Hi, I am Jacob. I work full time in the CBD in Corporate Travel and have standard Monday to Friday hours. I like sports, travel and socialising. I am generally pretty quiet during weekdays, on weekends, I enjoy chilling with friends or housemates enjoying some food and drinks. I am also involved with some social sporting teams. I am looking for a house that has a good combination of being social together but also allowing for some time to do your own thing. I am happy to fully contribute to all household chores and have always paid bills on time (have share housed for almost 6 years now).
I currently work for the government in the city, I enjoy boxing and having some chill time at a cafe. I like exploring different places to experience different foods and drinks. I’m focusing on gaining more independence by moving out of a family members house and also want to make new friends.
Working at a pub in Fitzroy. Going into my final year of uni at RMIT. Hobbies include, cooking, judo, cycling, reading, and smashing a few beers. Keen to find a place with chill vibes and interesting people. Not a neat freak but like to live in a tidy home. I'm respectful and social to others and like to live in a drama free household. Since I work late nights not usually home in the evenings. Pretty good at keeping my noise level to a minimal when I come home from work in the early hours of the morning. Also use my push bike as my main mode of transport, after ptv that is, so looking for a place where I can securely lock it up. Currently living in Maribyrnong. Have lived with my current flatmate for the past 2 years. Wanting to move out because I’d like a change.
Very active person, mountain biking every weekend and gym during the week. I am tidy and considerate of others who use shared spaces and always make sure to contribute to housework. I like gardening so happy to help outside if that is required aswell. I like food preping on the weekend and socialising with housemates. Also respectful of other people when they need some quiet down time. I work full time 9-5 and keep things pretty low key and quiet during the week. Weekends are usually just bike riding and maybe a couple drinks out somewhere. Non smoker and i dont have any pets.
I’m a very friendly easy to get along with person , I like to socialize but can also be a bit of an introvert. Currently living in a share house & looking to move out by Jan 23rd at latest :) prefer something close to city or near trains/trams as I work in the CBD :) Respectful of other people’s privacy. Not really looking for a ‘party’ house , but don’t mind having a drink here or there :)
- Looking for a room to call home. It doesn't have to be anything fancy. Just big enough for a bed. - I am a student studying Economics. I also work as a Software Developer part-time. - Love to read books. Watch movies. Drink wine. Hangout with friends and family. - Respectful. Tidy. Strong housemate etiquette. - Happy to hangout with you but also happy not to hangout with you. - Won't steal your food but you can steal mine if you're that hungry.
I am 24 years old and am looking for housemates to move in with. I relocated to Melbourne from Newcastle and have been living here since September. I am looking for a place to move into late January/early February. I am currently working full-time in the legal profession and have finished Law School. I am a friendly and outgoing person and I am also a clean, respectful and considerate house-mate and respect other's personal space and objects. I enjoy being involved in the household and getting to know my roommates and hang out together, but I am also quite independent. I love reading, playing sport, drinking coffee and exploring Melbourne.
Hello, My name is Danae. I am from Southern USA. I just moved to Melbourne about two months ago. I am financially stable, clean, neat, and organised. I am not a rowdy or loud person at all so you do not have to worry about noise complaints (most of the time I will be at work or out for the night anyways) I have been living by myself ever since I graduated high school so I am very experienced with paying rent/ utilities on time and keeping the place presentable. While I am working in Melbourne, I will be studying (online at Northern Arizona Uni) to obtain a job in the social work field. In my free time, I love to dance, play volleyball, travel and volunteer. I am looking to live somewhere close to the CBD (up to 20-30 min tram ride into the city) Ideal suburbs are: Brunswick, North Melbourne, Kensington, Parkville, Fitzroy etc
Key Points: Male 27 (in January) Work in Retail Creative Unicorn in my spare time (Audio/Music/Videos/Animations) Relocating from Adelaide to Melbournes West #WestisBest. Alright - so I'm relocating from Adelaide to Melbourne in January and I would love to find a humble abode and some giving, compassionate, enjoyable, funny, charismatic housemates to ease my transition. I've lived in Footscray before, and I literally couldn't think of anywhere else to live. This is why I'm looking specifically at finding not just a house, but a sacred and special space in Footscray/Maidstone/Seddon/Kensington/North Melbourne. I love that area so much I made a mini travel show on it: I also make music, silly instagram videos, edit podcasts - the works. Sometimes my projects require large periods of solitude in my bedroom, but when I'm not making something I'm usually making some proper good food in the kitchen. Cooking is so important for my soul, I would be looking to share the soul food with my house mates as well. I'm a bit of a social butterfly, and I'm open to hosting social engagements, but I will stop short of saying that I'm a PRT Animal and definitely not looking for houses that facilitate regular parties and 'sesh's'. I've lived by myself and entered lease agreements before and I know how to keep things neat, clean/tidy. I'll be looking at finding retail work that has full-time hours so you can guarantee that I will have financial stability and pay rent. I work on the principles of common-sense, and would be looking for a household that shares this similar approach to coexistence. I come with a few possessions: A Dyson TV and accompanying unit (40') Bed/Mattress/Draws Tupperware/Kitchen Utensils to cook up culinary storms Stand Up Desk/Multi Computer Work Station A Bike - I use this to get everywhere. A Screamer Book Collection I'd be looking for an unfurnished room with enough space to house my desk set-up. Unfortunately as I'm in Adelaide, I can only have Skype/Face Time Interviews. Obviously I understand this is a major inconvenience until I arrive in January, but it's the only way we can connect and confirm if we are mutually the right fit. If you've made it this far, then I congratulate you. And I reckon we should have a chat. PS: I love dogs. Non-Smoking houses only thank you. Sincerely, Eli
Hi my name is Alaura and I’m a 28 year old Special Education teacher, currently working in Sunshine. I am a fun, friendly and outgoing individual who loves good banter and the occasional wine. I’m looking for a share house and to find house mates who would be happy for me to join the family, I’m originally from Sydney and pretty new to Melbourne. Also I have a beautiful dog named Simba, who is the friendlies and most loving animal in the world, so I am looking for somewhere that would take us both and I am open to paying a dog bond. My budget is around 200 but willing to pay a little more for the right place. I’m not too fussed on location as long as it isn’t too far away from my work in Sunshine. I am a tidy person and will happily contribute to household chores, I work full time and love cooking and anything sporty. After school I would love to come home walk my dog, watch some Netflix, read a book, have a chat or do my own thing! Looking to move out either as soon possible or middle of January as I will be going home to see my family for a few weeks over Christmas in Sydney. Looking forward to hearing from you!
