Hey all, Im a non smoker, not partier and very tidy. I respect everyone including my housemates and their guests. I work full time in Northcote, I enjoy eating out, travelling the world, playing and watching all sports and also enjoy latin dancing. I dont cook a great deal but if I do is generally a great roast or pasta dish. Im looking for housemates that respect each others possessions and privacy but also enjoy socialising and having a chat or chill out together. (I will share my wine stash with you). I also have a big tv and ps4, and love video games. (prefer to keep in my own room) Ideally id love a private room with ensuite. But it isnt a dealbreaker. Message me soon! Brad
Hey flatmate world, We're a fun loving couple looking for some new housemates in Jan/Feb 2017! We both work full time but are definitely up for getting together with our roomies for a social drink or bite to eat whenever possible. We both love going for brunch, playing different sports and watching trashy telly in our spare time. While we are a couple we are also great at doing thing separately. We are both super clean and as an added bonus Max is a tradie so he's super helpful with jobs around the house. Together we also have all the furniture needed to furnish a new house so if your's is missing anything we'll have it. This is also perfect for anyone wanting to team up. If you want to know anything else about us feel free to message!
Work full-time, currently living in an apparent by myself, getting a bit sick of it, lease is going month to month so I can move anytime. Good rental history, already own sofa, fridge, chairs, washing machine, coffee table, tv and a bed. I can sell these if they're not needed. I play guitar and sing every day but I am always considerate of others about times about level of noise. I play footy over winter, love watching live music and like a good drink every now and then.
Hi there! I'm looking for a room in a modern house/apartment in either Clifton Hill, Fitzroy North, Collingwood, Abbotsford or Northcote. I'm a full-time professional working in the public sector. My hours are typically 9 - 5 but I'm usually out after work either training or at the gym. My job can be full-on and my life is generally pretty busy so I'm not looking for a “party house” at all but somewhere where I can come home at the end of a long day and relax. I'm easy-going, social and enjoy meeting new people. When I'm not at work I'm either at jiu-jitsu, the gym, yoga or catching up with friends! I love my life in Melbourne and being positive and active. I’m looking for a modern room in a sharehouse, ideally with mature people (28+), non-smokers. I’m available to move in from 21 January onwards. Please message me if you have a room in these suburbs that you think I might be interested in! I can provide references upon request. Thanks :)
My name's Sam. I'm 30 & I've been living in Melbourne for the last 6 years. I currently work full-time in the CBD in customer service, 9-5:30 Mon to Fri. In my spare time I enjoy reading tech blogs, skateboarding, start-ups, Big Bash cricket (carn the Stars!) and the occasional Netflix binge. I'm currently looking to find a relaxed space to share with some friendly people before the end of February (as I'll be visiting Japan for a fortnight mid March). I'm looking to stay long term (>6 months), and am happy to put my name on the lease if needed. I'm share-house trained, clean, respectful, timely with bills and LGBTQ friendly. I'm looking for flatmates who are approachable and enjoy sharing a few drinks over dinner now and then, but understand that everyone needs their own space from time to time. Ideally I'm looking for a home more than a house, and enjoy being social with my flatmates.
Hi! My name is Anna, I am a full-time masters of architecture student at the University of Melbourne. I would enjoy a fun, social house - with some shared meals and cooking (I'm vegetarian). I like to focus on study during the week, but also do yoga, go for walks, drink cups of tea and chat, see friends - and I like to go out on the weekends for some beers. I like to keep things very clean and keep rent and bills all happening on time.
I work in hospitality and am in the process of relocating to Melbourne. I've lived in Sydney all of my adult life in shared housing situations, and have gotten along well with a good mix of people. Depending on the job, my work hours will very likely be late, long and on the weekends. I try my best to keep things quiet when I come home late and have never had complaints from the other 9-5ers I live with. While slightly reserved, I'm always up for a chat and maybe a drink or two. I love food and cooking and will spend a good chunk of my free time on that. For exercise I do quite a bit of running.
Hi! I'm from the Netherlands and looking for a room in Melbourne! I'm clean and like cooking! I don't smoke. I'm travelling for a year and staying in Melbourne for 2/3 months! Let me know if you're interested!
My name is Hayley, I'm 26 years old, and work full time in child health research in Parkville. I'm very clean and friendly and I like living in positive, peaceful homes. In my spare time, I enjoy eating out with friends, going to the gym, and photography. I like keeping things quiet during the 9-5 working week. My weekends are spent doing relaxing activities such as yoga, socialising, or going on day trips. I'm looking for a private ensuite room with a car space for around $200-250 in the inner east/south-east.
I work full-time hours and study by side, when I'm at home I'm pretty chill and need some down time, but I like to social when I'm around and also respect to your own space. I prefer not living in a party house but do enjoy the odd drink/dinner. I'm very clean and tidy (but not a clean freak type), friendly and open-minded. I'm into travelling, movies, music, sports, photography, arts, food, coffee and cats :) I work in a restaurant as a pastry chef, besides my works, I like to go to the gigs, movies, exhibitions, shows, festivals, exploring the nice restaurants/cafes/pastry shops/markets, and travel when I have holidays. My favorite hangout suburbs are inner east and inner north, bay side in the summer. Although we might have the different work schedules, I'm very respectful and won't bring the party to home. I am happy to share the household as I like to keep the house clean and tidy, I'm looking for the liked -mind housemate who likes clean and tidy. I'm looking for a peaceful home to live with positive people, we can be independent but I'm not looking for just share the house, I like people. *** Allergy of the TV sounds, prefer to live with somebody who is not addicted to the TV (e.g. in need of turning on the TV every minute when at home, and sleep) and enjoy the relaxed quiet home. If your home is TV free, it will be a great bonus to me! Reliable and honest, pay rent on time. Conscious of the wastage of the energy. Looking for a relaxed home, not a party house. Clean and tidy, happy to join the household. Independent, share when I/you want to. Don't mind smokers but no smoking in the house. Open-minded, love multi- cultural, LGBT friendly, 40+ friendly. Pastry chef, occasional sweet treats :) Cat lover, meow in the house is very welcome! Please message me before calling, thank you!
Hey team So I've been living the dream over in Canada for the past two years. Doing a bunch of cool things like skiing, horse riding, travelling around, drinking etc etc. I'm studying Youth Work full time this year at RMIT so looking for somewhere to rest my head every night. I will most likely be working as well cause I'll need to afford life. I can assure that rent will always be paid, even if I don't eat for a week... I'm 26 and I've been waitressing, travelling and ski instructing around the world since I left high school and now keen for something new. The music scene/ creative and chill vibe of Melbourne has definitely attracted me to this city. I'm down to earth, social, very much into gigs and live music- music in general and being around people but also love my down time and respect people's personal space. I've been living in staff housing and share houses throughout my travels so I totally respect different lifestyles, living arrangements, personal boundaries and the big one... being tidy 🙂 I've also been known to have killer dance moves and I can show you my ways if you would like. I am pretty flexi with moving in dates etc as I have somewhere to chill until I find a more permanent home. I have references as well if my blurb didn't satisfy you at all!!! Thanks so much!!! Look forward to hearing from some people! Aimee
Me (Marcelle), I'm a 24 year old fine art student at RMIT majoring in photography and will be going into 3rd year. Also work as a bartender in Footscray . Love to have a drink with some mates and nice chats, we are both pretty laid back. All about house family vibes and getting on. Love to cook too. Not very good at writing about myself let alone selling myself haha. Anika (my girlfriend), 22, German, is a musician, just graduated from uni in London and works for Milk! Records. Loves to travel and chill out and tell really lame dad jokes.
Hi There! I'm Jess, an American expat from Austin, TX living in Melbourne on a work & holiday visa. I've been here for going on four months & work as an independent contractor in the entertainment industry; just wrapped up a gig with Beyond the Valley festival & will begin working with Cirque du Soleil later this month. I also pet / house sit so sometimes I'm gone for several days at a time. I am a music junkie so I usually always have my speaker going. In my free time I like to enjoy the great outdoors, go to shows, grab beers with friends, try new restaurants & spend a ridiculous amount of money on food from QVM. At home I love to cook, open a bottle of vino & Netflix it up. I do thoroughly enjoy my alone time but love to socialize as well so I can gel with whatever you like :) Currently seeking a furnished bedroom north of the river for a 4-week stay, move-in Feb 6th (slightly flexible) & I'd be out by March 6th. Look forward to chatting with you about your place!
After 4 years travelling we are looking to settle in Melbourne. Very clean and friendly, easy to get a long with. Like to read and enjoy jazz sounds with a blues backing and a glass of wine.
Hi my name is Lauren. I'm 27 and working full time in government, in a role with varied and sometimes long hours so will be out and about a bit. When I'm not working I like to get outdoors as much as possible, whether it be the beach, hiking or riding, I just generally like being outdoors! I like to also go to whatever sporting event is on in Melbourne, and check out gigs where I can. I'm an easy going and energetic person, who loves a chat and a drink with th people I live with, but am also respectful of space having lived in a couple of share houses. I am ideally trying to look for a place that can also accomodate my little 6 year old Jack Russell Emma (I did not name her haha). She's a little dog who loves a snuggle, isn't a barker and generally chills during the day when she's not begging for a walk, and likes sitting outside watching for possums at night. She can sleep in or outside.
I am a 31yo Female finally moving from Brisbane to follow my life goals of living in Melbourne. I am a registered nurse working part time whilst studying naturopathy part time at endeavour college. I have lived in share accommodation most of my life and have met some of my best friends doing so. I'd say I am a considerate, friendly, easy going and clean housemate. I am looking to move into a home not a party house although I don't mind a casual wine here and there. With the hours I keep and how busy life is for me I like to use home as a place of recoup and grounded-ness. I am hoping to find lovely housemates to share a lovely home with. I look forward to meeting you :)
Hi! I am looking for a long term share. I have many interests particularly in dance and music, a background in the arts and also work in human rights. Main interests: Music Dance Film Theatre Arts and culture Natural environment Animals Ecology and eco living Community Creative interests World affairs Health and fitness Natural therapies Reading Spirituality Travel Writing Justice Peace
Financially reliable, clean and tidy, respectful, light hearted, open-minded, outgoing and down to earth Norwegian female who have spent the last five years in Australia. I have one semester left of my master of Urban Planning at RMIT and I work 20-35 hours in a cafe in Southbank. When I am not busy with work or uni I like to go for a hike, walk or run, be out and about with friends or at home relaxing. I always try to contribute to a good living environment through sharing food, home-cooked meals and snacks and I always try to leave a place better than how I found it, whether that is by putting away the dishes and taking out the trash or with one of my terrible jokes to lighten the mood.
Hi everyone! My current lease is ending, and I'm looking to move in to a new share house. I'm currently taking a year off uni and working hospo to save some money before I start my honours in criminology and social theory in July. I love zipping around on my bike, practicing yoga and reading. I'm working a lot which means I'm not home heaps, but when I am I love cooking up a big feed, or heading the pub for beers and pool. I've got a bit of a green thumb, so a decent back yard to do some gardening in would be awesome. Just shoot me a message if you'd like to know anything else :)
Ethan and Kalen here. We're brothers looking to share accommodations while we complete our third year at RMIT. We're both laid back and friendly, and recognize the value in cleanliness and hard work. Between us we cover a wide range of hobbies, from writing to gaming to programming to music, etc. We have no pets, but have no objections to flatmates that do.
I'm a 26 year old male who has lived in various sharehouses for the past few years whilst working full time. I recently returned from a 4 month overseas trip and decided to leave my 6-year job behind as well. However, I still have plenty of money in savings, so paying rent/bond/bills are no issue at all, and once I am settled in a place I will jump back into the workforce. I pay things on time and am a tidy housemate. I produce music and am into photography/video and generally enjoy being creative. I also enjoy cooking, so I cook most nights too. I enjoy a good chat, and have travelled quite a bit so am open to many types of people from all walks of life. On some weekends I might be out and about, but other weekends I might be relaxing at home. Every now and then I might head away to a music festival for a few days, too. My main requirement is that I would need a large room to hold both my bed and my large desk with studio equipment. Even though I make music, I am courteous of others and at night time can make music on headphones. Cheers - Joel
Hi, I'm 31. I work as a criminal defence lawyer (so defending people charged with offences ranging from serious drug trafficking to drink driving). Before that I worked for a Judge. I'd say I'm easy to get along with and I'm interested in most things (probably too many things!): - I try to go swimming once a week; - I play organised hockey and have a kick of soccer with friends most weekends; - I like a range of music and usually go to Rainbow Serpent and the occasional event; - I go down to the beach a fair bit in summer; - I read pretty widely and I've just started learning how to draw; - I've done quite a bit of travelling and stuff like picking grapes in WA and reasonably lengthy hikes. I'm pretty easy about how much I need to pay. It would be nice to be in a house with people who are happy to hang out from time to time. My move in date and length of stay is also flexible.
My name is Ricci and I'm 24 (almost 25). I'm a kindergarten teacher. I'm an optimistic, kind and generally easy to get on with kinda person. I value people with a sense of humour and fun about them and strive to be like that myself. I've done the sharehouse things many times before. I'm respectful, clean and tidy up after myself. I love travelling, markets, exploring and just having fun!
Hi peoplesss, 30M, looking for a long term accommodation here. I am a podiatrist working full time, also amateur home cook who experiments with food from time to time. I'm easy going and respectful of other's privacy, not a party animal, doesnt smoke, like my place clean and tidy. On my day off I usually go fishing/camping/exploring/etc, I love movies and random TED talks (I tend to binge watch a little). My new year resolution: learn how to surf like a pro.
Graphic design | right side of the brain | politically left | science over religion | cycling | cinema | caffeinated conversation | forlorn attempts at vegetarianism | I used to like bakes beans
Heya, I'm Dien! I work full time during the week in finance (9-5ish). During weeknights I'm pretty low key after a long day at work. Sometimes I'll head out for dinner with friends but more often than not I'm home winding down and catching up on my tv shows. Weekends usually see me out of the house for brunch and on the occasion, a night out. I've had several years of living with different types of people in different types of households, so I'm not new to sharing a space and the responsibilities that come with it. I'm looking for a household with people that value being social as well as downtime and privacy. A good balance is key here. I respect your space so in turn someone who can do the same. Clean and tidy is great when it comes to the communal areas but I'm not looking for a household that is ocd with being in perfect order all the time. Housemates that enjoy a chat over a drink (beer, wine & everything in between) every now and then is also a plus.
Hi there! I'm looking for a new share house to move into :) I am a 21 year old student studying a Bachelor of Science with a major in Pathology, at the University of Melbourne. I hope to pursue a career in forensic science one day. I have 3 part time jobs; one at a bakery, one at a creperie at unimelb, and I also work as a barista in Emporium. When I'm not studying or working, I like exploring local cafes, restaurants and bars, catching up with friends, cooking and watching various tv shows (true crime docos are my fave). I'm fairly independent but I'm always up for a meal/a few drinks with housemates. I have previous share house experience and I'm very reliable and organised. I always pay rent on time, if not early, and I value cleanliness in the house. I'm hoping to find somewhere closeish to shops so I can ride my bicycle, and not too far from the city so I don't spend too much time on public transport, as I don't drive. I am travelling to India and Nepal in February and so I am looking to find a place to move into when I get back, however my move-in date is flexible. If you have a room available that sounds like what I'm looking for and if you think I'd fit in with your household, please feel free to message me :)
Me and my partner are looking for a small flat or a room in a sharehouse. We're from Poland. We're easy-going, friendly, funny, clean couple. We love to spend our free time outdoor. We're perfect neighbours or flatmates :)
I'm 22 and just starting full time work after university so looking to jump out North to be closer to it. Born and raised Melbourne so know the area well, with experiences living in a large share house - so know the mix needed between being up for having mates around, group dinners and a beer/wine after work and respecting peoples need for space and times when its good to be quiet. Hit me up for a message if you want to team up for a house or hopefully you'll message me back if I shoot you thought one!
I'm an easy-going 40 year old. By day I run my own wellness business part time and work in the funeral industry part time. But don't let that fool you - in my down-time I love swing dancing, drumming, stilt-walking, connecting with friends, yoga, qi-gong, sailing, hiking and camping. I'm seeking a long term room in Melbourne's north - ideally Thornbury, Clifton Hill, Preston, Fairfield or surrounds. My preference is for a medium-large sized room and it would be wonderful if you have some on-site storage or a garage for things like my stilts and camping gear. I'm very easy to get along with and value authentic connections. These days I am more into dinner parties with friends and games nights than raging parties at home.
Hi, I'm an easy going, outdoorsy, travel-loving teacher and writer, looking for housemates who enjoy a balance of sociability and personal space. I've recently returned from two years teaching in England, where I spent most holidays travelling round the UK/ Europe/ Canada & the US. My hobbies include; writing fantasy novels, walking, running, reading and travel.
I'm a Masters student at Melbourne Uni studying Environmental Science. I have been away for the past 5 months travelling and doing an internship with an NGO in Myanmar, but will be starting a full time grad position as a sustainability consultant in February (while also finishing the last 2 subjects of my Masters - hectic!) I love yoga, music (play guitar and violin), and food (especially cheese)! I'm a chilled out, tidy, friendly and respectful housemate with plently of sharehouse experience.
I am a board games enthusiast (I am just getting into Articulate), I also enjoy latin dancing, outdoor activities (bike riding, hiking, swimming) and listening to or making music, the latter of which only happens if I'm living with music-loving people. If you have a veggie patch I will be happy. And I miss having a dog so if there are any household or garden pets I will be extra happy! I just graduated from a Primary Teaching course and this year I'm tutoring, supply teaching and doing holiday sports camps for kids. I have a couch with chairs, a kitchen table and a fridge and washing machine that I can either sell or contribute if needed :)
I am looking for a place that is furnished, short term with an option to extend. I Am returning to Australia on the 12th of January to try to finish a writing project about Melbourne amongst other things. I would preferably like a one bed or studio but i am open to sharing with the right people, i dont mind a drink and a laugh but i am here to finish the book first and foremost. I am easy going and easy to get on with unless you think Donald Trump is our saviour and then it might be a bit different. I will be staying in holiday accommodation on my immediate return so I will have some time to meet with interested people. I have been in Melbourne on and off for over a decade, I am from the UK and I have a scouse (Liverpool) accent, you will get used to it or we can communicate in hand gestures and interpretive dance. all the best Mark Ps I am open to live in most areas of Melbourne, the suburbs I have included are just a rough indication and also places that I am familiar with. Cheers
Hey there! I'm a full time student studying occupational therapy, and looking for a 6-month term (or similar length) accommodation in a private room. I'm more than happy to share house keeping duties and contribute to household items. I'm also hoping to find a place with a space to park my car, or with street parking available. A bit about me: I would consider myself tidy, considerate, and easy to get along with! Some of my hobbies include rock climbing, slacklining, attempts at baking, and photography. I'm open to meeting people from all different walks of life; and would like to stay in a house share that has a fun, relaxed, respectful, and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone in it.
I have lived in share houses for many years and wouldn't have it any other way - I love community, and the people I've lived with tend to become great friends. Traits I value in myself and others include being considerate, open and kind communication, and taking care of all the usual sharehouse duties with grace! A bit about me - I'm 33 with a few creative bones in my body (background in theatre and visual art), and a passion for complimentary health (Naturopathy graduate, working as a Kinesiologist one day per week), and avid nature lover/camper/hiker, and also work the 9-5 x four days per week in local government. I'm rather busy and tend to fill my days and evenings, but I see building a strong relationship with my housemates as a high priority and love the periodic 'family dinner', and of course regular spontaneous cups of tea/vino and chats. Rachel :)
Looking for a furnished room from mid Feb- mid to end of June or something long term. Definitely looking for somewhere that has a washing machine and a room that is furnished with at least a bed. I'm a uni student from the US and work 3-4 days a week in the CBD so I'd prefer to live relatively close but would also love to be halfway between school and work with easy public transit. Walking distance to the 86 tram line is a giant plus. I love gardening, being outdoors, live music, watching netflix, meeting new people, swimming laps, or just hanging out and having a drink. Looking for tidy but laid back roomies so if you have a spare room holla at me! If I'm loving it and it's not too far from uni then I would consider a longer stay (just have plans to be travelling end of June-Mid August) Thanks!
Alright guys, here's the deal: My name is Omar Ghazala and I'm looking for a place, preferably in Northcote/Brunswick/Thornbury/Clifton Hill etc. etc. for a 12 month term. I'm 22 years of age, and studying Graphic Design in Fairfield. Overall I'm pretty laid back, always keen to hang out and have a beer, I don't own a pet but I'm a big fan of watching dog compilations on YouTube, so if you can get around that please hmu. I love to travel and go on road trips as well! Would be happy to pay around $150-200 per week. Some of my skills are: I can only blow smoke from one nostril I've mastered the moonwalk I do a great impersonation of Joe Pesci ...yeah that's pretty much all that I can think of. Message me if you have any questions bless <3 <3
I'm clean, tidy and a pretty easy going person. I'd love to live with housemates who are happy to have a chat over a cuppa or wine. I've lived in Melbourne for three years and work full time in health research. When I'm home I love cooking up a storm and have even kept houseplants alive. On the weekends I can be found hanging out with friends in Eddy gardens, looking for garage sale bargains or heading to a gig or music festival.
Hi, My name is Michael and I'm 27 years old engineer from Poland. I work full time most of the time from 7 am to 4 pm. Few words about me: calm, friendly, respectful, polite, easygoing, tidy, keen to meet new people and love travelling. I also like motorcycles, listening live music and trying new things.
Hi We are a couple who will arrive to Australia in 1 February 2017. We are both doctors, my husband will start a master degree in ACU Melbourne campus and I will engage in short courses so we will be both busy studying. we are both 29, non smokers, easy going, quite, nice ,funny couple. We love to meet new people from different cultures and backgrounds. Please contact me if you think we are possible candidates to live in your accommodation or if you want to know any further information. P.S If we find our the accommodation suitable we might extend our stay to 6 months.
My girlfriend is leaving me behind for the year while she heads to Canberra for work. I'm looking for a new home, and new people to share with. I'm in my mid-twenties, working part time as a landscape labour and casually in a small local brewery. I'm a keen home brewer and regularly brew (pretty damn tasty) beer, so if you've got room for me and little bit of brewing gear you can look forward to a reasonably consistent stream of good beer. I'm into a wide range of music and would like to find a house where music is enjoyed and shared. I enjoy bushwalking/hiking and I may talk about plants a bit too much whilst I am doing those things. I've lived in a few sharehouses both in Sydney and down here, and am reliable and communicative re rent, bills and chores etc... I have lived in the inner north now for around two years and am hoping to find a new house here with housemates who are fairly chill, and like some of the same stuff as me, as well as some things I am yet to enjoy.
Looking for a furnished room for about 6 months. I don't have a car so need to be close access to public transport. I'm easy-going & independent, I do like my own space but am always happy to share a drink and chat with housemates. I tend to be a bit of a homebody during the working week and save socialising for my days off. I'm looking to live in a tidy, relaxed place.
Hi fellow Flatmate-ers! I'm in the market for a new place to call home in January or early-Feb, might I be your new housemate?? Ideally I'm after a sunny house (perhaps with a little garden?), a decent sized room, good kitchen and living space for occasional entertaining, and some storage space. I'm currently looking around the inner-northern/north-eastern suburbs (Brunswick, Fitzroy Nth, Clifton Hill, Carlton, Collingwood, etc.), but happy to consider other locations if the fit is right. I can offer as a housewarming gift a hardy Australian pot plant and some semi-classy Japanese and African wall decorations... :) About me: * I am a pretty chilled but switched on guy in my early thirties. * I work full time, so rent and bills and wine rations are paid on time, every time.. * A bike is my main mode of transport (who needs anything else in the inner-city?), but I do have a work car that I need to park nearby. * In my spare time I like to hang with friends/do social things (dinners/gigs generally, I'm not a huge party animal, but I do like a good dance/dress up on occasion), read, go for walks, listen to music, and chill with the housies. * I'm not a half-bad cook when I apply myself in the kitchen, and I like experimenting with new recipes. * I also play/write/produce a bit of music (mainly folk, acoustic guitar, banjo, etc., plus some electronic) and am in a choir — it's not one of those dorky choirs... I swear :| And what about you? Ideally, you: * Are a sociable, yet relaxed person — or people or household or community, etc. — who takes an interest in the world. * Enjoy having a good yarn about said world; anything and everything from world politics and philosophy to Seinfeld quotes and the best way to not kill plants (all, of course, equally important). * Have your own things going on, but enjoy cooking and sharing a meal every now and again, like a good cup of tea/wine/beer/whisky/other. * Are not averse to splitting the last Monte Carlo biscuit when rations are low. If I sound like your kind of person, and you sound like my kind of person, and you've got a room and house waiting to be loved, then let's talk! Cheers! Paul

Oh hey! I am a Sydney girl originally and have moved about a lot, but Melbourne is where I call home. I work in civil/rail construction and I love music, yoga, dancing, beach, gym, wine & sunsets! I have a beautiful 6 year old blue/grey tabby cat who is very small for her age and is sassy, independent and really easy to care for & have around. Ideally I'm looking for a house or bottom floor apartment where she can come and go easily (often through a window!). So I'm really hoping to find a home with someone who loves animals. I am big on everyone doing their share for a clean and tidy home that can be enjoyed. Generally during the week I'll go to the gym or yoga after work and on weekends spend time with my boyfriend (who is a personal trainer and absolute sweetheart) either around town or down the coast. Not to mention I also love hanging out with my roomie/s for coffees, wines, walks and fun chats :)
Hiii :) Happy, social human. Working as Assistant Manager at The Body Shop, but will be studying Nursing at ACU in Feb. Like to watch TV, eat, yoga, chat, have a beer and occasionally I go out to see a band or party down. I'm clean, tidy and respectful. Super happy to hang out and have a drink but also understand that everyone needs their alone time :)
Hello! My name is Clara, I am 24 years old and work Monday-Friday in East Melbourne. I am currently looking for new accomodation for 2017. I am a friendly and easy going person looking for a home with like minded people. I enjoy my own space but also like to socialise with dinner or wine in the evenings with housemates. I wouldn't describe myself as a clean freak but I like to keep communal areas of the house clean and tidy. I am not fussy about which suburb I live in, walking distance to a train station is my only requirement! I am happy to live with one or two housemates. Please feel free to message me if you have a vacant room, thank you!
Hi, my name is Aline Lima, I'm from Brazil but have been living in Australia for about 7 years. I have a little cat I had to take it to take care of, I can't leave it behind. So I'm looking for a place that accepts him as well. He's really quiet and calm, really cute as well and doesn't make mess, I also always clip his nails :) I'm looking for a room to share with another girl somewhere near the city, like south Yarra, st Kilda, docklands, just anywhere near the city really. I'm only looking to stay for about 3 or could be longer, whatever is suitable to you! I'm a really friendly and happy person, I like to socialise but I also like to be quiet as well and do my own thing, so I'm really respectful of people's space and respectful in general. It would be really perfect for me if I could find an apartment that has swimming pool as well and gym, with bills and internet included. I hope I can find some roommate soon, and can't wait to meet you! :) - Aline Lima xx
Hi, I'm Charley. I'm 25, female, work full time, spend weekends catching up with friends, evenings its a toss up between Netflix and Gym or if a long day at work then a glass of wine.
Friendly, busy professional working for a Not-For-Profit near Central Melbourne --- looking for a place to stay for 3 months or slightly less. Very clean, easy going, good sense of humour and will definitely pay the rent and bills on time. No annoying foibles as far as I am aware - I do the dishes and the cleaning, respect other people's space, put the toilet roll on the holder the correct way etc etc. I am financially, emotionally and hygienically sound... I will be finishing up work here and moving back to NZ in March. Need to move in ASAP please :) Thanks for checking out my listing!
I'm a full-time professional, who sometimes works long hours and late nights on weekdays. Fairly active and social, I'm often not home! But when I am, I like to have a mixture of friendly housemate times, as well as time to do my own thing. Weekends, I like to be out and about. I like the arts, film, a glass of wine after an attempt at cooking, nights in with a movie, nights out at a bar/restaurant, and friendly, tidy, like-minded people!
Creative professional working as a Stage Manager for live performance (theatre, cabaret, dance, circus, performance art, music) and doing a little hospitality on the side at a dog cafe in Collingwood. Studying full time at The Victorian College of the Arts. Vegetarian, but doesn't mind meat being cooked or eaten in the house. Love plants, tea, crepes, live music and theatre.
I'm 22, originally from London England and have been living in Melbourne for the past 2 years studying the Doctor of Physiotherapy at Melbourne Uni. Ive flatted since 16 so very used to being tidy and respectful of others in a flat. Im a big advocate for running, gym and pilates. I have my own bed, desk and various decorative pillows, rugs, candles, coffee grinder and stove top coffee maker for the mornings etc... (all the useful things!) More than happy to join for a meal and a few wines here and there :)
Hi! My friend Holly and I are moving to Melbourne in feb and are looking for a place that has two bedrooms available. Both of us will be studying full time and working part time. Holly is studying naturopathy and I'll be studying occupational therapy. We are both chill, easy going, social girls and have a good standard of hygiene and cleanliness. If you have something available for us we would love to hear from you! :)
I am very easy going and have lived in lots of different shared environments making life long friends from all my experiences. I love to get to know my housemates as friends but also respect people's peace and quiet as needed. Always more than happy to lend a hand without being asked to keep the home clean. Non-smoker and my interests include long distance trail running, pretty much any outdoor sport or activity, foreign languages, music, adventures, cooking and meeting new people.
Hi, I'm looking for a room or bungalow with a friendly household that also appreciates each others' need for solo time. I'm a temp worker (professional writer/editor) currently on break and looking for my next challenge. I like to think I have a good sense of humour and a sense of fun... I'm tidy and respectful of others ... and believe in teamwork to keep a household ticking along. Sing out if you would like to know anything else! :) PS I'm currently a part-time smoker ... and smoke in the street at my current location, never near the flats or inside. No butts left behind! :)
