Hi everybody! We are a couple who will work in farm for the 2nd visa starting next week close to Sandy Beach. We are looking for a room from 21.01.2019 in Coffs Harbour area. We think we can say that we're easy going, clean and respectful. We enjoy talking and listen to different stories as well as relax and enjoy our free time. Cheers Claudio&Clara
Personality / bio: Aside from work you would find me at a café, shopping or driving in my car. I am very tidy, organized and boring. Recently moved back to Coffs Harbour after nearly 10 years in Sydney. Working Full time + part time study in 2019, so I most likely will have no social life. You WON'T have to worry about me doing the following: -Drinking alcoholic beverages -Smoking cigarettes and/or illicit drugs/substances -Partying and/or bringing strangers over -Being aggressive or rude Sleeping arrangements, kitchen and noise control: The only cooking I do is my Lite N Easy meals, l won't be using the kitchen late at night and/or unreasonable hours. Usually go to bed between 8pm and 10pm. I watch TV and listen to music via Bluetooth headphones. I try to minimize walking around the house or arriving/leaving when it's late as we all need 8 hours sleep. Social: If you want to have a brunch or coffee etc this i can do. I am a sociable introvert but it can't be for long periods as unfortunately social scenes drain me. I am looking to do Yoga and Gym in new year, possible vegetarian (we will see how this goes haha). If you have guests or family over I can greet them (offer tea and coffee) and do small talk. Security: I have no criminal record. Happy to provide NSW Criminal Record Check and a Working with Children Check. *I thought I should put this here as my last share house the landlord and myself found out at 2am (knock on the door from Police) that our other share house person had outstanding arrest warrants!! Additional: Happy to animal sit (I love cats, bunnies and small dogs), do laundry and errands etc. Have been sharing for awhile and not quite ready to move on my own - maybe in 12 months. I pay rent via Bank transfer monthly or two weeks - we'll discuss particulars. I have shared with friends, randoms, couples etc so I don't have a problem unless they are constantly loud, aggressive or really messy. Lastly I am actually hardly home apart from sleeping. Most previous housemates and landlords never know I am home with the exception of my car being parked. Looking to move in new year from the 5th January 2019 :)
I'm a quiet guy originally from Inverell (5 hours west). I currently work at a Telstra Store as a sales consultant, and have so for the last 5 years. I enjoy drawing, playing games and making music (no speakers only headphones!). I'm flexible for the type of place I'm looking for, as long as I've got a place for a bed and a desk, I'm happy.
I'm 23 and just graduated as a speech pathologist. I start my job next week in Coffs, so looking for long term accommodation. I'm easy going and lived in share houses before. I'm social, up for a chat but also like my own time and space. I love playing sports (hockey, touch footy, tennis etc), cooking and being outdoors :)
Willing to put in a concerted effort to make any situation work. Quiet and reserved, way past the "partying" age but not anti-social! Love my Guiness and bourbon (not together and rarely at that)! Love any pet. Believe in honesty and taking charge of my own issues. Generally tolerant of everyone (incl. orientation - I'm hetero and belief system)! Unfortunately profile photo is not particularly flattering, it was the only one I could find on my h/drive! Seriously! **NOT MOVING JUST YET, SEEING WHAT'S OUT THERE AND A F/T JOB OF COURSE**
Dear future flatmates i am moving to Coffs as i have been appointed a full time role at Coffs Harbour High School. I am from Sydney and i am a Maths teacher. I’m very respectful of others privacy but do enjoy a chat and joint dinner as well. I enjoy cooking and believe I cook great meals but sometimes feel like just getting a nice take away. I keep to myself and thus respect others but also am very nice and caring as well. I’m very clean and like things to be clean and tidy. I don’t smoke and only drink lightly on social occasions. Looking for a place to call home after working all down and just looking to relax. I don’t party. Looking for a self contained granny flat or unit. Up to $250 a week
I am from Port Macquarie, NSW. I’m a friendly, outgoing person who has lived both the uni dormitory life, as well as in sharehouses. I am responsible, and clean up after myself & I’m happy to help out wherever is needed. I will be undergoing student placement from January to October so will be out most days 8:30-5pm, I’ll also be trying to find part time work on the side.
I work full time during the week and some weekends too. In my spare time I enjoy swimming, slack lining and just generally being outdoors. I like socializing too and consider myself someone who is easy to get along with. I have previous experience with renting too so I know how to look after myself.
I currently live in Sydney but starting a new job in Bellingen in Feb 2019 where I'll be training to be a GP. I will be travelling to and from Sydney often to visit my partner, and he will come visit every 2 weeks or so as well! I am a friendly person, tidy and considerate, and will respect your personal space. On my days off I like to enjoy nature/the beach or a good netflix binge. :)
I'm Australian, but I've been to many nations, and like to swap travel stories with backpackers. I like studying and re-imagining history, playing and making games (especially RPGs), practicing permaculture, playing my fiddle (usually at folk clubs). I'm an honest, quiet (slightly Aspergers), responsible, creative flatmate. I don't drink much, and avoid drugs or cigarettes. I am a non-practicing straight guy. I'm fine with LGTBQI folk, -known all (except Q, what's that?) in my time, all decent people. I believe in informed choice when it comes to other people's lifestyle choices, so if you're hurting none, then I'm happy with you smoking your smoke (outside, please), or going to those kinky parties. I have been a gardener, cleaner, pet minder, and will desire to keep a tidy house.
