Hey! I'm Lara. I'm from New Zealand and I've lived in Melbourne for nearly 4 years. I'm easygoing, reliable with rent and bills, and I'm looking for a place in the north-west suburbs. I've been house sitting around Melbourne for the last few years, so am keen to settle down somewhere for at least 6 months. I'm looking for a place where I have my own bathroom. I love music, travelling, theatre and film, reading, and yoga. I'm vegetarian, but it's not a problem for me if you eat meat. I work full time in the city, and I'm often out in the evenings at gigs or with friends. I'm tidy and respectful, and keen to find something soon!
Hi All, I've recently relocated from Perth to Melbourne in order to enjoy the wonderful lifestyle on offer and also for a new role at work. I do have short term accommodation lined up until the start of March hence I'm looking for a private room in a shared house to move into after. I'm 31 and work full time at a major Australian bank in Docklands. I like to catch up regularly with friends, shop, yoga/pilates, go out for meals/drinks, cook, bake, watch netflix and travel each year. I have a friendly personality and looking forward to living/working in Melb. I've grown up in Perth and currently own my own 2 bedroom apartment in Perth so I understand the responsibilities that come with it and like to keep it tidy and clean. Looking for a furnished place that is very close to a train st so it’s easy to get into the city, plus trams. I won't have a car so excellent public transport is key. Hoping my new flatmates (up to 3 max) will be fun, clean, tidy and friendly. Initially looking for a place to settle into the city for around 4-6 months, with potential to extend. Also great (I'm told by friends) at making an excellent shared cheese and nibble platter!
Hi I am from India going to do my masters degree from rmit university.i got temporary accommodation and now I am looking for permanent one. I love to make new friends and I am an easy going person and get along with most people. I am clean, very tidy and have no problem putting in and doing my share. I would like to share with someone who i could interact with and chat to but also have my own personal space.
I am originally from Manchester :) I am a friendly, sociable and respectable flatmate to live with and have made some great friends from houseshares, I have had lots of experience with houseshares so I am very clean, respectable and tidy and very respectful of my flatmates. I work a lot of hours so I am probably not in that much, but I am always up for a chat and to make great friends! I love peace and quiet, especially at night, but I also like socialising and visiting new bars and coffee shops :)
Hi flatmates! My name is Slaven from Munich and I am here in Melbourne to write my Bachelor Thesis for a big german company. I am studying Mechatronics and precision engineering in Munich. I like playing Tennis and soccer and watching all kinds of sports.
Hi there! We are an easy going and calm couple from Berlin. We've been living in Melbourne for the past 9 months and are looking for a place to finish our stay at. Sebastian is a visiting researcher at RMIT, pretty much all day at Uni. Anna is a freelance Illustrator and graphic designer mostly working from home. We are already quite settled so we are not looking for a party house but we enjoy hanging out with our flatmates from time to time, going to concerts, good food and art.
I'm an easy going person, tidy, clean and searching for new friends and adventures :) Love traveling, going out and meeting new people.
Hi! My name is Grace. I am 21 years old, queer, and vegetarian. I am clean and tidy, always pay my rent on time, respectful, and friendly. I am studying and working in Childcare. I have 4 years of share house experiences. I am looking for a queer friendly household, and housemates who are friendly and kind and are up for chats and occasional wines but also respect privacy as I need to focus on my studies. I study in the city and work in Fitzroy North, so anywhere relatively close to them both will be wonderful. Hope to hear from you! x
I'm Karen, a full-time working professional for an organisational culture management company as a risk engineering consultant and Matt is a full-time student at Victoria University. We both just moved down from Brisbane about a month ago so keen to meet new interesting people and make friends! :D We like to talk about current events and discuss them to share ideas and viewpoints while also being real goofballs and giggling over the dumbest shit. We love animals!!! So if you have a pet, no problem! I had 16 dogs at one point of my life, and Matt is a cat-cuddler professional. We're hoping to get a place that is warm and welcoming but also allow us to have our own space. Matt is very warm and happy while I can get a little bit locked up in the room playing video games to get my happy barometer up :-) We're not in a rush to move into anywhere, so we will take our time to pick a great spot but if you think you're awesome and would love to hear more about us, just let me know!
I am a full time professional from Singapore, working in the CBD. I am friendly and accommodating and respect the privacy of others. Most of the time i will be at work. Hence, I am looking to stay with someone who is hygienic, responsible for their own cleanliness and mature. During my leisure time, i would fit in some gym sessions and be hanging out with friends.
Hi, I'm Jack, a 23 year-old qualified botanist (BScHons) that enjoys gardening, cooking and bush walks on weekends. I work full time as a consultant in Port Melbourne and am currently living in Kingsville. As my lease is coming to an end, I'd like to find a place close to work. Lets catch up for a chat!
Easy going, respectful, clean and tidy. 30 year old professional: Emergency/Critical Care Veterinary Nurse. Loves a chat after work, cooking, going out for dinner/drinks, exploring the city and meeting new people.
Hi, we´re a colombian couple studying commercial cookery here in Melbourne. We´re very friendly and easy going, don´t smoke and like quiet and clean places to live. We love biking, frisbee ultimate and almost all types of music.
I'm a full-time student studying creative writing and editing, working part-time as a waiter in a cafe. I'm currently living in a share house in Kew, where I've been for the past year. In my spare time I'm into street photography (which hopefully doesn't sound too creepy when I describe it as walking around taking candid photos of strangers going about their lives), writing stories and poetry, reading, and gardening (though I'm equally good at killing plants too!). I love hanging out with my housemates, whether that's at home with board games or chaining a couple bars together on a night out!
hellooo, I’m Jenna, i’m a 19y/o 2nd year BSc student studying at UoM and i’ve just moved to Melbourne from Perth! I’m looking at getting part time work when i get settled in a place to live, aiming for a bakery (so i can hit you up with all that free bread)! I’ve had some experience in a sharehouse as i’m currently in a house but it’s a bit far to commute to uni. So i am looking for a place either in walking distance to UoM or with a short commute! I enjoy cheap wine, cheesy netflix movies and tv shows, food, makeup and all the general good things!

I am from Hyderabad, India. I shall be starting my Masters course in Publishing and Communications from the University of Melbourne in February. Easy-going. Considerably neat. Approachable. An avid reader. Serious about my studies and career. But, wouldn't miss out on opportunities to explore the city, as well as the country, and meeting new people.

Really easy going, fitness and sport oriented, we allow ourself for a cheese and wine night once a week which we love to share with our flatmates and talk about life.
Hey Flatmates! I'm moving from my hometown of Perth to Melbourne to satisfy my yearning to live in a larger city -- I'm an avid writer, artist, and world-traveller who will soon be studying secondary English education at La Trobe University, and I'm definitely interested in team-ups with other artists and students in general. I'm typically pretty extroverted, and despite my (relative) youth, I can assure you that I'm a highly considerate, respectful, clean, and responsible housemate who will always pay the rent on time. I'm open to all living situations (male, female, non-binary, LGBTQ+, pet friendly, etc.) and I'm certainly down to hang, seeing as I don't know a soul in the city. Move in date and preferred length of stay are definitely flexible, and so are my preferred suburbs, and although I'd rather live somewhere a little more vibrant and central, I'm totally willing to compromise for the right roommates and living situation. Looking for something around $150 a week, but I can go higher depending on the circumstances. Open to both private and shared rooming at this stage. Pleased to meet you!
Hey! My preference is a private bedroom with own bathroom. I also have a car so off-street parking would be ideal however not necessary if on-street parking is readily available! Am looking at suburbs between Maidstone/Maribyrnong/Moonee Ponds to the city, however I work in Abbotsford so anywhere from the city out to Kew is great too. I'm a full time worker with the standard 9-5 workday. Young at heart 35 year old who's easy going, tidy, clean and considerate of others. I usually spend weeknights bingewatching Netflix in my room with social activities happening on weekends - visiting family, catching up with friends for lunch/movie/dinner, etc. May have a rare late night out on a Saturday but won't bring the party home and I promise I'll be quiet when entering the house! Happy to have a chat/drink/takeout if our schedules line up. Let me know if you think we'd get along :)
I am a 17 year old female currently studying at VCE at RMIT. I'm very friendly, easygoing and tidy. When I'm not at school or studying I like to hang out with my friends, go to events in and around Melbourne and go to the cinemas. I can cook a decent spaghetti bolognese (veg or not-veg), love pets and love nature.
Hi all, I am Neshal, a 27 year old graduate student at the University of Melbourne. I'm looking for a place to stay for the semester ideally within 15 mins of Uni by bike. I can move in from the 24th but not sure if I can stay past July end. With all that out of that way a little bit about me. I am respectful of other people's lifestyle choices and routines and like to be around others who are the same. I am quite relaxed and easy going. Covers my share of chores around the house. Non smoker. Likes to stop and have a chat with my flatmates. I have an inclination towards motorsports. But never one to shy away from involving in a sporting or social activity. If my mates are doing it, I'll be in the middle. Cooking is a hobby. If you don't mind tasting a random bunch of stuff thrown together as an experiment, usually quite edible, I am your guy. I have lost a lot of battles with baking but sorted out chocolate chunk cookies in the process. My next semester is looking to be quite busy with me taking a vocational placement on top of couple of courses at Uni. With weekends being filled by cricket, socializing, occasional night outs and hopefully tennis, I should be out of the house most of the time.
