Hey there! I'm looking for some excellent new housemates to live with. I recently started working part time in an aged care facility in Kingsley, so looking for somewhere max 30mins away. I'm also studying part time so like to keep busy. I'm 24, and have 2 beautiful cats. They are both well trained and really chill. I can't part with them so hoping to find somewhere they will be welcome :). I'm from Scotland and have lived in Perth since I was 16. My hobbies include attempting to make films, attempting to learn the ukulele, going on drives/camping and taking naps. I would like to be near the beach but it's not a huge deal. I like to go out on weekends when I'm not working, and enjoy sociable outings with my housemates when our schedules match up. I've lived in houseshares for about 3 years now so am well conditioned in the art of sharing with strangers. I know how to pick up after myself and am respectful of others property. This isn't my first rodeo. I'm open to people from all walks of life, and am simply looking for a nice enough place that my kitties and I can call home for a while. (I'm happy to pay a pet bond to ensure your place is well looked after)

My biggest passion is philosophy though i don't expect to share that with anyone just a heads up. I have a collie that i hope can live with me, he has traveled around the world so I don't expect there to be any issues with him. I am very open so dont hesitate to contact and ask anything.

I come with my own Netflix account, I'm a very clean person and love cooking, I'm generally a quiet person, I love animals and the outdoors, Not too sure what else to say to sell myself, but just send me a message and we can have a chat!

I am a single out going guy and expect to be able to treat a place as my own. Looking for somewhere just after the new year ideally, I very much enjoy my own space so if an ensuite room became available I'd very much jump that. Scarbs, Doubleview, Innaloo, Karrinyup area. Hi Guys, Looking for a new place either with an existing group of people or to get a few people together to get a place. I currently live by myself so a have unit full of furniture, but now need a sea change and get a bit closer to work. I work full time as Physiotherapist and spend my spare time either working at football or relaxing/gym. I am past most of my party days and tend to enjoy a quite drink rather than loud ones. If this sounds like you too let me know :)
Looking for people who have a mature attitude, down to earth, honest, sense of humour, friendly, easy going and they must be clean!! Must be a quiet household with people who hold a moral respect for each other free from bad behavioral patterns. I do healing work and I'm very happy to give healing sessions to those who share a house with me, I'm outgoing and friendly and enjoy people who have a fresh positive outlook. I take the holistic approach to life. I eat for my health (I eat meat still) and I have had many people who see me as looking younger than my age. (This is my natural hair colour by the way) I get on with any age group so long as they're open, honest, easy going and has a healthy approach to life. I like to grow my veggies. I'm looking outer NOR, preferably around Whitfords area for work and also Kinross, Carrumbine areas. If there is anyone out there who can accommodate me and have a shed (not just a small basic tin shed with no power) that I can store my furniture in and has some space for a studio of around 3 to 4 metres square, even better!!! If there are people who are looking for a house to rent and are willing to find a rental house together, I'd be happy to do that as the house rentals are coming down in price and there is more choice. I would love to hear from you if this fits your requirements. No time wasters please. Rent to include utilities.
My partner and I and our 6 y.o Kelpie have been travelling Australia this year are looking to relocate from the Gold Coast to Perth. We are currently staying with a couple we met during our travels but we are flying back to the Gold Coast for christmas then driving back to Perth to arrive back here some time mid January. I'm a Carpenter currently working with an Electrician hoping to secure another apprenticeship plus I will be enrolling to study at the Balga tafe part-time (night and weekend classes) to complete the builders licence course. Justine - My partner is a Hairdresser who is also looking at further study but is currently working as a casual in Sorrento housekeeping/hospitality in a holiday apartment block. Hussy - the 6 year old kelpie is great natured, good with kids, people and other dogs and loves a play. She is very well behaved, comes with us most places, loves to play, a cuddle when she feels like it and every seems to love her! We have rented a house ourselves for a couple of years and we have common sense... cleaning and picking up after ourselves, leave the room the way you found it, respect each others space, cleaning up after the dog etc. We like the outdoors, going for a ride on the beach cruisers, beach, snorkelling, skating, fishing, camping, and we're always taking the dog to the park to so a close park would be awesome.. We do spend some time reading when we are home and with my studies you would probably not even notice I/we are there most of the time so a quiet house would be great, we aren't party animals but we do like to socialise - movie nights, game nights, bbq's etc. Happy to help around the house where and when needed, Ideally we would like a room for 140 - 180 a week as I'll be on apprentice wages, a decent back yard would be great, and a little bit of storage would also be appreciated. If we sound like someone you'd like to live with please contact us, Thank You.
I'm a full time primary school teacher - so you can say that I like organisation and I am a great cleaner from constantly cleaning up after kids (what a quality to have in a housemate). Work keeps me busy during the week but I love staying active with yoga, running, hip hop dancing and my new favourite thing - beach netball. As much as I enjoy these activities, some weekdays I love a good grill'd burger and couch laying. My perfect weekend consists of a great coffee and breakfast out at a cafe, a visit to the beach and catching up with my boyfriend and friends. A good gin and tonic won't go astray, although my big partying days are behind me now! I'm a friendly, honest person who values a genuine chat, but I also love my own space and I respect the space of others too. I also promise funny stories to bring home from school during the week! :)
Hey! My name is Gerard and I am a 24-year old male from 90 minutes south Melbourne. I am heading over to live in WA in mid-late February to study a postgraduate secondary teaching course in Joondalup. (Unfortunately can't get over to Perth any sooner) I am after accommodation for around 9 months. I am a pretty genuine guy who enjoys the simple things in life, such as cups of tea, keeping active, surfing and having fun. I spent 4 months in Europe and lived all of 2015 in San Francisco so I have plenty of experience in living with others, and understand the boundaries. I love hanging out with my room mates but also really enjoy time to myself, which I'm sure most people do. I plan to buy a van when I arrive in Perth, so most weekends I may be away on road trips anyway! Thanks! Gerard.
Hey! My name is Lucinda, I'm a 23 year old female from Sydney, moving to Perth in February to complete my masters in organisational psychology at UWA. I'm looking to house share with easy going people around my own age. As I'm studying I'm not looking for a party house, that being said I'd prefer to share a place with people that enjoy a good chat and glass of wine at the end of a long day. If you have any questions, I'd love to hear from you :)
I'm 19, love dogs and looking for a place with friendly housemates :) I work part time but am looking for a second job too. I love staying in and watching movies but don't mind going out every now and then either Looking to move out end of January/early Feb!
I am a 24 year old female. I have been working as a carer for 4 years now. I ride motorbikes and like various sports. I go to the gym 3 times a week for Ju Jitsu and I also like to play video games and watch movies. I am friendly and easy to get on with.

Public transport to the mentioned destination is important as I will not be driving. I'll be flying in on the 11th Feb. I hope to pop over to your place for viewing on the 12th. Will be renting a room for 9 months.

Hi there, I'm looking to establish a share house for some quality northern suburbs beachside living this summer :) I have a 16 month old daughter who is happy, very easy and sleeps like a dream. I work 4 days in town, am relaxed, social, reliable and respectful of others. In our spare time, we enjoy getting out and about - to parks, cafes, beach, gym, the grandparents. My view is we could lease an average unit for $400/wk or establish a really nice sharehouse for $700-800/wk. Could suit another single mum or dad. My timeframe is pretty flexible. Would love to hear from you if this could suit...
I am currently studying full time at Edith Cowan University. I am a responsible organised individual who keeps to themselves and does not party. Looking for like minded people to share with.
i am 37yr old woman that walk softly and carry heavenly peace, love, try to inspire and protect with a warmth heart being kind and jolly soul who is sensitive to others and cherish Gods gifts daily. I am compassionate yet unconcerned about others opinions - when something is boring I can make it seem fun for everyone - classic and versatile, no fuss no muss, casual and laid back - I go with the flow and I easily adapt to the environment - Genuine and Real, not into all attention and drama - when I am traveling or just outdoors, I enjoy the views, landscapes, amazed at all the art - I am always willing to help others...I AM ME.
Friendly, considerate, respectful, easy going, enjoys trying out new recipes and baking every now and then, loves hiking, going for walks, social dancing, farmers markets, good laugh, deep conversations, travelling and exploring new places, music, art, spirituality, volunteering
Hi guys, I am a graduate marine science teacher at Butler College. Relaxed and easy going, I enjoy a social house and am happy to cook for everyone if they clean. Very into marine activities (scuba, free diving, fishing, surfing) and will be able to teach you to scuba dive if you wish :) Love music and play a few different instruments, I've been told I sing alot (not sure if thats a bad thing..?) A plus if you live with me is that I love to catch lobster and attempt to keep the freezer well stocked with them, so 5 star meals for us :P Ideally I am looking for a more modern house as I am sick of living in older houses which have no heating/cooling. House needs to be south of Butler as I dont want to be living near any of my students. Cheers
I am from HK and I am going to study at UWA for around 4 months. I prefer a quiet and decent house for studying although I'd love to have occasional house gatherings. I am a responsible and clean person. I study social sciences. I love food and pets.
Kiwi girl who enjoys being out and about. I'm not often home which may suit you just fine! But when I am home, I'm sociable and enjoy my flat-mates' company. I stay at my boyfriend's house about 3 times a week and would ideally like to be in a housing situation where he is welcome to stay once or twice during the week too. I enjoy a healthy, active lifestyle but don't mind a few glasses of red wine on the weekend. However, I'm not the type that will be stumbling inside at 3am after a huge night out ;) I work in West Perth at a small law firm and have my own car so parking would be a must. I have no pets but looove animals so 100% accepting of anyone's furry friends be it rats, birds cats or dogs and anything in between. Looking for comfortable, long-term accommodation in a tidy, modern home NOR for no more than $180 per week inclusive of bills. I'd prefer my own private bathroom but would be willing to share with one other person. I require quite a large, unfurnished room with space for my queen bed, bed side tables, drawers and a desk. A walk in robe or large cupboard wouldn't go amiss - a girl can't have too many clothes and shoes! Looking forward to hearing from you :)
I work in hospitality, and am a neat, friendly and social person. I have lived in a share house before, so I understand the balance of socialising and having private space in this situation. I was also good at paying bills and rent on time, so no worries there! I have lived my entire life in Western Australia, and like to sing, read, eat out, go to quiz nights and socialise.
Hi, I'm Justine ! I'm a french student who arrives in Perth on Friday Janury 13th to do an internship during 4 mouths and a half. I'm a dynamic person, who want to discover Perth, and the surrounding areas :)
I am a teacher (relief teaching this year) I have lived by myself before and then with others for over a year. I like to keep quite busy and when at home, I usually keep to myself and just chill out. I'm very easy going though. Non smoker but social drinker. Because I have a lot of teaching resources it would be amazing if I had another's room to store this (I currently rent a main bedroom and a spare room) Louie is 2yeara old and his safety and happiness are my main priority. He is such a good dog but isn't used to being outside. Living with someone with a dog would be amazing as sometimes people without don't really understand (I don't mean this offensively) he loves to be spoiled and he's very well trained.
A bit about me: I am 24 year-old Vietnamese female (moved to Aussie 9 years ago). I recently moved from South Australia and am looking for a place closer to work. I like travelling, gardening, photography and cooking. I'm an introvert so I like to have my own space to chill out and read after work. I'm keen to hang out for a drink/dinner/movie with my housemates from time to time. I usually go out on my days off. I will have no issues paying the rent on time and am neat, tidy and respectful of other's personal space.
I am 37 years old, quietly introverted but can hold a conversation with anyone.. I work as a truck driver (don't worry, my truck stays at work), permanent part time although I work full time hours split across AM & PM shifts, 6 days a week. I am currently single and I am looking for a place for myself and my two fur babies Turbo & Bamm, brother and sister cats who are now 9 years old, very loving cats and very well behaved. Ideally I would like 2 rooms, one for the bed and one as a study (I am always studying something) and my own bathroom/toilet. I tend to not venture out of my study very much as I am a computer nerd and spend most of my free time in there. So if you're after your next best mate to hang out all the time then I'm probably not your guy. However, if you want someone who is quiet, keeps to themselves, doesn't drink & barely has guests over than I am your guy! I would prefer a granny flat or say the second story of a house all to myself. A house with a large shed which I could use would be a dream come true.
I'm clean tidy and respectful . I do own a small English staffy who is such a friendly yet energetic dog . Will need somewhere that's pet friendly . I work five days a week in childcare and have been doing so for the last 11 years. I do like to have the odd drink every now and then to unwind from a hectic day amongst the children. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you think I could be your next house mate
Hi, I am Sali, an Australian Chinese girl from Harbin, I am studying hospitality III and do part-time job except studying. I am easy going and friendly girl, I like relax walking and enjoy coffee with my friends. I am home girl at the rest of the day, enjoy shopping sometimes and movie on the weekend. I need the room have air-con and furniture and close to the train station or the bus stop because I don't drive car. I prefer downstairs room than upstairs. I can move in to your house in anytime. Thank you :-)
Just moved out of my place in south Perth, looking at getting back into surfing. I work a 2/1 FIFO roster so you will have the place to yourself most of the time. I am very social and kean to make new friends as i have only lived in Perth for under six months. Im highly into crossfit and keeping fit so that is where i spend most of my time also. Im an Ex New Zealand soldier so i definitely know how to keep a place tidy. I can also cook a pretty mint Sunday roast and always up for beers in the sun.
Looking for someone fun, clean and friendly to also call my house their home. Friend relocated home to Melbourne so looking for someone to move in anytime from now. Own bathroom with separate wing to house. A little bit about me. I'm a 28 year old fun and easy going professional living on the Balcatta border in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom townhouse. I live a pretty active and busy lifestyle during the week with sporting commitments however enjoy a splash of socialising on the weekends. Love to cook (or at least try my luck in the kitchen haha) but also enjoy getting out and trying the funky cafes/restaurants Perth has to offer. I'd ideally love to find a housemate who's easy going, up for a laugh and could be considered a friend. Not fussed, male or female, FIFO etc. Anyway, the link to my place & photos are here: https://flatmates.com.au/P387384 PM me if you've got any questions. Thanks :)

Hi, We are looking for a large master bedroom with ensuite and would be willing to pay up to $400 per week. Furnished or unfurnished is fine. I have a full time Monday to Friday professional job located in the city and Steve works in the mines FIFO (1 week on, 1 week off). We are VERY clean, easy going and quiet. We don't party during the week but don't mind a social drink occasionally on weekends.
