Hi, I’m looking for a place in Ballarat close to ACU where I’m going to be studying Nursing/Paramedicine starting in 2020. I’d like to move in around January time just before the start of the Uni year so I can settle in. I’m currently living in Melbourne at home with my parents and working as a community aged care carer and personal assistant at a doctors office. I have 2 budgies that will be making the move with me so I’m looking for a place that allows pets. I’m not very picky with the type of place I stay in, I just require my own room big enough for me and the birds, on/off street parking and housemates around my age (20years). Let me know if you’d like to meet me and are interested in having me be apart of your household!
Hi! URGENTLY need a place to move to which will allow pets as I have recently acquired a dog and am being asked to leave my current rental property (unfairly). My ideal place would be somewhere with a backyard and would be lovely if others had pets too! I don't mind sharing a bathroom etc. and parking is not a priority for me. I work part-time and don't study so I have a fair bit of free time on my hands. Love to chat and socialise and idealy would like to move in with like-minded people who wont mind having a bunch of people over for drinks every now and then!
hi i 22 yrs old with Aspergers, I am on DSP and NDIS so can keep up with rent and extras. I am needing accommodation quickly as my mother and younger brother are moving interstate and i am unabe to move with them
Hey there my name is Ned. I am a legal professional who has recently acquired a full-time position in the Ballarat area. I’m clean/tidy, easy going, friendly and always up for a chat but of course respect your privacy and quiet/alone time and hope you would respect mine. I love hitting the gym when I can, but otherwise I work 8:30-5 everyday and will be spending most weekends with my family back in Melb. I'm currently commuting everyday from Melb, so hoping to find a place asap.
Hello, I'm a single male, 35 years old. I work as an Exploration Geologist all around regional Victoria. I'm clean, friendly and curtious. I'm currently looking for a clean, comfortable, fully furnished room in a share house. I am usually away for work for 3-4 days per week, so will only be vacating the room on alternate days. I have a 5 year old, well-behaved son that I'd like to visit me on a reasonably regular basis on my days off. I have no issues with cleaning and doing my bit around the house.
My interests involve going for walks, listening to music, reading, watching movies and doing yoga. I'm currently doing many hours of casual shift work in the Ballarat area. I prefer to live with people who are like minded and easy going, although I'm not a party person I enjoy a good gin and tonic and trying different kraft beers. I like cleaning whilst listening to music and being in a tidy living space makes me feel great. I'm also working on my cooking skills and trying to find healthy meals to make yummy and nutritious :)

I quite a relaxed person to live with. I like socialising but also appreciate having time to unwind and do my own thing. I am also quite clean and tidy up after myself :).
Hi! I’m 20 and my partner, Byron is 19. We’re both friendly, social, kick back people but also enjoy our own time. We’re both respectful, quiet and most importantly, we clean up after ourselves. We’re both unemployed as Ill be studying and Byron’s job hunting. Our ideal room mate would be ones that like to have a conversation, but also like their own space.
Hello potential housemates, My name is Natalie, I'm 36 and just about to commence a full time role working with children. I cook, garden and do yoga to relax and also walk my adorably cute dog, Elvis. I'm very serious about my dog mum responsibilities. I love music, I play ukulele, synth and guitar (but with headphones). I would love to live with other considerate and environmentally aware individuals. I'm very flexible as to living arrangements; all the way from sourcing and cooking communal food to just offering a cup of tea when you boil the kettle. I do have a partner who also lives in the country, so he would perhaps stay 1-2 nights a week My ideal house would be with people who are self-responsible and clean with an interest in reducing their impact on the environment. I love having chickens, and Elvis, despite being a breed that is generally not safe with them, can be trusted to not eat them) and so would be interested in setting up a compost and chicken coop if you would be too. Hope to hear from you!
Hi, my name is Louise (aka Irish), I am moving to Ballarat from Melbourne south-east for work. I am easy-going, reliable, clean and trustworthy. I spend a lot of time working at my full-time job and also with horses so need somewhere mostly to put my head down after a long day and glass of wine!
We're both currently living in an inner city suburb and planning to move into the Ballarat region. We're both currently unemployed but are on the search for jobs in the area already. We keep to ourselves mostly but we don't mind sitting around having a chat with our room mates. We're looking for somewhere we can call home for 3 months.

32yo Professional looking for room to rent $200 per week inc bills. 4-12 week period. Relocating to Ballarat from Melbourne for work. I’m fairly easy going, friendly and easy to chat to. Work long hours as a Sales Technitian for a renewable energy company. In my down time I enjoy exercising, spending time outdoors, reading and watching movies.
People who know me well will tell you my best asset is my dependability. I do genuinely try. With my age comes maturity! I am a quiet kind of guy. A country guy from way back, coming from a large family and having lived in shared houses before, I get along pretty easily with others. More than happy to lend a helping hand. Respectful too, of other's needs and privacy. Working out-of-town 2-3 days per week.
I’m a student currently studying at federation college and working 2 part time jobs in hospitality. Very tidy and easy going, clean up after myself and will always pay bills on time. I usually keep to myself and focus on my studies but occasionally go stay with family and friends some weekends.
Hi, I'm Miranda! I love to cook, binge netflix documentaries, explore new bits of nature, and rediscover fun things to do outdoors. I'm in year two of post-cancer healing, and after a great year in Melbourne, would love to be save a bit of money and get out of the city for a year or so. I work as an English teacher, and intend on increasing my hours once I'm settled in my new digs. Mostly, you'll catch me reading, baking, or being wherever the pets are. I know how to do all the Things, after about 10 years sharing space, and try to be self-aware, kind, and genuine. I'm looking for something longer-term - at least 6 months, and can provide tenancy history and bond. More than any feature of the house or even location, I'm looking for warm-hearted people I can share stories and meals and a laugh with. Since it's a city to country move, I'd like to note that for the right place, I'd be more than happy to pay bond and begin paying rent for a week or so before I actually move. Thanks! Miranda
