Hi all, I am Neshal, a 27 year old graduate student at the University of Melbourne. I'm looking for a place to stay for the semester ideally within 15 mins of Uni by bike. I can move in from the 24th but not sure if I can stay past July end. With all that out of that way a little bit about me. I am respectful of other people's lifestyle choices and routines and like to be around others who are the same. I am quite relaxed and easy going. Covers my share of chores around the house. Non smoker. Likes to stop and have a chat with my flatmates. I have an inclination towards motorsports. But never one to shy away from involving in a sporting or social activity. If my mates are doing it, I'll be in the middle. Cooking is a hobby. If you don't mind tasting a random bunch of stuff thrown together as an experiment, usually quite edible, I am your guy. I have lost a lot of battles with baking but sorted out chocolate chunk cookies in the process. My next semester is looking to be quite busy with me taking a vocational placement on top of couple of courses at Uni. With weekends being filled by cricket, socializing, occasional night outs and hopefully tennis, I should be out of the house most of the time.
Hi, I'm, Cameron a Full-time Masters student moving into Melbourne for the first time (I've been here before tho). Easy going, loves socializing and I think I have a pretty unique sense of humor. I have a whole lot of interests but still very open-minded. However, i do value my privacy as well. I totally believe in the live and let live philosophy, I really do not care what you do as long as it does not affect me. *Strictly looking for private room with ensuite bathroom. Would likely consider own bathroom (that is outside) depending on proximity and privacy* I like to keep fit as well so having a gym in the building or one nearby is a huge bonus. I also do not mind animals, I grew up with pets so rest assured (if you have one). Interested in Soccer and Tennis mostly but very open minded to joining in with any of your interests. Positives: - I consider myself a good person, whatever that means. - Always up for a chat, always happy to do things together as long as I get some personal space when necessary. - Flatshare experienced of around 4 years (never missed a payment) - I do not cook beyond using the microwave sometimes, cleanliness won't be an issue in common areas - Tech savy, will fix internet connections, maybe even recommend on cost lowering. - We will have a good relationship because if we do not I'll probably move out myself, I like to have a positive environment.
Hi! I am Juana and my partner Camilo. We are from Colombia. I am doing my Master in Development Studies in Melbourne Uni, Camilo is studying English. We are both working part-time and looking for a calm and nice home. We enjoy to cook, to dance, meet new people, watch movies... We love pets!
Nandu: Quiet and a tidy guy. I keep to myself most of the time but am willing to have a drink together sometime. Tejas: Friendly, outgoing, easy to get along with. Have lives in share houses so know the do's and dont's and am very clean. We both study at Melbourne University.
Hi! I’m Dani, a 25 year old Chilean girl. Me and my mate Camila (she’s the best) just move to Melbourne and we are looking for a place to call home. Both of us are really tidy, we like to chill and watch movies, have a nice meal and also from time to time enjoy a beer or a good night out.
Aye yoooo, I’m Sara and looking to find a new home for myself and my pooch Z! I’m 26, and own my own personalised dog walking and training service to Melbourne’s inner south east, along with rehoming abandoned/mistreated dogs in need of a new forever home! I do part time work as a dispense tech in a pharmacy some nights/weekends. I like to socialise, I am literally always up for a chat however I do understand the boundaries of privacy and a bit of P&Q. I am mad on my music predominantly hip hop, however i can appreciate most genres given the vibe. I love to cook for others, I pretty much live off gnocchi shout out to fellow potatoes. I do smoke however I don’t drink so I’m always happy to watch future housemates get maggot and inevitably end up the deso driver. I am tidy and usually keep most my belongings in my room so you don’t have to worry about tripping over my shit or finding random ornaments about the home. I can come off as a little strange and that’s probably because I am lol but I’m fun to have around and my dog will most likely melt your heart. Peaaaaace ✌🏾
I'm a 29 y/o Kiwi who has been living in Melbourne for 5 years now. I work four days a week in the CBD. In my free time I like catching up with friends and also have a few hobbies that occupy my interests at home. I like to keep common areas of a house tidy and clean, and happy to have a chat and a laugh or a watch of something on Netflix when the opportunity arises with flatmates. I think most previous and current flatmates would say I'm easy to get along with and I like to think I'm respectful and easy to live with! Give me a buzz if you think it sounds like I'd fit into your situation :D
Hey team - I am on the lookout for a quiet, well looked after and conveniently located house until August, at which point I will be departing on exchange. This is my fifth year in Melbourne and my final year of undergraduate studying art history and criminology at Unimelb. Additionally, I am currently working part time as a tutor at one of the residential colleges, teaching undergraduate art history, politics and crim. As to a bit about me, I am originally from New Zealand, where I completed high school and before that Hong Kong, where I was born. My passions are for art, film and fashion and by extension, unending appreciation for a well designed and considered space. As a flatmate I am housetrained, considerate and know well to respect the space of others, you certainly won't have to worry about bills not being paid on time nor extra mess on my behalf. I appreciate you taking the time to have a read, I am ready to move at a moments notice and always look forward to the chance to meet new people so by all means get in touch. Cheers! Nick
I am a 26 year old, originally from Ireland, living in Melbourne and currently working full time for AMP in the Docklands. I am a laid back guy, very easy to live with, who enjoys socialising and meeting new people, but also values my own time and space. I love sports, especially Football (soccer), but will pretty much watch anything. I enjoy going out and having a few drinks at the weekend, but also like to chill out and watch movies and TV and do a bit of reading when I can. I've done a good bit of travelling recently, so will hopefully have an interesting story or two for you.
Hey!! I'm Jess, my boyfriend Jay and I are looking for a place to call home! We have just recently moved to Melbourne, both of us are Kiwis who work in the hospo scene - Jay is a chef who in his spare time can be found getting artsy and creative with music and drawing. I'm a waitress for the time being and in my spare time I'll be out and about trying to explore new territory, lazing in the sun with a book or even trying to out-chef Jay in the kitchen. Thanks!
Well hello there... As you have probably realised, with your high observational skill level, my name is Clare. I am 26, from the UK, and have lived in Melbourne for the last 2.5 years. My current lease isn't up until July 2018, but I am happy to break the lease early for the right move, I am flexible on move date. Work FT in the CBD, so I am looking for a place that isn't too far so I can easily cycle to work and my gym which is in Fitzroy. Looking for a social household, dinners and drinks together would be great. That said, everyone needs their own space don't they? I think most people know how to respect boundaries though so not to worried about that. My job can be pretty full-on at times, I spend all day talking to strangers, so I do like to decompress after a long day at the office. I'm looking for a house share, rather than a flat share. Having lived in an apartment the last 18 months, I am super keen for some outdoor space to bbq in the summer or potter about in. I am looking for somewhere with a fairly modern kitchen and AC/Heating too. I am hoping to find somewhere in the following suburbs: Carlton North Carlton Fitzroy North Collingwood Brunswick East Clifton Hill Princes Hill Northcote Get in touch if you have a place for me in your home, or your hearts, or if you are thinking about starting a house share. C x :)
Hey! So I'm currently a full time student at Uni Melbourne studying Biochem and Molecular Biology. I'm crazy organized and a lil ocd about messes , though I'd like to think I'm a pretty good cook! I'm friendly, amiable and respectful. I am clean and timely with payments. I am interested in a wide range of things like self improvement, entrepreneurship, sci fi and all kinds of silly things. I will always entertain a new idea! I'm looking for a house that works and where I can contribute to a positive vibe.
I’m 24yr old male and I'm going to start a master’s course at MBS. I’m quiet and hard working, get along with everyone.I pay rent on time, clean and respectful.

My name is Thomas, I am coming from Paris (France) for a year at University of Melbourne. I am studying my final year of engineering and wants to find a part time job nearby. I am organised, love cooking and meet new people. I am fond of music, cinema and culture in general. I love to watch series and share my new discoveries with others. I am gay so would like LGBT+ friendly flatmates. Always ready for running sessions, a glass at the bar or going to the club ! Light Smoker trying to quit and to keep it when I hang out

Hi my name is Eleanor and I am moving to Melbourne to start a new job after graduating University. I have lived in Sydney for 5 years and am excited to explore a new city. I am keen to meet new people and am always up for trying new things, exploring new places and engaging in any outdoor activity. I have lived in several shared houses over the last six years and believe I am an easy going, clean and fun housemate. I enjoy having people around for Sunday afternoon BBQ's or weekend dinners, though I also enjoy having a space to rejuvenate after a day at work. Hi! I'm Jaitika a 22 year old student at University of Melbourne studying Genomics. I'm social, yet quiet. I like making new friends but I like my own space as well. I came to Melbourne only a couple of weeks ago, so I'm still exploring it, the culture, the lifestyle, and loving it so far! I'm a non-smoker (don't really mind if you smoke), LGBTQ+ friendly, and a bit of a clean freak (just a little bit). I LOVE coffee, bingeing on netflix and nerding out every now and then. Don't have pets, but don't mind them either. I'm open-minded, reliable, considerate, easygoing, and friendly, up for a chat or sharing a drink/meal, also fine with doing my own thing. I am respectful of others privacy. Ideally, I'm looking for a friendly, fun, outgoing person but who respects my need for space and privacy and also their own. If you think we might get along well, drop in a message, let me know about you a little. Looking forward to hear from you! :)

I work corporate 9 - 5 Mon - Fri, also have 5 consecutive years of renting and house sharing experience so HMU if youre interested.
I have recently taken the plunge to leave my full-time professional job in Western Australia and pursue a Master’s degree in Melbourne! I’ll be studying at the University of Melbourne and looking to find a place that’s not too far away and within good range of public transport. I am looking for a place to call home, where I can relax and feel at ease and have some socialising between studying, working and adventuring around the city! I am an easygoing, respectful and clean housemate. I love good conversations and would describe myself as a great listener. I like to spend quality time with people and to discover new places and activities with others. I can also be fairly quiet and crave solo down times where I’m cooped up with multiple cups of tea and a good book. Being both social and quiet means I am very respectful of personal space and am empathetic to others’ needs. I love to travel and am excited to explore my new home city! Outside of studying I enjoy reading, walking, visits to the cinema and art exhibitions, sampling craft beers and red wine, and trying to keep up at Zumba. It goes without saying that I would help maintain a tidy home and though my cooking skills leave much to be desired, I am good at washing up! I love animals and would be ultra happy to find somewhere that has a cat or dog :)
