I'm seeking long-term accomodation in and around Byron area to start end of July/start of August. Ideally within 5-20 mins drive of Byron as I work part-time in town. I have a clean rental history and references for you to look at if you like. My ideal room would have a built-in robe, be unfurnished but allow room for a queen bed, music gear, and be bright and airy. Looking to pay between $150 and $200 inclusive of bills but I'm willing to consider more for the right place. About me, I'm a 20 year old gal with a love for the ocean, music, outdoors and anything that makes my hands dirty (paints, charcoal, gardening etc). Preferably, I'd like to share with people of similar age with similar ideals and enjoy a night of jamming and drinking wine. I enjoy a good night out with friends but you'll mostly find me curled up with a tea, watching a doco or reading a book. I'm looking to adopt a dog in the near future as well so would like to move in with people that are animal lovers but of course he/she'd be my responsibility. Seeking a fenced in yard if this is possible. If you think you'd like to house share with me please feel free to message me :)
I'm very clean, organised, quiet, polite, educated, with a sense of fun. I'm capable and responsible. If a fire broke out I'd know what to do. I've never smoked but I like a glass of prosecco or good red every now and then. I can look after myself but I am caring, responsible and empathetic. I'm a lawyer and have been for the last 15 years or so. I've lived at Lennox Head for 1.5 years and purchased land at Bangalow where I plan to build my home eventually. I used to ride horses professionally and would like to get back into it but it does get very hot up here which would make it tough I imagine. I have a kitten, well 2 of a litter of 5 that were dumped on me and which I would love to keep if possible. I have found homes for the others. I love living near the ocean and being able to hear the waves at night while in bed. But I also love the rolling green hills and sub-tropical landscape in the hinterland. All of it is very beautiful. I like a clean house, I hate grot, grots and mess. I need a large unfurnished room or two as I have either plenty of furniture or a lot of storage! Cheers!
I am an Australian, working as a trainer/teacher. I'm a non-smoker and don't have kids or pets though I love animals. I enjoy being fit, love food & a glass of wine on the deck. I'm private and home owner so I understand to keep a place clean and respected. I am flexible with my length of stay from 3 months to over 12 months depending on the place. References available.
I'm quiet but enjoy good conversation and cooking. Pottering around the house, reading, riding my bike and yoga are some of the activities I fit around my full-time long distance studies (creative writing major). Laidback, friendly and mature company brings out the best in me. I have some furniture and a good attitude to housework.
Im a 26year old chef originally from the Netherlands. Pretty recently I've started to pick up surfing, which I really enjoy. I like to make music, have good conversations, share good food (I cook) and coffees. Like being in nature and go out for a run several times a week. I play didgeridoo and love to read. I dont smoke but i like a glass of wine every now and then.
Hello. I am looking for a room preferably. Thanks. I would live to chat more. I enjoy work and beach. Would prefer to talk more personally.
We are an easygoing couple looking for our own place. We are respectful and quiet, no smokers. We are really clean! Tim works by shifts and Paola has her own business in the education field. Tim loves sports, Paola loves hiking. We enjoy meeting up with friends when we have a day off, having lunch together and going to the beach. We also like to have our own space from each other, so we don't spend all the time together.
Hey, I've recently moved up here from the Mid North Coast for work and love the area. Looking for a share house or willing to team up for a house. Bit of a clean freak but only in the most helpful way :)
Hi I'm Alice! I am currently studying Food and Agribusiness full time, and have been lucky enough to get a 3 month internship for a company in Byron! Perfect location as I love to surf and the outdoors :) So I am looking for a friendly and relaxed place to call home for those 3 months. I am clean, sociable, easy going and an enthusiastically mediocre cook, but I love food so give it a go.
Honest, open minded, easy going, clean and house proud, quiet nature, considerate. Wanting a peaceful and happy lifestyle with like minded person. I have a 10 year old apricot miniature poodle who is a sweetheart as well!
Easy going audio student from new zealand. working part time as a kitchen hand. obsessed with sound (i have headphones dont worry). Would prefer to live with people that are also chill.
Student. Casual worker. More than the sum of the parts. I have widely varied musical tastes (whilst respecting volume levels) and enjoy getting amongst it, wether that be hiking to the top of the mountain or snorkeling to find nemo. I cook a mean roast or BBQ, I cook a sub par risitto but an working on that. I cannot walk tight rope, nor juggle. I do have a mean as frisbee and hackysack game though. I am a conscientious and empathethic flatmate. I have no pets but I love animals. I rarely party but when I do you better hope you have a camera handy.
Easy going, self sufficient, friendly and tidy, that's the dog, Salty. The human is OK too. I am interested in places in the general region, having moved to the area from far South Coast NSW. I am currently living at Numulgi in the hinterland looking after a house and some lovely dogs and I am intending to rent for a year or so while I get to know the region and choose a home to buy. We prefer to be close to a dog beach or in the forest but are also happy in town with a private leafy outlook and access to good dog walking spaces. I am active and creative and busy keeping up with the demands of a multi-faceted career. I make natural dyes and do botanical printing, I also work in adult education and professional and technical writing. I like cooking and baking, gardening and growing food. I am fortunate to love my work. I sometimes travel for work but mostly work from home or nearby workshop. A shed, roof, garage area or warehouse space I can use for workshop would be fantastic, especially if I could live in it! I'm good to live with because I am respectful of the space/time/social needs of others. I ask, listen and am able to express my own needs and perspective. I do not like drama. I make sure Salty is happy and other members of the household are comfortable with him and understand his cues and commands. Salty is pretty friendly, a desexed red Smithfield, he likes most humans and other animals, he walks away from drama with other dogs rather than be involved in aggression. I live a mostly healthy lifestyle, lots of dog walking and swimming - not much party these days! I still love music and dance. I drink alcohol now and then and I do smoke occasionally. I always make sure no one is offended or adversely affected by my smoking.
I am a local to Jiggi that has just come back from overseas, looking to move closer to the coast as I have some casual jobs there and also just love to be near the ocean. I like to hang out with friends and be social but also like my own down time. I love animals, especially dogs, but don't have any of my own. I'm super tidy and respectful and more than happy to do my part around the house. Look forward to hearing from you. :)
I'm a backpacker from the UK moving to Byron around the 14th August. I'm outgoing, friendly and creative, I love music and I'm always up for socialising, although I am a very peaceful person and appreciate my own space too! Besides my current job as an Au Pair which I am doing for my second year visa, I've been working as a barista in different locations in Australia and will be looking for a job as soon as I get to Byron! Just looking for some lovely, fun people to live with who can accommodate me and my guitar :)
I'm hoping to make the big move from Canberra to Byron Bay as soon as possible. Byron's a Place I come to visit a few times a year and I'd love to make it my home. Looking to move into a share house with likeminded people around a similar age. I'm 23, have been studying Holistic Nutrition for a couple of years and want to develop my careers path in that industry. I loveee going to live gigs and music festival and don't mind a few social drinks on the weekends. I'm totally easy going, friendly and social. I've lived in many share houses so I know the deal. Happy to answer any questions you may have :) Thanks.
I'm a Wookie-Hobbit hybrid with a Brazillian, and a writer. I have spinal damage but still mobile, and just want a place where I can write my books & screenplays, plus grow veggies. I'm 6'4" so I need a decent sized room, plus a study/office for my writing. I don't have any pets of my own but very happy to live with someone who does SO LONG AS they are well trained, cared for, and don't become a burden to me through lack of training and care by their human parents, I would also be particularly intolerant of witnessing any abuse of such pets.
My name is Kriselle and I am looking for a place to live in the Northern NSW or Southern Gold Coast region, for myself and my Companion Dog, Lila. I recently lost my home in the Northern Rivers floods so am keen to find a sanctuary and some stability as soon as possible. I am a quiet, clean and tidy person and Lila is my companion, so must come with me wherever I move to. If you have a spare room and have wanted a dog, but not wanted the responsibility or cost associated with one, please consider us. Lila will give you all the love in the world, while I will do everything associated with her care. Lila is well socialised, so would also enjoy the company of another dog if you already have one and are keen for it to have a playmate. Any property must be dog-secure. I can afford $150 per week and look forward to hearing from you.
Looking for a room to rent or for people who wish to team up and get a place. I'm moving to QLD/NSW area in September from Melbourne Victoria. I'm very respectful of other peoples space and on the other side if you are up for a chat i also love that. I run my own business so need a lot of quite time so not going to be in anyones hair. I'm very tidy and clean as well. I'm not a smoker and lucky to drink twice a year. I'm very much into fitness, health and love learning new things about anything. I have a little cat who is 8 months old he is toilet trained and is very loveable. I f you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask
Hi, I'm a very quiet and clean girl. I spend most of my time writing novels, but I also paint, sew, garden, ice skate, and other things. I am a non-smoker & non-drinker. I do not party. I am good at: Babysitting pets, cleaning stuff, and fixing things around the house. I'm looking for other creative people, non-smokers, not workaholics or uptight people obsessed with the gym or diets. People who like fun things and aren't boring adults. My preference is for females, but I'm also open to sharing with gay guys and trans/nonbinary folk. But no straight cis guys, sorry.
I'm relocating from Canberra to the Byron area at at the end of Aug (earlier if possible) I have full time work as a carpenter there. I have a little Aussie bulldog girl and a chocolate amstaff boy as well as two female ferrets, so am looking for people that love animals and laughing. My time outside of work is spent writing/creating music, exercising and training the animals. If you enjoy joking/laughing, connecting, animals and are conscious then get in contact. Would ideally like to find somewhere within 20mins from Byron, on some acreage in the rainforest. 😊
