We are a very outgoing couple, very respectful for the other's space and we like to take some times for ourselves. We are very clean and tidy. We like sometimes to have a drink and relax.
21, law and finance uni student, work a lot, clean and keeps to herself.

Hi there! Looking for a place to share with like minded flatty. I am clean, easy going and pay bills/rent on time. I work part time, but 5 days per week in retail (yes there for the cheap clothes), so am out mostly. I'm looking preferably to move near the beach as I love the fresh air and water. I have lived in share houses before, so know what it means to share spaces with other ppl (also come from big family). Looking for someone to share the occasional dinner/vino with post work. Love to get out on the weekends. I come with a car and two bikes, so need a bit of storage. Looking forward to hearing from you!
Hi, I just moved back to Melbourne after living in London for the past 1 1/2. I'm a full time professional (social media marketing.) Non drinker, non smoker. Love to play tennis and swim. I like to read and have my alone time, but also love chatting with lovely people :)
My name is Matty and I work as both a professional drummer and as a scientist. I am looking to move into an existing share house, or to start a new one with a garage for my music gear and practice. Being a professional drummer that is chasing a goal of being largely successful I am in need a garage (ideally unattached from the house) to accommodate my practice. I Only practice until approximately 9pm of an evening (I get home from work at 6) and I don't ever start before midday on the weekends, keeping in mind too that I regularly have rehearsals and gigs and things so it doesn't happen at full volume every day but as regularly as I can fit it in which ends up being about 3 times per week - so not really much at all. Personality wise I am, friendly, approachable, confident, logical, dedicated and love meeting new people and being social (when I have time for it). I have lived in several share houses over the last 8 years and have no problem adapting to new environments and personalities. I love a good chat and I love people. I am an avid musician and get into the footy a little bit (I grew up in the country, I'm sorry :P ). I also try to hit up the gym a few times a week. I'm clean and very much want the people I live with to be clean and tidy.. my room is usually out of control, but everywhere else in the house is always tidy and clean. As I mentioned, I am very much working towards developing a successful musical career, so moving into a place that I can set my drumming up in a garage is on the top of my priority list, followed immediately by having awesome housemates! Ideally it would be great to have housemates that can I get along well enough with to have a beer and go out for a meal but that also have their own independent lives going on. Between working full-time, rehearsing, touring and performing, I go between being home most nights to being out or away for (seemingly) weeks at a time. I have "done my time" so to speak, in uni party houses and have outgrown such living circumstances, thus, I am clean and tidy and respectful of the need to keep the place that way. This doesn't mean I don't love a party, which I do, but, am just looking for reasonable common sense/courteous type people, and also having a kitchen that I am not afraid to cook in! Also - I will be overseas in Central America and California from late September until early November - thus, I'm looking for somewhere to move in the first 2 weeks of November for at least 1 year.
Looking for long term term lease. Currently renting a granny flat in Box Hill North at $190/wk with excellent references. Single. Very quiet but sociable. Neat, tidy, clean.
I work at Apple and tutor at Deakin uni, looking to move out of my current flatshare and find somewhere with like minded people who enjoy hanging out but also respect each other's space. I enjoy going to the gym and would love to find somewhere with a undercover park for my car. Feel free to message me, Cheers

But love to watch some dorky tv, cook some yummy dinner and have a chat with a housie over a few wines! if you interested in either offering a room or looking for a place to share Shoot me and email and I'll reply! cheers peta :)
We are an Iranian couple which at present living in Wollongong. We are going to move to Melbourne around 18th of November for studying PhD in Victoria University (in the field of Mathematics Education). We are looking for a fully furnished, clean and calm sheared place for renting. We prefer a townhouse near to Footscray Park or anywhere else near to public transport; then we can go to Footscray easier. We have no kid and no pet. We are very quiet, easy going, neat and tidy. Not smoking and not drinking. We respect the other people and expect that they do the same about us. Behrooz & Somayyeh
I'm a chilled out and relaxed kind of girl. Working full time shift work as a nurse so would need someone who is respectful of my crazy hours/working weekends. Not too keen on living in a "party house" but would be happy to share a meal/chat or hang out together! As I said I work weird hours and can be pretty busy, so do need some "me" time - and would respect yours too! I have quite an active social life, so don't tend to be home too much. I like the house to be relatively tidy but I also think it's important to be comfortable in your own home - therefore not a complete clean freak! Not really sure what else to mention - just keen to find someone to move in with - preferably around the same age, if you have any questions or want to know anything else about me shoot me a message! It would also be amazing to find a place where I could have my dog stay over like once a week on my day off (little housetrained maltese shitzu with the best personality!) - however if not that's fine too as she lives at my mum's house currently anyway.
I am currently studying Bachelor of Arts at the University of Melbourne majoring in Law minoring in Politics. Despite the heavy study load and populist beliefs amongst my 'Work Hard Play Harder' friends; I am legitimately only boring on weekdays and a most likely/10 hitting Circus or CQ with the squad on the weekend. People's first impression of me is often subjected to the flaws of male fundamentalism where a woman can only be one of the two possible archetypes: stupid & attractive usually super fun but often shallow and has a lot of hot friends, OR smart & ugly, has a jam-packed schedule, living a conservative and quiet life with a small social group of feminists who she exchanges literature reviews on a Sunday brunch. Well, I guess I must be Elle Woods from Legally Blonde, as I identify myself with both archetypes. Can you hear that? it's the sound of the narrow-minded being absolutely mind blown. Advantage: - Tidying up after myself in communal areas almost right after I make a mess such as cooking, or unfolded a throw (currently living in an OCD-infested house in the eastern suburbs; I've picked up the art of cleaning & organisation) - Also currently studying Interior Design & Decoration so the house will always be pimped TF out - Hardly takes any offence to criticism & prefers resolution than tension (mindfulness people, mindfulness) - Respects and follows established boundaries and trust me, boundaries will not be crossed but the same is expected on the other end as well. (personal space, no social/friends stealing, care to other people's personal property, ect ect) - Regular Schedule (well I'm boring on weekdays and I know most people go to work on weekdays so that works well for both of us) - Always punctual with bills & rents. - I have my own life too, don't worry, I won't pry into yours. - To be honest, I don't mind a bit of gardening - Loves travelling so there is a possibility of me being away for a short period of time during my uni breaks - I love vacuuming is that weird - Any guests coming to the home will love me - Honest & Brutally up front as I like to discuss about problems as soon as the problem occurs. (but I'm mindful of other's situation as well, repeated as above) Disadvantage: - I'm a smoker. I don't smoke indoors (who does that anyways?) and I don't throw butts on the ground (again, mindfulness) & if you are asthmatic then obviously I will not smoke within your perimeter. - I am incredibly social but when I'm at home I often like being in my own company working on things by myself. Personal space is a big thing for me and I can't help it. - I can't live with kids or babies (personal space, personal property & personally I don't like smoking in front of children) -Prefers the ensuite as I have a lot of cosmetics & girly stuff (it's an addiction, seriously Mecca & Lush should be illegal) I also prefer unfurnished or semi furnished properties as I do have my own furniture & I am a soon to be Interior Designer. (This applies to pals that are interested in looking for a house/apartment together) If you would like any further information or have any queries please do not hesitate to contact me. Regards, Chee.

Hi Everyone my name is Leah and I am looking for a new place to live. I am clean and tidy person who can be relied upon to pay bills on time. Along with working full time I love being fit and active and this keeps me out of the house a far bit. I also do a bit of interstate travel on weekend in the later part of the year. I also have a 9yr old cat named Tino who is an adorable moggie who is a bit of a lap cat if you let him. In my spare time at home I love to catch up on a good movie or cook up a meal for the house. I am really good at pot roasts. I have enough furniture to fill a two bedroom house including a washer, dryer and fridge however I can put this in storage if it doesn't suit the new living arrangement. I also have a epic TV cabinet with bookshelves either side. I also have kitchenware. If there is anything else you would like to know about me please do not hesitate to ask. I am looking to move sometime in October or November and I am a bit flexible with this too.
Hi, I am looking for some amazing housemates in an already established share house or team up that love having a glass of wine or two together at times. I am super relaxed and open to new adventures. My name's Ellie Vincent, I'm 21, just finishing my second year of film and television at Deakin. I work as a casual at Petbarn so when I'm not at uni or at work, I enjoy just hanging out, watching films or tv shows. I'm from a country town in New South Wales and have been living in Melbourne for nearly two years now. I've been living in a unit with one other person for almost a yer and am looking for a more social household with about 3 or 4 people. I am a fairly quiet person, very tidy and loves alone time but also enjoys having a chat and getting to know people :) I'm vegetarian and I love to cook and I don't mind going out ad having a drink or 2 on the weekends, but enjoy relaxing on weeknights.
Im an easy going person always up for a chat and a laugh. I like to keep my place clean and friendly. I like to keep fit and try and get to a workout in a few times a week, i also have a 3yr old border collie x kelpie named Jack he is friendly and loves a pat and a walk lol.
Vegan feminist Psychology student at Swinburne University. Part time Bartender/Food&Beverage Attendant. Would prefer to live with another veg in a house that has a bath (I've lived on campus at Swinburne all year and the apartments only have showers and I just really miss baths okay) and somewhere that lets me occasionally light a candle or incense stick or even just lets me accidentally burn a cookie without evacuating the entire building. I like pretty flowers and candles and amateur photography and bartending and learning and handlettering and op shopping.
Hey guys! Easy going 24 yr old student studying at RMIT. Looking for some flat mates who have some appreciation for cleanliness and enjoys the occasional beverage. Because of early mornings at work and Uni I regard sleep as a precious commodity. I cycle everywhere, love playing music, cooking when I can and volunteer occasionally on weekends. Love animals too! I've only been in Melbourne since April so would love to meet some like minded souls!
Looking to move the beginning of February 2017. Would love to start a new apartment/house with 1 or 2 others, or move into a private room in an existing share house. I'm easy-going and happy to share some dinner, nice cheese and wine; as well as lazy Netflix nights. Interested in meeting some new people and going out; but also love my own space and privacy, and will respect yours too. Currently studying sociology and politics, so always up for an interesting chat. Message me and we can talk or meet-up to see if things fit!
Full time work so will pay rent on time and love to keep house neat and tidy.
Looking for open minded people to live with, I'm male to female transgender so it must be ok for me to dress like a female day to day around you. I'm a clean, laid back, pretty quiet, gamer. I enjoy company but I'm not up in peoples face. I tent to stay up quite late playing games and usually do not head to bed before midnight. I love cooking and always clean up after myself when doing so and always cook too much which might get you out of cooking yourself if you fancy what I am having. I work full time in technical support for internet, so you'll never have to go through that pesky phone troubleshooting again with me around. I also love to repair and build computers as a hobby. Overall the only absolute must for me is good speed internet as most of my video games are played online only.
I like watching movies and reading. I can be social and have dinners together and can also do my own thing. I clean up after myself and do my dishes asap. I love going out for coffees and scones. I work full time during the week and go to gym (try)

I am single, friendly and easy going, work Full Time, Mon-Fri in the CBD, and currently live alone in a one bedroom apartment in Hawthorn close to Swinburne University. To share my existing furnished apartment with the right person, ideally a working professional looking for a furnished place OR 2. To start a new lease or move into an existing share house offering a private room in the inner suburbs closer to the CBD. I prefer to meetup in person for a coffee to discuss further. I'm moving back to Melbourne after 2 years in Mildura. I've got previous experience housesharing both here and in Adelaide and am looking forward to getting back into a share house after renting on my own in Mildura. I'm from the UK originally, moving to Australia at 21. I have a solid, full-time government job and in my spare time I enjoy going out, doing interesting stuff and travelling. I'd be great to live with as I'm a relatively low-maintenance housemate, I enjoy a laugh and having a good convo, but I have enough of my own interests that I won't be a pain. Bills and rent will be paid on time, cleaning will be done and a good time will be had by all!
