I'm a 25 year old female who works full time. Currently living in Wollongong and looking to move to Sydney. Pretty quiet during the working week and love to spend my weekends socialising with my friends. Also love a good Netflix binge. I enjoy spending time outdoors during summer. I'm a very clean person. Also easy going and love having a laugh! Mostly looking to team up with someone to get a really nice two bedroom unit. I have all furnishings for the unit except fridge or washing machine.
I am a 22yo female moving to Sydney to start a full-time job. I am a shift worker in the healthcare field and am looking for some easy going, friendly people to live with who won't mind my work schedule. I am a tidy, friendly non-smoker and I promise to pull my weight in the chores and keep the shower-singing to a minimum :)
Hey everyone! I'm looking for a place from the 29th of jan, preferably with some respectable but fun people that I can make friends with! A bit of context - after growing up in Tassie and spending half of 2016 living in Melbourne, I decided I missed the ocean too much and found myself in Sydney in October! I'm 22, studying Graphic Design at Billy Blue College of Design and working part time in retail. My current lease ends on the 29th so I'd like to find something soon!! I've lived in two different sharehouses and consider myself a very respectful person who is considerate of others (clean, quiet when I need to be, reliable and responsible) but also have a fun side (love to go out, be social) and a fit and healthy side (play hockey, love going walking and running and the gym!). Because I've only just moved, I don't know a whole bunch of people, so I would ideally like to move into a place with some girls that I can make friends with 🤗 While I'd like a nice place, I realise I don't have the biggest budget. But if I find some nice people in a nice area I am very willing to stretch it! Thanks! 💕

We're both pretty chilled out, easy to get on with and respectful of other housemates etc. Looking to find somewhere to move in from end of April. Cheers, Mark & Jen

Hello! I'm a Full time student in their final semester, working full time simultaneously, looking to potentially team up with someone to find a great place! House trained, clean and tidy, and willing to have a few drinks every now and then, whilst giving people the space they need. Come with all the essentials to start a place (fridge, couch, washer, etc) - so a team up would definitely be ideal. If this sounds like something you could potentially deal with, shoot me a message!
I pay rent on time. I am clean and tidy. Respectful. Chilled and easy to get along with. I love a good laugh and can hold a conversation. Social but not a party animal, still love my quiet time.
Hey! 23, Full-time bartender, Part-time student, actively looking for places and also people to room with, ideally one person but will room with 2. I've lived in Sydney my whole life and decided that I'd love to live closer to the water. I work full time in marketing and like to spend my down time during the week keeping active and binge watching the latest Netflix TV shows. On weekends I like to get out and about, spend time with my family and friends and would love to take advantage of the cafes and bars in the surrounding area. I'm a clean, tidy person who is easy to get along with. I'm very respectful of other people's space and belongings. I'm looking to move in with some girls that I can have a chat and a laugh with and socialise as well. Ideally looking for a place to move into mid-late February but happy to push that forward for the right place/people! Hope to hear from you :)
I'm a 24 year old recent uni graduate currently looking for somewhere in Sydney to live. Preferably inner west or north Sydney but open to anywhere! I'm pretty easy going and friendly and easy to live with!
Hi, I'm Mel and I work as a full time secondary school teacher. My partner Chris is finishing his final year of medical school at the University of Sydney. We're both at work/uni for pretty standard work hours 8 - 5pm. We've both just moved home to Sydney after a year in Orange and are currently in the process of finding a place to rent in the inner west. We are looking at 2 - 3 bedroom places and so are also looking for some flatmates. We have furniture for a 2 bedroom house, so can offer 1 furnished bedroom (if needed). We're looking for people who are interested in teaming up to start a new share house. We'd like to live with people who are participatory and willing to be an active member of the house (share a meal, have a drink together, watch tv etc). Obviously, we all need our own time and we respect that (and need it ourselves), we'd just prefer to live with people who don't hide in their bedroom! Please get in contact if this is of interest to you! Also move date is just a guide, can do earlier or later - but the sooner the better! Thanks, Chris & Mel
Fun, reliable, social, clean professional looking for a beautiful place to live, with like minded people :)
Primary School Teacher. Easy going. Neat and Tidy. Love cooking, art and travel. Always keen for a cheeky wine... I have a small dog Otto. He is pretty lazy and spends most of the day sitting in the sun. He has never ruined or chewed any furniture, doors etc and does not shed. I walk him twice a day to expel energy and keep him social.
I have lived with multiple people in various locations, so I'm used to giving people space as well as being very social with other flatmates. Currently I'm on a working holiday visa from the UK male (27), so will be living in the city for several months. I was previoulsy working in accountancy so would like to continue in that field if possible... For fun I like to socialise in pubs with friends as well as playing sports.
Easy going young professional, who enjoys great food, travelling and technology. Sounds like you have similar tastes? Please feel free to shoot out a message! I am renting at the moment, lease expires at the end of March. Hoping to find a person/group of people who may want to find and share a house together or continue in my current apartment. Seeking similar young male professionals, who enjoy a clean and respectable household whilst still up for some fun every now and again :) (occasional sharing dinners, board game, movie etc).
Hello im a 35yo professional working female who is looking for long term accomodation. I am social and also respect peoples privacy, im clean and tidy. I have a 5 yo house trained cat named Cleopatra she is very loveable and never leaves my side, her days are lazing in the sun. Abit about me I work in the Finance industry and work hard and love my job. My weekends and weeknights are relaxing with friends and going out for dinner and coffee. I love a good chat so Im looking for a home not just a room. If you feel that I would be a great flatmate then pls drop me a email I would love to hear from you. Cheeers Kylie
Looking to move any time around mid Feb 2017. Hi I'm looking for an unfurnished room big enough for a queen bed. I have some other household things, happy to share or store under the house in boxes. Some of the things I need room for include a 2 seater couch, a push bike, 2 cd racks and a few plastic boxes of stuff. So depending on the space somethings could be stored in the bedroom and some in a lock up garage space or ideally a storage space. I also have a big tv - currently with former housemates if you need one in your lounge room and have a display unit for it to sit it on - we can retrieve it .... I am on a 7 day roster and work most weekends and some late shifts too. Sometimes I get 4 day breaks when I've worked 10 days in a row, I try to get away for those breaks usually to Queensland. I get about 7 weeks annual leave and I like to go overseas or up to Queensland to visit my family. I try to travel outside school holiday time - who wants to pay those inflated prices ?? ;) I have been sharing for over 20 years in Sydney and I respect people's space and know how to clean up after myself. I am not a party person - I like to live in a peaceful, tranquil environment. I'm a vego, non-smoker, respect your privacy, pay rent and all my bills on time, friendly and clean. Happy to cook a curry at home or a buy a take away and chat about life over a meal. I work in the cbd mostly 10.30-7pm; sometimes earlier sometimes later. It's most likely that you probably won't run into me that often because of my work hours. As I work outside of normal hours and most weekends, with days off mostly during the week I'm looking for a quiet household on a quiet street or cul-de-sac with minimal traffic noise etc. So if Meriton is building 7 thousand units next door to your place - it's probably not the place I'm looking for ... :) I don't drive but I do need good access to public transport. Also a dryer in the laundry would be handy for those washing days when it's raining all day... :) Please feel free to send me a message if you think you have a place for me. Cheers - Samantha.
Im a 19 Year old working as a Chippy, looking for a room in a house/apartment along the Northern Beahces/North Sydney. My Ideal houseshare or flatshare would be with young people - 18 to 25 year olds who are fun and can have a few drinks and banter with on weekends, i would like to see it as more friends than flatmates. Throughout the week i keep to myself with work and gym. Nobody thats too serious...very likeable and sociable person
I'm pretty chilled and calm and like to keep things simple, neat and tidy; but also like a good time when the time calls for it. I'm a full-time accountant who loves music (I have a Bachelors in Music Performance on the violin as well, but I don't play much these days), the beach, cooking and a good glass of wine. Also I've got a few good stories up my sleeve; did I tell you about the time I met Taylor Swift? :P
Hi there, I need to find a private room after coming back from my holiday on 22nd February. I'm in early 30s and working full time in the city. Please inbox me if you have any available room convenient for transport to city. Cheers.

I have a five year old labrador who is also a qualified pet therapy dog ( visits hospitals and nursing homes on weekends). For this reason, i would need at least a small yard or sizable courtyard to accommodate her. I'm looking for easy going, friendly and clean housemates who love dogs.
We're a young and super fun couple! We are always laughing and enjoying life. We both work hard and go to gym every day. When we're not being super active, we're napping, binge Netflix or eating...

I travel interstate which means you will have extra space for yourself most of the time. I am a normal neat, tidy, respectful, reliable full time working professional.
Hi, I'm a 29 year old professional looking to move into a share house with easy going house mates of similar age (23-35). I am a social fun person that also likes my own space at times and am very easy going. love getting out doors and exploring. I am also a bit of a traveller (in Aust. and abroad) and don't mind the occasional beer or wine with others! I do have a car for my work so I will need at least some decent on street parking. I'm looking to move into a cat friendly house, not an apartment. I'm a mature quiet and tidy professional (Business Development Manager - Power), who travels, and has recently relocated from Brisbane to Sydney due to work commitments. I have recently returned from South America, (Colombia), where I intended to work as an English Teacher for a year but had to return unexpectedly to Aust. I have an International English Teacher Licence, and I am a Berlitz Qualified English Instructor. I'm not into house parties, (except for Dinner parties), and I'm looking for share accommodation for 3 to 6 months, (possibly longer), with 1 or 2 mature professional people of either gender, or maybe within a family household. Room either furnished or unfurnished. Maximum of $360 including or excluding any outgoings. I would like something close or in any of the surrounding suburbs to Rydalmere but am flexible with this and would consider further out if the place was right. I would also prefer off street parking if possible. I'm quiet, tidy, easy going, non smoker, non TV addict, who enjoys good conversation, respectful of others, and will pull my weight with household chores. I can also cook and bake (if required). I enjoy going to the markets, having breakfast in nice cafés on weekends as well as the movies, in addition to numerous other activities. Note: There is the distinct possibility that I will be bringing back from overseas my two cats so I would prefer a cat friendly house / villa / terrace house which is not on a main thoroughfare and one where the occupants accepts pets. Apartments are out thanks.
I'm easy going, friendly, love my privacy but like to socialise as well. I'm an aspiring musician, so would ideally like to team up with creatives and fellow muso's, although not essential.
Hi all, My name is isabella (bel perferably) I'm 23 and have just started working full time and am looking to reduce my travel time and move a bit closer to work. I'm really easy going and as long as your clean and up for a bit of banta every now and then I'm happy. I can't cook so sorry but our lives will consist of lots of take out and left overs. Budget is around 250 a week so if you have a place that you think would work please send me a message! Thanks, bel.
Hi I am a student studying full time and working in the city. Ideally looking for somewhere to stay in a nice quiet suburb with one or two others. Somewhere close to public transport is preferred. I am fairly busy through the week and respect the need for peace and quiet around the home. I like to keep a clean and tidy living space and am respectful of other peoples space and privacy. Would also like to find people who are willing to chat and just catch up over a drink every once in a while. I don't want to share a place with total strangers. I keep pretty fit and active with the gym and some martial arts training and am hoping to share with people who lead a similar lifestyle. Looking forward to meeting potential flatmates! Grace
