Looking for a quiet, stress free place where I can live my life without any hassles. A place close to shopping centres, buses, train stations etc. I have my own furniture so a large sized room to suit a double bed, my computer tables, mini fridge & freezer would be ideal. If built ins cupboards are available with built in shelf space that would also be a big help. If not I have my own cupboard. Ceiling fans would also be nice. I will be honest to say that I am on the pension at the moment due to some health issues I am dealing with, but I'm paying $125 per week including all utilities, where I am currently living in Sunnybank Hills and my rent has always been paid earlier than the due time. (Written References of this are available for verification purposes, if required.) When I am working, I work from home as a Freelance Multimedia Producer (have also worked in the Radio Industry) and I have a few projects I'm currently involved in, so finding a place with high speed internet, as part of the utilities included in the weekly rent would also be preferable. I would also need to connect my own home phone (if not already connected or included) that offers unlimited local, national and mobile calls as part of my work - I can take care of that myself if the phone line is present in the house, or I can plug it into the modem as part of those package internet deals. I am a very tidy person and I take pride in keeping the house and especially the kitchen very tidy and clean indeed! I can't stand a messy kitchen! I am a smoker but have always smoked outside. I am however, not a big drinker, so you won't ever find me drunk! I am an honest, friendly, respectful and quiet bloke who mostly keeps to himself. I am happy to pitch in and help with yard mowing duties or other chores if required and am always willing to help my flatmates with things if they need it. I am looking for a long term place like 1-2 years+. Cheers!
Hello, my name is David. I work full time in Inala from 9-5pm. I am currently living in a share house and would like to move due to a rent change. I have a small Male cat that is fully toilet trained and spends most of his time outside and thinks its a human. I am a quiet, honest and respectful person that usually keeps to himself. - I pay all my bills on time - I'm clean - Knows how to cook :) - Easy to get along with If you are able to help me out please give me a call.
I ALWAYS will pay my share well in advance. I’m clean. I will tell you if there is a problem in due very fair time. If we should have a problem I will take your advices at face value to fix, as requested. I will move out or accept that you must move out if we as a unit have a truly broken problem as a very LAST solution in no haste. I do NOT own a car. I’m looking for a ten minute walk to main shops (kinda like a 4 minute drive). Few minute walk to any bus. 15 km at most from any direction into the city (.75 hour bus ride.) I need at most an hour of social every couple of days a week, that’s just kinda how I kinda operate. I will not lend money for anything no matter the circumstances, nor will I ever ask for money.
-I'm very neat and clean. - mature and mind my own business - not a wild party person - kind and friendly I'm looking for my own space like a granny flat or studio
Hello there! I am considerate and respectful of others I live with including their property. I love to be in a neat environment. Tend to keep to myself but not antisocial by any means. I am really cool and get along quickly. I have really good history with previous leases and can provide references as well. Apart from that I am a graphic designer but here for studies and work in the carpentry industry. Quite active guy and lives a healthy life.
More of a country type bloke. Will be moving to Brisbane in 2018 as I am starting an apprenticeship as a heavy diesel fitter. Looking for a place to stay with any type of people. See my self a mature, tidy and respectful young man. Spend most of my time working but don’t mind having a few beers at times.
Hey future housemate! • I work full time as admin Monday to Friday • Love an occasional drink (or two) but generally in the space of my own home • Financially I’m looking to move sometime in January. • Early this year came out of a 3yr relationship and will need to sell the townhouse I currently own with them (we still live together) • Own a car so would like a car space (garaged or car port, or something near) • I keep to myself but love a good chat! • Love my makeup, playing video games, and watching Youtube, TV and movies I also come with a super duper awesome and handsome 3yo Maine Coon. His name is Cheshire, and he gives the best cuddles. I’m fun, easy going, and reliable. Regardless of what happens, I'm also looking to make some friends so feel free to send a message! Please know that I may be moving out with a friend of mine later next year, so I’d only be sticking around for either 3-6 months.
Details- -20 years old, down to earth. -bit of an introvert till I'm comfortable around people, but generally optimistic/positive minded and happy-go-lucky kind of person -tidy -No pets but I'm a huge animal lover 😊 -Non smoker I've been living under the same landlady for 7+ months so can provide her number as a reference if requested. ~~Passions/hobbies -reading books -playing guitar -fitness (gym, running, hiking) -creative arts -gardening (big passion for homegrown veggies/herbs) -happy to live with women or men any age, but used to being around mature-aged people, known as a bit of an old-soul :) -recently found employment in carol park area, currently living in a sharehouse comfortably paying $140 a week on welfare but almost finalized new employment. (Previously had a listing up for Morningside area- my sincere apologies to anyone who messaged me in regards to this listing- employment opportunities in Carol Park were unexpected)
Neat and tidy, quiet (will never hear me), keep to myself, love cooking and eating. Working 11 hours of the day so I won't be around much. *only interested in rooms with ensuite bathroom*. Hi guys, please note my moving in date before messaging, thank you :)
Hi! I'm 25 and originally from Melbourne, but have been living on the Gold Coast for a few months now. I'm currently working fulltime in Brisbane, so I'm looking for somewhere close to the city or with easy access to the Train Station. I would love somewhere that is social, but not a crazy party house, l like my early mornings and early bedtimes - secret nanna life :P. But I do still enjoy a drink or two at night or on the weekends. I like to think I live the "healthy" lifestyle. I go for walks most days and do at-home circuit workouts. I'm after a place that has OFF-STREET parking (a must!) as I will be living my car at home during the day and I don't want to be coming back to it damaged or with a massive parking fine. I 'd describe myself as quiet, but great at joining in on conversations, very tidy and respectful of others, easy going. I'm hoping to find a housemate who has similar interests to me and hopefully make a friend out of our time living together. Furnished, with mainly a bed (doesn't have to have linen) is all I need! I'm very open, so if you have any questions or would like to know more about me, just ask :)
Hi my name is Jess, I'm currently studying at UQ and working part-time. In my free time I like to read, go to the gym and cook. I like to get out and do stuff with friends and family so am not home a lot of the day, especially during semester. I am more looking for a team-up. As I have done team-ups before I have a lot of stuff needed to start up a place and would be happy to purchase the other things needed. I'd prefer to have my own bathroom but would consider sharing with one other person. I do have a car so I'd like to at least have on-street parking available. I'm looking for more long term rent but would also be happy to stay for around 6 months. I am very clean and reliable with paying bills and rent on time. Feel free to contact me if I sound like a potential roommate :)
I am a 17 year old girl, who is outgoing and friendly, I clean up after myself and I generally keep to myself, willing to live with male or female. I dont have a car at the moment so access to train stations or bus stops are important :) I can move in ASAP but I would prefer to wait till the new year. 420 friendly would also be beneficial but not important :)
2 young women looking to move into a share house or making a share house! We are looking for likeminded people, preferably girls, or a couple. We are both studying and working casually. Alex is studying business/marketing and Hope is studying Vet Nursing. Hope has 2 dogs and 2 budgies - must be animal lovers!
Im neat, clean, honest and reliable Im 26 and pretty quiet and shy when first meeting new people but very easy to get along with... I have a partner 33 who's a bricklayer by trade who would be with me most of the time he also is very laid back but a total people person.
Looking for a team up for early January 2017. I've been sharehousing for 10+ years, so I know the drill. I generally keep to myself, but would like to find someone who enjoys a drink or share dinner every now and then. I'm clean, respectful of the noise, and mess I make and am fairly accommodating. I'm looking to move from my small two bdrm flat to a roomy townhouse closer to work in Toowong. Ideally looking to share with someone around my age. I've been looking at 3bdrm places with several bathrooms (so we don't have to share!). My budget is around $200 to $280/week. I'd prefer to share with just one other person. I have enough furniture to furnish everything, but most is old so i don't mind donating most of it to charity. My 'must haves' are a garage for my new car, and my own bathroom. About me: I work full time in Toowong, love touch football, beer and have recently taken up surfing. I spend most weekends out of the house catching up with friends. I don't go out much anymore, the party lifestyle is way behind me. About you: you also work full time, and are able to pay your own rent. If you work FIFO, or shift work, thats more than ok with me. I've lived with shift workers before, and understand how important sleep is.
I have recently completed a Cert 3 in Allied Health Assistance and am looking for full time work in this industry. I currently work in admin at a specialist clinic at Greenslopes Private Hospital. I have grown up in Brisbane and have lived all over. I'm keen on saving some money next year so the goal is to work and save as best I can. I enjoy pilates, hiking, music, movies and napping. I have a 2 year old dog who likes pats, naps and playing. Luckily, he rarely barks. I share him part time with my boyfriend.
