I'm in my 50's, very easy going, respectful and tidy. Good sense of humour. I'm a welder who is working in Welshpool so I would consider any accommodation in the vicinity. Anything else you want to know just ask.
I work in the building/mining industry. I am social but also like my own space. I enjoy chilling with good music, taking in some sport, sampling craft beers and hitting the beach whenever possible. I pride myself on being Clean, Courteous and Considerate person/flatmate, who is responsible and respectful. I wish to move into a drama/drug free residence with friendly people who are also clean and tidy. I would preferably require a furnished bedroom and to have my own bathroom would be great but not essential. Also a secure garage space in which to store some personal items and for a car in the near future would be ideal. I'm interstate at the moment till end of October and I'm keen to communicate with anyone who is looking for someone such as myself to have as their future flatmate. Therefore please don't hesitate to contact me if I meet your flatmate requirements and to ask me any further questions. Cheers and Thanks for your time.....Andrew.
I am a 24 year old respectful and easy going Australian, I work full time in the city so paying rent each week is no drama. I am looking to find a place where i can stay long term with great housemates Ideally looking near a train line which will make the commute into the city easier. Look forward to meeting you
I’m easy going and quiet. I barely leave my room when in the house and don’t know how to cook so you won’t see much of me. I like to have a good conversation with friendly people but dont mind being antisocial either. I study nursing in ECU and work near the city. I love playing and watching soccer. I love travelling and am always up for an adventure. If you need a companion to do stuff together with, I’d be happy to accompany anyone to do anything if I’m not tired.

I am an acting student studying in East Perth and working part-time. I like to be tidy and am pretty easy-going. When at home I’m generally quite quiet, though I am happy to socialise. Have been renting for about 5 years, so have lots of experience living with others. Happy to have roommates of either gender. Would love to rent with other pleasant people. Hope to hear from you soon. :)
- [ ] 29yr old aussie female. work part time as a barmaid at the racecourse. study online part time. quiet, clean, respectful. always on time with rent. keep to myself. not a party person. small six yr old male desexed pug cross. house n toilet trained. his beautiful n not a hassle at all. my 4yr old son stays with me two nights a week until i get my own lil place eventually. he stays in my room and is such a well mannered chilled little boy. wanting to move in this weekend as living with my dad which is quite crowded
3 friends looking for accommodation! About us: Georgia, 20, currently studying Georgia (yes another one), 20, currently studying Cass, 20, currently working. Looking for accommodation/flatmates. We're organized, reliable, enjoy socializing but also value time to ourselves.
Enthusiastic and chaotic but tidy 28 year old Msc student from The Netherlands. In Perth for a research project at Curtin Uni. Looking for a place to stay but just as much for some nice flatmates to share the occasional glass of red. Not the biggest party animal but always keen to go on an adventure. I have lived in shared houses before and it's been really good. Not here for long, so a furnished room would be easy but perhaps a teamup could be worth the effort if with the right people. I suggest we grab a coffee or so to see if we match! :)
Hi! Am looking to move out in the next couple of weeks, preferably into a new place. Wondering if anyone is wanting to get an apartment together. I’m pretty easy to live with, love cooking, love a wine (or two) Let me know if you’d be interested. Thanks x
Hey hey, I'm a 26 year old respectful and easy going Australian, good sense of humour and am a clean and tidy housemate. I am studying 3 days a week and have permanent 3 days work a week so paying rent on time is no drama. Ideally looking to move into a house with housemates being similar age 21ish-35ish, Not really phased if its an en-suited room or shared bathroom, just want to live in a place where everyone gets along and house has a good vibe, ideally near the train line so its easy to commute.. I have a car so if theres off street parking its a bonus, as long as its not a hassle finding parking out the front :) Looking to move this month, let me know if you have something similar to what i'm looking for and we can suss a plan to meet and have a look at the room Cheers, Stuart
Having travelled for more than 2 years, I am now ready to settle here in Perth! I am originally from Germany but as I have dual Citizenship I am planning to stay here for a few months. Looking for a great sharehouse with nice people. Preferrably close to Carlisle, because i work in a fulltime job there. I am an easy-going guy who is considerate of others and would be happy to find a nice place to start my new life in!
Hello hello. Im Myles. I have come back from over East and are now looking for a place to stay close to work. I'm a content and cool as a cucumber kind of dude. Im a Chef by trade and work full time at Crown, so I'm pretty clean in the kitchen and house alike. I like pets of all sorts and I'm happy to be around them. I spend my free time outdoors and love riding motorcycles. Love a good coffee and am happy to be around people. And I don't mind the occasional blast on the Xbox either Easy to talk to and easy to get along with 🙂 Looking for a stable place with honest hearted people. Look forward to hearing from you. Cheers, Myles.
Hi 👋 I’m a really easy going guy, enjoy being social and meeting new people. I pretty much get along with anyone. I’m respectful and tidy and love cooking. I’m a very active person and spend a lot of my spare time on my e-skateboard. I’m passionate about craft beer (drinking and brewing) and music. I have a 4yo little girl named Aurora. She is funny, intelligent, gorgeous, super easy/chilled and just generally amazing 😍. I currently only have her Sunday morning thru Monday evening every week so she doesn’t really need her own room at my place. I am currently about to open an e-skate/e-transport store in Leederville with my business partner which already keeps me VERY busy and we haven’t even opened the doors yet! Also have a BASc in Architecture but realised this year I’m not ready to spend the rest of my working life behind a desk just yet! 😬🙄 Looking for somewhere suitable for mine/Aurora’s needs with similar people. I look forward to meeting you! 😊👍
I'm an employed 28 year-old engineer who relocated permanently to Perth from Malaysia last November. Have lived with my current housemate for almost a year now with no problem as I am easy-going, considerate, respectful, neat and tidy. She can attest to that :) I'm moving because she will be moving back to Bunbury with her husband once the lease ends. I believe in the saying 'Don't do to others what you don't want to be done to you', hence I appreciate sincerity and honesty. I enjoy video games (have a PS4 but don't worry I will not fight for the TV as I have my own), going on amazing road trips, beaches, coffee-hunting, keeping fit and planning to take up guitar in due time (I promise to keep it quiet!!). I'm open to different adventures and activities as I'm excited to explore this beautiful new place I'll be living in for awhile. Though I am always down for adventures or night-outs, I also enjoy a quiet night in with movies and respect personal space. Not a FIFO but my work occasionally requires me to go offshore 1-2 weeks at a time. I'm looking for a room with a budget of 160-170pw (no bills included) or 180-200pw (bills included). Room doesn't have to be furnished as again, I have my own furnitures but preferably with good-sized BIR and able to fit queen size bed, a desk and bookshelf/ dresser (I might have to choose between the two :( if it doesn't fit). And sorry, I would prefer only females but couples excepted.
All of us get along well with others and can be tolerant. We are clean and neat people and like to keep the house in a good condition. We are also organized and will take care of the house well. There are four of us and we are all females. We would prefer a house with all female occupants.
My name is Sean, I'm 26 from Sydney. I've moved to Perth from Sydney for work [fifo]. I'm easy going, I like league, rugby, football, a drink, and I have decent kitchen skills. I get on with things and am willing to help out where needed. I have previous rental experience and have good housekeeping etiquette. Sean
I am currently studying Full time (3 days), and working part time at Coles. I am easy going, shy at first but social once you get to know me. I love art, crafts, nature and am a big fan of dining out! (and cooking). I love travel, relaxing with Netflix and wine, and would love to live in a house with pets! I'm studying Fine Art, so a big place with somewhere (garden maybe) I could work on uni projects would be great!
I have a split shift day job but spend most of my free time walking outdoors or in my room working on my art projects (Usually writing/editing and using headphones so not messy or noisy). I have an early start but I'm not too fussed about late night roommates. I'm pet-less but pet friendly and spend some weekends down South visiting family. I usually eat prepared meals during the week but I don't mind sharing cooking duties/costs on the weekend if we have a similar diet. I don't party much but I like creative projects so if you needed help organising a movie night, netflix binge, themed dinner or a party I don't mind helping out and cleaning up. I'm a pretty handy co-op video game partner if that's of interest to you. I use a lot of technology for my creative projects so I can be handy with tech support. Having a good NBN internet connection is ideal for me, so anyone looking for a team-up that needs good internet, I would help chip in for that. The only other thing I'm fussy about is cigarette smoking, I can't handle the smoke sorry. I'm looking for a place that is near the river or somewhere like Bold Park that has good places to walk and high speed internet. I think the people who would find me most suitable as a team-up housemate would be anyone who likes to live close to nature but still in the city or fellow artists/creatives/youtubers/streamers who need good internet for their projects.
25 y/o student at Curtin, who also works part-time for the unviersity during the semester and full-time during the break. I'm just a well-rounded and easy-going guy! Looking to commit for a maximum of 3-4ish months, and then re-consider as I'm not sure where I will be at over the summer break - vacation etc. If you have something within easy reach to Curtin, as I don't drive - let me know. Matt
Hey I'm Jemma, I'm currently studying a Bachelor of Criminology and Psychology full time at Murdoch University and also working part-time at a cafe in Forrestfield. I am looking to move out towards the end of October, though I have no set date so am quite flexible with that (hopefully sometime before uni exams as I don't need the extra stress) A little about me: I spend most of my spare time drawing (both traditional and digital) or writing I love animals, so if you have a pet that's a bonus for me!! I'm looking for a non-smoking household as I have asthma.. I'm quite easy to get along with and do really enjoy my time alone but I am looking for a housemate/s that is easy going and who I can hopefully become friends with. My weekly budget is quite inflexible, so please no messages from people with higher prices. If you'd like to know more about me, just send me a message (:
Hi, I am an easy-going 21 y/o student at UWA who works part time at a cafe. When I'm not at work or studying I enjoy exercising, playing guitar and cooking! I am looking for a friendly house with fun people who don't mind sharing a coffee or beer on occasion, but also respect each others privacy and share responsibilities in the house. Moving date is negotiable.
I like to keep a tidy place, and clean up after myself. Ive been in share houses before and know the etiquette. Respectful of other peeps. Not one for parties at home. the occasional bbq with a some friends and housemates would be great. looking for 6 months - 12 months of rent..potentially more. Oh and ....I'm a brewer, so theres a good chance ill bring beer home every week. I am "trying" to get fit and healthy, so those beers are generally up for grabs if ya keen ; ). Cheers!
I’m a photographer, so I have plenty of time at home, when I’m not out shooting! Love to be outdoors and eat good food!
Would like to find another female of similar age to share a place with UNFURNISHED please. I’m easygoing, friendly and love to have a laugh. I don’t mind dogs but am allergic to cats unfortunately. Would be preferable to have own bathroom or share a decent sized one with one other (female preferably). I work full time and like to relax or get out and about on weekends. I love to cook for myself and for others.
Clean & Respectful to live with. Have 18 months of prior rental history from 2016 - mid 2017, now looking to move back out of home and rent in areas around Perth. Not fussed with Male or Female roommates. Can be a fairly quiet guy for the most part with my introverted personality but very easy to get along with. Studying Marketing and Tourism & Hospitality and have a huge love of traveling. Did 18 months of backpacking around europe back in 2014 & love stumbling across travellers here in Aus. Currently working in hospitality at Crown, and have interests in working in the Digital Marketing industry. Working 4-5 days a week and in my final semester of uni to complete my degree. Will consider either team-ups into a new rental with others or just join a current rental. Looking to move out mid-November. Very open to locations.
Incredibly dry sense of humour Don't get in your way or be annoying Clean and respectful And thoughtful Love animals if you have them Great advice giver (terrible advice taker) Love decorating And creating a cool space to live Terribly unfit so i wont be the "hot one" 😂 Work part time for an IT company bookkeeping mostly from home so I'm home quiet a bit with my nose in a book or laptop but i do mostly keep to myself in my room or area as im generally a pretty quiet person, and keep some really odd hours due to other work commitments (im an escort do you would need to be ok with that and not a judgemental sort of person) and be a good sleeper as i come and go at weird times and even though i always try to be as quiet as i can, sonetimes i fail lol For this reason i also need to have my own bathroom to get ready in at odd hours and not wake house mates
Fairly private and quiet person, laid back but very active. I tend to work, study, do x-fit anywhere from 5:30am to 2am so my lifestyle can seem eratic. With some overnight shifts at a clients house (I work as a disability support worker). I enjoy crossfit, beach runs, meditating outside and reading what my sister gives me to read but have recently been accepted into Curtin Uni to complete the second half of my degree, which means I'm after a no stress quiet and clean household. Unfortunately I have to stress again, I keep to myself for good reasons and although I don't mind an easy chat, I just keen for a super easy home to chill out in my down time.
I'm a pretty organised person, I like to keep my living environments clean and clear of clutter. I'm a funny guy, and am always making people smile even on my bad days. I'm a creative person, I play guitar and have recorded with a metal band and am now in a band with my girlfriend. (we have recently recorded our first ep) I play acoustic guitar now, so nothing loud. I work as a disability support carer for people with acquired brain injuries so my roster varies week to week. I'm not a party animal, if I want to drink with friends I go out and do it, unless you're up for a wine, scotch or few beers. Because of my work hours, I am a morning and night person and don't need a coffee to get me going. I'm an honest guy, like to talk and also offer an ear if needed. Netflix and chill with a glass of red usually goes well also. I'm currently looking for a place in between Ferndale and Yanchep.
Hi, I'm Rakhi. I'm 18 years old and I'm moving to Australia to do my degree from the UK. I'm not yet sure what my timings will be like at uni but I assume I'll be out from mornings to mid afternoon. My weekends are normally spent with friends but that depends on my work load. I like to keep my living spaces clean and I'm very familiar with living with other people as I had been doing it in the UK. I like to keep myself busy with cooking, reading and socialising but sometimes a little Netflix goes a long way.
So a bit about myself; my name is Vanny, I’m 33 years old and work full time as a real estate photographer/videographer for various agencies in Perth. I’m originally from Sydney, lived in Canberra for the last 6 years and recently moved to Perth 6 months ago. I’ve yet to venture out to see what this place has to offer but really looking forward to seeing some of the beaches in WA. There aren’t too many beaches in Canberra….and by that I mean zero beaches. Grew up with dogs so don’t mind living with someone who owns a dog or 2 so long as I get to pat and play with them as well. I consider myself a clean and tidy person; during the course of my work I get to visit some immaculately presented homes, so I’ve gained an appreciation for a well kept house and gladly help out with the chores around the home.
I’m a super chill human who likes a clean space, down time, a good bed time (for that sweet sweet 8 hours), good healthy food and gymming. I’m not clingy and like my own space to chill out when I get home from working in part time retail, but am a fun human overall and like a good dance party in my room from time to time (with headphones of course). Just looking for some fellow chill humans who like to look after themselves to room with whilst I take time to move into my next phase of postgrad study.
I am a 20 year old social work student. I am clean and tidy and am not big on partying. I have a great group of friends who enjoy board game/dinner nights at home. I am really easy going and social but definitely love my own space as well. Originally from down south so occasionally go home to visit my family. I have been living on campus at Uni for this first year but am looking to move into a house. Looking to move at the start of next year-Thanks! (Ps my name is pronounced like Elisha)
