Hi, I am a busy and active 23yo nurse. I am looking for a house around balwyn, kew, hawthorn, richmond and surrounding suburb areas. Am easy going, laid back person who loves to keep busy and be out and about being social and keeping active when I am not working. I do however like to have some down time when I can fit it in. I do come with a beautiful small sized golden retriever dog who has a very kind nature, is very well behaved and just loves to always be around people. I do take full responsibility of her. I would just ask you treat her kindly :) I am looking for a like minded house mate who wouldn't mind having a nice chat and sharing a meal on occasion but are also happy to go on about our day to day activities and be comfortable in each others space. Looking for a room from around the start-mid January.
I am an international student finishing my undergraduate studies in software technology at Swinburne. I work part time and would love to share accomodation with anyone. I am not exactly a neat freak but I do keep clean and organised like a normal person. :) I'm usually a quiet person, but would love to hang out with a close group of friends and have fun every once in a while. I love music and film.

Looking for a home not a party house or drama home, don't mind sharing a chat and meal with my house mates. Enjoy cooking, hiking, health and fitness, reading, quiet time, watching sports (afl, nrl, V8, UFC, tennis just to name a few favs. Love music, having interesting conversations, martial arts, Qi Gong, meditation, laid back, open minded, have a sensor of human, Eat organic, no I'm not vegan or vegetarian. Hello all. My name is Shankar, and I am looking for a room in a real home. Originally from India, I recently moved to this city from Sydney. I'm 27, male and work full-time in IT. I love soccer, movies and TV shows. I'm friendly, tidy and reliable. Having lived in shared accommodations before, I understand how the game works(Things like keeping the common areas clean and cleaning up after myself in the kitchen, etc). I'm always up for a chat, drink or two, sharing stuff etc. But I also like to retreat into my room at times, and know that the others desire the same as well. Honestly, I prefer a home where the people are friendly and relaxed, as I've had some amazing housemates in the past. I'm not much of a cook, but intend to learn it ( I promise I won't turn the place upside down :) ). I am available to move-in asap. Also, furnished rooms would be at the top of my list, as I don't have any furniture with me at the moment. I Look forward to hearing from you. Feel free to text me on my number, and I'll reply as quickly as possible.
I'm from Italy and I'm studying at the Australian College of Dance while I'm working in camberwell as a waitress. My boyfriend Rhys is from Australia and he's a bartender. We are a very outgoing couple, very respectful for the other's space and we like to take some times for ourselves. We are very clean and tidy. We like sometimes to have a drink and relax.
My name is Matty and I work as both a professional drummer and as a scientist. I am looking to move into an existing share house, or to start a new one with a garage for my music gear and practice. Being a professional drummer that is chasing a goal of being largely successful I am in need a garage (ideally unattached from the house) to accommodate my practice. I Only practice until approximately 9pm of an evening (I get home from work at 6) and I don't ever start before midday on the weekends, keeping in mind too that I regularly have rehearsals and gigs and things so it doesn't happen at full volume every day but as regularly as I can fit it in which ends up being about 3 times per week - so not really much at all. Personality wise I am, friendly, approachable, confident, logical, dedicated and love meeting new people and being social (when I have time for it). I have lived in several share houses over the last 8 years and have no problem adapting to new environments and personalities. I love a good chat and I love people. I am an avid musician and get into the footy a little bit (I grew up in the country, I'm sorry :P ). I also try to hit up the gym a few times a week. I'm clean and very much want the people I live with to be clean and tidy.. my room is usually out of control, but everywhere else in the house is always tidy and clean. As I mentioned, I am very much working towards developing a successful musical career, so moving into a place that I can set my drumming up in a garage is on the top of my priority list, followed immediately by having awesome housemates! Ideally it would be great to have housemates that can I get along well enough with to have a beer and go out for a meal but that also have their own independent lives going on. Between working full-time, rehearsing, touring and performing, I go between being home most nights to being out or away for (seemingly) weeks at a time. I have "done my time" so to speak, in uni party houses and have outgrown such living circumstances, thus, I am clean and tidy and respectful of the need to keep the place that way. This doesn't mean I don't love a party, which I do, but, am just looking for reasonable common sense/courteous type people, and also having a kitchen that I am not afraid to cook in! Also - I will be overseas in Central America and California from late September until early November - thus, I'm looking for somewhere to move in the first 2 weeks of November for at least 1 year.
I'm a chilled out and relaxed kind of girl. Working full time shift work as a nurse so would need someone who is respectful of my crazy hours/working weekends. Not too keen on living in a "party house" but would be happy to share a meal/chat or hang out together! As I said I work weird hours and can be pretty busy, so do need some "me" time - and would respect yours too! I have quite an active social life, so don't tend to be home too much. I like the house to be relatively tidy but I also think it's important to be comfortable in your own home - therefore not a complete clean freak! Not really sure what else to mention - just keen to find someone to move in with - preferably around the same age, if you have any questions or want to know anything else about me shoot me a message! It would also be amazing to find a place where I could have my dog stay over like once a week on my day off (little housetrained maltese shitzu with the best personality!) - however if not that's fine too as she lives at my mum's house currently anyway.
I am an easy going professional male who generally leaves for work early (5.30am) and gets home late (7.00pm) so I am rarely there. I do have two children ( 10 and 11) who I have every second weekend but I like to take them out a lot to do things. My party days are well behind me but I still don't mind a social beer every now and then. I am looking for somewhere ideally located close to a train station as I have a building contract in the city for the next 2 years.
I am easy-going, clean and tidy, independent and housetrained :) I enjoy relaxing after work watching tv, browsing the net/reading &/or walking/swimming sometimes. I have an outside cat, vaccinated, Registered and desexed - he's affectionate. On week-ends I enjoy visiting family (in the country occasionally), friends and enjoying life and the great outdoors when possible.
Hey! I work full time in HR/Training for a large company. Things I enjoy in my spare time are cooking, dancing, going to the movies, having a few drinks with friends, playing guitar/singing, listening to music and going to gigs. I am a very tidy and reliable housemate.
We are a couple both working full time! Katie is a personal trainer & I'm a warehouse manager. We are two very easy going people and get along with just about everyone, We are neat and tidy and have a variety of different intrests.
I'm a software engineer, working full time. Music is my main hobby and I spend a lot of time playing guitar and going to gigs. I also like to read, play video games, watch tv and movies, and going hiking and camping, which I do a few times a year.
Moving to Melbourne for my Masters in Deakin Uni this November. Clean and Tidy is how I live and what i am looking for in a place. Fun loving and ready to hang out once in a while or in the weekends, but always respect privacy and hope for the same in return. would be more than happy to help out with the house chores. Don't have pets but do not mind having them around.
Hi there i'm Rhiana. I just recently moved back from living abroad in London for the last two years. Am used to shared house living and I love it! Very relaxed down to earth gal and always down for a laugh and hang outs but definitely understand the need for personal space. Looking to stay in Aussie land for roughly a year then jet set off again. Music lover and aspiring midwife!
I'm from Malaysia and currently studying Advance Diploma Of Hospitality , I sometimes could be crazy and wild or Quiet and Introvert ( depending who I am with ) :3 My interest are singing dancing and making awesome desserts . Im looking for a apartment to stay , preferably alone ^^
My name is Marina and I'm an easy going 22 year old girl. I am currently looking for long term accomidation in a private room. I am very considerate of others and their privacy and I will always pay my rent on time. I like to go out most weekends and have the occasional drink, but I'm also quite a home cat and like to have a nice quiet night in. I love gaming, movies, music, drawing and spending time with my friends, these are most of my hobbies. I do smoke but not heavily and only outside so I dont bother anyone. I love to cook and I'm happy to cook for myself and others on most days. I do have a car and will be looking for some sort of on street parking. Im also always willing and happy to help with cleaning up the house when required. So, if you think I'd be a good fit for your house please give me a call, as I'm looking to move by the end of September :)

In long: Hello! I'm looking for a new home for long term, 6 months + before 20th Nov as I'm subletting my current place for short term. I'm full-time employed and always busy, when I'm at home I'm pretty chill and need some down time, but I like to social when I'm around and also respect to your own space. I prefer not living in a party house but do enjoy the dinner gatherings, and welcome your friends come over for that, no problem at all. I'm very clean and tidy (but not a clean freak type), friendly and open-minded. I'm into travelling, movies, music, sports, photography, arts, food, coffee and cats :) I work in a restaurant as a pastry chef and making chocolate for living, besides my works, I like to go to the gigs, movies, exhibitions, shows, festivals, exploring the nice restaurants/cafes/pastry shops/markets, and travel when I have holidays. My favorite hangout suburbs are inner east and inner north, bay side in the summer. Although we might have the different work schedules, I'm very respectful and won't bring the party to home. I am happy to share the household as I like to keep the house clean and tidy, I'm looking for the liked -mind housemate who likes clean and tidy. I'm looking for a peaceful home where with positive people, without aggressive/demanding/controlling. Reliable and honest, pay rent on time. Conscious of the wastage of the energy. Looking for a relaxed home, not a party house. Clean and tidy, happy to join the household. Independent, share when I/you want to. Don't mind smokers but no smoking in the house. Open-minded, love multi- cultural, LGBT friendly, 40+ friendly. Pastry chef, occasional sweet treats :) Cat lover, meow in the house is very welcome! Feel free to PM me, thank you!
Hi, I'm Christopher. I just got back from traveling Europe and India and I'm looking for a nice place to share with some cool, likeminded people. I'm a graduate of film school and a full time barista at the moment but I'm really into doing film, photography, music, sculpture, you name it. I love the potential for a nice quiet tea with my housemates at the end of the day and maybe the odd loud music session while doing the dishes. I'm a relaxed person and easygoing person just looking for that chill lifestyle.
Hi, I am a vet nurse and her pooch looking for a place to call home. Like my dog I'm a bit of a forever puppy, that being said I work hard and that includes longish hours 4 days a week. I'm 27 and live a pretty clean lifestyle apart from the cheeky cigarette at the end of the day. I'm not apposed to hanging out/a movie marathon with a glass of wine/beer or whatever, but also more than happy to entertain myself if you are more on the private side. My dog 4yo dog absolutely adores people, he is a big boy so that may not be everybody's cup of tea but he will do his utmost to make you fall in love with him (It's not hard), don't worry though he knows he's not a lap dog! I am very open minded and accepting and looking to share a home with like minded people. I'm looking at a 4 month minimum stay, but could definitely do a long term stay depending on how suitable the situation is. I am looking for a place to call home.
I am friendly, relaxed and easygoing and feel it's important to live in a 'home' not just a 'house' with respect for one another in all areas of living and sharing including cleanliness, prompt payment of rent and bills and privacy. I run my own Business and not home a lot but when I am, I enjoy chilling out with a glass of wine (or2) whilst cooking up a storm, engaging in one of my art projects, listening to some tunes, watching a good movie, or catching up with friends.
Student at Deakin University, friendly, clean and tidy, open-minded, respectful, go out at times, enjoy sports and make decent fried rice and spag bol. I enjoy a good chat and laugh at any time. One day with me is enough to know how much I love TimTams but not enough to guess where I come from.
Hello! I'm looking for a great room to rent at Camberwell. My name is Jeniffer from Venezuela, Permanent Resident and looking for a nice place, Ideally a house with open areas, and sharing only with females! Thank you! I'm a very orginize, friendly and tidy person, I like to keep all areas nice clean and good vibes. I'm Yoga instructor and Meditation Couch. International Relations graduated. Looking for a place long term. Look forward to hear back from you Namaste
Hi I am a Burnley postgraduate student from Beijing, moved to Sydney last year, female, non-smoker, 24 years old, can cook tasty Chinese food but usually too lazy to so no worry about greasy kitchen. Always clean and tidy. Quiet because ESL but willing to chat, good listener. I like jogging at night, enjoy the sense of running and get out of reality (for a moment usually no longer than an hour) but never did since moved to my suburb, and dreaming about jogging along Yarra river! I have a queen-size ikea bed myself but no other furnitures (that's a long story), so it will be great if you got a big furnished bedroom without bed. Looking for quiet, comfort, sweet accommodations around Hawthorn or on tram 70,75 line in a SAFETY street.
Studying International Relations full time at RMIT. Play volleyball in the national league, as well as the Victorian league. Bonus points if you go to the gym (and hit legs). Also dabble in music when the mood strikes. Pretty chilled, but always going to look after my responsibilities and goals first. By no means a party animal, but don't mind if you are. Work part-time as a volleyball coach and potentially working at RMIT next year as well. Relatively tidy and organised, not a neat freak though, happy to contribute to the household, down to hang whenever I'm free.
I'm quiet, clean and always friendly. I'm moving interstate in a couple of months and am looking for a rental place close to Deakin University.
I'm 24 and currently employed full-time in the construction sector as a civil engineer. I am currently living in Doncaster but would prefer the company of roommates. I consider myself quite outgoing, easy to get along with and very sociable. I am well mannered and like to keep things neat and organised. My ideal room mates would be people of similar age who would rather classify each other as friends and share a couple of drinks every now and then as opposed to those who just shut themselves away in their rooms. In my spare time I love to both play guitar (but promise I won't make noise) and binge watch whatever TV series I'm hooked on at the time. I have had experience living in share houses before so I am familiar with what is expected. Feel free to contact me with any questions!
I am a female entrepreneur currently taking a sabbatical from work to focus on health and wellness. Ideally looking for a vegan or vegetarian household to live in. I am non-smoking, non-drinking but always smiling :) Prefer friendly, social, communicative and relaxed households with shared duties for keeping the home clean. I love people but also need company that knows when to give some space. The area where I am looking in is flexible as long as it's within a comfortable travel distance to Melbourne CBD, I love the leafy relaxed feel Surrey Hills (especially anything around nature). Thank you for considering having me in your home!
Hi everyone, I've just recently moved to Melbourne from Queensland so I'm looking for a room somewhere close to Camberwell/Hawthorn. I've been in share houses before and haven't had the best experiences from the other people not being clean and unreliable with payments. I'm tidy, bit of a nanna, enjoy having a bit of a chat maybe a glass of wine to chill out after a hectic day, but I'll be at Crossfit before I come home for the afternoon. If someone wants to find a place they are happy to come home to and reckon they'll gel well with me and help me get to know Melbourne then let me know! :)
Hello! I am 22 years old and I am moving to Melbourne from country Victoria. I am a registered nurse that has just accepted a full time job at knox private hospital. I am tidy and respectful to personal space but do also like to go out for dinner and drinks. I am looking forward to moving to melbourne and meeting some new people.
Looking for a chilled out place with awesome roomies! A social environment with great people where we can become friends. I'd like my own private room. I'm highly independent and used to living independently. I'd sincerely say that I'm tidy, clean/neat, organised, controlled, reliable, flexible/easy-going, highly social, and up for a good laugh and a social drink - brew/wine whatever's good. Oh yeah - I study at Deakin University and I currently work part time working two jobs.
I'm just almost a year in Melbourne. Looking for an accommodation for two people. I'm an easy going person, with great love for a friendly, neat and quiet environment
Responsible, clean, tidy and easy going person.
I have been living out of home for the past five years. I am very clean, don't mind hanging out but will respect your own space. I like to cook, I exercise a fair bit and enjoy reading.
Really positive and easy to get along with! Love everyone I meet, love my personal space and cleaning up after myself! But also am a massive social butterfly! I have lived in Torquay all my life but am ready to start living up in the big smoke! I am working two jobs at Chadstone Shopping centre and next year I will be studying Diploma of Sports Development. I love sport, exercise and eating well, I have a boyfriend who lives in Burwood so I might not be home all the time, however he would be over throughout the week also. Im a pretty chill chick n love some good banter! Feel free to hit me up if you think we'd be a good roommate match and we can hopefully organise to catch up for a drink and chat! I've seen plenty of really nice houses I would love to start applying for in the areas I have listed above already! P.S would prefer a room with either an ensuite or shared bathroom, but am open to come and have a look at the house either way!
Hello there! I'm a well travelled individual looking to stay with some like-minded, friendly individuals at a place that I hope to call home! After an amazing time living with two girls from Italy and London when I was studying at Yale this year, I am really keen on sharing a flat with some nice people, despite past years of living in studios. I'm currently completing my degree and going into post-grad studies. I love yoga, music, theatre, and care passionately about health-related and ethical issues. I respect personal space, but love the occasional chat over wine in the evening. Lately I've been trying some new recipes, and will be glad to whip up a welcome meal when the time comes!
I'm a Melbourne girl who's been living in London for the past two years. Moving back home and looking for somewhere to live around end of Jan/start of Feb. I'm a Doctor, so I work a lot of hours during the week and also some shift work. I'm a tidy and considerate housemate; I mostly do my own thing but do enjoy the odd chat over a glass of wine. Ideally I'm looking for a furnished room (with ensuite/own bathroom if possible) to stay around 5-6 months. My partner will be moving from the UK to join me in around May/June so we'll be getting our own place then :-)
Im friendly, tidy and respectful. Also trustworthy. I like to be social but i also like my own space sometimes. I work in construction, 5-6days a week. Im from tasmania. I like to sit down and have a few beers and relax after work. And sometimes head out on the weekends.
Full-time professional working in the city. Really into health and fitness and gym Also into fine dining, movies, beach, etc... Very easy going, tidy, and friendly. Preferred length of stay range from 3 months and beyond.
I make delicious lasagne, love a nice tidy space, and have a pretty great collection of card games. I'm pretty chill and am always down to have a joke or go on a spontaneous adventure. I like to make the most of weekends with friends, but I'm not really one to have crazy nights out very often. I work at a trampoline park, and will be studying a masters of nursing science in 2017. I currently live at home, but need to move out by March 2017 as my family is moving to Ballarat. I'm also happy to move out sooner if something awesome comes along. I come with my bed and desk, but also have some other furniture if needed in the house. My ideal housemates would be friendly people around my age who are happy to share an occasional meal (or board game) together.
I am sociable and also tidy. Around the week I just got college or office and after I come back either I will be tired or studying but in the weekend either I will go for a party or bar crawling. Can pay the rent on time. Cheers
looking for a furnished granny flat or studio. Not interested in sharing room/kitchen/bath. Looking for a self contained room with private entrance. Ready to move in by jan 1st 2017
Hey guys! My name is Rishi, Im 21 year old uni graduate and a full time barista. Obviously have a passion for coffee, love a good chat and a good stroll in a park and laying down in the sun. Ride a bicycle, cook a fair bit for everyone and work a lot too. Looking for relaxed people with their own life, who are easy going but also enjoy a chat and a beer every once in a while. You dont have to be best friends, but you need to be friendly enough to enjoy living with. Super clean, super responsible and I can talk hours with you if I get comfy. Also love music, but obviously not on odd hours. Holla at me if you want me to come say hello. Also I love dogs and animals in general, thought I should mention!
Hi! I'm Mitch. I work full time 9-5 for a small private health insurance company. I'm single, non smoker, and currently have no pets. My interests outside of work include seeing live music, enjoying a beverage or two with friends and family, taking iPhone photos of other people's doggos, scrolling through the movies and tv shows on Netflix and not watching a thing, and buying pot plants. I spend a fair few weekends hanging out with my family in country Vic too. I keep my living spaces clean and tidy. I'm chill with cooking my own food or sharing meals with people. I do sometimes go for the convenience of eating out or getting lite and easy delivered weekly. I'm really sociable but also like my own space. I'm all about home being free of confrontation and stress. That's what work is for! I've lived in a really big apartment for 5 years, so I'd like to live in a similar place. Somewhere new and clean with lots of light and lots of space. Looking for 3 bedroom apartments/houses/townhouses. I probably prefer male housemates, but I don't dislike the idea of female housemates. I'd like to get together a group of 3 or so, and look at some apartments/houses/townhouses. Send me a message if you're interested! Cheers, Mitch :)
I am a full time mature aged student, and looking for homeshare accommodation i.e. private room with ensuite in return for aged care assistance around the home such as some cooking, cleaning, driving to appointments, intelligent conversations and great companionship. I also have past experience in aged care, so I'm aware and sensitive to the needs of an elderly person. I'm a very respectful and considerate person. Not interested in partying at home, as I'm focussed on studying in a quiet and peaceful environment. Please get in contact if you want to know more... :)
