$425/week•25-31 year old male and female
Hi! Greetings from Bangladesh! This is Ashikur, I am an urban planner by profession. I will come to Sydney on Feb 2020 with my wife: Zarin and 3-year-old son: Arish; for commencing my study at the University of Sydney. We are looking for a studio/ one or two bedroom flat to move in. I am sure, you will find us as a nice, friendly family. We believe in mutual respect while sharing accommodation. We are also careful so that our flatmates may enjoy their own private time. We like to keep our place neat and clean. We prefer quite environment. Our son likes to meet new people like us. We are coming to Sydney with a strong desire to meet and make friends with people from all over the world and exchange our views and cultures. In leisure time, I like to watch movies and play games. My wife is more interested in travelling; during holidays, we mostly go out. We will be eager to find easygoing flatmates and share not only our accommodation; but also our journeys in Sydney. My name is Ermin and I'm 33 years old. I am looking for 1) a private room in a shared accommodation 2) someone to team up to rent a 2 bed 2 bathroom place 3) Granny flat/ studio/ 1 bed room in Chatswood, Macquarie Park, Sutherland,Hurstville, Kogarah areas. I strictly require a place without carpets due to my dust mite allergies. English is my first language. I have lived in share houses in Melbourne and Sydney. I have predominantly lived with females in my history of house/flat-sharing. I can also provide references from previous flatmates on request. I work full-time corporate hours. I am employed by a NSW government agency which means I've passed my police checks. I like to watch the NRL, exercise and listen to music. I also volunteer at an animal shelter. I am introverted 60% of the time and the other 40% I am always up for a chat or other outdoor activities. I also know to allow others their privacy. Even though I am only renting, I care for the unit as if it were my own and I hope to find someone who is similar. I have good standard of cleanliness and I have always expected that from my flatmates. I am looking for a long term rental, at least 1 year or more.

I am a second year student studying a Bachelor of History and Politics at University of Notre Dame and am looking for a room in a share house/apartment to stay while I continue my study. I am clean and tidy and am more than willing to pull my weight in a shared place. I work part-time in a leadership role at Grill'd and am looking to continue working there for the foreseeable future. I have an avid interest in a wide range of sports and enjoy nights out with friends as much as I enjoy quiet nights in.

We are a quiet, polite and clean couple looking for a room in Sydney for 3 months. We care about the environment so we don't waste water and electricity :) We have a car so parking is required (on street/off street). Budget is around $300 per week (bills included) for the both of us, not per person.

Hey just moved from brisbane to work as a electrician on the tunnels. Working between 60 and 70 hours a week so only really home sundays and probably nursing a hangover haha. So wont see me much just a short period at night before bed time. Enjoy a swim at the beach, wish I could surf but grew up in a small town so no beach close so I suck at it haha. Like to be social on Saturdays. Prefer not to have anymore than 2 housemates as i work so much i will like to chill in a quiet place without having to fight for the kitchen or shower haha. Want to get back into sport again to break the week up.

I am easy going, tidy and don't smoke. I like a great movie every now and then to unwind as I spend most of my time either working or growing my business. If needed I am very handy around the house as I've been involved in the building industry for many years.

Looking for a new place to call HOME. Planning to move in the next 2 weeks due to unforeseen circumstances and changed of condition at the new place I’ve just moved in 5 nights ago, which I also found it on this site! Pretty long to explain but I’m happy to share with you when we meet in person!😂 I’m yoga-going, home lover, morning person and cuppa lover!😊 Always up for cooking (meals prep all the time due to day to day routines) and baking occasionally.😍 I’m now actively looking for a potential new place that I can called HOME. A sanctuary where I can spend time with a genuine, cool, kind hearted (not just being nice...) but also considerate housemate. Because I’ve had enough of housemate 101 issues back to back lately. Life is short! So I am hoping to find a place that I can spend quality time. Otherwise you will see me spend time reading, with laptop doing work, watching asian drama or trashy shows (ie the bachelor or married at the first sight) to switch off my mind. I promise to remind you to eat your greens and have your breakfast! No share rooms please! Secured parking space will be fantastic but not visitor parking ideally because I have a car with me but also close to train station, 10-15mins max. Maximum 3 pp provided it’s 3 bedder apartment. Max. rent budget is $280 inc all bills, most importantly with washing machine and fridge. Currently interested with other vibrant suburbs like Burwood, Hurstville, somewhere accessible and convenient to amenities too. PS: I haven’t travelled to China. 100% safe and healthy, just FYI!
