Howdy! I'm a working professional from Sydney on a 12-month secondment to Melbourne, starting on the 1st of October. Really looking forward to forming new connections and establishing roots in an unfamiliar city. However, I'll be coming in with zero expectations of Melbourne and my potential flatmates, and taking it one coffee at a time. I'll be driving down, so on-street parking would be desirable. In Sydney, I was living with 2 other flatmates for the last 3 years so I'm well accustomed to living with other people. I would consider myself a clean person (huge fan of a dry and tidy kitchen and bathroom). Always down for some stimulating conversation or to shoot the shit, but will respect peoples' alone time. Typical 9 to 5 full-time schedule Monday to Friday. In my downtime, I'll most likely be cooking (experimenting with a predominantly vegetarian diet), playing basketball, jamming on the guitar, or binge-watching something. Looking to experience all that Melbourne has to offer (food, gigs, art, nightlife), and finally make up my mind on which east coast Australian city takes the cake!
Hi, myself and my friend are looking for a share room to rent or 2 rooms to rent until the end of January in Melbourne CBD or inner suburbs area. We are both working full time mon-fri in the city. Thanks in advance 😊
Hi, my name is Jess, I’m 34 and looking for a new place to call home. I work in finance full time in the city, Monday to Friday. I enjoy cooking, catching up with friends on weekends, Netflix & reading. I’m originally from the country and spend some weekends heading back there as well. I’m looking for a place with like minded people to make a home, share the occasional meal & wine with & also respect each other’s space.
Climber, PhD student at Melbourne Uni and generally love the outdoors. Looking for a cozy flat-share where the doors are kept open and where we can hang out together.
Hi I'm ya-ling. A 31yer female comes from Taiwan who likes doing yoga, watching Netflix and fond of coffee. I come here to find a UIUX design job and have a different life. Now I am just enjoying this city, I will take some course and day tour first. I like keeping the house clean and tidy, and I had many house sharing experiences, so I believe I will be a good housemate.
I'm social, laid back & friendly. I take pride in my surroundings.
I'm Charlotte, a german exchange student which is looking for a rental between 6th of August to November, as I am studying at RMIT University. It is important for me to live in a private room and it would be even better if it's located in CBD or the suburbs around. I am a very open-minded, friendly, positive and respectful person and I would love to finde some roommates who share these characteristics. Furthermore I've been living in a shared flat in Germany for four years, so I know how to clean up after myself. I'm non-smoker but I don't mind if other people do. If this sounds interesting and if you want to rent your place/room, please contact!
Hey!! Im brazilian soul living in Melbourne for the last 2y who is currently working in the city as a part time barista and studying to be a nurse. Very enthusiastic, chill, clean and organised.
I love sharehouses, housemates, airbnbs... you name it. Connection is my passion, I love getting to know my community. If you are willing to be a part of mine, I'd love to meet you! I'm looking for a home, not just a place to rest my head. I like living in places where I can tell you about my day and you can tell me about yours. We can have our separate lives, but I also want something meaningful out of this exchange. I've lived in sharehouses before where my housemates didn't want to be friends, and that can get awfully lonely. So I'm looking for the right place to live. I play guitar and sing, but I don't play late into the night at home. I enjoy a crisp Carlton Draught some nights during the week, and I play trivia on Wednesday nights. You should come! If you don't drink, a warm cuppa in the arvo would suit me too. I own two cats and they sometimes will spend time with me when they're not with their dad/my ex in Hawthorn. They're clean and shy, and I always pick up their cat litter twice a day so as to not have a smell lingering on. If you want to go out for a coffee to get to know each other better, message me and I'll let you know when I'm free.
Speech Path student working part time in retail, looking for a place closer to uni. Enjoys music and being in the sunshine!
