Hi there, We are Joy and Matt. We are a couple looking for a person or another couple to team up with to start a shared house. Must be quite near a train station and preferably have a garage or shed. Carnegie is our ideal location. We are both quite busy and driven people but like anyone love a laugh, sometimes have a night out and the occasional shared house meal where our crazy schedules permit. Joy; studying & work at officeworks as well as a Thai restaurant. I love cooking and all that comes with it; exploring new marketplaces, trying new recipes, etc. I am also into traveling and keeping one or two aquariums as a hobby. I am from Thailand and together with my long term boyfriend we are jumping the hurdles and obstacles required to get permanent residence in Australia. Matt; work in garden maintenance and at a Thai restaurant (a different one to joy)and occasionally do uber eats driving for extra cash if required. Im into playing/recording music, gardening, retro games and opening things up to fix or modify them. I may be up to all sorts on random things in life but I truly understand what it means to not make one's sh*t someone else's problem, fear not. I am a very light smoker(less than 5 a day) and I am prepared to keep my habits out of people's way.

I am looking for a private room in a quite setting. Being a post grad student, I spend most of my time at uni while doing my assignment. Even on weekends, I am at library for most of the day. I keep my room very tidy and like staying with people who prefer keeping home organised. I do not smoke at all but do take wine occasionally while socialising. Though I am mostly busy with studies but I do like to talk a bit. My friends say that I am a good listener. My growth has given me enough wisdom to appreciate the differences in opinions. I may have a different opinion than people but that shall never affect my respect for them till the till their conduct is ethical. You can always trust me for rent as I never miss the deadline. I am looking for a flat or house with one or two bedrooms. I have been through enough mess while living without contract because of real-estate agents or flatmate's carelessness and do not want to go ahead without it. Don't want to live a disturbed life again. After going through this mess for long, I have become very sensitive and very careful of my rights. Not interested for any more games, seriously!!! I am looking for a furnished apartment/room with shared facilities of refrigerator, washer, dryer, gas as a standard equipment + a carpark. A BIR is a must for my bedroom. . let me know if you think that you can team up with me or offer me a place to stay for next 1 year or more. . I am intending to move in Week 2 of July 2018. Thanks and kind regards.... :)

Vishal is currently in Monash pursuing his Masters in Banking & Finance. Both of us are third culture kids; Indian by birth, born and raised in a tiny little island in the Middle East called Bahrain (look it up, it does exist!). We make sure to keep our living space clean and tidy so you will never have to worry about wet bathroom floors or leftover dishes in the sink. When we are not stressing about assignments and exams, we enjoy watching strictly 7+ rated movies and TV shows, hunting for new experiences in and around the city, trying out new cuisines and getting our caffeine kick from artsy cafes. We will make sure to respect your space and down time but are ready to socialize and let loose whenever, wherever! We look forward to finding a home and meeting some wonderful people :)
