Hi! My name is James, I'm 24 and I'm looking for a new place on a little bit short notice with my little 5 month old black Labrador Niko who you can see in my picture. He's a cutie. I'm also a gamer and absolutely love cooking so your expectations of me are to be a little kept to my own areas and in the kitchen - But I also work full time throughout the week. I work in education. I'm a clean person and hoping to find someone the same. Ideally looking for somewhere at least a little nice - But nothing fancy. I'm not a smoker and rarely drink.

Hi future housemate(s)/landlord! First the borning stuff: We are a couple looking for a one bed apartment or a room with ensuite, location around Monash Clayton campus. We are looking to move 15-30th June and stay for 6 months initially. If it's a good location we can stay longer. We prefer to be able to bring our own furniture but it can be flexible. Now about us: I'm Peiyao, an artsy IT student graduating at the end of 2021. I enjoy cooking, watching anime, creative activities, thrifting, and discovering melbourne. My bf Josh is also a uni student doing education, he plays games in his free time and plays guitar, he's also teaching himself making cocktails. We are busy and usually keep to ourselves but we are not antisocial :p We do cook a fair amount - usually at least every second day. If living in a shared house, we make sure to respect people's spaces and have high cleaning standards and always clean up after ourselves. We are also looking for a clean and tidy place where we won't become the only one cleaning :p Some additional preferences: It would be nice if the place have a under cover parking but it's not essential. I don't drive but I'm responsible for a car :p We would also prefer a place as close to train station/shops as possible. Thanks for reading the wall of text! Looking forward to hear from you :)

Hello! I'm Fiona, a full time student at Monash studying a double degree in science and arts, majoring in physics and psychology. I'd love to be friends with my roommates while still respecting each other's personal space of course. I can be pretty quiet and reserved at times, I just need to recharge my social batteries every now and then :) Going out to interesting places, resturants and cafes is always fun and I'm down to go as long as it's not outside of my budget. I'm kind of interested in everything, so if your passionate about something I'd love to hear about it! A little about me: I used to paint watercolours regularly; sold 2 paintings at an artshow once. Although I haven't had a lot of time to paint, I still appreciate art in all mediums. Of course, I love all the classic disney films (who doesn't), shonen anime, Greek mythology and fantasy stories such as Harry Potter. It would be really cool if you like to play boardgames or card games, I used to play different boardgames with friends on a weekly basis :D I also have a coin collection of circulating coins that don't have the standard design which I've been collecting for the past 6 years. Different designs usually symbolise different holidays and anniversaries, it's a pretty cool to think that a part of our culture is passing through our hands everyday. Now onto my lifestyle: I need to wake up around 7am everyday to go to uni and get home from 6-8pm. My schedule is pretty full everyday except Saturday because of uni and work. I can clean up after myself and stick to a routine pretty well. I grew up in a pretty messy house so I don't mind a bit of mess as long as it doesn't bother others. I only use my bedroom for sleeping and storing things, so if we share you'll essentially have the room to yourself :) What I'm looking for: I'm moving for uni so I'd that's convenient for me to get Monash Caufield and/or Clayton. Bonus if we're close to a library. Now that you've got to know me, I'd love to get to know you! I'd ask a few questions about you and your lifestyle and feel free to message me with questions of your own :D

Hi there. I'm a single parent to a five year old boy with no pets and no allergies. I'm very LGBTQ+ friendly and super easy going. I don't work at the moment but will be going back into studying as I wasn't able to finish schooling due to hardship. My primary hobbies are gardening, reading, painting and video games. I love animals so any and all pets are welcome. I'm very big on privacy and good vibes. I'm looking for someone to share the lease on a house with me as I cannot afford a place of my own. I don't mind whether it's with a woman, man, non-binary person, gender fluid, any and all. I just don't want to be homeless and have to send my son to live with his dad and couch surf for myself. If this interests you at all please do not hesitate to contact me.

I'm a recent graduate with a Bachelor of Creative Arts, hoping to return to study sometime soon, but in the meantime I'm working in retail. I have just started working in Melbourne but I'm still living in Bendigo so I'm looking for somewhere so stay short term while house hunting. I've lived in a few share houses before so I like to be sociable and have a good chat, but also like to give people their space as well. Definitely open to making new friends but also completely respectful of boundaries. Flexible on move in date. I am passionate about art, I love to sew and I like to be eco-conscious. I like music, exploring the city and I don't mind a bev and a boogie now and then. Love a good TV show on Netflix as well and I'm learning to speak Spanish! Feel free to shoot me a message!

I am from South Australia looking to settle in Melbourne. I am going to be looking for work in Melbourne so I won't be home most of the time but I prefer a furnished room with security, locks if available. It would be great if internet is included. I prefer a place that has a laundry machine and other appliances that are necessary. I love to play video games and watch anime. I am welcome to pets as well.
