I am a friendly, clean, and respectful person to live with. I am an English student who is over here on a work placement for 5 months. I will be working a lot but I want to make the most of my spare time by seeing the local attractions and enjoying the Melbourne lifestyle.
Hi there, My name is Mix, a 20 years old boy. I'm a university student, major in architecture. Anyway, I come to Melbourne for taking an architecture courses during my university summer holiday! As a housemate I'm a pretty relaxed and easy going person, who likes to chill out plus I'm tidy, clean, and respectful. One of my hobbies is taking photos. I always be active (running, rugby, cycling), play piano, explore local exhibitions and enjoy a good cafe. I'm also an animal lover, especially dogs, so that would not be a problem at all :) Send me a message if you think we'd get along! Cheers,
Hello there Melbourne peeps my name is Lucie. I'm looking for a place to live. I'm a friendly, tidy woman. I'm not a party animal but good for a chat with a glass of red and a cheese platter. I like foreign films, bikeriding and I'm a foodie. I'm very reliable when it comes to money, I have had utilities in my name before and been responsible for dividing bills, any of my former housemates will affirm. I'm looking for a place with at least one woman living there and maximum 3 people including me. Good heating is very important to me, coming from Queensland :) Also a place with wifi and is fully furnished but I do have my own bedroom furniture. Also no offence to anyone but I'd prefer a place where there no smokers or pets. I'm pretty solid really. Looking forward to meeting you cheers Lucie
Hey possible flat mates! I'm from New Zealand been in Melbourne 2 years now currently working in a deli in Elwood. I've just come back from a trip to Thailand where i got offered a job there teaching diving so, just back here making some extra cash! I'm a pretty chilled guy, used to be a chef so i love to cook! In my free time I will be catching up on my Tv shows, playing video games or catching up with some friends in town, very laxed back guy always down on a drink and a yarn, but of course respectful of peoples space and privacy.
I am a Belgian living in Australia and have just finished my degree in audio engineering. I spend a lot of time playing/working on music and am not really a party type. Preferably I'd like to live with people that aren't too loud either. I'm looking for places along the Frankston/Sandringham train lines.
Hey I'm Sally, I'm 20 years old (21 in June so I might age while this add is up haha) and I'm a very outgoing and chilled out housemate. I'm very clean, always willing to share any household jobs, and generally pretty easy to live with. I'm always keen to hang out or have a chat with my housemates, but also happy to respect privacy if you're wanting some alone time. I have two little pups, a cream coloured male chihuahua and a black female toy poodle (the female has been desexed so no risk of babies!). My dogs are both less than a year old, house trained, and primarily sleep outside in a kennel. They're both well behaved and surprisingly don't seem to yap a lot as their breeds might suggest, they only need a small yard to keep them happy as I take them for plenty of regular walks and spoil them with lots of toys to keep them entertained. In the house that I am living in now I take full care and responsibility for them both and always clean up after any unexpected incidents, and I will continue to do so in my new home. Now that I've covered my main stress of having pets, let me tell you a bit about myself! I'm currently living in Adelaide but looking to move over to Melbourne when my rental lease ends in September. I already have employment locked in for when I move, I will be working night shifts as a dancer at Spearmint Rhino. Also looking into checking out The Men's Gallery and Centrefold Lounge once I've moved. Obviously being okay with my line of work is a must for any potential future housemates. I will generally be working 3-4 nights per week. I am very quiet when I come home and usually sleep until 2pm the next day, but I don't expect you to have to be quiet for me because I am able to sleep through basically anything! I am looking at commencing study once I've moved to Melbourne, most likely a course in makeup/beauty therapy. I've actually written a lot more than I thought I would so if you've made it this far then congrats you are probably capable of putting up with my bullshit! Sling me a message if you're keen to test out being roomies.
I have a friendly and fun personality and I'm easy to live with. I'm pretty tidy and clean up after myself. I'm passionate about art and writing and love getting out and about with my camera. I work in hospitality but aspire to run my own business one day. Like anyone, I love hanging out with friends and do enjoy the odd drink (but not excessively so).
I am a business development manager who works full time Mon - Fri, 8am - 6pm . I go to gym most week nights and often go to/out with friends for dinner, so will not be around much in the evenings either. I am an easy going and down to earth guy, who wants to live in a positive space with positive people. My best attributes as a house mate would be that I am considerate, hygienic, clean (not ocd) and a deep sleeper
Hi 👋 I'm Jemma, looking to either move into a room or find someone then search for a place. Clean, tidy, healthy lifestyle, easy to get along with, I have furniture, tv, kitchen appliances, dryer, washing machine. Pretty much everything apart from a fridge. I'm looking to move in with someone who likes dogs as I have one who is 8 years old... She is very friendly, toilet trained and has never ruined furniture or eaten shoes etc. Very lovable and gets along with anyone. Please note, I woule prefer to move in with someone who does not have any pets. ☺️☺️☺️
hey i'm a 23 year old male from here (Melbourne) looking for a share house to move closer to the city for my full time job working in construction. i live a pretty active lifestyle enjoying rock climbing as a hobby and working out at the gym occasionally. i'm pretty clean and tidy and have lived in share houses overseas in the past. also a social drinker and a non smoker.
Originally from South Africa and been in Melbourne for 5 years, so I still have a heavy accent. I am more of home body than a party animal although I do love a glass of red wine. I am not a morning person - I can't cope without my morning coffee. I am more of a night owl. I am always up for a relaxed night in watching movies or TV series. Would be nice to meet some new people.
Hey potential housemates, My furry best friend Jackson and I have been living on our own for a while, but now we need to move into a bigger place that has a backyard for Jackson. I'm 29 years old, have my own business and work full time and am very respectful of peoples privacy and space. I believe that a house is not just a house but a home, somewhere that is a happy and safe place. Because of this I am only interested in sharing with someone that is respectful, positive and easy going. Male or female doesn't bother me at all. A little about me - I usually spend my weekends backcountry snowboarding in winter, climbing, kayaking or hiking and love anything to do with the outdoors. Also planning on building my own place in the next 12 months. A little about Jackson - he is a 2 year old rescue dog (Staffy cross Boxer) and has the sweetest heart. He will want to cuddle with you every opportunity he gets so hopefully you love dogs! He is still young and has puppy tendencies so he gets very excited about almost anything, especially seagulls :) Happy housemate hunting! Ebony & Jackson
Looking to team up with one or two people anywhere from Mentone to Elwood and Prahran... So fairly flexible with the location. I work full time in the emergency services as a firefighter (same as paramedic hours 4 days on 4 days off) - often busy out at night training when not on night shifts and often away visiting family on the coast on days off. I have (nice) furniture to fill a small house - so happy to provide or split the goods! But I'm unlikely to be interested in anywhere already fully furnished. I'm very tidy, and prefer to live in an environment with clean shared spaces. I also love gardening and house plants - this can be a danger - I made the garden in my current place so cool that they decided to sell it because its value went up so much (joke). I do love a good social environment, but also respect personal space and am happy doing my own thing as well. Looking for a potential 3 bedroom place with 2 new housos :)
I am a freelance makeup artist and hair stylist :) Currently working at Zumbo Patisserie so I come with lots of Cronuts and cakes included haha I'm a friendly person and would ideally want to live with someone/people who want to hang out with a glass of wine and watch TV together, whilst also respecting each other's privacy
Hi guys! My name is Kelly, I am from Vietnam, I like to cook so I am happy to share my meal with you, I am very friendly with everyone and I like to talk as well, I am a clear person, non-smok, I am looking for a room for share or a housemate can live wiith

Hi I'm Brittany! A little about me, I'm 21 studying nutrition and exercise science and also work part time. I like to keep active and healthy, also love the outdoors and the beach! I have lived in shared houses previously and am very clean and tidy and completely respectful of other peoples space and privacy, although always up for a chat! I would like to live with people who are like minded and also easy to get along with. I have a flexible move in date and looking for somewhere that is also close to some form of public transport. Thanks Brittany
Hey there, My names Jen I currently work and live in London but am coming home to Melbourne in July to start my Masters in International Relations. I grew up in Bayside and want to live in this area again when I get back. I'm easy going, tidy, mostly out and about to be honest and would like to live with chill people I can enjoy a meal and a beverage with from time to time. If you have anything available coming up to July would love to hear from you.
Hi, I am Bismeet kaur from India. I am doing Masters of Architecture from Monash university. I am a very jolly and polite person. I am always up for exploring the city, hanging out and making new friends. I love cooking and I am a vegetarian. I prefer to keep my surroundings neat and clean. I'm the most clean and tidy housemate you will ever have. I like to cook, but I'm not very good! I'm on a weight loss and fitness journey at the moment (20kg down) so it'd be cool if we could gym together. Introverted af. Always up for Netflix and a drink; not into clubbing at all. I love seeing love bands, my favourite is Karnivool. I'm finishing up my last unit of my bachelor of science at Monash and working a Dan Murphy's (SWEET SWEET DISCOUNTS). I have Tuesdays and Wednesdays off. Max budget is including bills. Also looking for: - Carspace (definitely undercover, secure preferred) - Housemates around my own age - Private laundry facilities - Private balcony or yard area - Ensuite bathroom if possible - Housemates that are chill with my partner hanging around/staying over. If I sound like the one for you ( ha ) let me know you've read my whole profile by telling me your favourite breakfast food!

I am in my mid twenties from Ireland. Working full time as a Gardener Monday to Friday, no unsociable hours. Like to keep clean and tidy. I am easy going, laid back person, respect privacy of others and a non smoker. I like keeping busy by being out and about. But like to come home and relax in a quiet, chilled atmosphere. Would enjoy an evening with my housemate, having a chat and a beer or two. But also respect them and their space. Have been living in Melbourne over a year now and settled here. Have lived in shared houses in Ireland, America, New Zealand, Melbourne can provide references. Looking for a place preferably in Hampton, Highett, Elsternwick, Prahran, Windsor or surrounding suburbs. Looking for a clean place, dont mind sharing with a couple, would like a furnished room if possible. Available to move anytime, preferably as soon as possible.
Young English girl working full time looking for a clean private room. I love to go out and meet new people but also like time to myself and enjoy going to the gym and traveling. I'm a very clean and tidy person and will most of the time be at work but when I'm not would love to get out and socialise with people from all over.
I'm very easy going and like my own space to be tidy and respected as I respect other people's. I'm a full time bricklayer looking to settle down in Melbourne and am excited to see what the future holds, I like to keep my body and mind healthy and develop myself in every aspect of my life to keep things fresh and exciting, looking for some like minded people to enjoy living with and form some genuine friendships!
Hi Beautiful people! Just about to start a new chapter in my life and would love to find a place to call home! Looking for a large warm room with own bathroom in a modern apartment or a house. Willing to share accommodation just with one person. I work full time, so bills will be paid in time;). Let me know if you have one or want to rent together. (There are few great 2 bed 2 bath apartments in Bayside, up to $500 per week, so we can take a lease together for 1 year)
Hi I'm Yvette, I'm 31 and a secondary school teacher. I am warm and friendly, love a laugh and open-minded. I work really hard during the week so I like to relax on the weekends - catch up with friends for breakfast, go running, take a yoga class, or read a book. I'm a a pretty easygoing housemate; I like to share a meal and chat with my housemates when they are around, but I'm also very happy doing my own thing. I'm looking for friendly, relaxed, and honest people to live with, who are happy to be social at times, and also independent, who are reasonably house-proud and perhaps enjoy a glass of red at the end of a hard day. :) I have a washing machine and fridge. They can be given to friends if they're not needed. I also have a really nice two-seat chesterfield sofa in leather. It is small enough to pop in a bedroom, but would also be great for a common space.
Friendly and upbeat person. Up for a chat and sometimes sharing a meal with housemates or likewise happy doing my own thing independently. When I'm not working I like to relax with Pilates, go see friends and family or catch a movie. Looking for a household that is reasonably quiet.
Pleasant and a quiet roommate
Hey Guys, I have lived with two guys before, as well as just one guy and currently I'm living with a bf and gf and another female, so four of us. In all honesty, I'm probably looking for something a bit more chilled with just one other person. The thing is, I currently live in Newcastle NSW and am looking to relocate to Melbourne around June/July so I am putting my feelers out there! I work six days a week at the moment so there isn't a lot of down time, I still fit in time to train four to five times a week and love my cooking, huge animal lover also but I don't cook the animals 😉 I just cuddle them. I love having a red wine with my gfs and try to do it as much as I can. I'm not someone that needs mothering, I am self sufficient and am just looking for a clean and easy going flat mate that if you have time for a wine or a joke in our cross over or down time, that sounds perfect to me. I guess my one 'hiccup' if you would call it that, is I have started my own label, so I would need either a second room or to be able to use the garage for my sewing machine and fabric materials etc, I also have a solid collection of clothing so need a built in wardrobe 😬 other than that I'm the perfect flat mate. You must be cool with animals, I don't currently have any, long story, but recusing a kitten is on the cards 👌🏻😍 maybe 😏 I wouldn't say I'm a typical 31 year old ( what even is a typical 31 year old?) I love a good night out with my friends but then I also am all for the grandma life with a good book and cup of tea. $250 is my max a week if bills and internet are included. And looking for a minimum of 6months. Ta heaps. Heidi
Hi I'm Seb, just your average 22 year old guy thats working full time. I'm looking for a place anywhere in the south eastern suburbs and inwards. I'm clean and conscientious of other people's needs and am quiet moving around the house/apartment. I enjoy going out occasionally or having a beer and chill at home, but am also happy just having a quiet night in. I'm into cars so a place with either off street parking or easy street parking (no parking restrictions or insanely bad roads please) but my car and related things won't be a nuisance but flatmates interested in cars as well would be a bonus!
My name is Caoimhe pronounced Keeva, I am Irish/ Canadian and I work full time for The Wilderness Society in Melbourne. I love art, nature, hummus, tofu, avocado, reading books, all of the boooks, adventuring far and beyond to lands of lush greenery or oceans a blue. I love being positive and happy and socializing, but also really appreciate solitude. I am clean and respectful of my space and others. In my spare time I practice yoga, go for walks, swimming, bicycling, workshops, hiking, grow vegetables, all of the things! I love life and making the most of it everyday. I am seeking a home with people on the same wave as me, if you think we match then hit me up! :D
I am a very considerate, hard-working and independent person. I enjoy socialising however also appreciate alone time and personal space. I am very tidy and clean. I don't mind sharing food, furniture or other items. I work early mornings so would enjoy peaceful evenings, however I also enjoy a glass of wine occasionally.
Hi there a little about myself.I am a fully employed beauty therapist working in South Yarra. I work 5 days a week including Saturday, so I get a week day off.My hours vary a little due to working one late night a week otherwise I have the luxury of starting at 10 in the mornings and usually finish around 6. During my working week I tend to keep a low profile.Outside of work I have many varied interests, I enjoy cooking , I am told Im good! I like to potter in the garden,at the moment I have a court yard full of plants varying from herbs to flowers etc. I love social interaction ie movies, exhibitions, coffee, dinner etc. I like a balance of social time and my own space. I have shared for many years and I am very aware of the dynamics required for a happy house hold. I am house proud and like a nice clean environment but I am not OCD. I am reliable with rent, utilities etc. I can provide glowing references. Ideally I would like to share with someone who is not a recluse and has the time to chat about your day.On the other hand I am respectful of personal space. I look forward to chatting further with those interested in my profile. Regards Andrea.
Hello! My name's Liz and I'm friendly and laid back. I like to get on well with people but also enjoy my own space, and respect other people's privacy. For the past year I've been living in Japan teaching and now I'm moving from Osaka (but I'm originally from Sydney) to Melbourne to do my Masters of Teaching. I'm looking for somewhere relaxed, chill and homely to stay next year from mid Feb. I'll be working part time and studying full time. Before living in Japan, I lived in a share house in Waterloo (near Surry Hills) in Sydney and clean up after myself and don't make too much noise. If this would suit your household, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
Hi, I'm George I’m 39 year old. I’m currently employed full-time as a Civil Trainer/Assessor and also doing some part-time study manly for professional development. I consider myself to be an easy/outgoing, social person although due to work demands I tend to do less socializing these days. I respect peoples belongings and their need for privacy and won't "cramp your style" for lack of a better phrase. In saying that I’m not someone that locks himself in a room and never ventures out. I’m not a “slob” I keep myself and surroundings clean and tidy and always willing to do what’s necessary to keep things that way. Don't mind a glass of wine/beer with dinner and don't mind cooking now and then. I keep myself fit and healthy and enjoy watching a film now and then. I hope I’ve covered all necessary details above, if I've missed anything please feel free to ask. Cheers, George
