Hey Flatmates I'm a tech and work in live events. I work hard and I'm always down for communal dinners a beer or movie. I really like my music and I head to festivals every now and then. Girl or guy doesn't matter just like to be around like minded people who are driven and wish nothing but good for others. I also have a car which I use to commute to work so a parking space for me would be ideal not mandatory tho. It doesn't matter who you are if we vibe happily we can make it work :) If you want to know anything specific please don't hesitate to ask. :)
I'm a 19 year old student currently working 5 days a week as a casual in a nursery for plants and planning on studying Law at Notre Dame in 2017. I am interested in moving closer to the city as I am living on the outskirts of Sydney and was commuting approximately 2.50-3 hours, one way, to the university I was previously at. I'm extremely easy going, respectful and tidy ! I consider myself very easy to get along with and to have an awesome sense of humor. I am a hard worker however I'm very laid back. Looking forward to meet you !
I am getting close to middle 30's and working full time in the city. I am an Independent, outgoing, love food & travel around and very tidy & clean for living. I am happy to hang out sometimes and also want to have own my privacy.
I am a friendly and out-going professional who works in finance. I love having a good chat over a bottle of wine but also appreciate my downtime and space. I enjoy cooking and experimenting with food (when you have an egg allergy you have to get a little creative). I have a little mongrel called Lulu who I adopted from a pound in Wagga 7 years ago - shes is a pretty cool dog. I am clean and considerate, and would love to live with like minded people.
Hey my name is yoko , I'm 23 year old Ive been living in the country for 5 years but now living in Sydney looking to live with lovely housemates I work full time in Putney 5 days a week, I'm a clean and tidy (but not a clean freak)
I work full time in Macquarie Park and a part time uni student at Western Sydney in Hawkesbury. Looking to find a place with people who are sociable but are also cool with me going through phases where I spend a lot of time in my room. I'm happy to move into a place whenever is most convenient, but would ideally like to be moved in by the end of the year.
Hi all! My name is Pete. My girlfriend Bec and I are soon to be moving down to the inner west of Sydney. A bit about me - I am 29 and my girlfriend is 25. I am soon to be working for a federal politician and Bec is awaiting to hear back from a position at the Balmain hospital. We are both very friendly and social, but would also be flexible and respectful to your living arrangements.
Me and my partner George are very easy going people and although we would love to socialise and enjoy the company of our flat mates we also respect the importance of privacy. I am a graduate in Early years and childhood studies and George is a qualified scaffolder. We would ideally love to share a place with other easy going, clean and considerate people :)
I am a respectful and easygoing guy who works full-time as a high school teacher. I'm not a party animal, and am quiet at home. I'm looking for someone else who is kind, respectful and tidy. I like to think I have a good sense of humour, and my friends are important to me too!
I am a young professional who works in finance/accounting. I moved out of home with my similarly aged sister 5 years ago and generally prefer to be out during the day and in during the night. I like to keep my spaces clean and organised, and don't mind trying something new in the kitchen from time to time! I also like to read when I have the time. I am looking for a private room in a house rather than an apartment and it must have it's own bathroom or ensuite. I like to have my personal space but I am looking forward to meeting some interesting people and sharing time with them!
Looking to move on Dec 20th 2016. Hi I'm looking for an unfurnished room big enough for a queen bed. I have some other household things, happy to share or store under the house in boxes. Some of the things I need room for include a 2 seater couch, a push bike, 2 cd racks and a few plastic boxes of stuff. So depending on the space somethings could be stored in the bedroom and some in a lock up garage space or ideally a storage space. I also have a big tv - currently with ex housemates if you need one in your lounge room and have a display unit for it to sit it on - we can retrieve it .... I am on a 7 day roster and work most weekends and some late shifts too. Sometimes I get 4 day breaks when I've worked 10 days in a row, I try to get away for those breaks usually Queensland. I get about 7 weeks annual leave and I like to go overseas or up to Queensland to visit my family. I try to travel outside school holiday time - who wants to pay those inflated prices ?? ;) I have been sharing for over 20 years in Sydney and I respect people's space and know how to clean up after myself. I am not a party person - I like to live in a peaceful, tranquil environment. I'm a vego, non-smoker, respect your privacy, pay rent and all my bills on time, friendly and clean. Happy to cook a curry at home or a buy a take away and chat about life over a meal. I work in the cbd mostly 10.30-7pm; sometimes earlier sometimes later. It's most likely that you probably won't run into me that often because of my work hours. As I work outside of normal hours and most weekends, with days off mostly during the week I'm looking for a quiet household on a quiet street or cul-de-sac with minimal traffic noise etc. So if Meriton is building 7 thousand units next door to your place - it's probably not the place I'm looking for ... :) I don't drive but I do need good access to public transport. Also a dryer in the laundry would be handy for those washing days when it's raining all day... :) Please feel free to send me a message if you think you have a place for me. Cheers - Samantha.
I'm easy going, friendly, love my privacy but also like to socialise and not be a total recluse. I believe I can cook although some beg to differ. I'm an aspiring musician, so would ideally like to team up with fellow muso's, although not essential.
American, play bass guitar (in a band in Sydney), Developmental Personal Coach, good sense of humor, fun convos, like movies, theatre, music, personal development, football (yours and mine), tennis, laid back personality...NLP, Integral Theory, NeuroSemantics

Hi there! My name is Elise and I am a recent arrival from the United States on a Working Holiday visa. I fell in love with Sydney and the inner west and am looking to continue living here through February. Before arriving in Australia, I worked as a paralegal and saved up to afford accommodation during my stay--however, I find the best way to meet new people and make friends is to work, so I've been keeping busy with acting and modeling jobs! Please feel free to contact me with any questions, and I look forward to meeting with you!
I'm a mature quiet and tidy professional (Business Development Manager - Power), who travels, and has recently relocated from Brisbane to Sydney due to work commitments. I have recently returned from South America, (Colombia), where I intended to work as an English Teacher for a year but had to return unexpectedly to Aust. In addition to being a BDM, I have an International English Teacher Licence, and I am a Berlitz Qualified English Instructor. I'm not into house parties, (except for Dinner parties), and I'm looking for share accommodation for 3 to 6 months, (possibly longer), with 1 or 2 mature professional people of either gender, or maybe within a family household. Would initially prefer the room to be furnished and would pay a little extra. Maximum of $360 including or excluding any outgoings. I would like something close or in any of the surrounding suburbs to Rydalmere but am flexible with this. I would also prefer off street parking if possible. I'm quiet, tidy, easy going, non smoker, non TV addict, who enjoys good conversation, respectful of others, and will pull my weight with household chores. I can also cook and bake (if required). I enjoy going to the markets, having breakfast in a nice café on weekends as well as the movies (Foreign, Comedy, Thriller, Drama etc), in addition to numerous other activities.
Hi My name is Caz, I work full time near Circular Quay, Monday to Friday. I I love animals (especially dogs and happy to do sit) but don't have any, however i am allergic to cats and kids :-). I try and go to the gym regularly before work or at the weekends. Looking for someone to live with who is quiet, clean and tidy that will enjoy company and a chat but also respects ones privacy. I don't smoke, social drinker and am not into parties. I looking for a large private room with extra large closet as i am into fashion, own bathroom and off street parking please, 6 months plus preferably.
Hi! I'm 22 and currently looking for 1 good house mate! I'm living at home at the moment (last 6 months) but I've rented in Sydney for 4 years with great agent references. I work full time and play lots of sport and go to the gym everyday. I'm studying too! So you won't see a lot of me. I don't smoke and I like a good wine and a chat whenever I can!
Friendly, easy-going and very sociable but respect other peoples space. I'm a full-time video producer and part-time MC. I'm a busy individual, so I'm usually out and about. I grew up with an Italian family who owned restaurants, so I enjoy cooking. I like to keep fit and enjoy cycling in my spare time.
Hi, I’m Angela and I’m looking for a single room around the Canada Bay area. I also would be happy to find a share house with another girl. I work in Drummoyne and study in the city. I’m tidy, friendly and respectful of other people’s space.
I am a Retoucher/Fitness photographer. Spent my working career in Advertising. Now I shoot fitness competitors for a living. Love the outdoors, beach anything that gets me away from the computer. I have a small 14 yr old small dog Belle. She basically sleeps all day after I walk her in the morn. She loves people and other dogs. I love fitness, go to gym 4-5 x p/w, like the occasional social drink and basically love to have a good laugh at the end of the day.

Hi I am looking for a furnished room at Lane Cove or surrounding areas (10-15km radius). Happy to share with a single or couple but no multiple flatmates. Engineer by profession. Organised, clean, honest and will make sure bills are paid on time. Respect other people's views. Work full time, weekends are equally busy. Strong interests in music, travelling, riding my bike, watching sports etc. Love meeting new people. Easy going, considerate and don't mind going out for a meal or a drink but not a party boy. Would appreciate privacy. Flexible on moving in date. Cheers
I’m a 36yo professional, working as an L&D Manager, which keeps my weeknights low key. I like to make up for the time that I spend at a desk by going for a swim or getting out for a walk/run and catching up with friends on the weekend. I’m looking to rent a room in an apartment/house with one or two other people and, while independent and considerate of people’s need for space, I’m genuinely interested in getting to know the people that I live with; whether through having a chat after work or a meal/drink when our schedules line up. Like most people, I want to feel like I’m part of a home and not staying in a hotel. I'm looking for somewhere not too far from the CBD, with great transport links, as I think that we spend enough time at work and don't want to add to that with a crazy commute. I’m down to earth, respectful and appreciate living in a clean home, so I’m happy to do my share of the housework. Please get in touch if you have any questions or think I’d be a good fit for your home.
Hi all, My name is isabella (bel perferably) I'm 23 and have just started working full time and am looking to reduce my travel time and move a bit closer to work. I'm really easy going and as long as your clean and up for a bit of banta every now and then I'm happy. I can't cook so sorry but our lives will consist of lots of take out and left overs. Am definitely really keen for a team up. Basically I'm hoping to get a couple of people together and get a share house. Seems to be a good (and well slightly cheaper) option. If your keen then maybe we can have a drink and talk it out! Thanks, bel.
I'm looking for a house that could use a little more lounge furniture or some people interested in starting a new share house. I'm not new to the share house lifestyle and have never had a problem with any of my previous house mates. Happy to live by the share house code, respect! I'm flexible with dates but probably looking soonish. My party days are behind me these days and I enjoy a healthy lifestyle, good eating and keeping active. Excited to meet some new relaxed people!
Hi! I'm Nicole, I'm 23 and I am currently working as a professional dancer.I've just come back from Europe with three girlfriends and I'm currently living with my family on the central coast. I am constantly driving to and from the city for work and it's taking up too much time and petrol in my life. I am clean, always willing to help out. I enjoy going out and socialising and meeting new people, but also enjoy my own personal space and am always respectful of others space.
I'm a clean, friendly professional guy who doesn't mind socialising but also appreciates some time to do our own thing. I'm an Aussie who had been living in Sydney the past 7 years, qualified chef and just finishing my Paramedics degree (2 weeks left). Looking for 3 months accom before I start a job in the UK. (On that note, happy to help look for a replacement before I go if necessary too). Hoping for something within 10km of central Sydney, looking to move ASAP. I love going to live music, the beach, diving, riding my motorbike and bush walking. Don't mind the occasional drink but am a non-smoker.
Hi all! I'm Daniel, and I'm 41 (that went quick) and originally from New Zealand. I'm a creative, and work as a freelance photographer/photography educator with weddings, events, corporate and teaching. I'm relaxed and respectful, clean and tidy, and can pay my bills on time. I do enjoy good convo, but also space to unwind after photographing long weddings. I like to keep fit and spend time in the outdoors. Music is important, as I love noodling around on the guitar and going to gigs. Like all Kiwis I am well travelled and spent a number of years in the UK, and have taken in the sights of Europe, Asia and South America. I can relate to people from all walks of life. If there's anything else you'd like to know, please don't hesitate to drop me a line! I Look forward to hearing from you! Dan
I am an easy going, friendly and active person who is social and enjoys sharing a glass of wine and dinner with mates. I enjoy music and currently into Latin dancing( learning), sport and fitness. I love my travel which I try to do once a year. like to keep fit by going for runs(not really gym fan anymore) either mornings before work or In the afternoons. I have lived in Sydney for 25 years and absolutely love the city. Still to explore so much of it. I love meeting new people and learning about their culture, life and interests. I would like to live with someone who enjoys the occasional chat, dinner and company, up for room mate bonding activities and is also considerate of personal space and time.
Hi! My name is Mark. I'm based inner west and looking to move from my current living arrangements. I am a builder/project manager. I prefer to live with females or a mixed household. I have lived in share-house situations before so I am conscious and respectful of others. Ideally I want to stay in the Rozelle, Drummoyne, Leichhardt, Lilyfield, Annandale, Abbotsford areas. Hi! My aim is to live closer to the city, find a nice bunch of people to home share with. I work full time and love my job, so I'm fairly organised and luckily have healthy habits! I'm a sth American origin but have basically lived in Sydney mostly all my life. You will find me bubbly and social but also will keep to myself when necessary!
I'm friendly, considerate and and easy to communicate with. I pay rent on time, take pride in where I live and come home to relax in a peaceful environment.
I am a really friendly person, I tend to get along quiet well with anyone and my partner is some what similar. We are both extremely hard working and even though I am studying part time I still work a minimum of 37 hours a week, but on average when I work weekends its closer to 45-50. My partner is finalising his apprenticeship as a carpenter and will be fully certified in weeks! What's more, he is extremely useful around the house. I nanny and have a retail job and study a bachelor of science majoring in psychology. We are looking for a granny flat/studio or self contained, conjoined place if it is a house w/ Private kitchen bathroom and bedroom. We are fun and adventurous but we are looking for a place to call home, where we can relax and have time out from the world and save for the future.. :) We have a dog as well, Holly who is extremely well trained and extremely affection with any person or any other dog she meets. We are considering all types of accommodation, but if it was an apartment or unit-style set-up, we would require a small courtyard the least for her.
I'm seeking a non-smoking share house with similarly quiet-living, clean and considerate housemate/s. I have a background in arts study and work along with assorted admin roles but am now semi-retired. I'd hope for a home environment with some shared conversations, a sense of goodwill and mutual independence. I have an excellent rental history, secure income and a responsible nature. My entries for move date and length of stay are nominal (as required info) and as such, are flexible.
I am very easy going and will give you privacy. I like to cook - more than happy to share. Love watching comedies / having a laugh, it always makes whatever you're doing fun. I work full time and i am not much of a party animal, although i like a beer here and there.
