Hi! I’m Lauren (27). I’m working as a Principal Consultant in the Service Design industry. I keep pretty relaxed during the week. Weekends I like to spend outdoors, such as hiking, or with friends. I'm looking for housemates I can have a chat/wine with from time to time. Clean/tidy but not clean-freak, and respectful of personal property and privacy. I'm looking for a home, not just somewhere to sleep, so it would be great to have like-minded housemates who can enjoy each others’ company but still have independent interests. My cat is a 6 month old female Maine Coon. If you don’t mind cats look up the breed. They are known as 'dog-like' and gentle giants. She is friendly around strangers, children and even dogs and other cats. You can walk her on a leash and she plays fetch (on her terms... she is still a cat). For those who are interested in teaming up I will be inspecting the below properties over the next week or two. Let me know if you're interested in any of them!
Hey y'all. 25. Civil construction engineer. I keep my head down during the week, but generally am a chatty fella who loves to get amongst it on weekends. If you're looking to fill a room or want to team-up, shoot me a message! I can pay rent in money or shit-hot memes, it's up to you. If you're one of those that keep their tomato sauce in the fridge, don't bother.
Greetings. Am looking to take on a joint lease and share a lovely home with someone along with my sweet friendly pets (2 cats brother and sister).. They are very well behaved and super affectionate. I am neat clean and tidy! Looking to share with an independent and responsible person and am an exceptional cook as well. I do like my own space and am used to living on my own but this would be a good opportunity to save and share 😊💙🙏 I work from home and do travel a bit so would be an ideal companion to someone whom will warm to my fur babies and be able to care for them in my absence now and then. I have furniture but happy to compromise to make things look and feel nice. I love my salt lamps, pot plants and aromatherapy diffusers 😊
I'm a 24 year old young professional working the the cheese industry. I'm originally from country Vic, but have lived in sharehouses for over 6 years now. Cleanliness/tidiness is important to me, as is being respectful of shared spaces. I definitely enjoy being social - a movie night with a G&T never goes amiss - but I also value my own space. My interests include reading, history and growing my own veg. I also love to cook!
I am an international student from India studying Master of Environment. I love Nature and anything to do with it. I am super neat and organised. I love reading, karaokeing, exploring, travelling, indie-folk and the colour orange. I am looking for a room for my last semester at Uni with basic furnishings, wifi and heating is a plus (I freeze below 20).
I am a full-time international student originally from South Korea, but I also grew up in Japan and in the States. My American accent would be the first thing you notice about me! I have been living in Melbourne for over a year studying IT, and before I came here I worked in the fashion industry for about 8 years. So if you need someone to choose an outfit or fix IT-related issues, I would be happy to help :) I spend most of my time studying but I enjoy a couple of beers and going out from time to time. As I don't get to meet many women at the uni, I prefer to live with cool ladies to hang out on the weekends! Brunch, anyone? -I like to keep my stuff organized and clean -I love animals and would love to live with dogs -but unfortunately, I'm allergic to cats -I'm a non-smoker, but I do vape -NBN preferred -Looking to move-in before mid-June, for a long-term stay (12-month minimum)
Hello everyone! I'm a masters student working part-time at coles Flemington. I'm looking for a place in the western suburbs of melb so I can be closer to my workplace. I would definitely prefer a house that is quiet and kind and respectful fellow humans as housemates :)
Hi, I will move to Melbourne and work in Financial technology industry. I am tidy and responsible. I wish to make connections and learn other culture through sharing a living place. I like reading books / magazines / newspapers, surfing web, tennis, soccer, music, etc.
Hello there! I am an easy going, reliable, house trained Architecture student at Melbourne Uni in my final semester of study. I'd say that I am open minded, responsible, accepting and friendly. I am social but also value alone space and I am considerate. I do not drive so parking will not be a problem. I rely on public transport. I am a relatively clean person, although I don't like things to be uncomfortably sparkly. I only drink on rare occasions and don't use drugs. I can be social and enjoy a chat but I also understand the need for space and quiet. I'd be pretty easy to live with and I have no problems with communal meals and chores etc. if need be. I have shared individual leases in three houses where I have paid rent and bills separately and I have always paid all on time. I can provide references. I am really looking for someone/thing long term with a decent rental history. I have lived with people that identify as vegetarian and LGBTQIA in the past with no problems. I am also respectful of the culture and opinions of others. To me, It does not matter what you identify as but as long as you are nice, responsible and respectful. Happy to share my time with all walks of life that fit into these categories. My availability is starts on the 14th of February. I am interested in applying for a 12 month lease/ or longer or to start a new lease with people of similar rental history who are reliable. Ideally, I am looking for a 'home' rather than just a house to crash. I am happy to start/join a new lease with anyone. I would prefer someone who can commit to atleast a 12/24m lease and independently domestic that would help me build a safe, peaceful and happy home. No asswipes or dramas magnets please :) I've tried to be as open as I can to answer any questions you might have so please don't be creeped out at how forward this. Saying that, please message me if there are any other questions you may have. Let me know if you are interested in having me as your housemate :) Please be honest with me, I will not take anything personally if I am not what you are looking for. Chloe PS: Photo is not current, not that it should matter.
I am a working professional with a 9-5 lifestyle. I clean up after myself, tend to cook once or twice a week. Experienced with good track record of share housing. Prefer a nonfurnished room and my own bathroom.
Looking for a quiet, peaceful place, preferably close to City (where I work 3-4 days p/w) as I settle back into Melbourne life after living interstate. Prefer at least 6 months minimum stay. Ideally self-contained but open to sharing if compatible and large bedroom and/or separate living space/en-suite. I love animals so your pets are a bonus. I go away semi-regularly (i.e in July for 3 weeks, maybe in August and the occasional weekend) but when I'm home, I'm a real homebody. I'm friendly and open but tend to keep to myself in my downtime. Practice meditation, yin yoga, like to read, see films or Netflix and live a reasonably healthy life - definitely not into partying and late nights. Having access to outdoor space or parks nearby would be great as I like to be in nature and get out and about. Thanks for reading my profile.
