Hi there, looking for a new spot in Melbourne. I work full time in the city, and keep pretty busy during the week. Home must be non-smoking. Looking to live with tidy, respectful people. Talk soon!
Hi all, I'm a hearing aid technician/receptionist at Hearing Australia, where I've been working for the past 5 years. I like to go to dog parks with my boyfriend's puppy, conferences (often on mental health and wellness), and catch up with friends in my spare time. I'm originally from Sydney, but I've been in Melbourne for 3 years this Christmas. I'm looking for a place where I can feel comfortable. Ideally, I would like a place where respect and trust valued, and there's no passive-aggressive behavior.
I'm full-time uni student who works part-time. love music, animals, food and occasionally going out but also love to stay at home and relax when I can. Looking to move out of home and share a place with someone who is fairly clean and tidy!
Hey everyone, I'm a 22 year old woman from Perth who's looking to move to Melbourne in Jan/Feb 2020. I have been living in a share house for the last 2 years and consider myself and quiet and tidy housemate. I also have a cat! She's an inside cat who loves other cats after some introduction. I'll be working part time and at uni part time studying psychology. :)
Hello future housemates! I'm Sarah and I'm 26. I'm looking for a place to live that's no further than a 15-20 minute commute to the city as I'll be working not far from southern cross station. I've spent the last 18 months living in Wodonga but prior to that I lived in share houses around Melbourne for 7 years. I work a Monday-Friday 9-5 job and occasionally on weekends. When I'm not at work you'll find me either visiting family, heading to the footy, binge watching reality TV or sleeping. I enjoy my quiet time when I'm at home but don't mind a cheeky drink every now and again. I will respect your own space and time but I'm also happy to share a meal/drink if we’re free at the same time. Id love a room with its own ensuite but not too fussy about that. I do have a car so I need somewhere that I can park/get a permit. While I'm looking for a place I'm staying with extended family so I am flexible with moving dates. The max I want to pay is around $300 a week but happy to pay more for the right place. I look forward to speaking with you :) *sorry my response rate is so low. I’ve just returned from an overseas holiday with very little data. Now that I’m back I can start looking for a place properly.
[ARE PETS ALLOWED? before sending your message please note that I require pet friendly properties.] 34, single female. Self-employed in IT. Friendly, sociable, independent, clean, considerate. Enjoys socialising but also values seclusion and privacy. Joining me will be my 2 kitties, Julie (senior, 11 yrs old) and Twistie (special needs 🐈, 4 yrs old). Both girls are sociable and very friendly, neutered, fully vaccinated, and house-trained. Twistie is a special needs cat (deaf) and so a property that doesn't have easy access to roads is necessary. I'd prefer self-contained living spaces, granny flats, or studios due to my pets and the nature of the hours I work (early mornings/late nights). I am open to lease transfers, team ups, and renting full properties. I prefer long term lease (min. 6-12 months) Please feel free to message me. Lea.
My name is Pansy. I am looking for a place to call home. I’m in my 40’s and working full-time in a Body Corp. I love boho fashion and a market goer but also a home body. No late night parties. I also love travelling and having a good chat and a glass of wine! I’m not a big eater as I have a restricted diet but would love to share meals at times if appropriate. I do prefer a place with ample storage space because I have a lot!
Howdy partners. Just looking for a room to call my own. I am clean and respectful but most importantly I am chill. Currently an apprentice chef. Ride on.
Hi! my name is Cynthia, I'm a 21 yo French student currently enrolled at Melbourne Uni. I study environmental science so yay to reducing energy bills! I may be young but I'm very independent. I like to chill at home as well as going out every now and then. I regularly go to dance classes also. I'm laid-back but organized, easy-going and friendly but respectful of everyone's privacy and very open-minded. I like to think that makes me pretty easy to live with :) Unfortunately I have problems with my phone at the moment so it would great to be contacted via this site or via email: email@example.com
Hey there! I’m Jessa. I’m very sociable, neat, respectful of personal space but I do enjoy a chat after work about our day. I work a 9-5 in superannuation. I love a quiet night in, dinner and watching a bit of netflix. I really just want to live somewhere nice where we take care of our place and look forward to coming home :) Oh also I do have a car so its pretty important that where i live has somewhere to park :)
I'm a working professional with a passion for dance and yoga. I work as a researcher and evaluator on social, health and environment projects - while it's flexible, I'm likely on the 9 - 5 M - F vibe, only occasionally working from home. It's a full time role that I love, and it takes up quite a lot of my mental energy. I'm mostly vegetarian, like to keep and clean and clear space.
Howdy! I'm a working professional from Sydney on a 12-month secondment to Melbourne, starting on the 1st of October. Really looking forward to forming new connections and establishing roots in an unfamiliar city. However, I'll be coming in with zero expectations of Melbourne and my potential flatmates, and taking it one coffee at a time. I'll be driving down, so on-street parking would be desirable. In Sydney, I was living with 2 other flatmates for the last 3 years so I'm well accustomed to living with other people. I would consider myself a clean person (huge fan of a dry and tidy kitchen and bathroom). Always down for some stimulating conversation or to shoot the shit, but will respect peoples' alone time. Typical 9 to 5 full-time schedule Monday to Friday. In my downtime, I'll most likely be cooking (experimenting with a predominantly vegetarian diet), playing basketball, jamming on the guitar, or binge-watching something. Looking to experience all that Melbourne has to offer (food, gigs, art, nightlife), and finally make up my mind on which east coast Australian city takes the cake!
