Originally from Canberra, currently reside in Carlton North. Seeking an unfurnished room in the the inner northern or eastern suburbs for move in September. Full time Project Manager working in the far Eastern suburbs. Enjoy making tunes and spinning decks in my spare time, as well as hitting the gym and playing bball. Keen to join a household that's up for occasional hangouts or shared meals. I'm easy going, open minded and considerate. Looking for a home with house mates, not just a house with strangers.
Uni student looking for somewhere to live. I study full time, work two jobs and also train for cheerleading 3 nights a week so I'm not home much. But when I am home I enjoy chilling out or having a couple of bevs!
My names Alex 😊 I work in retail full time at Northland. I am a pretty busy person so I am looking for a house that I can call home and a safe place to relax and unwind. I enjoy the occasional beer or wine and I love cooking. I am a bit of a neat freak so mess and untidiness will not be an issue with me. I am also extremely reliable and like to have my bills and rent paid ahead of time rather than leaving it to the last minute. I am a fun and bubbly person who loves to be social but I also enjoy my own space. I am a newly converted fitness junky so most nights I'll be coming home pretty sweaty and rancid from the gym but the rest of the time I smell pleasantly divine :) I'm not into drama (unless its on tv, then I can be persuaded) so if you are high drama then I'm out. If you would like to know more or think that I would fit in to your household dynamic, please don't hesitate to contact me :)
Hi, My name is Paolo. I'm an Architect and I work full time for a building construction group. I describe myself as tidy, clean, respectful and easygoing. I'm looking for a long term stay (4 months to over a year) on a single room in a shared house in the north and east suburbs of Melbourne (Clifton Hill - Thornbury - Northcote - Preston - Ivanhoe - Kew - Hawthorn - Balwyn - Camberwell - Surrey Hills) or nearby. I look forward to hearing from You. References available upon request. Paolo
I work full time as HR for a medical company. Not a party guy although don't mind the occasional drink at home with a few friends if that ever happens. Basically I work, see my friends, movies. Honestly the usual stuff people do. More interested in teaming up with somebody to start a share house so we can decide how it is rather than moving into an established one but I'm open.
I split my time between Melbourne and Sydney so would only be around for half the month. Most of the time I am there I will have my 9 year old son with me, and we don't mind sharing a room if there's enough space. I can bring my own furniture for the room if required. I'm a self-employed single mum so work very hard, and not looking for a party house!
We're returning from living in Switzerland in February 2018 - looking for a place that could become available around then. Dylan is a social worker originally from Adelaide and Ezgi is studying a Masters in Construction Management at Melbourne Uni. We're both pretty easy going - enjoy our own space, but also enjoy a casual drink. Dylan loves cooking and we love good food. We enjoy travelling, weekends away camping and both volunteer as Scout leaders in our spare time. By the way, the dog in the picture isn't ours!
I'm into health and fitness gym, swim the outdoors , I'm social house trained I like music animals a drink sometimes keep a pretty low profile I have a small and loyal group of friends I like to enjoy life and to keep busy with yard work when I'm at home or working on one kind of project or another
Hello, My name is Elise and i'm a 28yr old Vet Nurse student looking to take the plunge and move out of home towards the end of the year. Currently I am at TAFE one day a week. and work in Altona at least 2 days a week. Being a Vet nurse I am a passionate animal lover so I do have a small dog (Cavalier) named Brodie that i would really like to come with me so the place I am searching for would ideally need to be pet friendly. He is VERY chilled and gentle, and loves cuddles. I am also a keen cook and baker, and I am learning cake decorating on the side. I am very laid back and easy going, am up for sharing a meal and/or a drink, watching a movie or even going to a cafe/restaurant. I am looking for a place for around $160-200 p/week, the closer to Bell street or the Western ring road the better for access to my work in Altona.
I'm a full time student at La Trobe University, I am an International Student originally from India, I do not mind pets except cats because I am allergic to them. ABOUT ME: Easy going, relaxed and chill, tidy, an ambivert, I will respect your privacy and expect the same. I'm looking for a room in a shared house, or would like to team up with a budget of $125pw (including bills). If I like the place, I might stay for more than one year Please contact me on this website if you think you have a place that is suitable for me :)
HEY YOU! Lovely human/s with a spare room/s in your house! Are you: - A houseproud person who loves to create a beautiful, clean, tranquil living space? - Someone who has their own life and likes their own space, but also likes a bit of a cosy family vibe at home, not just living in your bedroom but having occasional chats in th kitchen or over cups of tea or an occasional shared meal? - Someone who likes to have an occasional dinner party/backyard BBQ, but not a big partier/drinker? - Queer-friendly, left-leaning, and friendly? - Non-smoker? (or outside smoker only, but preferably totally non-smoking) Do you: - Love and/or make music and/or art? - Love houseplants maybe a little bit too much? - Not watch TV/not have a TV/watch some Netflix shows on occasion but mostly in your own room? I'm looking for a new home. I'm a little heartbroken right now as 3 months ago I moved into the perfect space, but then the landlord decided they wanted to make more money from it and kicked us out to get a family in :'( Moving into a pre-established home would be preferable, but I'm also open to starting a new house with cool peeps. Keen to find somewhere ASAP; just have to give 2 weeks notice at my current place, but have to be out by Oct 23rd. At least one female/nb housemate preferred, but could be convinced for the right dude. I'd like to live with 2 people ideally, open to sharing with 1 or 3 but probably not more than that. ME: - 28yo female musician/artist/voice coach. Friendly, silly, queer, sings a lot and sometimes loud but mostly well, and only in reasonable hours/when you aren't home. - I like to be really clean & tidy and make a beautiful home full of art and plants and pretty colours. - Non-smoker. Not much of a drinker. Not vegetarian but not eating a lot of meat at home. - I am really busy and keep to myself a lot working on my music etc, but I lived in a house previously with dudes who just lived in their rooms and I hated it... I love living with people who are down for chats and cosiness and laughs together when our schedules line up. WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR IN A HOUSE: - Preferably an actual house, not an apartment. - Sunshine! - Close to public transport, and grocery stores (I don't have a car, only bicycle/motorbike/PT) - OSP for my small motorbike (can just be front yard or small side path) - I am currently renting a studio in Brunswick which I teach from 2-3 days a week. I'm hoping to find somewhere to live from which I could also teach a couple days a week (usually a maximum of 3hrs a day, sometimes less, sometimes only 1 day a week). This would mean a large bedroom which I could split with a divider, or a study/office/sunroom space which I could teach from (more than happy for this to be a shared space when I'm not using it!) If my new home is around $500-600/month, I could afford to just teach from the studio 4-5 days a week. If it's $600-700, I'd wanna teach from home a couple days a week... if it's $800+ I'd want to be teaching exclusively from home as I wouldn't be able to also afford the studio. If I sound like a good match for your home and vice versa, please get in touch!
I'm a conscious, easy going, respectful and clean guy interested in a relaxed household. Always pay on time. Relocated from North Qld as a school teacher. Loving Melbourne!
I'm easy to get along with and interested in getting the most out of life. I work a lot and train a lot so I'm not home much. I'm super healthy and like to meal prep on the weekends for the week ahead. I'm pretty busy on the weekends but happy to share a healthy meal and a glass of wine every now and then, though I don't drink often. I enjoy my sleep so I'm pretty quiet after 10pm. I am ALLERGIC TO CATS so unfortunately I cannot live with them. If I'm renting a room in a share house, I must have my own bathroom. Thanks.
Hella! I am Andrew, a 35 year old Australian born guy, and lived in Melbourne for 35 years. (flexi with move in date from october to December) I work fulltime in health/wellbeing in Northcote and am preferring to live with likeminded individuals. More holistic minded guy here. I am a non smoker, non drinker, and live a pretty healthy life all round. I like to keep fit, eat well, and have a pretty positive life, who doesn't!?! My interests are- food (veggo but no probs sharing with a meat eater!), exercise (have played a few sports for over 20 years including tennis, netball and a few triathlons), I love the outdoors, cooking (and sharing food when I do!) Creative guy also. Love anything that's creative, and usually drawn more to creative types also. I am friendly, a good communicator, drama free, pretty chilled, honest guy. In a perfect world would get along well with the people I live with, but no need to be best mates, but always respectful of others. I am super quiet and aware of sharing spaces- so that means I am tidy and won't slam doors!!! I have travelled a fair bit, having 6 months around the world only last year. So love sharing experiences wit others who have too. I am a home owner so I am very respectful o others property as I expect that from my tenants. I would like to live in a place that's a home. That feels safe, tidy, respectful and cosy. I am fine with pets (wildlife volunteer) so your pets will be loved if I were to move in! I can bring as little or as much furniture as needed. I worked in a pretty cool mid century furniture showroom so I have some large and small pieces, including a near new stainless steel fridge. But I can move and leave that behind if non needed. Let me know if you think we are a match! And if it helps get over the line, I am a massage therapist! ;) Peace out, thanks for readin' Andy
Never have I ever missed paying rent or bills in my life and I’m usually the “cleaner” in most places I’ve lived in. I’m don’t really drink, I quit smoking a year ago and strictly no drugs. I don’t play loud music and I have no friends so I won’t be throwing parties (joking about no friends, not joking about parties). I have a car and would really appreciate off street parking if available. My hobbies and interests include cycling on my bicycle, reading words in books, googling acronyms the young’uns are inventing and pretending I already knew them ages ago, damaging my frail body riding my skateboard, fixing things that are not fixed, surfing the web, saving and rescuing things from landfill, being cool and trendy, making jokes that are not funny. Please don’t hmu if you’re a room hermit that doesn’t contribute to household chores and/or slams doors. Please hmu if you are friendly, mature, open minded, responsible, courteous, respectful, polite and considerate. <3
I'm a full time primary school teacher in Camberwell and I absolutely love my job. I'm 25 years old and looking to move out of home. I'm reliable, neat and a sociable person. I love spending time with my friends on the weekend. It would be lovely to live with someone who would enjoy going for a walk and coffee on a Sunday morning! A place close to school, a private bathroom and a safe spot for my car would be ideal. :) look forward to meeting you!
I work in Financial Services in the CBD. I've traveled extensively and continue to travel. I've lived in the UK and have traveled through Europe and Middle East. I also try to see different parts of Australia. I enjoy meeting people, experiencing different cultures and open to new experiences. I travel back to NZ regularly to catch up with family and friends. I'm active, go to the gym most days, I like to think I'm independent, self-sufficient but am happy to ask for directions if I need. I'm looking for short-term accommodation starting end of Oct/Dec (~4–6 weeks) potentially longer if it suits housemate and myself. In addition, I would prefer to stay with 1 person. I have furniture in storage, if possible I'll require a queen bed, drawers, double wardrobe and off-street parking. If I need to get furniture out I can. I'm clean and tidy as well as respectful people's space and privacy. In the weekends I'm usually out and about, happy to chat, relax or share a wine. Happy to discuss further with potential housemate.
I'm quiet, independent, very clean and tidy. I'm after having my own bathroom/ en-suite and sharing a place with one female only at most. Please note that I can only start 4 weeks after confirmation as I am required to give 4 weeks notice to the current landlord.
I'm Genuine, honest, clean & funloving! Am easy to get along with and get along with most others! I enjoy a chat from time to time, always able to listen and give advice if needed but know when to mind my own business, never overstepping personal boundaries or someone's space & privacy! I enjoy to cook, and enjoy to cook for others! Apparently I'm not so bad. Always maintain a clean kitchen before during & after entertaining. I also enjoy gardening & the outdoors. And adore nothing better then a day spent in the Sunshine! Playing amongst my clothes & wardrobe, aswell as lending my good eye and sense of style with others. I Have impeccably good taste when it comes to music, and don't mind a boogie have great luv for dance & know how to getdown! Am known to be that of such as a night owl, sharing in that of nocturnal activities(clouds). And don't mind the odd drink of juice in which to accompany such choices & preferred ways of the given lifestyle, lol! I am looking for open minded free spirits in which I am accepted entirely for all I am without any hidden meaning! And in return will give exactly that of the same. I am a good person and hope that somewhere out there, there are people of just the same!!??
Work full time as a painter, running my own business. Looking for somewhere quiet and easy to live, not so much into the party life anymore but always up for a chat or a drink. Only thing I really require is a garage or garage spot to put either my car or tools. If you think your place suits...hit me up! Cheers :)

I'm a music, food, beer and wine lover, no surprises i guess. I work Monday to Friday so i'm pretty relax on weeknights but i'm always down for a chat and a drink. I also like to cook so you'll probably see me in the kitchen most of the time. I'd like to live in a sunny house with chill housemates, a garden would be amazing. Hey, I'm Maslin and I'm from Darwin, moving to Melbourne sometime at the end of this year to study and am looking for a home for me and my adorable cat. I'm currently working and looking for a new job in Melbourne. I'm respectful of other people's property and personal space but I'm also keen to make friends and cook dinners and make it a good environment for everyone. My cat is super lovely, her name's Boujee, she's 8 months old and has the floofiest tail you've ever seen, everybody loves her and don't worry, she always uses her litter box or outside. I love getting out into nature, drinking coffee and am always up for new experiences.

Up for cooking meals if the occasion calls for it, wouldn't say no to a glass of wine!
Hey there! I'm Kristel, 24, looking for a place in an inner city suburb. Been living in shared accommodation for over 7 years, pay bills on time, can respect people's privacy, but always up for a chat! I'm a Psychology graduate, but work full time in a customer service role in the city. I travel, I read, bit of a foodie, can bake, enjoy eating out, but I usually stay in and cook most of the time. I watch Criminal Minds reruns, with a side of SBS. And I gym (ish). Keen to look for a place to call home. I'm also interested in team-ups somewhere within the inner city suburbs, or anything on the lilydale/belgrave line (Blackburn to city) I come with my own furniture, a washing machine, and a whisk. Look forward to hearing from you! Kristel
