Hi there! I'm currently looking for a new place or extra roommate to start a new house. I work full time in the Valley. I'm very easy going and friendly, while very respectful and tidy also! I would love to enter a atmospheric and social house, however i enjoy my own time also and respect space. I will usually socialise on the weekend when not going to the beach, playing guitar or watching TED talks. I really enjoy cooking too and would love to do this with housemates. Swing a message!
Returned academic expat from the states on sabbatical looking for more of a home than a hostel, something that we all contribute to. The abbreviated lovechild of a dating profile and list of what should be obvious. “I”; - read a lot though tend not to be a homebody, - will probably will never sing for or at you, but maybe with you if you’re really bad at it. - am respectful*, house trained* and clean* but not at all anal unless in the lab, theatre or wearing a white coat. - work relatively normal - long hours in an incubator space. - think great conversation is like a dance that leaves everyone involved with a smile on their face. - Need my own space and always try to be mindful* of the space of others*. - enjoy fun and interesting banter over a drink preferably with, open minded*, empathic*, humble*, fun* and passionate people. - more often giving than needy, more measured* that reactionary. - give a sh1t about the world* and think about how to make it better. - can be interested in politics, science, sociology, music, technology and everything in-between. - am a total nerd in some respects, aspiring stylish zen monkey in others. - try to lead a healthy lifestyle with good food and exercise, riding, rock climbing, hiking, jogging regularly. - am a feminist guy and proud of it, though don’t evangelise so much as demonstrate with awareness that other views exist. “You”; - are self aware enough to laugh at yourself when things occasionally go awry, even then, you never take it out on others. - noticed each * and if they represented a bar, you wouldn’t stumble over too often. - don’t believe the illuminati are really in control of the world, seriously! - can be a grownup when you need to be but haven't forgotten how to be a kid. - struggle to empathise with views of the 45th US president, even when significantly intoxicated. If I could be what you’re looking for, it’d be cool to hear more about you. Troy
Hey guys, I'm easy going and down to earth also very clean and reliable. Working at Mater Hospital in Early Education Mon-Fri, also studying externally. Love to have beers, wine or go out on the weekend. Very social and friendly, I have traveled a fair amount overseas and also lived in Dubai. Looking for a cool place to live that is reasonably close to work. I own a car, so a car space or street parking would be a must. Lived in Brisbane for almost 4 years now originally from the sunny coast.
Hi, I'm Lucinda and I'm looking for a new place to call home! I am 26 years old, work full time in the city as a family lawyer and I love my job. I enjoy playing tennis, cooking, keeping active, dancing, reading, wine and of course cheese! I'm easy going, honest and friendly. I enjoy chats over dinner or drinks. I'm clean and strangely enough don't mind ironing or doing the dishes haha!
Easy-going and tidy professional working in the city. I'm a bit of a minimalist with a love of travel, will be cycling to work and keeping fairly active. I fine in my own company but always keen to share a meal and chat, I'll always have your back. I enjoy a bit of gaming or the odd netflix marathon, I'm a fan of game of thrones. I'm clean and tidy. I'm basically looking for someone similar. Cheers!
Hi! My name's Tiani and I'm a full-time student at SouthBank TAFE. I'm a very friendly and open person and am always up for a good conversation! I enjoy doing yoga, painting/drawing and watching movies if I'm not eating or studying :). I'm generally a tidy person and I respect the privacy of others, as I found that very important. That being said, I'm very bubbly and I find happiness in making others happy! If I sound suitable for your place, please send me a message, I'd love to hear from you! Thank you :)
Hi I'm Ali, I'm really clean, quiet and respectful (but have a sense of humour) and like to have chocolate in the fridge. Looking to share with just one other, preferably a female in either a house or a unit with a big courtyard/outdoor area. I live near the Sunshine Coast so wanting somewhere to stay close to work. I will go home some weekends as that's where my social network is, others I may stay. I have a sweet dog (Cavalier King Charles) who is 11 months old (fully toilet trained). I've put 4 month as that's the min amount of time I'd stay but if everyone is happy, I'm happy to stay longer.
I'm Veronica, 24, from Brazil. Recently arrived in Brisbane, where I'm studying a graduate diploma in Marketing at CQU and looking for a part-time job. I'm at uni 3 times a week and at home I just like to chill, watch movies and series, bake and have a go at creative journaling. I also love taking photos and exploring around the city. I'm very easy going, organised and a bit of a neat freak. Very quiet and thoughtful too. I don't have any pets here, but I love both cats and dogs, so they're not a problem at all. If you have any questions, I'd love to hear from you. Thanks, Ronnie
Hey! I'm originally from the UK and have been in Australia for two and a half years now. I'm currently working full time and living in NSW. Brisbane has always held a huge place in my heart so I'm looking to relocate back up that way mid April. I will be transferring with my current employer so will be straight into work also. I'm a happy and easy going girl, clean and tidy. I have lived with people from all over the world and have had nothing but positive experiences with housemates in the past.
Very clean and tidy, working full time and about to start study so will be at home minimal amount. Easy going and can furnish an entire apartment by myself!

Hi my name is Lisa! I recently just graduated from uni and I'm working Full-time in Brisbane CBD as a Community Manager working in commercial property. I am looking for a flatmate who is like minded like myself. I am very easy going, friendly and I enjoy a bit of a chat now and then. I enjoy keeping fit by playing tennis, cooking and having a social glass of wine with friends. I am great to live with because I am an organised, clean and a respectable person who gets along with most people. I am however allergic to cats so I can't move in with any. Feel free to send me a message :-)

Looking for a house or townhouse close to the CBD with my mate Tags the Samoyed to share with some outgoing and sociable housemates. Tags & i are clean and friendly and generally pretty outdoorsy with a sense of adventure. I am moving up to Brisvegas for work (environmental scientist) and a change of lifestyle. Looking for housemates who are going to become friends too!! I'm interested in either starting a new house or moving into an existing share house.
Hey, I'm 28 and work for a large construction company as a Client Relationship Manager. Originally from the UK I have lived and worked in London, New Zealand and now Australia where I am permanently. Currently based in Sydney I am relocating to Brisbane at the start of May (2017). I am spending 2-3 days per week in Brissy at the moment so can always view places over the coming weeks. I love my sport and train most days before or after work. Ideally I need somewhere that has a parking bay/space. I'm really easy going, tidy and take care of where I live. Cheers Luke
We are a down to earth couple currently chasing accommodation anywhere in Brisbane! Sam and I love a good chinwag and are originally kiwis who have been on the Sunshine Coast for the past few years. Iesha - currently in her first year of uni studying Criminology & Criminal Justice and works part time in retail Sam - works full time behind the bar at a restaurant on Eagle Street Pier Both of us are laid back and if you've got a decent Spotify playlist or can appreciate most genres then I guarantee we will all get along like a happy little family. If we aren't spending time with friends somewhere on the weekend then we'll most likely be out looking for a good eggs bene. We'd love to move into a house with someone/people who are willing to socialise with us and have a cheeky bevvie over dinner every now and then, but we definitely understand that you will get sick of our bad jokes so you may need a little space from time to time. Additionally, we're both really tidy people and don't want to live with a messy/lazy person. Overall, we're just two peas in a pod who are low maintenance, easy going and looking for a decent set of housemates to do fun stuff with (could range from showing you our cheeky spots up on the sunny coast one weekend to binge watching crime docos on netflix). Shoot us a message if we sound like great additions to your family! Look forward to hearing from anyone who managed to get to the end of this LONG ad! **looking for a place urgently now as our plan runs out and I'm a poor uni student who really doesn't want to pay my other arm for another paid plan to message new listings grr**
Hey! My names Kiah, I'm 20 and currently living in Newcastle. I'm looking to move to Brisbane around June to be closer to my boyfriend and friends! I'll be working casually and continuing my studies in visual communication design as a second year student in bris. I'd like to think I'm a pretty creative, considerate and fun laid back person who's more on the introverted side. I'm hoping to live with some friendly, casual, down to earth, like-minded girls who are always up for a decent chat, cheese platters, casual drinks, good music and are open to becoming friends! MUST LOVE TRIPLE J AND PLANTS I'm always in Brisbane so feel free to hit me up for a chat and we can get to know each other! Pls live with me

Hi there! I'm Tom, a 29 year old professional guy who works in the CBD. I'm a veteran house-sharer who is always happy to share a meal with my housemates and chat about our days, but I'm also very respectful of people's time and space. I'm clean, tidy and come as part of a package with my dog, Molly (1 year old Kelpie x Lab, who loves other dogs and humans) I enjoy keeping myself fit, live music and good chats over the occasional decent bottle of red. Ideally I'm looking for a quiet, relaxed share house, with socialable and respectful housemates - age/gender/etc don't bother me, I'm just looking for a good house, in a good location, with great people 😊 Location is flexible too, so if you think your place might be a good match, shoot me a message. If you'd like to know more then please drop me a line! Tom
I love to cook, travel, listen to music and spend time outdoors. Passionate about healthy, sustainable living and the environment. Doing my second year in Masters and placement, hopefully, I will be working full-time next year.
Hello, future flatmate! What I'm looking for: - No more than one person OR a couple. - En-suite room - Fast, reliable internet. -Clean, friendly, mature housemate(s). - Aircon - Zone 1 (Translink Zone 2017) About Me: I graduated from QUT with a Masters degree in IT Security last year. Unfortunately, my plan of going for a well-deserved break was halted by being offered a job before graduation. I value my friends, privacy and comfortable living. I'm easy going, considerate, sociable, love my morning runs and bike rides (not on the same day of course). Just looking for a cheap room for a few months , have gone from full time shift work in aviation to part time hospitality hours thurs-mon day shifts. Ultimately looking at getting back into aviation but it could take some time so ideally looking for a cheap room until I get my own place again. About me I'm 31 male gay easy to get along with I'm social but also like piece and quite. I kinda have OCD with cleaning and I like a tidy home environment. I'm respectful and don't push boundaries. I have a full 1x bedroom home of furnishings in storage so if anyone would like to team up and get a place together I'm open to that also. My max budget will be $200 a wk whilst I'm part time. I do not drink, take drugs or smoke (occasional red wine with dinner) I'm not a partying type and I'm not looking to team up into a frat house kinda situation. If you're interested hit me up
Hi, I've just moved back to Brisbane after spending 8 years in Townsville and I'm looking for a unfurnished room with an en suite close to the city( aircon would be great) I work big hours and gym mon- fri so I'm not home often. When I'm not working I'm usually down the coast or finding time for a wine. Looking to move in with similar people who are social but also like their own space. I'm in no rush so flexible with move in date.
Hi all! My name is Jake and I'm currently looking for accommodation in the city or surrounding suburbs. I am a full-time Concierge of a hotel in the central part of the Brisbane City and I'm looking for a like-minded room mate/s for a short or long term lease. I am an extremely healthy eater, exercise frequently, studying full time, work full time (shifts vary from AM to PM) and keep my living and working environments very neat and tidy (which I've found to be quite rare). Spend a lot of time out socialising and am always looking to take advantage of new opportunities or events in the Brisbane City. Despite these traits, I am relaxed and won't impede on your busy routines but am easily approachable and sociable. Not your typical fellow or your typical room mate so don't hesitate to pop me a message through here or feel free to text/call me using the details I've provided on my account. Thanks, Jake
I am an easygoing, friendly and open-minded girl, always keen to meet new people and have a chat:) I recently moved to Brisbane from Italy and I am looking for a nice place to call home while I m here. I'm currently working part-time jobs and in my free time I like exploring the city, going out with friends, having a drink, going to the cinema, reading, watching tv, running, going to the gym! I love animals and nature. I don't smoke. I am very clean and tidy and I respect other people needs and rules. It would be amazing to find some cool roommates to have a chat after work or have some fun with:) I m planning to stay here for one year so I am happy to start with a 3/4 months commitment with the possibility to stay longer:)
Hi! I'm a 24 years old Dutch student and will be moving to Brisbane to start my PhD at UQ in April. I'll be living with a friend (Canadian girl, 22) and we are looking for a third person to team up with to find a nice place to make our home. We have lived in Brisbane for more than 6 months last year so we know our way around the city and the best markets to get nice food ;) We love cooking dinner together, going to the markets, movie nights and having fun. We love the outdoors and going for hikes or to the beach. Although we like socializing we are not looking for a party house and we both appreciate our alone time as we are both busy with work and study. We are clean and tidy so no worries about that. Are you looking for two easy going and fun roommates and do you want to team up with us to find that perfect home in Brisbane? Or do you have two separate rooms available? Please just send me a message. Cheers, Laura
My husband and I are a friendly couple, very organised, tidy, clean and responsible. We have a good sense of humor, we appreciate a chat sometimes and we need a quiet place and someone that respect the privacy, as we respect others privacy as well. We are interested about sharing a place with a person or maximum with a couple. It is important to us to have our own bathroom. We like to cook health food. Looking forward to find a nice flatmate! :) Cheers!
I'm in Property Management, I work in Bulimba. I'm originally from New York City Just moved up to Brisbane and the house mates advised me the house needs to be vacated in 2 months so I'm looking to move asap! If you have a room, preferably with an ensuite (not dealbreaker), that needs to be filled, i'm your girl. My ideal place to live would be a 2-4 bedroom place with a balcony, and a pool or spa is greatly preferred. If you have a pet that a massive bonus. I would prefer to live with people close to my own age that are social, happy to chat, do group meals if they choose, but also know when to give people their own space. Happy to answer any and all questions. I'm just looking for chilled out roomies who can handle a joke and want to play wii fit or cards against humanity. My ideal location would be along the water from kangaroo Point to Bulimba, as it's my dream to take the ferry every morning. I'm open to other places as well, so if you feel that we would gel well, don't hesitate to contact me. I don't bite...Hard.
Hi there, my name is Eirini, I am Greek and I have been living in Australia for 6 years now. I am currently working full time and I have a part time mobile business in spray tanning. I have a little dog Mia who is 2kg and a bundle of joy, great guard dog an cuddle partner, she's affectionate and loves company so if you're a lover of animals or have one who can keep her company that would be great. I really starting to enjoy netflix and chilling after a big day at work :) otherwise I'm a social butterfly i've been told haha I enjoy meeting new people, going to Gym, riding my motorcycle and seeing new places. I would love to be apart of a household that's like a little family and do some social events together both at home and perhaps away too. I enjoy time on my own as well, with mia and can sometimes disappear in my room perhaps playing a game or catching up with my friends overseas! Looking for a beautiful home, with a bathtub as well as a shower for those extra long days and would love fans and aircon as the heat here is wow... Mia is low maintenance and doesn't shed hair which is a bonus and always smells like flowers. :) I love to cook and so a nice kitchen would be nice and dishwater handy. Own bathroom would be a bonus and I am happy to pay for a cleaner as my time is pretty used up with my work and social activities. I am a clean person but not OCD anymore and always clean up after myself. I am friendly, loyal and positive. Would prefer a place that has parking for my bike and car not on street. Wooden or tiled floors instead of carpet and a nice deck with a pool and spa would be awesome. I would prefer a place with a garden for mia as well as no apartments or places with children prefered. Mia barks at mail men and noisy neighbours and kids chasing her. Hope this is helpful. :)
Am usually occupied with either work (full time in the city Mon-Fri), further professional qualifications (full time postgrad) and getting outdoors doing something active-ish I've lived independently for the past 7 years. Am a fairly private person who respects others' privacy and would expect the same :) I've got a 2 bed 2 bath apartment in Kangaroo Point for rent with a parking space available. Bright space with lots of natural lighting! Moving 24th March
My girlfriend and I are on a year working visa, we're both from the UK. We are currently staying outside of Brisbane but would like to live closer to the city in a suburb of Brisbane. We are both hoping to get jobs soon, as we have to be out of where we are staying by early April. I am 27 and my girlfriend 24, we are both outgoing and get on well with new people. Once we start working we will be doing plenty of hours so maybe won't be in all the time but we will still be up for socialising as much as we can as we are keen to make some new friends and get to know the city! Qualities we think that makes a good housemate are to be considerate and understanding. We both like to be organised, so someone with the same manner is important to us. Someone with a good sense of humour and ability to enjoy themselves, even when just lounging around on a day off. We are both pretty chilled out so people like that would be good!

I'm easy going, tidy and considerate. I'm also a friendly and positive person. I work, teaching music in schools. I also play in a band, love travel, food, and exploring new places. I'd like to find somewhere with space to work and be independent, but I'd also enjoy hanging out together sometimes.
Hey! I'm friendly, easy going, currently studying full-time (RHD) and working part-time, too. I'm my perfect mix of social and enjoying time to myself. Very independent. Love a day trip to the Hinterland or the beach on the weekend and love an occasional night out. Red wine drinker. I am moving back to Brisbane in February (currently living in Canberra) and looking to share with one or two others in a fully furnished, clean, relaxed place with lots of sunlight. If you have a secure car space - even better! :)

I love nature, adventure and seeing new places and cultures. I can usually be found hiking, scuba diving , rock climbing or going to the farmers markets on weekends. I like living in a cheerful and relatively clean household with responsible yet fun young adults , appreciate good music and love baking (especially vegan treats) and sharing the treats. Always open to new ideas and am very friendly. Also enjoy having some quiet time and chilling out with friends when I'm not working.
I'm a busy little bee who likes to be organised and keep my area immaculate. I moved from New Zealand 6 months ago and have set up a new life for myself here in Brisbane. I manage a company here and spend my time in the office or in the city. I love to cook and will happily help with chores around the place.
