Looking for a quiet, stress free place where I can live my life without any hassles. A place close to shopping centres, buses, train stations etc. I have my own furniture so a large sized room to suit a double bed, my computer tables, mini fridge & freezer would be ideal. If built ins cupboards are available with built in shelf space that would also be a big help. If not I have my own cupboard. Ceiling fans would also be nice. I will be honest to say that I am on the pension at the moment due to some health issues I am dealing with, but I'm paying $140 per week including all utilities, where I am currently living in Salisbury and my rent has always been paid earlier than the due time. (Written References of this are available for verification purposes, if required.) When I am working, I work from home as a Freelance Multimedia Producer (have also worked in the Radio Industry) and I have a few projects I'm currently involved in, so finding a place with high speed internet, as part of the utilities included in the weekly rent would also be preferable. I would also need to connect my own home phone (if not already connected or included) that offers unlimited local, national and mobile calls as part of my work - I can take care of that myself if the phone line is present in the house, or I can plug it into the modem as part of those package internet deals. I am a very tidy person and I take pride in keeping the house and especially the kitchen very tidy and clean indeed! I can't stand a messy kitchen! I am a smoker but have always smoked outside. I am however, not a big drinker, so you won't ever find me drunk! I am an honest, friendly, respectful and quiet bloke who mostly keeps to himself. I am happy to pitch in and help with yard mowing duties or other chores if required and am always willing to help my flatmates with things if they need it. Cheers!
Hello, I'm friendly, sociable and respectful and like to keep to myself at times but also like to have a good relationship with my housemates. I work full-time as an engineer. I like to have a chat and a drink at the end of a busy work week. I'd also like my girlfriend to be able to stay over a couple of nights a week and I'll be at hers some nights too. Throughout my degree I lived in share houses and have had a great time meeting new people. I'm tidy, non-smoker and pet-friendly.
I'm quiet ..clean.. guaranteed to pay rent weekly .. I'm great to live with because in my spare time I spend my weekends at my partners place ...work full time for retailer for 20 yrs ..I am too old to be a problem ..and I'm a great tenant ..and I love my privacy ...so I won't be nosing around in your lifestyle .

I'm down-to-earth, have a good personality and an awesome sense of humour. I respect privacy (I spend some evenings cooped in my room keeping to myself), but enjoy being social and hanging out when the time permits. I work part-time Mon-Fri (stable income), but won't always be spending my spare time at home. I am extremely reliable when it comes to paying rent & bills on time (if not, earlier). Flexible on move dates. I'm keen to either find a place (own room) with existing co-tenants, or happy to meet up with others and look at applying for a place. Not too fussed on who - male/female, singles/couples, straight/LGTB - as long as we can get along. Hit me up :)
A bit about me: I'm outgoing, ambitious, always having a laugh, down to earth but also a really chilled person to live with. Always respectful of other people's privacy and would like to live in a very clean household! I'm also a working professional in sales, and also do freelance make-up on the side, and also a bit of a gym junkie. I'm always up for adventures, appreciating the ocean, nature, good food and music! Roomie: Ideally looking for one (or two) other female/s** who is also a working professional, and can afford to to take up a lease for a modern house/apartment! Looking for a place within 20mins proximity from my work at Westfield Garden City (southside) Reason why I'm looking for a modern house - I want to come home to a nice spacious home, and also have enough room for my furniture and a seperate study room for my business. Ideally looking at a 3 bedroom townhouse. (or 4 if we have 3 tenants) **Happy to team up with a male who fits this criteria. I just want a happy, easy going, responsible housemate :) Feel free to contact me directly or on fb! :)

*AVAILABLE TO MOVE IN 9TH DECEMBER* I am looking to find a new home, as my current room mates are moving to different cities. After living with two amazing girls for 18 months, I am looking to stay in the same area with more amazing room mates :) - I work as a resident makeup artist for Yves Saint Laurent. - I very much enjoy alone time in my room after working all day in a retail environment. - I have always preferred to meet friends out, as such there will be no issues with parties. - I love a beer or two, hope you do too!
I'm a 20 year old student studying Health, Sport and Physical Education. Obviously this means I love sport and keeping active, so I'm at gym quite regularly. I work at a bar in a German restaurant in Ipswich and don't mind a casual drink when I get the time. I also have a one eyed cat named fetty and it would be awesome if he could come with me wherever I go. I'm quite a social, extroverted person but I also appreciate a bit of space and personal time when it's needed. I was going to be moving into a new place with some friends in a couple weeks but they seem to have blown their budget whilst on a 4 month trip around Europe. This puts me in a bit of an awkward situation as the lease at my current house ends on the 18 of November and I need to be out by the 14th at the latest. Which means I am on the lookout for a room from this time, with an unknown stay anywhere from 3-6 months. Anyway, I like running, reading and teaching myself embroidery. I cook a mean lasagne and am a bit of a music fanatic. So uh, yeah that's me 🤷🏻♀️
I'm a mature and responsible 22 year old that doesn't like to party and works 30+hours a week. I am social with housemates but also like my free time. I've been living by myself for two years in a granny flat on someone's property, he's moving overseas next year and really don't want to move around or after Xmas. I have a inside/outside dog who is a border collie and is very well behaved, and depending on living arrangements, may or may not have guinea pigs. Have lived with mostly older people which I prefer as there is a sense of maturity that I prefer to deal with, i can also provide stunning references if you need
I'm a down to earth, clean and friendly guy and easy to get along with. I'm moving back to Brisbane after studying at Bond Uni and living Tweed area for the last year and a half. I have a lovely well natured dog who is friendly to both people and other pets. She's been living with a little fluffy dog and they get on really well.
I'm a security officer working in South Brisbane, working Monday to Friday. If a am not at working, I am spending my time doing Jiu-Jitsu, or other physical activity, so I rarely spend time at home during the week unless I am sleeping for a graveyard shift. If I am sleeping for a Graveyard shift, noise wont bother me (I am capable of sleeping with earplugs). Weekends I use to contribute domestically. Happy to do house cleaning and yard work. Generally i'm the type of person who keeps to himself, but happy to be social when I come home, or in my down time. I live a healthy life style, but am happy to have an occasional drink. I usually spend my downtime playing computer games, or chilling watching Netflix/Movies. Requiring an unfurnished space with enough room for a Queen Bed and a computer desk. Private Bathroom preferred but not essential. Happy to live anywhere between South Brisbane and Dinmore
Hi guys. Looking for a safe, friendly, welcoming space for myself and my cub (cat) named Phoenix. He is purely indoor. So your space would need to be indoor animal friendly. Screens on doors and windows etc He is tops - 6 yrs old. Lover of belly rubs and cuddles. Fully house trained, clean, desexed, micro chipped, vaccinated, well behaved - and so am I Haha You must be a decent person and an animal lover. Clean. Respectful. Not in this purely as a business deal, but also doesn't mind that another human is in their space, doing what ever they like - within reason of course! Feeling welcome, for both the cub and I, is always a good thing! I can't stand drama or tension or passive aggressiveness. Open, honest communication is where it's at. Am open to taking over a Lease for a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, also. Or, doing a team up for a 2 bed, 2 bath, in Brisbane. Both on Lease. Bills and rent split evenly. Get at me if you're not weird 🤓 Thanks!
We are both clean and somewhat quite people. I work in childcare and my partner works as a steering and suspension technician, both working full time and have a steady income.
I have a perfect balance of being by myself in my own space and being in a social environment with the rest of the house. I'm well kept and always want to make sure the house is tidy and clean. I enjoy everything from sports to music as well as games of every sort and have a good taste in Tv and movies. I never cross boundaries and always look out for others who need a mate they can count on.
Working at Hudsons coffee by day, working for 4ZZZ by night. Audio Engineer, Classic car enthusiast and media specialist. Active, OCD clean, muso with the love of isolation. I have a mini chihuahua that does not bark, nor shed. I own a car. Looking to live alone or with one other housemate. Looking for a quiet household, I like to keep to myself and cook 😊 Please message me if any of this suits you!
