Hey I’m Jasmine and I’m looking to team up with a like-minded gal and find a 2-bedroom apartment together in the Northern(ish) suburbs (: About me: - Makeup artist working full time hours at a retail SFX makeup store and freelancing. - Pole fitness dancer (I own a pole but if this isn’t your cup of tea I can keep it in my room haha) - Visual artist.. I draw & paint, and basically love most things creative - I like to cook so am excited to do this more frequently in the new place (would also totally be up for housemate dinner nights) - Weekend adventures I’m keen on are beaching / surfing, camping, “hiking” or grabbing a few cocktails -In a relationship so my boyfriend would likely stay a few nights through the week and in turn I’d stay at his for a few My ideal house: - Want to create a shared home so am keen to buy furniture and decorate together etc. - No pets / no drugs / no smoking household (not a judgment for personal habit moreso just prefer it out of the home) - Lots of light is a must!! (Big windows!) - Close to train/ tram as I do not currently own a car (parking spot is yours if needed) My ideal housemate: - Willing model for character/beauty makeups and hair styles so that I may practise on you ;) - Looking to rent for the full year lease - Working? Mainly just able to manage bills without issue - Clean in our shared spaces - Similar interests would be cool but we’re all different so as long as you’re keen to make a new friend! Apartments are generally cosier so I’m really looking to live with someone who wants to hang out every now & then rather than just being friendly strangers. This also weirdly feels like online dating, but uh, send me a message if you have similar ideals or any other questions!
Hi, I’m Emily. I’m a full time Maths teacher. I currently live on my own but it kills me how expensive rent is so I’d like to find one or two people who want to live in a share house. I’m extremely neat and very quiet (but not in a weird way), love sitting on the couch watching Netflix and cooking vegan food. I’m a pretty chill person in general. I have pretty much everything needed to fill out a house: couch, TV, PS4, Apple TV, fridge, washer, dryer, KitchenAid etc and am happy to bring these with me and share. I also try to live quite minimally and I’m really into trying to reduce my waste and recycling/composting. I don’t drink or smoke and don’t live with any pets.
Outgoing. I am an Environmental Educator for local Council. Love yoga, hiking, surfing..anything outdoors I love animals and do some dog walking on the side. Looking for friendly flatmates, ideally females in 20's, who respect a clean space and indoor plants. Looking in -Montmorency, Eltham, Greensborough and surrounds. -Mornington and surrounds -Kew and surrounds This will be my second rental property, so I will bring with me some experience :)
Hey I'm Astra, I'm a 20 year old hospitality worker, who loves the gym, coffee and crafts. I'm currently looking to move out of my current sharehouse for something more affordable and quiet. I'm pretty laid back, but enjoy a tidy and peaceful home. Of course the occasional gathering and social times are great too.
Hey, my name is Lydia :) and I'm looking for a permanent place to live that is affordable for me because I'm only a high school student. I'm hoping to find a bunch of friendly people hoping to rent out a place to share together so let me know if you're looking for the same thing.
Hey I'm Adrian! Laid back down to earth kinda guy who is always up for a drink after work, dinner out, or a quiet night in. I’m have moved home to Melbourne from Brisbane after accepting an Enterprise Business Development Manager role within Telstra (can’t get cheap internet sorry guys!) Ideally would love housemates who aren't strangers and you can have a good chat with. I will be working 9-5 Monday to Friday so when coming home it would be time to kick back and relax (or go for a run/bike ride to unwind). I'm far from a boring person, I do like to have a beer after work or head off for some drinks at the footy or pub, but my hard party days are over. So hoping to find somewhere where you can chill out and not have to worry about your housemates up partying. I'm a tidy person in all common areas and also not pedantic when it comes to a few things out of place. I don't mind sharing dinners from time to time but I'm very self sufficient in this area! if you want a chilled out housemate who won't wear you down... i'm your guy!
Hey, I'm a friendly, smiling girl from Finland. I'm tidy and I like keep things organized. I'm not a party person, but I'm always happy to chat over a cup of coffee, making new friends. :) I'm going to work as a barista and attend acting classes. I love dancing lindy hop. Looking forward to hearing from you. :) Cheers, Johanna
Hi I'm Justin, I am quiet, clean, and super easy going and fit in with all age groups and lifestyles, I am an independent type often preferring my own company but will enjoy a catch up and maybe a drink from time to time. Being a student and constantly studying I am respectful of others and their spaces and require the same. I mostly work evening and weekend shifts around uni so often won't been seen too much around meal times etc. so prefer to do my own cooking and shopping etc. When having a bit of downtime (not very often) I like to head out to cafe's and markets or just chill and binge Netflix. ... oh and sorry but I am not veg or vegan. I do love pets and happy to have them around but will not be bringing any of my own. I am a Psych honours student at ISN Psychology Heidelberg, working at Brunswick East. I usually keep quite busy and if I'm not working I'll be studying so will generally keep to myself. I may also look to extend my stay for semester 2. Please feel free to contact me if you're looking for a similar living arrangement, I would prefer to share a smaller place with only 1-2 others but will consider all options.
Hi all! I’m on the lookout for a room for myself, my 2 cats and rabbit sometime in the next 6 months, ideally in the eastern or northern suburbs but open to anywhere close to public transport. I’m very flexible with moving dates and just want to find the right place! My budget is approx $160/pw. I’m a 25 year old vegan petsitter and dog walker (happy to only do this from clients' homes unless you would like the occasional doggie visitor!). I enjoy spending time with my pets and friends, reading, walking, nature, TV series, a few beers and Pokémon Go. My biggest passions are animals, the environment and sustainability. I have an undergrad in Wildlife and Conservation Biology and intend to get into the field in the coming years, but for now am hoping to start a course in dog training soon. I enjoy spending time with housemates but also respect personal space and sometimes just want to chill in my room with my animals. I clean up after myself and my pets but am relaxed. I’ve lived in sharehouses for 8 years and know the deal! I have 2 cats, Tallulah and Nala, and a rabbit, Buneary (and will be adopting a second rabbit as her companion in the coming months). They are all indoors, well behaved and have lived with other animals. I plan to bunny proof my room (or another area of the house depending on space and housemate preferences) and make that the bunny home base; the cats also tend to spend a lot of time in my room so shouldn’t overcrowd the house. They have all lived with other animals before. Being a confident giant, no cats or dogs have ever considered Buneary prey so that is unlikely to be a concern for most animals (and she wants to make friends with everyone!). Somewhere suitable for my pets and close to public transport is my priority for a house. Things that aren't necessary but would be a bonus include storage space, medium or large room, bigger house, a backyard, homey and communal vibes, sustainability focus and vego/vegan housemates. Shoot me a PM if you think the animals and I might be a fit for your place or you’d like to talk about teaming up to find somewhere. :) Cheers!
I make sure to respects others environment so I don't make any noise at night as I like to get up early most mornings to go for a run. I'm a university student at RMIT so I'll never be in a rush therefore I can always have friendly conversations.
Hey, I'm Kitty the little 21 year old Tasmanian who is little lost in the big city. Living over here with no family times can get a little scary without having a place to call home. I am respectful, clean and an all round happy person and despite being a young 21 year old I have been living out of home for almost 6 years. I am just finishing my Bachelor of Arts at Monash and will be working full-time and doing a bit of volunteering for my masters application (social work). I am a very social person and never opposed to have a boogie or a lipsync for my life (I’m a diehard drag race fan). If I sound like the roommate you need feel free to send me a message, or if you just want to talk drag race also feel free to send me a message.
I am a neat and organized person with a great sense of humour who is really into video games and programming. I mostly keep to myself but do enjoy the occasional chat. I am currently studying at RMIT.
Hi My name is Chantel and I've just sold my house in Adelaide and am looking to move to Melbourne for more work opportunities, music and events. I have a few friends over there I will be visiting. I keep very busy and active. This will be a working holiday so looking to go on ski trips on the weekends during Winter whenever possible. I am old enough to know how to respect people I live with, I'm easy going and will be out alot. I love adventure, yoga, hiking, swimming and I produce music and am a DJ. I would like to be able to have a practice mix on occasion but am very respectful and would always work out appropriate times with those I live with. My music production can be done in headphones so no worries with sound there. I am very creative hoping to share a creative household. I love to cook and happy to share a meal with housemates on occasion. I love a good chat and a laugh but also enjoy my quiet time and meditation. But I am a really fun person I bring happy vibes :) If you think we might get along please send me a message. I do have a cat I would love to bring over with me if possible. She is very clean only goes to the toilet outside and is really funny and doesn't shed much fur. Hope to hear from like minded people soon :)
Hi! I'm a 21 year old female from country Victoria. I moved to Melbourne in 2016. I'm studying Nursing at La Trobe University, Bundoora. I've lived on campus and in share houses for the past few years, and I'm looking for a place close to uni and the Austin Hospital. I’m friendly and love a chat, but also respect that everyone needs their personal space and time to themselves. I’m tidy and clean up after myself, and keep my mess confined to my room hahah. I’m looking for preferably female housemates, but am of course open to living with males. I’m also open to pets and have lived with some in my past sharehouses. Message me if you think we’d be a good fit!
Hi, my name is Courtney and I'm looking for a place to call home for the rest of the year. I'm friendly, considerate and tidy, and I'm currently working in retail. I'm also studying part time, and am keen to settle into Melbourne and enjoy a few new hobbies. Please message me if you think we'll get along, I'd love to have a chat!
Hi there! I am a new student starting at Melbourne Uni and would love to be in a student environment. I am a very respectful and clean person, love animals, watching tv and would love to meet my new flatmates.
I've recently moved to Melbourne from Warrnambool a few months ago and am looking for a place closer to my workplaces. I work 5 days a week in two different warehouses. I enjoy a chat or a movie night, and also time to myself. Music is one of my passions, as well as animals, art and the outdoors. I'm looking for a sharehouse with other respectful housemates who will be reliable when it comes to bills and keeping our house in good shape.
I'm Breanna, I'm 26 and am a clinical embryologist. I am also currently studying full time to become a pharmacist. I have a busy work life, enjoy catching up with friends, playing with my dog Donnie, going to the beach, cooking and relaxing at home. I'm independent, easy going and responsible looking for a like minded flatmate.
I am 20yo Melbourne born-and-raised, working hard in hospo. I am a quiet/clean person who's fairly introverted but with the right people will always be down for a bev out back or a night at the pub. I like cooking breakfast (perfect poached eggs every time), and I have a netflix and Stan account. I live in Kew East at the moment but I work in Ringwood, so I don't necessarily mind the location, so long as it's fairly accessible to the Eastern Freeway, I am flexible (anywhere between Balwyn and Richmond is good!) Am currently eager to move but can wait a few weeks if your place is not immediately available. Would like 2 months minimum, and if we click, I would love an arrangement that can last much longer!
