Looking to move into a VERY SPACIOUS HOME with roomy room, storage space, big functional kitchen, multiple living areas in the home/outdoors and ideally my own bathroom or AT LEAST ONE WITH A *BATH*. Looking to live with RESPONSIBLE RESPECTFUL HEALTH-CONSCIOUS ADULTS - ideally holistic lifestyle minded in the age range approx 30s to 50s. Location-wise for houses in the fremantle and surrounds region. Looking for a *homey home* - nice features (not plain bland shoebox style!)- with a good deal of greenery in its garden surrounds, and ideally close to nature reserves/ parks/ river/lake/ ocean. Looking for a 6-12 month stay and if all goes well, depending on what the future holds - im open to staying longer if it turns out to be that perfect nurturing space. My listed max budget amount is hoping to be inclusive of bills with the rent. Available to move now- but trying to find that right place. Personally its extremely important for me to be looking for a home that can be my sanctuary - somewhere to thrive in, recover in and LOVE coming home and being home in. Nature-full, happy, relaxed, stress-free, SPACIOUS and also where it feels like we have a little house family belonging vibe when together ...but still happy enough alone in our own personal space. I’m looking for an interesting, alternative feel and people and things that really make it feel like a good vibe home. I feel its important to love your surroundings and have them be nourishing + nurturing to our soul! Im also importantly looking for it to be in a quiet and peaceful area of a suburb. In the past I personally have looked after full properties as large as 5 acres including gardens, pools, home etc. and have EXCELLENT references including written ones… I pride myself on this and on looking after homes as if they were my own. I can certainly be trusted with this. Even amongst my current limitations with injury recovery - i still am capable of looking after the home environment and have current references that can support this. I do have a detailed bio i can provide by message to give more of an idea of compatibility with your current home vibes ... but in short: Myself, Dee (just turned 30 last week)- recovering from a car accident. I’m Still in the rehab/ recovery stage, just now more independently physically and cognitively capable and so im focussed on regaining as much of my previous life's capabilities as possible. My prior line of work and study was in the area of electrotechnology and instrumentation in the industrial sector. I also come from the much longer term background of being a holistic health + wellbeing enthusiast and prior to the accident, I used to be right into my fitness - variously from personal & group workout fitness to mixed martial arts, yoga, pilates and plenty more... I love exploring/adventure travel life too + adore the outdoors and thrive best in nature. I also LOVE freediving and everything to do with the ocean. I'm a clean person (or if im messy while cooking - im great at putting it back to how it was!), I'm responsible, mature, friendly, caring, kind, thoughtful, resourceful, motivated, have a sense of humour + enjoy having a laugh. I love everything about nature + also have a good research/ analysing head on my shoulders & enjoy exploring life optimisation (bio-hacking) in every form. For more info about me/any questions to do with home suitability for me - please feel free to get in touch. I look forward to hearing from you regarding potential matches! Thnkyou for your time :)
I'm Nikki, 25 years old and I'm from the Netherlands, I'm in Perth to do my final internship to finish my masters degree in Medical Biology. I would like to meet some people my age and live in shared housing for the next few months until April/May. I'm always down to eat together, to chat or whatever you like! I'm also open for teaming up to start a new shared house and I'm mainly looking in Fremantle area, but Perth west/east is also good. Love animals, so always a plus if somebody has a pet :)
Hi! My name is Adam and I'm moving back to Perth after 2 years in Sydney. My main passion is rock climbing, which was my reason for moving to Sydney but I got a great job offer back in Perth that I couldnt pass up! I'm a Carpenter but will be working at Portside climbing gym in O'Connor as a route setter/handyman/wallbuilder. I am the dad of a beautiful 1.5 year old mixed breed dog named Ollie. He's very well behaved, fully toilet trained and loves other pups and humans. I'm sure you'll grow to love him as much as I do! I will be taking Ollie to work with me every day, and will very rarely be left alone at the house. I'm a quiet person and usually prefer my own company, but once I feel comfortable in the house and get to know everyone then I'm always keen for family dinners and hangouts! I'm very clean, respectful and will always pull my fair share of duties around the house
I am looking for a space either on my own or to cohabitate with some groovy individuals while I complete my masters program at Curtin. A little about me: I’m 28, non smoker, have been traveling about the globe and living between Viet Nam and India for the last 4 years but moved to Freo in the beginning of this year. I’m a Yogini by lifestyle and yoga teacher, Ayurveda practitioner and Thai Massage/Marma Point Therapist and Sexologist. I love the beach, live music, open mics, dancing, writing poetry and just communicating with people whether its an existential life altering conversation or laughing at absolutely nothing just because it feels good to share positive energy. Collaborating and socialising with open individuals is the kind of vibe I am looking for although I also enjoy having my own space. Everything in balance! however, I am not looking for a party house. Ideally, where I move to will have as much natural light as possible (I am all about the open space and windows). Currently I am in Thailand but would love to have a Skype chat to get to know potential housemates and do tours of the space so that I can find something pending my return. If things feel right, I’m happy to start paying rent as early as one week in advance before I arrive! X
Looking for somewhere not too far from the coast to call home with my two little furballs. I work full time doing shift work in the city (2 days 2 nights 4 off), but don't worry, I'm not asking anyone to tip toe around on the days I'm sleeping, just have to bear that in mind before you get the drum kit out. My days off are usually pretty chilled out. Usually spent hanging out with my doggos, going to the beach, keeping fit, getting cosy with a book, seeing friends and family, little crafty projects, gardening and relaxing. I'm an absolute plant lover so bonus if there's a bit of a garden to tinker around in. I'm respectful of others personal space and property and I hope the same in return. I'm tidy, try to be conscious of my power and water consumption and recycle where possible, would be nice to have someone like-minded. I have my bedroom furniture, a tv, a washing machine and kitchenware (currently in storage, but i have all the cool gadgets like slow cooker, rice cooker, juicer, bake ware etc) so flexible on what I bring to the table. Oh AND I have a hammock. It's heaven. Happy to share it! Doggo lover a must as my two can be very cuddly. They're tiny, only a few kg each so need a secure yard. They stay outside while I'm out and about but I let the inside when I'm home. They are well trained and I ensure they cleaned up after. If I sound like someone you'd like to share with please flick me a message. Not looking for a party house but rather a relaxing yet social space we can be comfortable to be ourselves in. Be nice to share a couple of bevvies here and there too
Hi! I'm Suzie, I am a 3rd year student at Murdoch university and I am going to be completing an honours project next year. I am a fairly easy going, relaxed person. I like socialising, having a drink and a Netflix session but I also enjoy my own space at the end of the day.
Hiya! I am an AIN in Aged Care, currently studying nursing at Notre Dame after a year working at a regional hospital full-time. I stayed in shared accommodation for 5 years in high school, so I am very comfortable sharing a space, bathroom, etc. with others. I am also very happy to contribute to household chores and will clean up after myself. I’m pretty introverted and keep to myself mostly, but I am also happy to have a chat or a drink on weekends or after work/school. I am looking for a place to live with some cool, tidy people!
My name is Helen, I'm 30 and I work as a research scientist here in Perth so I keep pretty regular hours with a couple of field trips during the year. I also work from home a bit. I love to cook and listen to music and am happy to share the occasional meal if you're interested. I've got a bit of furniture and some house plants I've become quite attached to. Love camping and the great outdoors, bouldering, live music, have a decent vinyl collection, and enjoy a beer and a chat. I definitely enjoy some peace and quiet at home and am, of course, neat, tidy and respectful. I'm looking to start a new share house in or near Fremantle. I would love to find a place with a bit of outdoor space for doing a bit of gardening or entertaining. I would also be keen to join a share house if you have a bit of space for me.
Hi there! I’m hoping to secure a new rental premises to share with an easy going and friendly flat mate. Ideally you are between the ages of 30 & 45, we can find a three or 4 bedroom home or apartment in the areas of either North Perth, or Fremantle. I currently work in the city as a counsellor, so access to the city is important. I have shared custody of my lovely, very well mannered 9 year old son which is why I require the second room. My rental budget is $300 per week. I’m looking for someone who’d contribute between $250 to $300 and to split water, electricity & gas 50/50. Hoping to meet someone suitable soon so we can find a nice new home together. Look forward to hearing from you, Jen
Writer, performance poet and high school teacher. *Not placed in order that earns the money* I'm a social housemate and enjoy getting to know others. I also like my own space. I love reading, running/yoga, the beach, and going out to see music or performance shows. Originally from Victoria, have lived in Freo before, and am returning after a long sojourn up north and then down south. I'm looking for a place that has community conscious vibes, easygoing, and tidy. Happy to contribute household goods where needed.
Hey potential housemates, I am Perth local looking to move back to the big smoke after spending sometime in the country. I will be studying at Notre Dame next year so looking for something between freo and the city to settle into. I come with very sweet, young kelpie dog who is well trained but oh so friendly and energetic (thinks everyone wants her to lick their face). I currently work part-time from home (sleep scientist) which will cover rent & bills. Will also be jumping on the AusStudy train when semester starts. Very easy going and respectful of space/cleanliness! Mostly keen to start a new lease with 1-2 others, but would join the right established house.
I am a business professional who is looking for a nice tidy place to live in within 7 kilometres from Fremantle. I am reliable and always pay my rent and bills on time. I am a non-smoker and not a party animal. I am ideally looking to share with 1-2 other non-smokers. I am friendly and respectful of other peoples space and property and I'm tidy and treat the place like a home. I don't party at home so am looking for a non-party home environment. I am partial to to a nice glass or red and a meal with house mates on occasion and I am a good cook. I believe I am pretty easy to get along with and a good house mate to share with. I ideally hope to find a furnished room with a bed and a study nook and study desk with my own bathroom, but these features are negotiable. I do have 2 little grown house trained well behaved dogs. Ginger is a mini Dashund (6.5 kilos) and Milly is a mini Pomeranian (2 kilos). I'm happy to pay a pet bond if needed and I'm sure you will fall in love with my dogs are they are very cute and great company. I have put 3 month stay as initually it would be a trial to see if we all live well together. If it's all harmonious I would be happy to stay longer eg (6 months +) Currently I am not an upgraded member on Flatmates so I cannot view peoples mobile numbers. But if you have anything suitable please contact me on. Have a great day! Thanks, Karuna
