Hello there, I'm looking for a new home anytime from September 2019 onward and not in a rush, as I want to find the right home and flatmate/s. I’m looking for at least 6 months but preferably 12 months plus. Very easy to get along with, clean and tidy looking for a modern home, Don't take drugs or smoke, light social drinker (usually only social events, or occasionally with a nice home cooked meal) and respectful of others and their property. I'm hoping there are some single parents out there looking to consider creating a new and exciting home and friendship where we can help each other out, or some students that are great with children and are looking for a reliable, clean and stable flatmate. Pooling our resources can get us a much bigger and better home in a better location for less money. Regardless of who you are, if you are interested please get in touch and lets see how well we get along and take things from there. I'm a single parent and I have 2 very active and well behaved young girls (5 and 7yrs). Due to their mothers instability, I have decided to move out of the fantastic Penthouse in Miami where I have 2 rooms and a fantastic and very understanding flatmate. We pooled our resources finding this place and live in arguably the best penthouse apartment in the area, think of what we could find in a family home by pooling our resources. The secret is finding the right flatmate/s, then the right home. As I’m not in a huge rush there is time to find the right flatmate and home. My number one priority is to find a great flatmate to live with, in a clean and modern home. I have the contents of almost an entire house in storage if needed, also happy to just bring my bed, a combination of both, or go on a shopping spree to furnish our new home. I may be 45, however most people think I'm in my mid 30's, I exercise daily and am very fit with a biological age of 29, and I’m fun to be around :) I get along with everyone and just want a relaxed home for me and my girls (when they stay which is currently only 2 nights a week). Over recent months, as my ex-wife has been quite unwell, I have had my girls full time for a week or two at a time (which I have loved) and I am considering a dramatic increase in care, however this would be something I would discuss with my flatmate/s. I’m looking at a few housing options, a large modern 3-4 bedroom apartment by the beach; a modern house on a waterway that leads to the ocean, or a large home with 4 or more bedrooms in the suburbs somewhere. I’d prefer a new and modern home, however will settle for a modern kitchen as I love cooking… Primarily I want a home I can relax in with a great flatmate/s, where ideally my children have their own rooms (happy for these to be used by friends/guests etc when they are not in the house) and everyone has their own space to relax in. There are some great larger houses out there and I’d be more than happy to team up and find a new home together with my new flatmate/s. Not here to hide anything from you, just looking for a great flatmate/s and a great home, but also want to be honest about my situation. I love travelling, heading to the beach for a swim, kayaking, mountain bike riding, bush walking and keeping fit. I'm generally up at sunrise every morning I don't have my girls and down the beach for a walk or run to start my day. If you are after a genuine, clean and honest flatmate then get in touch. Have a great day and looking forward to hearing from you. If you are a student, please get in touch if you are interested as there would also be the added bonus of some paid babysitting if you were interested. Regards Neal
Welcome to my profile! Looking for 1-2 other people to start an awesome share apartment with! I have just about everything like a washing machine, microwave, vacuum, cups, bowls, plates, kettle ect... only things left to get would be a fridge, lounge, TV, and hopefully you can get your own bedroom furniture. I’m a positive, easy going person who keeps a sparkling clean and uncluttered house. Love to cook and super considerate of others. Looking for a MODERN apartment with pool, OWN bathroom and UNFURNISHED bedroom (doesn’t have to be an ensuite) and a car space if there isn’t easy street parking 🚗 On the hunt for an easy going, clean, reliable, friendly and mature roommate who is able to pay bond and 2 weeks rent in advance. Someone who doesn't do drugs or wants a party house, can become a friend and to enjoy the occasional dinner, drinks or tv show together but knows to give space when needed. PRETTY PLEASE don’t message me if you are the type of person that doesn’t check dishes are clean before putting them away, leaves their leftover food in the sink or someone who doesn’t wipe the kitchen bench/stove after use. Those people can stay far away from me! Thanks! 😂😂 Anyways if you got through all of that then congrats 👏👏 and hopefully talk soon 😁
Hi everyone! I'm a tidy young man looking for a room close to the beach. I'd be happy to meet up and check things out :)
Hey, I'm Mark. I am very loyal, tidy and honest. I'm also very respectful of others personal space. And quiet time. As i do enjoy my own. However, I am up for a chat! (smoker- only outside and away from house)
Hi, I'm looking to rent a room or possibly even team for a new lease. I work in telecoms as a sub contractor and I like to skydive and fish in my spare time. Always keen for a chat and don't mind a beer or two.
Hey, We're currently looking for a place to rent anywhere from Palm Beach - Broadbeach. Would be looking to teamup with someone else or another couple and find a place that's for rent at the moment. We're both busy people that work and study full time. Will owns and runs a tech company, and I'm studying law and work in hospitality. We're both easy going, clean and tidy. We have a dog, he's a boxer x, he's super chilled and loves everyone. He won't get along well with other pets though sorry. If you're interested in teaming up message me :)
Hi, I will be studying full time from September. Move date is not set. Prefer a smaller amount of flatmates, car parking space and cleanliness. I have a lime tree which I would like to bring with me and it needs sun 🌞 I’d prefer furnished with desk and own bathroom or en-suite but can be flexible for the right property/flatmates. MUST HAVE: - Car parking space - Private room - Not a party house - Dryer - built in wardrobe (at least double)
Hi, I'm Phil Non-smoker, tidy and trustworthy, always pay rent and bills on time. I'm also vegetarian but don't mind if you eat meat. I don't really like gardening but I'm good with a vacuum and know how to wash up and clean a toilet. Lol. Work full time at Foxtel, sociable, enjoy board games, live music and the odd movie with roomies. Definitely not a couch potato, I have too many hobbies! Bit of a muso but don't worry, I have a rehearsal shed so I'm never too loud at home. *If house sharing and you already have furniture I'd need some garage or storage space for my washing machine and a few other bits and pieces I don't want to sell *Happy to find someone to team up with and co-lease a place. With my income and good rental history it should be easy to secure a new rental property
