Easy going, social, hardworking, self employed business owner, clean and tidy, very accepting, non discriminant, have a car, can store personal furniture and effects off site, love pets, handy man, very resourceful, communal spirit, sharing, caring, enjoys cooking, living a healthy lifestyle and balance.
Hi there, I'm moving to Adelaide for 6 months to study full time and finish my Masters in Public Health. I have been living and working full time for the past few years in remote communities in the NT - as a youth worker and currently in a health clinic. I'm very easy-going, tidy and considerate. I enjoy having my own space but would love to live with others who enjoy having a chat/dinner/wine together once in a while. I enjoy doing outdoor-y things, gardening and cooking. I'm looking for a place close to Flinders uni (hopefully within bike riding distance), available at the beginning of July. A furnished room would be great but not essential. If I sound like a good fit please get in touch.
Hey guys I'm looking to find somewhere to live in the mitcham hills or near flinders uni. Very laid back, work in education full time, love animals and enjoy a bit wine or beer every now and then. Drinks, board games, pool table and banter over clubs in the city any night.
Hi my name is Rue but everyone calls me Sunny. I am a bubbly, respectful and independent woman. I completed my PhD last year and I am currently working on a series of books and articles. I work casually at Flinders University and part time as a waitress. I love hiking, cooking and dancing. I am provisionally looking for a place for 6 months but would be happy to extend the lease if I get accepted to the Post-Doctral program at Flinders. I am British from Zimbabwean heritage.
I'm a very quite and easy going girl from China. I'm doing Master of Social Work at Flinders, and I also work part-timely for a database company as a consultant. I like to have a bit chat with people from different cultural backgrounds. I'M A Road tripper, writer, and volunteer.
fun, young, very respectful couple, very understanding of other people's privacy. easy to live with, mature and easy-going. we are out a lot, as I work full-time and Jane works part time and is heading to uni this year. we enjoy watching movies, playing sport and drinking coffee :)
Single mother with two children looking for an opportunity to study. My children and I are very well travelled and get along with most people. We are neat and tidy and are accustomed to sharing living spaces with others.
Courtney , 23 years old. Full time hairdresser work 40 hours a week. Quiet , clean & tidy and very much a home body. I don’t like to party only on the very rare Occassion.
Doesn't bother me too much what area but rather near beach or hills. Looking to combine funds and find a house to share or move in with. Always do my share to pay bills on time, keep food in house, and always have clean/tidy house and yard. I have my own furniture, kitchenware, etc. I'm happy, easy-going, hard working, keeps to myself but does enjoy being social with outings, dinners, music and drinks. I spend a lot of time at home chilling out, gardening, cooking, do it yourself whatever, researching, trying new things, reading playing games and watching movies.
I'm a very quiet tenant who is full-time employed at an engineering company and I'm involved in a number of community organisations. I'm very socially engaged, have some interesting pastimes, and have a very wide and extensive group of friends that I visit regularly however rarely have over. I like watching old movies, listening to old music, and reading old books (there's a pattern there) but I'm very interested in new things and look forward rather than backward. I'm open minded on social issues and enjoy a good belly laugh. I try and keep myself in good condition though I am susceptible to a nice shiraz. I have recently enrolled at uni (online). I am LGBTQI friendly and keep my nose out of other people's business. A great day for me is breakfast at a nice cafe and a walk or swim at the beach. My life is an open book so if you'd like to know something then just ask me. I'm looking for long term accommodation however never say never. Please note I am not looking for share house accommodation.
I'm a single working professional. Pretty active during the week, I'm in an acoustic group (I'm also learning the uke), I play sport and travel a bit for work. On the weekends I love catching up with friends, gardening, long lunches, going on hikes, chilling out, and relaxing. I also make terrariums and am getting more envokved with markets around the place. I go to gym, love cooking, eat fairly healthily, but still love a good glass (or 3) of wine. I'm a big fan of board games and am always down for a play. I've lived in and out of share houses for years so am very familiar with the drill, shared time, own time, cooking schedules, seperate meals, shared meals etc. I'm quite clean and tidy and would like the home to be the same but not in an OCD kind of way... I would describe myself as fun, spontaneous, easy to get along with, loyal and reliable. I love dad jokes and a good pun 😉 I'm an animal lover and if you have some that would be an absolute bonus!! I'm environmentally minded, I try and minimise my waste and am conscious of my carbon footprint. I would love love love it if there was a functioning veggie patch (or the space to potentially start one?) My current living situ is a bit up in the air from June, as the owners are putting the house on the market, so my move date is flexible...I am happy to pay rent at two places if I need to bridge the gap for the right place. I can come with or without furniture (am happy to sell it if not needed) but, I would like to bring my own bedroom stuff. I'm also up for teaming up and starting again! If I sound like your cup of tea, drop me a line. I look forward to hearing from you and starting the next living chapter Laura ☺️
Hi my name is Siteri Lasainajia and I'm looking for a shared house, somewhere stable to live in. I'm a full time student and attend Thebarton Senior College, I am still looking for part time work as I did move from Sydney and have been concentrating more on school and sports. My future goal is to become either a Pediatrician or a Lawyer. I'd describe myself as a very bubbly and easy person to get along with, I'd say I'm funny but can also be serious or shy on occasion. I'm very outgoing but also love my sleep. I enjoy being in the company who give me a positive vibe and are chilled. I am Fijian but was born in Adelaide and grew up in a small town called Griffith in NSW but recently moved back to SA. I love AFL with a passion, I also support the team West Coast Eagles as my cousin plays for them. I play footy myself for a club called Tea Tree Gully. I'd describe myself as a person who loves to support others and be there when needed or wanted. I think the only odd thing about me is being allergic to Pork. I also love to cook, I'd describe myself as a tidy person as I came from a family who cleaned nearly everyday.. I love swimming and singing too! I'm looking for a shared house as mentioned before, the max amount of rent I'm looking for is at max $150pw (inc bills), preferably a house with furniture, I honestly don't mind if you have a pet as I love animals and am not allergic. I prefer a house with plenty of space inside and out but can compromise for the right housemates! If you have read this far, thank you and well done :) Thank you for your time, hope to hear from you soon!
I'm a tidy, laid back person with a bright and friendly personality. I have a busy work schedule and am hoping to study next year, however I always make time for people. Looking for a friendly face who is happy to have me around ☺️
Hello, My name is Andrew and am looking for a room in Adelaide's Southern suburbs. The reason I am moving is that my landlord is selling her house. Here is a little bit of information about myself: I am a 30 year old male who is originally from Canada and have lived in Australia for about 4 years total. I originally came to visit Australia 7 years ago and loved it so much that I told myself I would come back to live forever. I was finally able to secure my permanent visa so I could live my dream. I have a couple university degrees and am currently trying to get into medical school. I also currently work full time for the government. My job is pretty full on and I sometimes need to wake up at 5:30am, so need to be well rested. It is important that I am living in a place that is quiet, especially at night after 11pm. I am a quiet person but enjoy going out and having a good time once in a while. I enjoy hiking, fishing, gardening and just relaxing in the outdoors in general. I am also a very passionate cook and love making food for others. Over the past few years I have lived primarily with females. In my experience, they have generally been more respectful/clean/not excessive partiers. This is my preference, but am open to live with anyone as long as we are on the same page. I must mention that I always pay rent on time. Additionally, I have a home gym so having an outdoor covered area for this would be ideal. Finally, I am very neat and tidy, a clean home is a happy home! I look forward to taking a look at your place if we seem like we would be compatible flat mates. Please send me a message with a little about yourself/s and we will go from there. Oh and cannot live with cats (allergies) Thank you for the consideration! Regards, Andrew
Hey! I'm an open minded, easy to talk to and respectful person who enjoys peoples company but understanding of privacy. I will be requiring a pet friendly property for my gorgeous black lab mix, Esko. He's a very friendly dog that is very happy with a few tummy scratches and a yard to roam around. I am hopeful I can find some friendly people who are up for some chats and a good time with me and my fury friend! I am also a full time Nursery School Teacher in Hyde Park and would preferably like to find a house around the area.
Hi I'm Dwayne, I'm 21 years old and I am currently studying Law at Flinders Uni. I’m originally from the country. My moving date is not accurate, due to not knowing if/when I have to move out. I may have to move out of my current place soon, so I am just looking at options :) I am open minded and super friendly. I love music, sports, and having a beer or two on the weekends. I am quiet and clean but also enjoy going out or having a drink (or 3) with mates, I love living in a tidy environment, am well mannered and respectful of peoples privacy. I am also quiet a good cook. I am looking for like-minded, compatible people to share a house with. Please do not hesitate to message me if you think i would make a good housemate!
Hi! I work as a receptionist Monday-Friday 9-5 in Adelaide City. Honestly I am looking for a house full of really cool people that I can call my friends, somewhere I can come home from work to and have a great chat full of laughs and banter. I am a very social person although I will always respect your space! If I’m not at home you’ll always find me at the gym, hiking somewhere (and probs getting lost lol), hanging out with my friends, eating food.. like lots of food.. or visiting my dog (unless he is allowed at the house.... he is super cute 😏 although not a deal breaker if he can’t) Soooo I’m a super fun person and your house is totally what you need so chuck me a message!!
I am a student studying psychology at Uni SA, and working part time as a pharmacy assistant. I have just moved to Adelaide from QLD and am looking for a place to live while I work and study. I am easy going and organised, always down for a drink and very flexible!
I work 3 jobs, i spend a lot of the time at the gym, I have all furnishings that’d be needed for a new place. I’m very clean, love cooking, love gardening. I have 2 cats both indoor. My lease finishes in August, looking to find a new place to share with a few people or one person to help split up some of the bill costs.
