Hi, I'm Nicole. I'm 23 and looking to move into a private room in suburbs closer to the city. (Clayton, Huntingdale, and surrounding suburbs) Please note that my budget is strict which includes bills. I'm a Uni student so as expected, my funds are quite limited. I study at RMIT doing Social Science. I also work casually in Cheltenham. - I take pride in my respect for other peoples homes, and their privacy. I'm a big fan of hanging out in my room or a lounge room watching movies or TV series. I have my own furniture that I must bring with me - or at least have to bring my bed. I would prefer to move into a place with similar aged people, but the gender of the other house mates is not a problem.
I am a 27-year-old male. I just finished my master degree at Monash University and has been working on my language programs. I am not a party boy and prefer a quiet and tidy life. I am willing to participate and share house responsibility and also respectful of personal space. By the way, I never smoke. I am looking fo a furnished room with own bathroom. Please feel free to contact me.
Hey! My names Claire I'm looking for temporary accomodation for 3 months and willing to move in as soon as possible. I'm 22 working as a full-time dental assistant in Carnegie. I'm a very clean and quite person. I'm also an extremely easy person to get along with. If you'd like to meet up and see if I'd be suitable that would be so great Thank you! Claire
We like to stay clean and help out our fellow flatmates and friends on every occasion possible. Prefer to cook at home, preferably vegetarian food, but no fuss. We love music and pretty much all forms of art. We like to paint and do crafty things when the time permits it. Hope to find a cosy room and good vibes all around.
Hey, I'll be starting my Master's degree in Monash Caulfield in Data Science in July, hence need a place to stay. I'm easy going, fun, friendly, clean & tidy.
Looking to move out of home. Efficient at cleaning up after myself and keeping things tidy. Work at Maccas in Prahran. Applying to TAFE. Visit my dad in the country some weekends. Happy to share my cooking and baking skills. Dancer two nights a week. Avid reader and photographer. Love animals. Easygoing and generally unfazed :)
Hi! I'm Ting. Will be starting my postgrad course in data science at Monash in July. I love sports, burgers, coffee, and spending quality time with friends and family. I do crossfit, weightlifting, and surfing on a regular basis. Basketball, skateboarding, biking, and hiking are also my interests. I'm pretty chill and easygoing. I like to make friends, hang out, have fun but I'm not here to party. I want to focus on my study and build a career as a business/data analyst in sports-related fields. I like to plan ahead but still have some flexibility. I believe that being honest and be willing to communicate are important in having a great flat sharing experience. It'll be cool if we can be friends or workout partners but if not it's no problem, too. I've traveled to over 10 countries and done a 29-day train trip around the United States. What I learned the most from my trips is that a lot of time there's no right or wrong, it's just different. It's alright if we don't share the same values or views. I'd respect your opinions and appreciate that you help me to see things from a different perspective. Since I love sports, I'll be bring some workout gears and possibly get a surfboard or bike after I settle in. I'll keep my things neat and out of your way. I'll definitely respect our shared space and clean up after myself. Also, I'll respect your privacy and your personal life. Meanwhile, I expect the same from you. Feel free to talk to me or ask questions if you are interested in being flatmates. Or if you want to meet up, I'll be in Melbourne after July 10th. Thank you :)
I'm a 25bueaj old Project Manager in the construction industry and also an studying building and construction. I'm also a special effects makeup artist. When I'm not working or studying I enjoy nights out and equally nights in. I have a 5year old furr baby named Hooch who is a lazy BGF. We are looking for a new home.
Hi, I'll be shifting to Melbourne next month for my masters from Monash. I am an easy going, flexible, well mannered and a chilled out individual. A big movie buff and a foodie as well, and most importantly, I am a tidy person so you need not worry about a messy room. Let me know if you are interested.
Hi! I'm an international student from China, studying design in Monash Uni, Caulfield campus, so I hope to live somewhere easy to get to my campus. I'm very easygoing, would love to hang out with my flatmates or just stay at home quietly.
Very tidy & respectful. Not afraid to fire up the vacuum or wipe down the benchtops on a regular basis. I like to have a good relationship with any housemates, but also happy to spend a fair bit of time in my room working on the laptop, watching tv, etc. I like to have a drink or two, but definitely not looking for a party house. Just a generally friendly dude, from the US originally. I like NBA & AFL, cars, books, creating stuff, getting (back) into shape. Hmm...what else. I'm in website & digital marketing sales. Sometimes work from home, so good internet is important. That's about it!
Relatively new to Melbourne and Australia. Doing my Master's at Monash Caulfield campus and in search of a place that's easy to get to from uni :) Originally from Lebanon but was raised in Kuwait. I enjoy my alone time but also like to mix with others and my hobbies are gaming and music production.
We're looking for either a bedroom in a shared house with max 1 other housemate, a detached granny flat, or a 1 bedroom place for ourselves. We'd like a safe suburb, to be close to public transport, and a place to park. We're non-smokers, tidy, have no pets but love dogs (a pet friendly place would be ideal!) and are relatively introverted and quiet. Ash is a full-time PhD student and Ria is a casual teaching associate. Our move-in date is flexible.
Hey peeps, I'm 23 and currently running an Indoor Beach Volleyball business in Springvale (will give free volleyball to whoever takes me in ;) ). I'm currently staying (and have lived) with 2 girls in Oakleigh since the beginning of August 2016 but the lease expires at the end of July. I'm keen on meeting some new people. Stuff about me: I'm clean and tidy (would like to find housemates who have a strong emphasis on being also clean and tidy - but not next level neat freaks). Love to hang out with people too, so housemates who are up for a group bonding sesh here and there, or drinks (or the spontaneous board game night) on the odd occasion would be awesome. I respect everyone's privacy as I too like to have 'me' time and unwind. I'd like to think i have a good sense of humour (it's dark and twisted so you know it's good). I'm pretty into the footy and will watch most games when I can (yay telstra free footy app streaming service). I'm not really a specialist cook but I make mad enchilidas and are therefore happy to cook for people on the odd occasion (im spanish so I kinda have to be good at cooking enchilidas), I have about 5-7 dishes/meals I can make so my life is probably in shambles. I play Volleyball when I can, gym when I can and drink Red wine when the situation arises (I.E. BOARDGAME NIGHTS/ANY OPPORTUNITY TO DRINK WINE). I'm also a bit of a nerd as I love to game/watch anime (would be sweet to find housemates who are into the same stuff as we could totally have gaming/anime nights yeee boi). Looking for places that are around $600-750 a month (plus or including bills) Ideal places would be Clayton, Oakleigh, Glen Waverly, Springvale, I'd even consider Saint Kilda/South yarra (even tho it's far-ish from work) if I like the cut of the jib and the price isn't too bad. Cheers for reading my life story.
Hi My name is Adrian, I am working full-time, sometimes in CBD, sometimes in Oakleigh South. I used to be in biomedical research but out of the field now. I am quiet and clean, although friendly. I have lived in share-houses before and never had a problem.
Hi, I'm Aidz (short for Adrian), 30 y/o, from the Philippines! I'll be taking Masters in Design full-time at Monash (Caulfield) this coming July and I'll be arriving in Melbourne on June 26. I have a temporary Airbnb accommodation booked and I'm hoping to find a more permanent place hopefully within 1-2 weeks of my stay there. My max budget is $200 for rent + bills + internet, but of course, being a student, a lower rate (but still quite near the campus) is preferred. I'm a photographer and a graphic designer so that makes me an artistic person, I'm very much into music as well, I play the guitar (but I'm not bringing one, unfortunately) and can sing decently, I like searching and listening to new indie artists/bands, but the majority on my playlist are very old school. I also love playing video games, NBA 2K, FIFA, Tekken anyone?? I'm a bit of a geek and I quite know my way around techy stuff. I also love to cook so I can make some meals whenever I have time. I'm usually content being a homebody, but I sure love to go outside once in a while! So, show me around when I get there? Since it's my first time to live alone and in a different country, I'm not just looking for roommates but also (hopefully) lifelong friends that I can treat and also treat me as "family". My mom is an OC when it comes to cleanliness, hygiene and keeping things in their proper place, so somehow I picked that up from her, but don't worry, I'm not very imposing like her haha! I highly value my privacy and takes care very well of my possessions, so you can expect me to do the same for you. I drink, but not too much (those days are over haha!) I'm fun to be around and can get loud and crazy at times, but I intend to do very well on my studies so I can assure you that I'll be quiet most of the time. Anyway, if you think we get along very well, I'd really appreciate hearing from you!
I'm Australian by birth and for most of my career, I've worked in politics, government and media. I've recently had a sabbatical to complete a Juris Doctor and am thinking of a PhD next year. I'm divorced as well, but that was long ago. I have no kids and no hassles. I've just started looking for a new place to live as the owners here are moving back in. So I'm looking for an unfurnished room to myself. Ideally with no more than two others in house/apartment. Close to train. Non-smoker, male, late forties but with a full head of hair. If you'd like to meet me and show me the room, please drop me a line.
