I'm an easy going Irish man with a good sense of humour and get along with literally anyone. On a 12 month working holiday visa and looking cheap places to stay while I work hard and play hard. Like a drink and a good laugh at the weekends. That's it really. Feels like im applying for a job here lol
Hey everyone! I'm looking to move into a new sharehouse and meet some awesome people. I am studying Public health at UQ full-time and will (hopefully) be graduating at the end of the year! I also work part-time in the city as a waitress. I like cooking, reading and attempting to exercise in my spare time. I'm a laid back, tidy person that likes to get to know my housemates. Ideally I'd like to find a fairly quiet and clean household as I get busy with uni and work during the semester. Looking forward to hearing from you! Claudia **Moving between 1st and 23rd June**
I'm a 21 year old female from Hungary studying and working in Brisbane. I'm friendly, very social, like to cook amazing food. I'm passionate about sports and health. I do like to go out on the weekends, love exploring and meet you people. I'm definitely not a party animal. I'm super tidy, I clean after myself and like my personal space.
I work a full time corporate job in the city. I'm easy going, tidy and active, so I'll often be out on weekends. I enjoy getting a coffee out, being active, seeing music live, catching up on netflix. I'm friendly, and always up for grabbing a coffee or a drink on the weekend.
My name is Mandy i'm 31 and a working professional. I am into fitness and the outdoors. Love to laugh and joke around. Very relaxed and easy to get along with. I am clean and tidy and cook for myself (or order meals online). I am currently working in commercial leasing. I hit the gym most days and would be home late most nights. Am looking for people around my age. I really need something furnished (light traveller lol) but can furnish my own room. Want someone like minded who likes their own space but is also keen to hit the markets/breaky/have a bevy/or series marathons haha. PS: not looking for team ups, just want to slide into something. Mandy
I'm a friendly, easygoing, respectful and tidy girl from Colombia. I'm looking for a place to call home close to the CBD (no more than 15 min walking). I work and study during the week and I love to visit new places on weekends. I'm not a party girl and my ideal housemates would be non-Spanish speakers (I really need to practice my English), but I'm open to considering any other option. Cheers
Hi, I am looking for accommodation near Brisbane CBD. I am comfortable sharing the flat or with studios. I will prefer a furnished accomodation. Looking for 2 weeks and can extend later.
I am social, light-hearted and easy going. I like to have good vibes in the place I live and am always keen for a beer or a conversation. I enjoy social time with housemates and appreciate alone time as well. I recently moved from Sydney and am looking for a long term place to stay and some good people to stay with. I am a barista and work full time, and will be studying mid year. I am active, social, into fitness and outdoors, a musician, barista. I go out occasionally, and am interested in exploring all that Brisbane has to offer.
I'm a pretty easy going guy, I've travelled a fair bit, originally from London, lived in Auckland last seven years, moved to the sunny to be nearer to family. Clean and tidy, normally working alot, love the beach and a few beers, too old to be a party animal.
I'm a friendly international student, have no problem with English (not my first year studying in English), but do bring a bit an international twist (aka good coffee and exotic snacks now and then). Overall I get along with almost everyone, likes to be tidy but not over the top, and appreciate a chill social life.
Hi! My name is Sophie O'Reilly and I am a bubbly Australian who loves to make great chit-chat, as well as knuckling down to myself when studying and needing quiet time at home. I do prefer my spaces being clean however I not a neat-freak by any means. I do enjoy to get out and have fun, relax in the sun and go out on the standard weekend for a boogie. I am not a heavy drinker, nor do I drink to excess. When I am not studying, or playing sports i am usually working or wondering around the city
I am currently a graduate student at Stanford University in California and I'm originally coming from Greece. I love basketball and I'm into most kinds of sports (I'm also interested to learn rugby now that I'll move to Australia!). I also enjoy going out for a movie, dinner or drink and spending time with friends.
I'm a 20 years old girl from Norway who are moving to brisbane in about 2 weeks. I'm just finishing my farmwork and looking for a share house. Want a social and positiv vibe in the house after being stuck in the midle of nowhere for 3 months. Might need some time to adapt to civilization and will probably try to feed you hay at the beginning, but I do easily adapt to new situation so will probably only be the first week. I’m social, independent, easy going and tidy. Like hanging out/grabbing a drink, do yoga, rock climbing and eat food. I'm financial secure after not spending money for 88 days, and will get a job as soon as i move to brissy.
At first I was looking for a place to live by myself but then I thought a little better and decided to look for people to share the house with. I am totally new in Brisbane and I don't have any friends there so I thought that living with other people would be a good way of making friends. I am looking for a home not just a shelter. Therefore, I think it is important to give more details about me so I can find a good match here: * I am 35 years old. Brazilian architect who recently moved to Australia on February after my permanent residency was granted. I arrived in Sydney, I liked it here but after visiting the warm and wonderful state of Queensland, I decided to move to Brisbane. * I have a boyfriend and he lives in the Sunshine Coast. He is very busy with work and Uni but he would visit me once a week or every two weeks. * I need to be able to bring my bedroom stuff (I have everything but the wardrobe) * I like to party sometimes but I don't like to throw real parties at home, (unless it is a special ocasion). I love cooking so maybe I'd invite friends for dinner once in a while but that's it. * I can only live with people who care about having an organised house. No need to be a cleaning freak but considerate and respectful with others. What you do in your room is your business but the common areas should always be kept tidy. * I am allergic to cigarettes and I really hate the smell. Weed doesn't bother me at all but cigarettes do. * I would love to have a pet, I like cats and dogs. If you already have one it will be WONDERFUL but if you don't have and don't want to have, I understand, no problem. I can live without having a pet for a while.
Hi! I am looking to move relatively close to the city any time between now and the end of May. I’m currently working part time and studying to be a makeup artist. I enjoy having a glass of wine, reality tv binge and chats after work, but I respect the fact that everyone needs their alone time. Generally a home body but I do love to go out for coffee or a few cocktails on the weekends. I own a car so street parking is a must. I have a microwave, washing machine, kitchenware, dining table and chairs, and all of my own bedroom furniture (happy to put furniture into storage if there’s no room). I do like to keep things clean and organised but I’m pretty chill about having house rules. Would be happy to team up with one person or a group to find somewhere to live. Please message me if you’re interested!
I'm a friendly professional working in IT in the city. I'm a respectful, tidy and clean housemate. At home I enjoy being sociable as well as being able to relax and have my own space. I enjoy going out for good food and wine with friends, beach trips, and domestic and international adventures. My hobbies include pilates, yoga, tennis and touch football.
Hello there. I, Paige am a responsible and reliable 22 year old female. I’m seeking a room to rent as soon as possible with my affordability being at a max of $140 per week - I do get paid fortnightly. I am Currently unemployed but on the hunt for work. I will not be at the house 24/7 as I am a pretty busy girl and will be out and about most days of the week. I am a well-mannered and mature young lady, with a very clean, energetic and organised personality, never to leave a mess laying around, mine or not. Am a very fun and bubbly person but also am very Respectful of other people’s privacy, rules and wishes. Have rented two properties of my own in the last 4 years but having no luck at the moment. I’ve never defaulted with paying rent as that was and always my first priority. I am not a let down, and I’ll be a good house mate. 😊✌🏽
I ama very private, person. Work as a Chef ( day shifts) in the Fortitude Valley, Ride a scooter , so a tiny parking space would be grouse. Creative brain, considers others and live by the Dutch quote: this home is clean enough to be healthy and dirty enough to be happy. Hardly ever have visitors as I rather venture out to visit others. Adhere to a plant based diet , however on the odd occasion , crave a traditional comfort meal. Am a happy go lucky person with intelligence that is stronger emotionally rather than intellectually. I am wanting to share with someone who is easy to live with, honest, tidy, respectful, working and happy to share a meal/.. movie/t.v occasionally.
