I'm Josh, 23 years old. I am looking for places in Ivanhoe to be closer to my work as a personal trainer at Vision Personal Training studio (just above miles real estate). I am originally from the UK but I moved to Melbourne for work opportunities. I am very focused on it so I do spend the vast majority of my time in the studio. However I am easy going and a happy optimistic person who loves people! I do not drink or smoke and have no trouble keeping things clean and tidy. I am looking to move in somewhere early Jan. Feel free to call or text me Thanks,
Hi! I currently have a room in my apartment for rent in Ivanhoe. Otherwise I'm happy to move into a new house in the same area. I am currently working full time as a paralegal and in law school. So I currently am either just working or studying with most of my time. Having such a hectic week, I do enjoy just hanging at home on the weekends and relaxing but am also more then happy to spend my Saturday night on the town. My parents live in phillip island, so I tend to spend every other weekend down there. I do clean up after myself as I go, but I am also that person who can allow a pot to soak overnight before cleaning it.
Hi, my name is Erica, I'm an outdoorsy creative person, I love gardening and adventure sports. I also have a piano which I play occasionally. I like a tidy house, a bit of shared time, a bit of me time. I'm a busy person working in health promotion 9 day fortnight. I spend a few nights a week out of the house and go away a bit on weekends. My move date is flexible.
I'm a secondary school teacher, looking to move closer in to the city to avoid a 2 hour commute to work in 2017! I'm also finishing my degree at uni as well as working. I'm generally pretty quiet and keep to myself, and would sooner choose a night in with wine and Netflix over a party :)
Hey guys I'm here studying for the next 2 years and looking for a roommate(s) to share a living space with. I am relatively clean and prefer to live in a tidy environment, also love to cook. When I'm not studying I enjoy going out for drinks, a restaurant, shopping, working out or playing sports. I am easy going and always down to chat or go out but do need my personal time and respect when others need this time as well. I am looking preferable for females who are relatively around my age.
Looking to create a new share or join an existing share with other positive, balanced, responsible flatmates who can cook a little, garden a little, are clean and dont take themselves too seriously. Cashed up as I work five days a week and also have a scholarship which funds my postgrad studies. Enjoy living in a decent home environment where everyone has their own lives and interests, and sharing an occasional meal together. This time around I'd like to live with people who are interested in creating a home environment and who also have a community outside of the home. I want to live somewhere with people who have their act together and expect a pleasant home environment together with mutual respect. After a larger unfurnished bedroom for QS Bed, plus a desk OR to bring furnishings into the living spaces if creating a NEW SHARE. Fridge washer microwave etc- most of the basics. Alternatively could look at storage if joining an existing share. Cat owner so after a place with an enclosed yard, not in a busy street and would prefer some room to grow us all veggies or at least a few potted herbs. Both myself and The Furry One would need a long term standard lease agreement. Bond and references available. Fitzroy North, Clifton Hill, Carlton North, Northcote, Ivanhoe East, Elwood, Elsternwick, Bentleigh, Brighton, Hampton preferably, but within about 20mins of the CBD.

Hi, I am a full time worker in the animal care industry looking for a roommate and a place to live! I'm pretty chill, tidy, on time and have 2 cats, fish and a gecko. I like to clean (odd I know), garden and watch TV. I'll happily watch a movie, play video games, have dinner; socialising is good for the soul. I am very animal oriented, would love to find someone who gets on with my animals, who is clean and happy to hang out but also is cool with quiet time. Aiming to find a place in the south east suburbs; Kew, Hawthorn, Camberwell, Malvern, Burwood, Ivanhoe area would be great. Look forward to meeting you and finding a place!
I'm an easy going person who absolutely loves plants! I have a habit of turning my room into an indoor forest, so I can hide away with a good book and some amazing food. I'm very social and easy going. I'm moving to the University of Melbourne to focus on studies, but I'm keen to join a share house where I look forward to coming home to a great bunch of friends!
HI guys! I 'm Elisa, a 27 yo Italian and emphatic girl. I 'm going to spend my Second WHV in Australia, from December 2016: indeed I'm planning to stay in the wonderful city of Melbourne (Where I've already got hips of friends, happy to introduce 'em to my flatmates) at least for 4-5 moths. I will start soon an University Short Course in RMIT as well, so I definitely need to find my place in this City. I consider myself a calm, ordinate and clean person, but always ready to share. I simply looove to cook, and I would be more than happy to hang out and create a positive environment and relationship with my flatmates.
Hi there! I'm looking to create a cosy share house in Brunswick/Northcote/Thornbury etc but also branching out to some of the leafier Northern suburbs such as Ivanhoe, Heidelberg, Rosanna, Watsonia, etc. A little bit about me: I'm in my 20s in my final semester of my undergrad degree at La Trobe, majoring in Anthropology and English. I spend my time hunting out new vegan brunch spots, sipping cups of chai tea and hanging out with friends. I work as a nanny for several families in the inner North and work in mental health advocacy/policy which sometimes takes me up to Sydney for the day. I'm a feminist, queer friendly and environmentally conscious, so if these are values that you relate to/respect/are interested in, that would be excellent! I'm a clean person and considerate of shared spaces. I enjoy a chat in between life's up and downs but also need time out to unwind (doesn't everyone?). I have an extensive collection of homewares (enough to furnish a whole kitchen) but very little major furniture such as a fridge, dining table etc. so if that's something you could contribute, let me know! Zara :~)
Hi we are Mariah and Niamh and we both are from country Victoria. We are looking for a share house for next year. Mariah is a musician and a music teacher full time. Niamh is a full time nursing student in her final year. We are looking for a team up or a pre-exisiting house hold. We would like to be close to public transport as we both don't like to use our car if we don't need too. We are both care-free people and like to have a boogie every now and again, but respect your private space as well.
I'm Luis but I prefer to be called LM or Lucky. 25 years of age, registered nurse in the Philippines. I'm about to take a bridging course in IHNA for 9 weeks, 4 weeks of which will be in Heidelberg. I'll be studying full time and currently looking for a place to stay. Not picky of place, as long as there is an ample area for sleep and study. As for the flatmates, I prefer those who loves music, movies and can sustain a good conversation anything under the sun and maybe wine or beer lover may do.

Have separated recently and our current lease at the moment ends approx March next year. Preferably looking for a female to share with or even better with a couple with kids or a single parent. Do enjoy a good chat from time to time, I have a lot of respect for others and their privacy as well. I do enjoy cooking and I am also a tidy and clean person. I Work at La Trobe University Monday-Thursday. I have two pets! Roguey is a 6 yr old jack Russell who loves to give kisses and snuggle. She's a great house protector! Jessie is a sweet 12 yr old black cat who has arthritis and she breaks hearts! They both are kind hearted and know when you need a cuddle! They are both very clean and Jessie even has a robot litter box! She's so fancy! I keep the common areas tidy, have never missed rent, am always ready to lend a shoulder to cry on but also need someone who understands some days when I need a little sensitivity too! I can be ready to party or go on an adventure, but some days would prefer to sleep in until 2pm and Netflix binge! BTW - did I mention I'll be bringing a 60inch smart Tv with built in Netflix. So if you like what you've read so far, are kind hearted, sensible, a straight talker and would love to be welcomed home every day with excitement and a cuddle from some loving animals, please feel free to shoot me a message and ask as many questions as you'd like!
My name is Matty and I work as both a professional drummer and as a scientist. I am looking to move into an existing share house, or to start a new one with a garage for my music gear and practice. Being a professional drummer that is chasing a goal of being largely successful I am in need a garage (ideally unattached from the house) to accommodate my practice. I Only practice until approximately 9pm of an evening (I get home from work at 6) and I don't ever start before midday on the weekends, keeping in mind too that I regularly have rehearsals and gigs and things so it doesn't happen at full volume every day but as regularly as I can fit it in which ends up being about 3 times per week - so not really much at all. Personality wise I am, friendly, approachable, confident, logical, dedicated and love meeting new people and being social (when I have time for it). I have lived in several share houses over the last 8 years and have no problem adapting to new environments and personalities. I love a good chat and I love people. I am an avid musician and get into the footy a little bit (I grew up in the country, I'm sorry :P ). I also try to hit up the gym a few times a week. I'm clean and very much want the people I live with to be clean and tidy.. my room is usually out of control, but everywhere else in the house is always tidy and clean. As I mentioned, I am very much working towards developing a successful musical career, so moving into a place that I can set my drumming up in a garage is on the top of my priority list, followed immediately by having awesome housemates! Ideally it would be great to have housemates that can I get along well enough with to have a beer and go out for a meal but that also have their own independent lives going on. Between working full-time, rehearsing, touring and performing, I go between being home most nights to being out or away for (seemingly) weeks at a time. I have "done my time" so to speak, in uni party houses and have outgrown such living circumstances, thus, I am clean and tidy and respectful of the need to keep the place that way. This doesn't mean I don't love a party, which I do, but, am just looking for reasonable common sense/courteous type people, and also having a kitchen that I am not afraid to cook in! Also - I will be overseas in Central America and California from late September until early November - thus, I'm looking for somewhere to move in the first 2 weeks of November for at least 1 year.
My name is Marina and I'm an easy going 22 year old girl. I am currently looking for long term accomidation in a private room. I am very considerate of others and their privacy and I will always pay my rent on time. I like to go out most weekends and have the occasional drink, but I'm also quite a home cat and like to have a nice quiet night in. I love gaming, movies, music, drawing and spending time with my friends, these are most of my hobbies. I do smoke but not heavily and only outside so I dont bother anyone. I love to cook and I'm happy to cook for myself and others on most days. I do have a car and will be looking for some sort of on street parking. Im also always willing and happy to help with cleaning up the house when required. So, if you think I'd be a good fit for your house please give me a call, as I'm looking to move by the end of September :)
Currently in Canberra, I have just received a physiotherapy position with Austin Health in Melbourne starting in the new year. Very active, I enjoy netball and the gym. I am respectful of space but happy for a drink and a yarn and willing to pitch in wherever necessary. Keen to see the sites of Melbourne and looking for friendly roommates to help the move.
I'm a pretty easygoing person who likes to spend my free time keeping fit, going out exploring new places to eat or just watching Netflix. I'm also a postgraduate student at Melbourne Uni, so I tend to work and study and am pretty quiet during the week. Ideally, I'm looking for someone with a similar lifestyle and would enjoy sharing the occasional meal together. I don't have many guests over as I prefer my home to be a quiet place to relax and calm down.
