Right now I'm studying abroad and I'd love to have a place to call home when I get back to Brisbane in late December/early January. I'll have one more year to finish my studies, so I'll be pretty peaceful to live with and will be looking for the same. I love to get a good full night's sleep, so I'm quiet and respectful at night, and I also like to live and work in a clean and uncluttered space, so I love keeping things tidy.
Hi! I’m currently living in West End and Id ideally like to continue living in West End or the surrounding suburbs in south Brisbane. I’m easy going, friendly, tidy and in my spare time I like go to the gym or explore Brisbane and it’s surroundings. I work for a Children’s charity part time and study as well. Not looking for a Party house but a social house. Happy to live with animals if you have them, especially dogs, I love dogs! I’m a non smoker, clean and easy to get along with. Hope to hear from you soon! ~Bec :)
hey everyone! i’m a working professional in full time employment seeking a like minded household to join :) I am clean and respectful of other people’s space and stuff and would love to live amongst peeps who have dinner or a beer together from time to time. Looking for a household that is relatively low key during the week (work lyfe) - but the occasional weekend shindig is fine with me! I go to PT and the gym a few times a week but am definitely not a fitness buff, love going out to music, brunch is my fav, and i’m a pretty decent baker too - so you’ll benefit from that. I do not have any pets of my own but would be quietly ecstatic if there are dogs. also should note, I have just started getting back into mixing/dj’ing/music in general and would be bringing my gear with me
I am an American University student (although I have a dual American-Australian citizenship ) and I will be studying at the University of Queensland for Semester 1, 2019. I have somewhat flexible dates I could move in, probably from some time in early February to around July/August dates. I'm really easy going, very clean and responsible. Please contact me if you have any questions!
Hi everyone, I am Giulia from Italy. I will be working full time and I need a tidy and comfy place where to live. I am really friendly and easy going. Please drop a message if you have a room for me, cheers!
My names Poppy and I am looking for a new place in the new year that is closer to work. I am very sociable and like to have a drink but I am also a very respectful and clean flatmate.
I work full-time in the city in a law firm, and also study law full-time. I love being social and trying new places to eat. Will buckle down and study hard during the week, but keep my weekends free to cut loose. I work all day, so I'll be out for most of the daylight hours. Would love to live with other professional women who love wine, outdoors activities, and keep shared areas tidy.
Friendly, clean, mostly quiet, easy-going, enjoys music and cooking, dabbles in lots of hobbies including art and sports. Respectful of others and the environment. Studying full-time and working one day per week (mechanical engineering and geology).
Just moved back to Brisbane after a year backpacking Canada. Full time employed in the fitness industry. Love anything outdoors, hiking, diving, fishing. Animal lover but no current pets. Non smoker, happy to have a quiet drink or 2 but not looking for a party house.
Full-time working civil engineer in fortitude valley, looking for a place to live closer to work. Am a very sporty and social person, and am consistently cleaning up after myself. Hoping to move in with a flatmate around a similar age.
Hi, I'm Dan. I'm a 37 year old single gay guy. I just moved back after travelling for a few months. I'm a bubbly, optomistic guy. I'm not a party animal, but love a glass of red. I'm very clean too. I actually love cleaning. Why i don't know. lol. I lived in Canada and NYC for almost 10 years so i have a kind of aussie / canadian accent apparently. Would love an ensuite, but totally open to the right place with the right flatmate. First world problems right... :) I would love to live with someone who is more extroverted than introverted, someone after a friend more than just sharing a living space together. I'm happy and chatty most of the time, and like similiar. I like optomists, rather than pesimists. Idea of the perfect flatmate: Happy, says " How you doing? ", loves to catch up and chat the end of the day, watch a movie together, not into drugs at all ( I never seen illicit drugs do anything good for anyone ) and loves a glass of red. Non judgemental and gay friendly. Someone who supports the gay community, even better! If you love Rupaul's Drag Race, i will love you. :) - I don't hook up much, maybe once in 3 months - but you would be cool that i'm getting laid and visa versa. lol. Some gay guys can be really snooty and uptight which i dislike. Try living with gay guys in Sydney - you leave one fork in the sink and they need to take a Valium to calm down. I'm a really happy and chatty guy - i am really not into the" i want to talk about all things vegan in your face thing " , or the " i have a political opinion about every topic and i want to annoy you with it for 2 hours and then have a go at you because of yours " Worst flatmate for me: Complete gamers, introverted and shy, rude and just says " Hi " once a day and nothing else, does everything to excess - if your a gay guy that must drink 2 bottles of wine and get smashed every time you have a drink and stumble in at 7am, good for you, but at 37, i'm a little passed that. No judgement - I was like that in my 20's, but not now. So if your LAID BACK and don't have a panic attack and meltdown about everything in life, we will get along. :)
I work full time in marine biology and in my free time/ weekends, I spend it mostly outdoors or testing new recipes in the kitchen. During long holidays you can find me scuba diving, rock climbing, swimming or finding a mountain to hike up. I love meaningful conversations, occasionally enjoy my quiet time after work and am happy to have dinners together if you're keen. I am also pet friendly and usually head to the morning markets on weekends for good food, music, and seeing some furry friends.
Hello future roommates! We're Paulina and Ricardo, a couple from Chile living in Brisbane. We've been here for the last six months and we love the city and its surroundings areas. Now we’re searching for a new place to move ideally until mid November 2019 (a little flexible). We're both civil engineers in our late 20s and like to practice sports, especially outdoor sports. We consider ourselves friendly and sociable, but also very respectful with others and their own space. We like to learn about new cultures, meet new people and learn to cook new things. Ricardo works 9 - 5 Monday to Friday in the city and Paulina works part time close to the Matter Hill Hospital. During the week we like to relax at home after work, practice some sport and cook dinner with an occasional glass of wine having a chat. During weekends, we like to search different activities to do such as riding our bicycles, do a picnic or bbq in some beautiful park, escape to the coast, looking for salsa lessons or meeting with friends for sharing a BBQ/drinks. We have some furniture which we would like to bring to the room, but it’s also possible to not take it with us. So we’re very flexible for both options (furnish/unfurnish). A little more about us. We love coffee, especially filtered coffee in the morning and if you want we can teach you our way to prepare it. We like to prepare typical cocktails/food from our country and watching live music bands. If you feel you have a room that will fit good with us, please send us a message. Cheers, Paulina and Ricardo
I've just finished my first year of uni studying design and am looking to move before the start of next semester. I am currently working part time both as a waitress and a nanny and am planning to move to England mid next year to study so only looking to move in for the 6ish months before I leave. I'm easy-going and quite social so I'd prefer to live with others who don't mind spending time together and also are ok with having friends over etc. I spend most of my time socialising, working on art projects and volunteering at festivals
I work full-time in the city as a Communications Officer and I'm looking for somewhere peaceful to stay, with chilled housemates. I'm easy-going, respectful, happy to have a chat and also introverted, so I value space. I have a beautiful cat called Bella who is really cuddly when you get to know her. Some of my interests include yoga, motorbikes, reading, watching movies and getting out on nature for hikes/beach trips etc. I love getting out and seeing friends but equally, staying home watching Netflix. I'm super reliable and very happy to help out around the house etc... I'm well used to sharing space.
Hey, I'm a British grad student currently in Australia looking for work. I'm a pretty chill person to live with, I'm clean and sociable. I like to be out and about. I don't cook much so living with people who can cook is always good for me! I'm tri-lingual and I've lived in Spain, Brazil and the UK. I love the beach and hiking. My drink of choice is spiced rum. I'm looking for relaxed social people to live with. I don't mind sharing a bathroom. I'm usually chilling in the lounge unless I want some space and then I'll head to my room. I don't have a car.
