22 years old, female, Veterinary Nurse. Looking to start a new lease with 1-2 people around Wentworth Point or Five Dock. Around that area somewhere. I'm super friendly and easy going, but do enjoy my own space every now and then! Looking to move around mid June when i get back from travelling. I enjoy the outdoors and going on random adventures, coffee dates, sneaky weekend drinks, food, the beach and animals. I laugh a lot and love a good chat! Working part time at the moment, will progress into full time eventually but will be looking for a night time job once i'm settled in a place. Feel free to send me a message if you're interested or have any questions :)
I'm looking to move into a cat friendly house, not an apartment. I'm a mature quiet and tidy professional (Business Development Manager - Power), who travels, and has recently relocated from Brisbane to Sydney due to work commitments. I have recently returned from South America, (Colombia), where I intended to work as an English Teacher for a year but had to return unexpectedly to Aust. I have an International English Teacher Licence, and I am a Berlitz Qualified English Instructor. I'm not into house parties, (except for Dinner parties), and I'm looking for share accommodation for 3 to 6 months, (possibly longer), with 1 or 2 mature professional people of either gender, or maybe within a family household. Room either furnished or unfurnished. Maximum of $360 including or excluding any outgoings. I would like something close or in any of the surrounding suburbs to Rydalmere but am flexible with this and would consider further out if the place was right. I would also prefer off street parking if possible. I'm quiet, tidy, easy going, non smoker, non TV addict, who enjoys good conversation, respectful of others, and will pull my weight with household chores. I can also cook and bake (if required). I enjoy going to the markets, having breakfast in nice cafés on weekends as well as the movies, in addition to numerous other activities. Note: There is the distinct possibility that I will be bringing back from overseas my two cats so I would prefer a cat friendly house / villa / terrace house which is not on a main thoroughfare and one where the occupants accepts pets. Apartments are out thanks.

Hey! I work full time in Parramatta, and am looking for a social housemate(s) somewhere within about a 40 minute radius where the traffic/transport is a lot easier. I am tidy and can cook/clean. I don't mind if you're quiet or keep to yourself, but I want to live with people who enjoy at least having a chat/dinner/few drinks.
I am a 23 year old Aussie looking for a relaxed place to live. I'm working in Rydalmere at the moment however i do not have a drivers license so unfortunately i can't move too far away from the area (Rydalmere, Parramatta, etc). Im saving for some things through this job and hope to find a place which helps the positive vibes flow :) I'm a neat & tidy person who doesn't like to cause or be involved in any dramatic situations at home. I see it as a place to forget about the daily grind and put your feet up to relax with like minded people. I would like to meet anybody i will be living with before moving. I'm not an OCD kind of guy but you will notice i clean up after myself every time and keep things pretty straightforward regarding cleaning and sharing. I like to keep fit and stay social and busy. If we all get along I'm keen on experiencing the world around us when we're all free. I hope to make friends and i hope to achieve my pretty substancial goals throughout the year(s). I work Mon-fri 6-2:30 and am available for looking at houses any time outside of that. Hope to hear from you!
Hey future housemates! We're looking for a room anywhere from Parramatta to Gladesville. Basically between/within 30 minutes of WSU Parramatta and Top Ryde City would be ideal. Please be within walking distance of pubic transport. Drew is a full time professional and Kim is a full time student working part time. We are both in our very late twenties (haha). We have a cat who is friendly and wouldn't mind some human or furry friends to talk to. P.s we need the room unfurnished as we have our own furniture and access to (street) parking for our car.
I am friendly, tidy person and respect privacy. Easy to get along with. Currently full time IT professional in India. I am also an Australian Permanent Resident.
I am study and working full time in Uni and my mum is with me for short time as visitor. we are usually going out every early morning and will come back at night. so, we have our meals out of home (not cocking ) and we are so tidy and respectful as we expect to same.
I am a neat and tidy, home friendly working professional looking for a budget accommodation setup anywhere around Parramatta. I only require a place to sleep, eat and do laundry. I work ten to twelve hrs , 6 days a week and go to church/sleep on Sundays.
Hi, I am a structural team leader with Persian background. My new job is in Silverwater. Previously I was living in Chatswood but I need to move to a place closer to my work place (Somewhere in Newington, Ermington, Meadowbank, Rydalmere, Wentworth Point, Rhodes, Ryde and West Ryde). I prefer to be close to my office to be able to run or ride to the office. I love sport and hate smoke! Generally I don't drink, except in very special occasions. I need a quite place to live and a work/study in weekends so a very small bedroom doesn't work for me as I need a desk in my room. I need a furnished bedroom with a desk (happy to buy a desk if the rent fee is reasonable). I have some good references (either the owner or flatmates). I'd rather find a share house with the owner than living with quite few flatmates. I am clean and quite. I need the room from 1st of April.
Available on the 1st of April. I am a male 24 years old that recently got out of defence. I work full time and study part time at tafe which means i'll be gone very early in the morning and come home very late.I am an easy-going person. Friendly, love a good laugh and open-minded so there will never be short of fun conversations. I like my quiet times but also try to socialise on the weekend; love the beaches and great Sydney night scenes. Prefer it not to be a party house. Looking for long term stay. Kind regards, Eray
Hi, I'm Jarrod, a medical student at Western Sydney University. During my final year I will be placed at Concord Hospital, and as such I will need to relocate somewhere around there. (It is also likely that I will be working near here in 2018-onwards, so I will be hoping to stay in the house longer). Over the past 4 years I have lived in share houses in Campbelltown with a few different people and enjoyed the time I have spent with them, but it is unfeasible for them to move with me or for me to commute every day. I already receive the full youth allowance amount, which is my main source of income, along with 3 scholarships, and my bulk of savings. I'm pretty clean and quiet (med student) but I am all for people coming and chilling at our house. I have my own fridge, washing machine, lounges, TV cabinet, 2 TVs, study furniture, and my own bedroom furnishings. So, buying common furniture for the house isn't a worry; I'm all set! The main concern for me is my dog. I have a German Shepherd X (DOB: 1/7/15). He is a lovely dog and so friendly with people and other animals, but I know pets can be a major drawback for some people. I can't move without him. If there is anything else you need to know please get in touch with me. Warm regards, Jarrod
