Move in: February 2020! I'm from Bergen, a small, coastal city in Norway, where I've studied molecular biology for 1.5 years, and have also lived in Hoi An, Vietnam, where I studied development. I've lived with both a roomate and housemates, all I consider close friends of mine today, and I loved both circumstances. Now I study Environmental Science at the University of Melbourne. I'm tidy and easy-going, like to travel, read, and go to markets and events around Melbourne. I moved to Australia in February, and have lived in Brunswick since then! However, I am looking for a change in circumstances, and maybe some new friends for the next part of my Australian adventure:) Hopefully, somewhere furnished, social, and relatively central!

Hi I'm Jemma! I am starting my masters of teaching at Melbourne uni and am looking to move closer to campus. I work teaching arts and crafts to kids and as a kitchen hand. I am pretty easygoing. I'm kind and friendly but am generally quite quiet and respectful of space. I like keeping fit and am currently interested in pilates and attempt at running. I am a vegetarian and enjoy cooking but don't mind whether you are or not. I'm going to be quite busy with work and uni so won't be home that much. I am hoping to stay around 6 months - 12 months. LGBT+ friendly. Let me know if you have any questions!

G'day all, I'm Craig, a 21yr old, 2nd (going on 3rd) Year RMIT student studying good ol' Information Technology. Having moved out from Sydney 3 odd years ago, I've been housesharing for the past 3 years in Canberra whilst working and studying. Been working full-time with the Gov and studying full-time for the past 3 years, and I've finally decided to take full focus on my studies to finish my degree ASAP and keeping work to the part-time level. From living in sharehouses previously, I enjoy keeping areas clean and neat, cleaning up after myself, and doing my share of communal activities as well as reliably paying rent and bills on time. I tend to meal prep for the week, so I rarely take up room in the kitchen! I'm a clean, organised, reliable and trustworthy housemate. I enjoy socialising with housemates and would love to become good friends, but also like down-time and know when it's time to relax and like to keep the house in a nice and chill atmosphere. Other likes include gaming, a good feed, tech, bouldering, climbing, gym, and hopefully mountaineering. I plan to move in from the start-mid Feb but I'm currently still living in Canberra, so I can't do short-notice inspections unfortunately! I've got some of my own furnishings (nothing communal) and can take or leave them. I'm flexible with the number of housemates, rent, and pretty much anything else to find the right place! **I'll be coming down to Melbourne on the 28th of January for a few days, so I'll be looking to inspect in that week!**

From Spain, living in the UK for the past 7 years and just moved to Melbourne a month ago on a working holiday visa. Working 9-5 as a tech consultant. Hobbies include: eat, drink, bitta rave and music (mostly disco, house, techno... electronic in general but lots of other random stuff as well), binge shite on Netflix, and many other basic bitch activities. Pretty chill, pet friendly, vegan friendly (not vegan tho so if you can't tolerate catching a whiff of meat every now and then prob give me a pass), lgbtq+ friendly, and all the friendlies. Looking for a place to share with 2+ people, not a party house and not (necessarily) looking for best friends, but I'm definitely keen to socialise so would prefer peeps on the livelier side. Don't mind people with different schedules as long as everyone's respectful.

I'm 21 and currently year 3 student at The University of Melbourne. I'm friendly, agreeable, organised and responsible. I study all day at school and just go home for dinner and night sleep. My routine rarely changes since I'm pretty busy with my study. I don't bring friends home or do party. I'm looking for 2 single rooms for 2 female students (me and my friend) or a shared room with 2 beds if your house is in or near the CBD. It would be great if the house is furnished with kitchenette, within 30mins to Melbourne Central, 10 mins to supermarkets, markets and less than 5 mins walk to public transport. Also I'm looking for a long-term rent. Our budget is <700 pcm include all bills.

Hi :) I am from germany and I am coming for a postdoc in biology to Melbourne. I think I am pretty uncomplicated. I lived in shared flats before and I like it clean and cosy. I am a sociable person, who likes to invite friends over for dinner or some drinks in the evening and I would be happy if my flatmate(s) would join. But I also need it quite and calm once in a while to do binge watching or reading a book. I love watching movies and series and talking about it! I am looking for a place with people who distract me, if work is getting crazy and who like to cook or eat together, share a drink (beer, wine, tea, coffee) and the latest news in the evening. Or have a great breakfast or brunch on weekends.
