Hey guys, Daniel here. I'm clean, sociable, and quiet. Sometimes funny, but rare. A ‘house is a home’, and I aim to create a safe environment in both asthetic and vibe by fostering open and respectful communication. I have good aim, too! I hit the middle of the toilet bowl with 98% accuracy, and I *always* clean up my 2% “margin of error” in communal spaces. I pay rent and bills on time, and am big on ‘boundaries’ - the emission of sounds, smells, mess and bad vibes - do my best to keep mine in my room, and I expect you to also. Likes: - Rock climbing - Reading, and learning new ideas - Running - Eating clean (“Joey doesn’t share food!” applies mostly to me due to food allergies, but don’t care who/what/where/how you cook/eat) - Cats, but don't own one. Great if you do! Work: At Vic Uni and Uni Melb in mental health research and support worker roles, totalling 4 days. On 5th day, I’m writing, usually at home. Party houses! I’m passed my partying prime, and prefer others who share my vision for a quiet-ish home. Also - not a drinker and I don't do drugs. I like to think I'm still "hip" though. All in all a pretty chill and considerate guy to live with. Hit me up if you’re interested in having me on board.
Hey there! I'm Ana, 25 and super chill. Despite my busy lifestyle, I prefer living a more bohemian, hippy, spiritual life, connecting with nature and animals, reading and listening to calming music. However I've started studying a Masters of Nutrition part-time, so that alongside working 30-35hrs as 2IC in a gym means I'm fairly busy most of the time. I'm looking for a place close to the beach, that will feel like home and that I can connect with my housemates and watch the occasional movie together or chat over some wine etc when we're both free. Every place I've stayed at previously I've become really great friends with the housemates I've lived with and that's the sort of environment I'd like to create again. My study is all online via correspondence, so I'll be setting up my study area in my bedroom, which means the room needs to be a decent enough size that it will be liveable in there. I love indoor plants as they give me the feeling of being outside in the forest even when I'm stuck inside studying. If you have pets that's a massive bonus! I'm clean, respectful of people's space, boundaries and needs. I always pay bills on time and I like to look after the place as I'm all about respecting one's environment and property. My work schedule is mostly evenings. I finish around 9pm during the week, and then I work the occasional saturday morning. So I'll be spending my mornings before work studying or doing chores and then hopefully be able to relax on the weekends. If it sounds like we'll get along really well then please don't hesitate to send me a message! xx
Hi my name is Jake, I currently live in Mentone In a share house, it is getting demolished soon so i am looking for a new place to call home, I work in sales and am good at what I do, I work Monday to Friday and keep my weekends free to hang out with friends and socialise, I don't mind a drink here and there and on weekends sometimes head up to the countryside to see family! Other then that I'll be chilling out watching Netflix keeping it pretty relaxed or writing some street poetry, I love my alone time to just chill by myself but don't mind a good chat after work or to share a meal :) im not a bad cook! looking for easy going housemates who are laid back if you think this you please message to to organise an inspection.
im the blonde short hair on the right if you are wounding witch one haha :) I'm clean, happy and always up for a chat with a coffee or dinner watching some Netflixs or out having the od drink or two! I'm usally at the gym or out adventuring with my number one girl lilly ( shes a bordercollie) 😊
I've recently moved to Melbourne from Tasmania and am studying Occupational Therapy full time in Frankston. I'm specifically looking for somewhere along the Frankston train line (5-10 mins walk or bike) so I have easy access to uni and can occasionally ride home but also to family further up the bay. I'm quiet, considerate, respectful and clean up after myself. I've lived in share housing before and always got on well with my housemates. While I like to be social and have a chat, I also enjoy my own space, particularly as I now spend most of my time studying. I will tend to go home for my uni breaks (10 weeks on then 2 weeks off) so there will be a fair amount of time that I won't be around. I like staying active and go walking/cycling to have a break from the books. I also enjoy camping, travelling and a good pub trivia night. I'm not much of a drinker but will have the occasional social drink and I'm not a party person. I'm looking for somewhere to live with quiet, considerate people in a comfortable and relaxed space. I would prefer to be somewhere where the bills were included in the weekly rent. Looking forward to hearing from you Jodi
I am a Marketing Executive from Liverpool, UK. My 2 year visa has recently been granted and I have a job waiting for me in Melbourne. I am arriving into Melbourne on Wednesday 3rd April so will be looking to view properties from Thursday 4th April. I am an easy going person who is clean and tidy and respectful of others space. I am completely new to Australia so will be spending most of my time getting my bearings and exploring! I am usually up for anything that will make me laugh (unless I'm hungover) and enjoy a glass of wine or 2 on the weekend. I work 9-5 Monday to Friday in South Dandenong so need somewhere where it's not too far to commute as unfortunately, I haven't yet learned how to drive. I am a social smoker, I thought this was worth mentioning as most places on here don't accept smokers. I don't have any furniture so would need somewhere furnished.

Hey all, my partner and I are looking for a room within a cozy and friendly house/community. I am an American working part time and my partner is Australian who works full time in Outdoor Education. We are looking to move into a room in a house with like minded people who are also interested in outdoor activities, occasional shared meals, and board game nights. We are looking for our own bathroom or shared with just one other person. We are non smokers who like to keep a clean place and use a rotating cleaning system if needed (to avoid someone always cleaning for the others). Lastly, we have a slow growing collection of records and a great sound system!
I’m very neat and easy to live with, and I like cooking. I enjoy being sociable but can keep to myself and listen to music or watch Netflix. I work at The Coffee Club in Frankston and at the Frankston Foundry, and am starting at Swinburne this March (I also turn 18 on the 21st of March).
I am looking at moving out of my parents house and into the real world! I work full time. I’m very clean and tidy. I like my own space but always up for a chat. I like to be outdoors, but also don’t mind chilling at home and watching a movie. Looking forward to starting a new adventure 😊
I am a loyal and trustworthy person, I pay my bills on time and I am a very clean person. I have the ability to get a long with people of all ages, I’m a talkative person but I also like my own space and I can respect others privacy too. I work full time in childcare at the moment, I am 25 years old and I love to travel. I have spent quite a bit of my time over the last 5 years traveling overseas having spent 1 year living in Ireland too. I love meeting new people, chilling out and I do love to stay active too. I’m looking for somewhere to rent between Frankston and up to the Highett area, my budget is about $250 pw (bills included) but happy to pay a bit more for the right place. I am pretty flexible with most things, I do have my own furniture I can bring and am happy to share a bathroom etc. I hope to hear from you. :)

I'm Brazilian and I moved to Melbourne to study Business international. I'm prompt with bills, organized, clean, easy going, sometimes I like to cook and I like to go to the gym. I'm looking for a place near my job, which is in Mordialloc.
I'm a primary school music teacher by day and a gigging blues musician by night, but when I'm alone I'm a pretty quiet person and keep out of peoples way. Definitely love a good conversation and am always up for socialising! The best way I can describe myself is very easy going and respectful, independent, not a neat freak but can maintain a clean place, punctual and creative minded. My idea of fun is obviously playing my guitars and going out to gigs, but I also love a good quiet night in just relaxing, whether alone or with friends and playing my video games. Currently living in St Kilda on my own in a tiny apartment which is alright, but possibly looking to move somewhere a bit more open, tame and quiet. Plus would love some more space! It'd be cool to find people who don't mind me practicing during the day for an hour or two. Obviously I try to practice when no one is around. I think I've mentioned most of what I'm about, but any questions you have just ask away :)
I’m very respectful of personal time and space as I know how important it is to have but Im always down for a chat, games and just hanging out too! Important to at least be friends while you’re living together to make it feel like home. I work full time, I try to get to the gym 4-5 times a week and live a pretty healthy lifestyle while also enjoying all types of food and a few beers here and there.
organised and tidy, happy to help out with house work and gardening, easy going and have a kind fun nature. Very respectful of others and their space and am handy around the house. Work fulltime for the city of Glen Eira, moved to Australia 6 years ago from NZ. Enjoy the outdoors camping, fishing, beach and wildlife.
