We are working holiday couple from Taiwan and Korea. We want to look for sharehouse with parking in Parramatta. The date we want to move is 2/4. Our budget is under $270 per week including bill and wifi. We are usually not home because our work is 12 hours per day, 5-6 days per week. If you have rooms available, please feel free to contact with me.
I'm 18 years old, working full time in Customer Service + Sales Support but I will start studying at UWS Parramatta campus in July. I'm looking to lease a house/property and am looking for 2 girls to share it with! I’m clean, friendly and easy to get along with! I like hanging out with my friends and reading in my spare time. I am also learning Korean currently and planning a trip mid this year. I stick to myself and am quiet at home so you don't need to worry about me invading your privacy, but I am also friendly and would love to get to know my housemates better :) Sorry - I am only looking for girls! My max rent is $200.
Hey! So I am extremely quiet and I don’t interfere in anyone else’s business! I am someone who respects others privacy and I keep things at a distance! I am 19 so I do have a fun side to me! I am joining Excelsior college by the end of this month which is in Macquarie park so I am looking for a place which doesn’t involves too much traveling back and forth! I work at Zara, which is in Westfield Miranda but I am planning to switch to Westfield Parramatta if I find a place close by! Yeah that’s about it! Let me know if you have any other queries😉 I have friends from all over the world and I love to know and meet people from different nationalities so feel free to drop a text if you come from an exciting place! Forgot to mention I am from India! If you are Punjabi then that’s a brownie point 🤩
Hello, I am Nicola, I am 20 & currently working full time in North Parramatta. I enjoy reading, watching movies & cooking. I am looking for flat mates like myself, who are tidy & respectful of shared spaces.
I am in my first year of nursing at WSU Liverpool, I work as an AIN at a hospital in Macquarie. I have rented with people before so this wouldn't be my first time, i just havent had the best luck in finding flatmates and a house that is good. I am a very social person and very easy going, I can get along with just about anyone. I'm very open-minded. I can cook quite well, and I know how to clean up after myself. I am usually not home too much, as I'm usually with my friends a lot of the time or at work. Im looking for a place to live where im allowed to have my friends around and be able to be social with the flatmate/s. i rather live like we know each other then act like strangers. I'm open to sharing a meal or a glass of wine every now and then, but i also dont mind some space to myself to listen to music or study for university. I'd love a place where i can have friends over occasionally, and be able to have my boyfriend over sometimes. im open to paying an extra 5 - 10 $ every time someone sleeps over, but that wouldn't be often.
Hi there! I’m Jacqui, and I am 32 years old. I’m a cruisy person, relocating from Armidale and commence a new job in Parramatta. I work at TAFE NSW, full time. A bit of a gym junkie and loooooove food. Clean and tidy and don’t mind a chat. I am looking for a place that I can call home for a short period of time while I get my life in order 😁 I’m looking , hopefully, to get someone who is like minded.
Hi! I'm Cheryl, a 20 year old full time student from USYD. I am a non-smoker, who's easy going, neat and respects privacy. Hence, I'm looking for someone who agrees on mutual respect, doing our own part in making our flat a clean and comfortable place to live in. I don't make that much noise, as I'll be in my room studying or watching youtube with a earpiece most of the time. Although, I don't mind a chat anytime I'm free. I have no pets/ kids, but absolutely love and welcome them!
Hello there, I am a finance professional living in Sydney for over a year. I am on the lookout for a flat-share arrangement with other working professionals/ couples/ students. I prefer a private room for myself. I typically work Mon-Fri on a 9 to 5 schedule and so will be busy during weekdays. During weekends, I am mostly chilling out at home binge watching Netflix or just hanging out with friends outdoors or travelling some place. I am clean and tidy person and prefer a quiet time at home. I also cook most times except during weekends. I am looking to buy a car in the near future, so parking space would be great but not essential. PS: I am vegetarian/ non- smoker Thanks!

Hello everyone, I am new to Sydney and I am studying my masters here in a college. I do not smoke, drink or party. I am looking for a decent room where I could focus on my studies. Also, I have a thing to keep my room and place clean. (Expect the same from my roommates). I so much like different cultures around the world. So my main priority is to live with people from different cultures.
