Hi! I am looking for a place where I can feel relaxed after a long day at work and call it home. Preferably a self contained bungalow, Caravan( can be with shared bathroom) or granny flat. I am tidy , quiet and respectful. Not a party animal as I prefer to be out in nature taking photos or drawing when at home. I have also been a Wildlife Rescuer and Carer for over four years, I still do rescues now which it also keeps me busy when I am needed. I work as a tattoo artist. I am non smoker and rarely drink alcohol. I am also vegan so sharing with one likeminded will be great. I am originally from Spain and I have been seven years in Australia already. Ideally I’ll be looking to rent a self contained bungalow, caravan or grany flat as mentioned above. At the moment I can afford $250 per week with bills included. I am open to share a house/space with one more person if you have a room to rent. Hopefully I can hear soon from you soon, Love Oscar
Carpenter. Good cook and coffee snob. I like the outdoors and doing gardening. I can fix things. I am vegetarian and don't drink. I have a dog and a cat. I have children who I would like to able to come and visit me occasionally. I am not currently working due to chronic back pain which i am recovering from. I have access to financial and functional supports to meet my needs so this wont impact my ability to fit in or share the household responsibilities.
I am a queer, non-binary trans person (they/them), seeking a granny flat or bungalow in semi-rural Melbourne. I am looking to move to Melbourne from Brisbane around March OR September 2020. I am passionate about sustainable living, and would love it if your property has solar, rainwater tanks, a composting toilet, and space to grow food (though not all these are requirements). I am more than happy to contribute to yard maintenance, and would like to learn more about permaculture and companion gardening. I also have 2 goofy dogs who would benefit from a large secure yard that they can run around and play in. A shared yard with a main house would be ideal, as they would love the company and attention during times I'm at work/study. They are anxious around other dogs, so it would be a great fit for someone who loves dogs, but doesn't/can't own them themselves. An interstate move is always a big one, so just wanted to put my feelers out there and try and find something in advance. If you need more information or have any questions about rent, utilities, or the dogs, please send me a message :)
Quiet, respectful man seeks quiet respectful house, preferably in a forest or country location. I’m a former computer tech, who now dabbles in repairs as a hobby. If space permits, I like to play my guitar and make digital music. I have two adult children living in Melbourne. I’m a respectful outdoor smoker, don’t often drink and when I do it’s in moderation. Unfortunately I’ve discovered I’m allergic to dogs, even though I love all pets, so I can’t live in a house that has a dog.
Nature-loving florist with two gorgeous, house-trained cats. Reliable, trustworthy, easy going and tidy, with excellent rental history and references. I take pride in my living space and love creating beautiful things/spaces. Looking for long-term tenancy in studio, flat, bungalow, or 1 bedroom. Ideally in Dandenong Ranges with outside space/view.
I work fulltime in the outdoor education field, working on school camps and running outdoor related activities. I am a very bubbly person that is not afraid to have a good time and I get along with most people very easily. I am looking for place with likeminded people that isn’t too far from work.
