we are a hardworking, caring & genuine couple looking for a 6 month lease before we set off to Darwin. We work and love to get outdoors and get in the gym. Alex is British and has been in Aus for 5 years, Teresa is Australian and has been here since birth! We are extremely easy going, tidy, and everything just flows in our current household. We have a ragdoll cat who is 1.5 years.. he's amazing and is an indoor cat. He is quiet and very cute! Loads more just ask! Looking forward to meeting you :)
Easy going girl working full time in kewdale. Weekdays are pretty much taken up by work and gym. Weekends Are pretty much taken up spending time with family and friends. I do like to socialise with flatemates and have a laugh in the same time as respecting everyone's space and privacy. I'm not a party animal. I'm quiet clean and easy to get a long with. Looking for a place to call home and not interested in short term or covering for people while they are on holiday. Not looking for a place that confines me to the bedroom. Ideally looking for bedroom with own bathroom or ensuite. Not interested in sharing.
Am non intrusive and respect peoples need for privacy. Am a cheerful open minded vintaged adult not a party animal lol I have a beautiful spayed female cat called squeaky who i rescued at three weeks old. She does not deal very well with lots of noise so am after a nice calm environment.
Laid back guy, uni student and working part-time at Crown, just looking for a bunch of new people to share a place with. Clean and tidy and happy to share household chores. Ending my current lease at the end of July, wanting to move into a place asap once i have moved out, prefer to be in a house with under 30 year olds, not fussed male or females. Either a current rental that is looking for another roommate, or a new vacant rental with 3-4 people. Send me a message if youre also looking to teamup, and searching for a place in a similar location to myself.
Hi I work full time in the real estate industry. I have been working in property management and leasing for over 5 years, so I understand choosing the right tenant and how to look after a property. I am respectful, a bit of a home body during the week. I need to live near Burswood Peninsula. Looking for ONE quiet and easy going person to live with (preferably a male & preferably the owner of the property). I have my own bedroom furniture and big TV. I love animals, so living with them does not bother me. Things I can't live with out: My own living space (I have my own big TV) and bathroom (preferably with a tub), NBN, air con and a big wardrobe (I own a lot of shoes). :) I have a small car, would prefer a garage parking spot, but can be flexible on this (depending on the area). About me: I enjoy having a wine or rum, and go to a lot of live music gigs during the weekends. I love the beach, music, travel, wining and dining and meeting new people. I rarely cook, and if I do it is simple meals. Usually home during week day evenings. The house MUST be drug free (also I have 0 tolerance for people who use drugs!) Child free and I need to be able to trust the person I am living with. This means, no one with any weird fetishes etc. I wouldn't want to spend more than what I already am ($180 per week including all bills). I have a police clearance and rental references upon request :) Please don't contact me if your advert does not meet my criteria.
Pretty much stay in my room and game the whole time, just looking for a nice place to live for 6 to 12 months while I evaluate where I'm moving to out of Perth (or if depending on y'know, anything, but I'm in a stable position here and I always give plenty of advance notice of changes). Just me and my little buddy Peaches (love bird, chirps during the day but that's about it, lives in a cage). Looking for someone who can keep the place nice, tidy and quiet. A place with a lovely kitchen and reasonably modern. Aiming in the $350 - $500 region split with me and +1. Suburb choice is pretty limited to East Vic Park / Vic Park / Bentley / St. James / Rivervale and some surrounding areas with NBN (as listed on the NBNCo Rollout map) as shit internet is the number one cause of anger amongst housemates. Looking for a 4 x 2 place so we each have 2 bed 1 bath each. (or a 3 x 2 if you want to pay less and only get one room and a bathroom but up for discussion) If you need help with your budgeting, I work in Analytics / Finance so I can give you a pretty good idea of costs. Based on my current estimates (which over-estimate just to be on the safe side), bills add about $30 a week to your rental costs. I expect to split everything 50/50 if we're aiming for a 4 x 2 place (compromising on space divisions) or a split closer to 65/35 (for rent, still 50/50 on services of course) if we're aiming for a 3 x 2 place and you intend on only having one room and a bathroom to yourself. I work full time at Crown, been there 8 years so pretty stable. Able to move ASAP
Hi ALL... I work in the building/mining industry. I'm a very clean, tidy, responsible and respectful flatmate with references to back it up. I am social but also like my own space. I enjoy chilling with good music, taking in some sport, sampling craft beers and hitting the beach whenever possible. I am searching for a drama/drug free residence with friendly people who are clean and tidy. I will require a furnished bedroom. To have my own bathroom would be preferable but not essential. And if it's not asking to much, a secure garage space in which to store some personal items and for a car in the near future would be great. So please don't hesitate to contact me if I meet your flatmate requirements and or if you wish to know more about me. Thanks... Andrew.
Hi there! I'm an undergraduate urban planner, working part time and studying part time for the next 6 months until I finish my degree. Born and raised in Perth, I'm currently looking for a place to call home at least until I graduate. I'm part introvert, part extrovert. I am a tidy person. I treat my home with love and respect as I treat my fellow people.
I work in hospitality, and am a neat, friendly and social person. I have lived in a share house before, so I understand the balance of socialising and having private space in this situation. I was also good at paying bills and rent on time, so no worries there! I have lived my entire life in Western Australia, and like to sing, read, eat out, go to quiz nights and socialise.

I am home grown from Perth. Working full time as a factory worker. I am clean and respectful. I'm chatty and pretty much always in high spirits. I am easy to get along with and relaxed. I am active and like to try new things. At the moment I am interested in diet, jogging and hiking. One day I would like to climb a mountain. I am looking for a homely atmosphere, not just a bunch of people sharing a roof. Wouldn't mind the occasional communal meal too. I love animals and the great outdoors. I don't smoke or do drugs, but i do enjoy a drink on the weekend. I am looking to share a place with 1 - 3 housemates for about six months or maybe longer.

My parents are moving house and don't have room for me anymore. I have a small dog ( maltese who isn't any better than a large cat ) named Shadow who I have to bring with me. I study at ECU Mt Lawley, have 2 very lovely indoor cats and like my space. I am only interested in renting a house with 1 other person, or a studio apartment/granny flat and such on my own. I am looking for someone to get a central place with, who loves animals, someone who is clean, tidy and will respect my belongings - I have all of the furniture/appliances needed for the shared areas of the house. I am definitely okay with visitors etc. but not looking to live in a party house where I won't be able to get any sleep and deal with loud noise every day. If you're interested, feel free to contact me with a bit about yourself and I will get back to you to meet up before making a decision as I am very picky due to previous experiences.

Hey :) I'm looking to rent a room in a house south of the river, preferably within a 15 drive to Rivervale. I'm open to most suburbs but the more central the better! I work in banking/credit and absolutely love my job! Ive always lived north of the river around Joondalup so I'm keen to move somewhere new. I like to think of myself as being motivated, ambitious, strong minded, funny (but you can decide) and outgoing. I'm looking for a house that has a chilled vibe with people who are like minded and up for a laugh, and even some activities here and there :) Im very punctual when it comes to things like paying rent & bills and appreciate a clean kitchen as I like to cook. I asked my friend what I should write on here and this is what we've got - "Haha well I don't know. Just tell them your a pretty laid back chick who loves emu export" 😂
I'm a 23 yo Japanese girl studying in northbridge and working In Applecross and Myaree. I'm currently looking for a single room in those locations above. I'm really clean and tidy and follow all reasonable house rules. Let me know if you have offers thank you!
Oh hey! After finishing Uni (Public Relations) I am looking at moving out of home and being an independent woman (cue destiny's child). I am from Perth and work at Perth Airport. I enjoy exploring new cafes, restaurants, walking trails and cultural events in my spare time. While I'm definitely a people person, and love a spontaneous wine or hangout I am equally happy enjoying my own space and having some down time. I love hanging out with friends/ socializing, some kind of exercise (just so dessert doesn't punish me), going to concerts and generally enjoying the weekend. I am quite a social person but am also respectful and polite. I love travelling and culture and am always planning my next holiday.
Hi I'm new to Perth only very recently moved from Sydney to start a new job. I'm friendly, easy going and clean. I enjoy socialising but also my time to myself. I'm looking for similar people preferably around my own age who don't mind going out on occasion.
