Hi, I'm Victoria! I'm 24 years old and a full-time professional. After living at home again for over a year now, I've decided it's time to leave the nest permanently. I'm clean, tidy, social and respectful of others' space :) All I'm looking for in a housemate is someone who is employed, cleans up after themselves and pays rent and bills on time with no fuss. Would preferably like to team up with one or two housemates and sign a lease together as opposed to moving into an established home :)
I'm mature outgoing person. I am tidy and clean and loves going out to eat and shop. I am from Brisbane and I am only here for work in Sydney. I'm easy going and get along with anyone.
Hi there! My name is Dean, and I'm looking for a new housemate(s) A little about myself, 26 year old aussie, working full time in the Parramatta CBD as a commercial litigation manager for a small finance company, which I have been at for about 3 years (with no plans on leaving). A little bit of a fitness fanatic, and somewhat of a geek. I currently live in Parra, and have done so for about 5 years now. I'm currently living with two housewares I found on flatmates.com.au about 2 years ago, however they have fallen pregnant. Given they will need more space, the time has come for me to move out. If you would be interested in meeting, and making sure we are a good fit - don't hesitate to contact me back. Cheers!
I am very easy going guy recently moved to Australia from Italy and working as a Pharmacist. I am super clean, tidy and very considerate of others. I am very outgoing and my life is full of outdoor healthy activities. I don't party, drink or smoke and you won't be disappointed in making the decision to share residence with me. Nevertheless I am an excellent cook!

I'm a mature quiet and tidy professional (Business Development Manager - Power), who travels, and who needs to relocate from Brisbane to Sydney by Oct 2 due to work commitments. I have recently returned from South America, (Colombia), where I intended to work as an English Teacher for a year but had to return unexpectedly to Aust. In addition to being a BDM, I have an International English Teacher Licence (TESOL, TEFL, TESL), and am a Berlitz Qualified English Instructor. I'm not into house parties, (except for Dinner parties), and I'm looking for share accommodation for 3 to 6 months, (possibly longer), with 1 or 2 mature professional people of either gender, or maybe within a family household. Would initially prefer the room to be furnished and would pay a little extra. Maximum of $250, including or excluding any outgoings. Due to the office relocating from Meadowbank to Rydalmere in Nov, I would like something close or in any of the surrounding suburbs but am flexible with this. I would also prefer off street parking if possible. My intention is to drive down the week of 26 Sept to settle in by the weekend of 1st / 2nd Oct. I'm quiet, tidy, easy going, non smoker, non TV addict, who enjoys good conversation, respectful of others, and will pull my weight with household chores. I can also cook and bake (if required). I enjoy going to the markets, having breakfast in a nice café on weekends as well as the movies (Foreign, Comedy, Thriller, Drama etc), in addition to numerous other activities.

Heyya! I'm looking for a place around West Ryde in Sydney as I am going to be working over the summer there for an internship! I'm a relaxed, talkative guy who cleans up after himself. I like to clean as procrastination, so don't worry about me leaving a mess. :D I'm looking to live with a relaxed person who can say hi and have a chat when we see each other, but you don't need to be super sociable or anything. I offer a Netflix account, a Playstation and a good chat to sweeten the deal too! If you are looking for someone who is sociable and friendly to live in your spare room over this Summer period (Late Nov to Mid Feb) then please hit me up and we can have a beer over a Skype chat. I'm originally from Melbourne but live in Canberra for uni right now, so that's the best I can do :P Looking forward to meeting you
Hi, I'm Jarrod, a medical student at Western Sydney University. During my 5th and final year I will be placed at Concord Hospital, and as such I will need to relocate somewhere around there. (It is also likely that I will be working near here in 2018-onwards, so I will be hoping to stay in the house from 2017-onwards). Over the past 3 years I have lived in share houses in Campbelltown with a few different people and enjoyed the time I have spent with them, but it is unfeasible for them to move with me or for me to commute every day. I will be turning 23 in March 2017, which means I already receive the full youth allowance amount, which is my main source of income, along with 3 scholarships, and my bulk of savings. I'm pretty clean and quiet (med student) but I am all for people coming and chilling at our house. I have my own fridge, washing machine, lounges, TV cabinet, 2 TVs, study furniture, and my own bedroom furnishings. So, buying common furniture for the house isn't a worry; I'm all set! The main concern for me is my dog. I have a German Shepherd X (DOB: 1/7/15). He is a lovely dog and so friendly with people and other animals, but I know pets can be a major drawback for landlords. I can't move without him. If there is anything else you need to know please get in touch with me. Warm regards, Jarrod
Love cooking, metal music, dog, cat, hamster. Don't do drug, smoke, alcohol. Able to speak English, Vietnamese and currently learning French.
Hey there! Liv here! I'm in my final year of studying nursing all while working full time in a CBD hotel in Guest Services. I consider myself to be pretty easy going (originally a Coastie), clean and enjoy playing a part in the household. Due to my study/work schedule my down time involves me either studying, watching American Horror Story or Kath & Kim repeats, enjoying some good ol brie and sav blanc. Im looking at moving elsewhere as I am after somewhere a tad more modern than my beautiful federation house in Balmain. Let me know if your interested xo Liv

I am an easy-going, clean and respectful person who is responsible and reliable. A house of 3 to 4 bedrooms will absolutely be preferred. I also like the peaceful atmosphere of my own space when I am tired. Love to socialise, share food, books, stories and hang out with anyone who is up for it!
I am looking for a new place to stay while I am studying at University. I would prefer a place that has two rooms available where my sister (Victoria) and I can both move into. We are both studying at the University of Sydney at the Cumberland campus in Lidcombe, myself to study Physiotherapy and my sister to study Radiography. We are from country Victoria and have previously studied a Bachelors degree in Melbourne. We hope to have a great time in a new city.

Hello, I'm a working health professional currently looking with another female to find a third to go househunting together. Looking to live somewhere in the medium-Long term (a year or two) I am only looking for female Flatmates who are easy going and ideally Christian but not a must. I'm looking to make friends too not just share a place! If you have some appliances already it would be a help. It's hard to get to know someone online so it would be great to meet and chat if you think this is also what you're looking for thanks :)
