I'm a mature quiet and tidy professional who travels for business. I moved from Brisbane a year ago for my work and I'm not sure how long I will be here for although it will be for at least another 6 months minimum. I'm looking for share accommodation for the next 6 months and possibly longer if the place is suitable. I would prefer to share with 1 or 2 mature professional people of either gender. I don't mind living with pets but prefer cats..Room can be either furnished or unfurnished. Maximum of up to $300 including or excluding any outgoings. My suburb preference is in any of the surrounding areas of Abbortsford, Wareemba, Five Dock, Russell Lea, Chiswick, Rodd Point, Leichardt, Burwood and Concord and would also prefer off street parking if possible. I'm quiet, tidy, easy going, non smoker, non TV addict, who enjoys good conversation, respectful of others, and will pull my weight with household chores, including sharing the cost of groceries and cooking.
I'm a young professional who has just turned 30. Easy-going person. Love being social but also like to do my own thing. I am looking for like-minded people who are responsible, considerate and clean. Someone who I can watch TV with occasionally or go for dinner with / have a cheeky drink but also do our own things and enjoy our own space.
Im a respectful clean social flatmate ,i work 5-6 days a week in hospitality. i love to cook and clean when i'm home so the house will always have a nice aroma of international sweets dishes and the occasional soy wood candles. now i have a two year old kitty called conor who is house trained only ever goes in his litter box or on the toilet like im currently training him to do, all vaccinations up to date desexed and chipped honestly is a beautiful friendly soul who gets on well with other animals including dogs. we would be more than happy to call you're home ours and create awesome memories wherever we are.
I live an active and healthy life, im easy to get along with, driven with my goals and looking for a room to rent which is closer to my job within Sydney CBD. My hours of work can be between 7am and 10pm. I enjoy cooking and cleaning at home when i have time as i keep a busy lifestyle however I am still always clean and tidy. Unfortunately i have a high allergy to cats so am not able to live with them if they are in doors. I'm looking to move from the end of Jan until the end of Feb so im fairly flexible.

I am a tidy and respectful person who always cleans up after cooking, etc. It would be preferable to share a house with like minded people. I'm not a party animal but do enjoy kicking back from time to time with a quiet drink. I respect the privacy of others and will be out of the house regularly. I can teach you Swedish for bonus points!

During the week i like exercising and/or chilling out at home and having a glass of wine or two. On weekends i am mostly out with family or having quiet ones at home. I am an easy going person with a happy and bubbly personality. I eat pretty much anything under the sun. I will be working full time as a Registered Nurse at Concord Hospital, and as such I will be doing shift work. I enjoy socialising with others, but also enjoy time to myself. My boyfriend lives in Kemps Creek and I would like him to visit now and then. I enjoy living a healthy and active lifestyle including regular cardio and yoga. A car space would also be ideal. Please help a sister out, it would be much appreciated!

Getting a head start on finding a house/housemate from May as want to find the perfect fit. Needing to move closer to work. I work full time in Communications for a company in the CBD. I respect communal spaces and clean up after myself, am looking for a housemate who does the same. I am a social person who'd prefer be friends with my housemate and share the odd meal/drink, however have past my mid-week house party days. I don't spend a lot of time indoors, when I'm not at work I'm out with friends exploring markets, getting sun at the beach or having a beer at the local. Work's prevented me from being able to get involved with soccer this past year, so will be looking to throw myself into something competitive again in 2018. I've lived with all sorts of housemates since having moved to Sydney about 4 years ago - am looking forward to meeting my next :) Will need to find a mostly furnished place.
I am respectful, clean, tidy, great at cooking, team player. I am into healthy living, yoga, running, permaculture and personal development.

We have an 18 month old daughter, we're an easy going and fun married couple, professionally employed, love a chat and looking forward to exploring our new city and being out and about a lot! :-)

I love beach volleyball, always down at Tama playing this. I've come to Sydney to experience a different side of Australia (moved over from Perth 3 months ago). Hi there, I’ve moved to Sydney for work and teach at a university. I’m staying at Air Bnb until I find a place with water views in North Sydney. Abbotsford, Drummoyne, Elizabeth Bay ... or anywhere near the water. I work 9-5 M-F and travel overseas for work several times a year. I’m a quiet person but if you like to chat, I’m in. I’ve travelled widely and love yoga and Eastern philosophy. I also love a beer/wine after work. I’ll be a kind flat companion, respectful and open. I’m 60 but I’m young at heart, playful and happy. Marion
