Im very easy to get along with. I enjoy playing cards and going to the gym as well as cooking at home.
Hi I'm Jen, I grew up in Sydney, and lived in Melbourne for many years before moving to Adelaide in 2014, and I'm absolutely loving my new home. I'm loving the buzz of the innovation and entrepreneurship scene, and the vibe of all the little laneway cafes and bars that have popped up over the last few years. I've been an AirBnB host for the last year, I love meeting new people from all walks of life so it's been a great experience, but I'd now like to move into a share house to free up my time from hosting duties. I'm a people person so love a good chat, but after a busy day at work I'm also happy to have some quiet time. I love my music, and always happy to put the headphones on if you'd prefer quiet. I'm typically out and about a few nights a week with work events. I work full time as a consultant on major innovation projects.
I am currently unemployed as I was recently let go from my work, looking for full time work close to or in town. I'm very clean and enjoy reading and playing video games in my spare time. I'm fairly social but I also appreciate my own space and people that can respect that
I'm an international uniSA student and would mostly stay out for work. I'd return for studying and sleeping, so I'd prefer someone quiet. However, I'm not a bore and am always up for a chat and having a good time.
I am respectful, tidy and pay bills on time. I love a good convo but also like to spend time chilling alone. I am Vegan and live a fairly minimalist lifestyle so I don't have much "stuff". I love heading to markets, getting into nature, dancing and learning new info about anything 😊 I don't party much these days and when I do, I go out. Non smoker/drug user.
looking for a place asap. close to the city. just moved to adelaide. pretty quiet. chef, crazy hours. usually at work so makes you feel like you're living alone lol :D
Hello My name is Elaina, I am 33 years old and I am a New Homes Sales Consultant for a building company. I have been living with one of my best friends in the City, due to her family moving back to Australia ( They own the apartment). I now need to find a new place. I am friendly, outgoing but also like to be quiet and have my own space. I am respectful of peoples space and expect the same, I am neat and tidy. If you would like to know more, please feel free to contact me.
Hey! I work at a bar, about to start Uni at Uni SA, enjoy good music, cooking, wine, chocolate etc.. Very tidy, don't mind helping out whenever. Looking for some housemates that I can have a wine or two with after a long day at uni/work and get along with well! Looking to find a place by the end of feb.
Hi I've lived in shared and private accomodation for many years and am very clean and respectful. I'm also social without being a party animal. Most of my housemates and landlords are still friends with me. I'm originally from Singapore but have lived in the States, parts of South east Asia and other states in Australia. I'm currently moving to Adelaide from Melbourne for a new job.
Professional in television and documentary media, down to earth, chatty, positive, non-judgmental and fun, love travelling and staying fit. Hoping to make new friends and housemates. Looking for non-personality disordered housemates who enjoy meeting new people and are respectful. Party days are over but still enjoy going out. Love hanging at home as well as having drinks.
I'm a 19 year old trans boy looking for a place to live with my dog (medium mixed breed, has anxiety but other than that he's well-behaved) and my bird (he can live outside most of the time). I can pay pet bond or provide references for my dog if that helps. I have lived in a share house before, and am a moderately tidy person.
Full time worker. Very social and work in hospitality. Former steward so I'm very able to keep clean quarters. I do enjoy having a few drinks every now and then. I enjoy having alone days every now and then and I also enjoy pizza night and having a good chat :)
Originally from Melbourne, I moved to Adelaide to start work full-time in a research scientist position. This keeps me fairly busy during the week but outside of work I enjoy cycling, cooking, reading and music. I mostly cook stir-fries and pastas during the week but will happily experiment with anything involving chillies. I'm a tidy, friendly and respectful housemate, with plenty of previous sharehouse experience. I enjoy living in a social and independent sharehouse with housemates who enjoy cooking up the occasional meal together and having a chat at the end of the day. I'm looking to move in with one or two other people, either a house or a flat, preferably within the city or close by. The timing is fairly flexible but I am hoping to move by mid to late February. Let me know if you think I might be a good fit for your place.
26, employed, non smoker. Work as a therapy assistant and a tutor. Studying sociology/gender studies at adelaide uni. I don't mind being a quiet housemate who keeps to myself or more friendly and social. Just looking for nice, respectful housemates who treat their place like a home.
Greetings! So I’ve just finished a Bachelor of Software Engineering at UniSA and am looking to move out. I’ve been offered a PhD but have deferred it to the end of the year as I’m working on some of my own projects at the moment, as well as applying for the Royal Military College. I’ll be working at UniSA as a researcher and am financially secure. I’m a pretty non-dramatic person and will happily compromise and calmly discuss any issues to find solutions. I like to be hygienic and organised, but am not pedantic about it. I’m introspective but outgoing and hence conscientious of others; socially progressive but non-confrontational, so accepting of other viewpoints. I enjoy time alone to recharge, and understand when others need that too; always up for chats about interesting topics though! At heart I'm a geek who loves puzzles and over-analysing books and films, and I train in martial arts. While it’s always fun to meet new people, if you’re just looking for someone to split the rent with who won’t bother you, I can be that person. Short version: Looking for the perfect housemate? Choose dis guy! *Thumbs pointed at self* :)
Hey There! Im Rachael, 24 years old and have been living in share houses 2 - 3 years so i know the drill by now. I work full time, and enjoy going to the gym after work. I think i'm pretty easy to live with and wont hide away in my room when i'm home. I'm clean and will respect others space and items (no need to put your name on your food :P) My lease is ending on the 20th of Feb and am needing to find a place before hand. Happy to team up or move in. I do have an indoor cat, she is no nuisance. She literally just sleeps all day and greets you at the door when you walk in the door and rolls over for a tummy rub like a dog. She doesn't scratch or bite like normal cats, shes very mellow and has been known to turn previous housemates who are dog only lovers in cat lovers by the time they leave, ive even had one request daily snapchats haha :) I am a great lover of coffee, cider and wine. Anything that involves those things, i will more than happily join in :). I love going out for brunch on weekends and having some drinks in the afternoon. I would love to find some housemates who would also turn into friends :) So please send me a message, would love to chat and get something sorted before i become homeless! :)
I'm a Dutch / Australian med student heading to Adelaide for a research internship. This is my first time living in Australia, so I'm looking for a nice house with some fun house mates to socialize with and who can show me around! I'm from Amsterdam, and lived with and without roommates. So I like peace and quiet but also enjoy spending time together, having a few drinks and go on trips! I'm easy to live with :)
Hi Ive been living in Adelaide since the past two years. Studied at the University of Adelaide and have been doing event management. Respect others privacy and would like mine to be respected. Chill person and mind my own business. Before moving to Adelaide I was based in Cambridge, UK.
