I keep pretty busy working 30+ hours a week and studying at mac uni, pretty tidy and considerate, have been living in a sharehouse
Hi, I'm Yoni. I'm a patisserie student and keen cook so there will usually be something yummy in the fridge. I work part time in hospitality. I'm pretty quiet and calm, and I like to keep my space clean and tidy. I enjoy making music as a hobby (usually with headphones on) and evenings usually involve pyjamas and Netflix, maybe the odd video game. I'm very approachable and respect people's personal boundaries and privacy. I need to move by Feb 20th so time is pressing. If I sound at all appealing, please do get in touch.
Clean and tidy 48 yr. old company truck driver. Well mannered and respectful. I can cook and clean as have been doing so for a long time for myself, like to eat healthy. Enjoy doing home renovations and gardening, have a green thumb. Like the simple things in life and a good conversation with like minded people. Easy to get along with as i have no hang up's, I'm a friendly happy person. Keep to myself mostly after a hard days work, relaxing at home watching TV or on the computer. Will venture out on weekends to do fun things weather permitting. Currently living in West Pennant Hills with my sister and brother in-law, but now have to move out as they are downsizing and there new house is smaller. Matt.

I'd want a friendly, decent person to live with or alone if not. Want to get a place before I arrive. I am 25 years old from India, here to do my MBA at MGSM I am a quiet and jovial person looking for a property close to the uni. I enjoy my own company and am not intrusive. I am clean, tidy, helpful and social. I look after myself and the house properly and don't have the habit of disturbing others.

I am a 27 year old Brisbane born civil engineer recently moved to Sydney and looking for housemates! I've lived in sharehouses since I was 18 and well accustomed to living independently. I have my own bedroom furniture but not much else. My job is stable and I'm looking for something long term (6-24 months). I often work away, so you may or may not notice I go missing for weeks. I am a reliable, well mannered and respectable guy. When I'm home, I'm sociable and chilled. I verge on the OCD side of cleanliness for my own spaces, but can be more tolerant when it comes to shared spaces if needed. I love pets but don't have any of my own. I also love music but I promise I won't sing in the shower. I am able to move in straight away, but not in any rush either. Hope to hear from you!
Hi! I am a working professional in my mid 20's, originally from Melbourne and moved to Sydney for work about a year ago. Outside of work I love the performing arts, exercising, dancing and painting. I enjoy cooking and specialise in Sri Lanka/Indian cuisines. As a housemate, I am very tidy, clean and fun (I like to think :). I love to chat and would like to live with someone who's sociable, neat and respectful. As I have been living in Sydney for a while now I come with a few pieces of furniture and white goods! For this reason I would prefer to team up with some looking for a place. Also, I am not looking to move immediately but keen to move towards the end of January. Lastly, I have a car, so would need a place with a car space. Please contact me if you would like any further information.
I'm looking to move into a cat friendly house, not an apartment. I'm a mature quiet and tidy professional (Business Development Manager - Power), who travels, and has recently relocated from Brisbane to Sydney due to work commitments. I have recently returned from South America, (Colombia), where I intended to work as an English Teacher for a year but had to return unexpectedly to Aust. I have an International English Teacher Licence, and I am a Berlitz Qualified English Instructor. I'm not into house parties, (except for Dinner parties), and I'm looking for share accommodation for 3 to 6 months, (possibly longer), with 1 or 2 mature professional people of either gender, or maybe within a family household. Room either furnished or unfurnished. Maximum of $360 including or excluding any outgoings. I would like something close or in any of the surrounding suburbs to Rydalmere but am flexible with this and would consider further out if the place was right. I would also prefer off street parking if possible. I'm quiet, tidy, easy going, non smoker, non TV addict, who enjoys good conversation, respectful of others, and will pull my weight with household chores. I can also cook and bake (if required). I enjoy going to the markets, having breakfast in nice cafés on weekends as well as the movies, in addition to numerous other activities. Note: There is the distinct possibility that I will be bringing back from overseas my two cats so I would prefer a cat friendly house / villa / terrace house which is not on a main thoroughfare and one where the occupants accepts pets. Apartments are out thanks.

Hi! I am a student in my final year of study at Western Sydney University. Looking to team up with someone to get our own place. before uni resumes on 20 Feb. Preferably a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with parking which is fairly new in Wentworth point/ Sydney Olympic park / Ermington area. Moving out of home as my parents are moving interstate. I am a clean and tidy person, friendly and easy to get along with. If you're keen to team up and find a place, I'd love to hear from you :)
I keep to myself a lot, but am not a complete introvert. I am not one to party or bring people home, and stay up late. I am a student at Meadowbank TAFE, studying Hairdressing (Salon assistant) I have lived in the Ryde area before (I have Taekwondo in West Ryde), and want to live closer to both TAFE and Taekwondo. I am a huge bookworm (so if you are ok with it, I would like to bring a bookshelf into the complex); I enjoy socializing and meeting new people
I currently manage at a pub and am starting my bachelor of social work this year. I try to make the most of my spare time by seeing friends, going out and seeing new places. I'm an easy going, friendly person. I like to keep my space tidy and clean.
Hey. I am looking to share a place in West Ryde with other females who are similar to myself. I work full time and I own a cat (who is very friendly and adorable). I want to live with people who can eventually be really good friends and who also appreciate each other's privacy when needed. I am a clean person and do not like to live in a mess, but I am not obsessive over it just reasonable. I am easy to get along with and enjoy all sorts of stuff.
Hello housemates! I'm Guntapat (you can call me Eddie) from Bangkok, Thailand. I just arrived on Feb 9th and still looking for a temporary place to call my 2nd home. I am staying in Australia on a Work and Holiday visa. I am tidy, considerate, and respectful of others' privacy. I ALWAYS clean up myself and am willing to contribute to doing chores in the common area. I'm naturally an introvert but don't mind joining others in doing something fun! I'm very concerned about health, cleanliness, and safety, so you don't need to worry if I'm gonna hold a wild party up all night, set the house on fire, or clog up the kitchen sink :) I've had previous experience sharing both rooms and a house with others before during my time in college in the US, so I know how to act around not to cause problems or handle situations when things get a little out of hand. Lastly, I'm lgbt+ friendly so just wanna throw it out there in case that matters to you. Hope to meet you all my awesome housemates! Take care, Eddie
Hi I'm 34 ur old male looking to share space, I'm working full-time as a tradesman. I'm clean tidy and respectful looking for similar . Spend my weekend with friends sport beach and enjoying. Cheers
Hi! I'm a fully qualified structural engineer working out of an office in Silverwater. I work 8-6. I've been out of uni for two years now. I've been living out of home, West Pennant Hills for the last six months temporarily with a friend in Carlingford but they now have to move on. Have also lived overseas on exchange in Denmark. I'm a pretty social person in the fact I'm happy to have a chat with someone I've never met and try new things, I won't be hiding away in my room the whole time. I'm pretty active with my soccer, playing three times a week and coaching as well. I also like to cook, play golf, gym and some solid Netflix sessions.
I'm an international student doing Tafe course in Meadowbank and at the moment, I'm searching for a part-time job. I'm calm and easy-going person that respect any kind of people as culture, religion, and others characteristics and preferences. I'm organized and keep the things clean. I'm friendly with the others and I think that it keeps the environment comfortable to live.
Hello! I'm a student at Macquarie who works part time in hospitality. I'm looking for a place to stay for the next 3-4 months until I go away to Europe for 6 weeks in mid-June. By nature I'm a very clean and tidy person who tends to keep to myself and am often kept busy with work or study regardless. In saying this though, I love socialising within my circle and would be most comfortable if I could make friends with my future housemates. I have been brought up in a house with Maltese and Russian parents so I certainly understand what makes a house a home. I am a very neat and clean person and can cook rather well, although I don't tend to bother all that often (relying on leftovers is my forté). The only definite things I am searching for are a place to park my car (even if it's on the street), private bedroom and within 10-15 minutes walking distance to a train station, otherwise I am very flexible with location, move date and almost everything else! Please feel free to message me if you're interested :-)
Hey future housemates! We're looking for a room anywhere from Parramatta to Gladesville. Basically between/within 30 minutes of WSU Parramatta and Top Ryde City would be ideal. Please be within walking distance of pubic transport. Drew is a full time professional and Kim is a full time student working part time. We are both in our very late twenties (haha). We have a cat who is friendly and wouldn't mind some human or furry friends to talk to. She is offering to pay a little more rent if you would allow her to stay :) P.s we need the room unfurnished as we have our own furniture and access to (street) parking for our car.
I have a very good but somewhat bent english sense of humour, I'm very young at heart and am really easy going and easy to get along with. I am very clean and tidy - I even put the garbage out without being asked ;o) I fancy myself as a bit of a handyman and love to fix things, even if they're not broken :o) I am a non-drinker except for on the rare social occasion. My interests include spending time with my two sons who I am very close to, going to karaoke and having the occasional game of pool. I really enjoy going out to a good restaurant, Italian, Chinese, especially Indian. I enjoy watching sport and can even stay awake watching cricket! I am very responsible financially and always ensure that my bills are paid by the due date.
I came to Australia as a backpacker over 7 years ago now and I am originally from Germany. In the meantime, I have lived in WA, NT and have become an Australian citizen. I work full-time in hospitality and study Holistic Nutrition at Nature Care College at the moment. I am interested in anything food and nutrition, have recently become a vegetarian (my flatmates can eat whatever they like though... :-) ) and try to live a rather balanced life. I am social but not after living in a party house. I have a 4 year old medium-sized puppy who likes cuddles and playtime. He likes other dogs but - same as with us humans - not everyone, so if there would be another dog they have to meet each other first... He requires a yard and some decent outdoor space for himself. Otherwise he is very easy going and not much trouble. I would like to find an existing share-house or people who are willing to sign up for a lease in the West of Sydney. I have chosen this area since my family lives there and I would like to spend more time with them. If all of this sounds appealing to you, don't wait and get in contact with me!
Hey all! Im Tam and im 24 years old. Currently looking for a new place to call home. Working full time in retail mon-fri. I enjoy going out and making the most of my weekends with my friends and always love going out and having a beer or two. Hi, I'm Lizzy from Sydney! I work full-time as a digital and communications coordinator for charity events and I love to meet new friends, travel the world and most importantly eat!
Hi! I am a professional educator, with a PhD from UTS, and B(Ed) from USyd. On occasion, I undertake short-term contract work and like to stay as close to my workplace as possible, in order to focus on the new role. While I work hard during these roles, I always ensure I stay balanced with a host of other interests and hobbies. For example, I'm currently in the final stages of writing a full theatrical production and am getting into trail mountain bike riding. I am naturally very tidy and sensitive to the needs of others. I'm also very flexible and can adapt to a range of living environments. Age isn't an issue for me, as I have good friends who are of all ages, cultures and backgrounds. Please let me know if you think I may be suitable for your place. I'm happy to provide more details on request. Thanks!

Hi! We're a newly wed couple, both engineering/IT professionals in their late 20s from the Philippines. We're easy going, friendly, and totally respect the privacy of others. We're looking for a tidy room with heating and air conditioning. Preferred to have our own bathroom/ensuite but it's not a deal breaker. We can consider a shared bathroom, as long as the bathroom is clean. We are looking at an initial 3-6 months rent, but could extend up to a year if we liked the place.
I'm looking to move into a small share house with 1-3 other people in the Macquarie Park area. Currently I work full-time as a Duty Manager and Grocery In-Charge for Coles at Macquarie Centre and am also studying Business Administration and Economics at Macquarie University. My busy lifestyle generally means I am not at home for long stretches and unintrusive towards my fellow room mates. I am also interested in potentially starting a share house with other people if they were interested, as I have plenty of household furniture to share when moving into a new home. I have lived in various share houses for over 3 years now so am very reliable and tidy, happy to clean, cook and respect other people's privacy. I'm looking for a six month lease and to move around mid to late February! I'm a very relaxed, easy-going person and I enjoy going to bars and clubs with friends, sports (mostly NRL and football), gaming and just relaxing around the home.
I am from Los Angeles, CA and will be starting my Masters at Macquarie University. I have lived in Sydney before and love the city. I am extremely tidy, respectful, and easy to get along with. I like going to the beach, working out, and trying new foods.

Hello, My name is Francesca, and I'm from S. Korea. usually when I has a free time, I watching movies on my laptop, and I'd want to be polite person, also I love quiet.
Prepared to spend more for the right space. 35 years young, single, simple respectful gentleman. Easy going and able to get along with people of all ages. I'd love to team up with someone clean and hygienic to rent a place as I am relocating for work. I exercise regularly (trying to get rid of this spare tyre) at the gym, I'm a professional in the property industry and find Krispy Kreme doughnuts ironically liberating. I'd prefer to live with a female mainly for hormone balance. I do try to eat well and am an amazing cook. I respect privacy, can take a joke, occasionally smoke (never inside) and maintain a clean criminal record for security vetting reasons. I have a kind heart and believe in being fair to my fellow humans. Don't do drugs or party hard so prefer that sort of behavior be kept away from our home, am totally up for socialising though. Would be awesome to make a new friend and hang out during mutual down time. I'm reliable and respect privacy so looking for the same. A secure parking space would be ideal. Oh, and I cannot stand when something smells in the fridge, if it's rotting, lets chuck it out shall we?! Best of luck to you all. Cheers :)
