My name is Ali, I'm 36 and a student. I'm currently obtaining my Diploma in Youth and Community Services. Although I'm not home most times, I do enjoy good company (I love to discuss any topic, controversial or otherwise), cooking and maintaining a light mood all around. Most of all, I take great pride in keeping my immediate living quarters clean and presentable. Here is my current situation: I am unhappy where I reside. Please don't get me wrong, the folks here are fantastic but it is incredibly expensive and it is isolated. I wish to be somewhere more centralised where public transport and amenities are more available, not to mention be closer to family and friends.

Looking to spend no more than $150 and preferably in areas such as Bundoora, Epping, Thomastown, Lalor etc Please contact me on my mobile so we can discuss further. Look forward to hearing from you. Hey, I'm Fifi, I'm 21, I love playing basketball, currently studying Cert 3 in Aged Care and looking to find work in the area as well. I'm friendly and I love getting to know people, but also want a place where people do their own thing too. I'm a cleaner and am looking for a clean house to live in.
Hey I'm Kallie, 26 year old working professional originally from Gippsland VIC but I've been living out of home in Melbourne since I was 18 (8 years) so im very responsible and always pay my bills and rent on time. I've rented for the past 8 years with friends and an ex partner so I am preferably after people who want to team up and get a new place rather than share housing (but of course willing to share if I find the right people.) I don't do a whole heap with my spare time, mainly go out for coffee and food with friends but most of my spare time is spent Netflix binging. I love live music and go to gigs every now and then and I love nature and a good bush doof/festival :p I'm very clean and I love to cook, I'm a very chilled out person with a great sense of humour so no doubt we will get along if you have a funny bone in your body :) IMPORTANT NOTE: I've been apart from my cat for far too long now so I'm trying to find somewhere that doesn't mind havin a cute derpy fuzzball in the house! Looking for a 420 friendly house :)
Hello I am looking for a room to rent for myself, my girlfriend Alicia as well as my cat Milo. We are clean and tidy people, and our cat Milo is no trouble, he is quiet and sleeps most of the day I work almost full time but I work nights and Alicia works full time in the city, we aren't party people and as we have a cat we won't be out drinking and stuff as we have to take care of Milo. Alicia is in India at the moment so I am looking for somewhere for us before she gets back so we can start to save money and get a footing so we can start renting our own place together but we need somewhere to live while we do that. If you're fine with a Cat and a couple let me know and I'll get back to you fairly quickly.
Hi I'm an easy going fun tidy girl looking for a new place . looking for something close to transport as I don't drive. I work part time and needing a furnishered room. Hope to hear from you guys
Im an outgoing and friendly person. I work full time as a professional worker and Stydy. I am looking for a flatmate who is clean and tidy like me and who is easy to get along with. I enjoy my privacy and i respect other peoples privacy very much. I am looking to move in with someone as soon as possible and would prefer moving in with a female as I have found in my experience that females care more about the cleanliness of the house than males.
Hi I am 17 years old, I turn 18 in 4 months. Lately in my life I have gone through some hard times and I am looking to move to Melbourne to be closer to my family as they are the only people I have left to depend on. Sadly even though they are my family they are unable to provide accommodation for me as they have a full house and busy lives. I hope someone on here can provide me with some form of accomodation otherwise I will be facing homelessness. I am generally quite person and I tend to keep to my self but if you are ever up for a chat I will happily engage in conversation. I love animals of any and all types as I have a cat myself. Also I am currently a smoker but I am trying to quit and if I am still quitting when you give me an offer to move into your beautiful home I will smoke outside or off the property whatever suits you best. I can cook for myself and cook for others as I am very respectful and skilled teenager and I can't wait to hear from you soon and if you would like more information please feel free to message me so we can exchange numbers and talk some more. Kind regards, Monique
I am a Masters student at RMIT , originally from sri lanka. Working part time. Own a car. Sometimes i work late night shifts. Love pets but i dont have any in Australia. Socially dirks and smokes.

Im always up for a chat and to have fun doing whatever, possibly watching a movie or having a drink or two and im very friendly and easy going.. so if this sounds like you or someone you would like to live with then send me a message :)
Hi there :) Im Chantelle, 21yr old female. I have currently just completed my Diploma of Sport Rec and Management and wanting to move to the Northern suburbs from the South Eastern. I am currently working working in hospitality and will be transferring stores from Dandenong to Epping. I will hopefully be studying next year in St Albans providing that i get accepted. My boyfriend also lives in Mill Park so besides the fact that im from the South East i do know my way around some of the Northern suburbs. Im an easy, out going, tidy person who is generally down for anything and also understand the importance of personal space. I have a passion for sport and always try to find the positive in each situation.
I'm in my final year of my Bachelor of Education. I have a 4 year old Beagle, Jed. I've competed as a bikini Model so for anyone looking for motivation to get fit, I've been told that I'm your girl! I'm looking for a group of people to start a share house with close to La Trobe in Bundoora
Hi my name is Russell and I'm a 34yo male from NZ and lived in Aus for over 10 years. I work full time mon-fri in the Coburg area. I'm looking to move to the northern suburbs to be closer to work as I'm currently living in the western suburbs. I'm a respectful, quiet and clean person and I don't mind sharing a meal or drink with you and I'll even cook sometimes. A 6 month lease is preferred but not a necessity as I'm looking at getting my own place early next year. I have my own car and some furniture if required.
Hi future roommate person/s! How weird is it to write about yourself? I'm a 24 year-old male slave working and studying full-time. With whatever time I have spare I love to chill with video games, watching anime and having the odd Mario Kart competition to assert my dominance (Fkn shotgun Peach bruh). I'm a bit of a dork, love to make people laugh and find the humour in almost anything. The more dark and sarcastic your humour, the more we'll get along swimmingly. I've taken up a job opportunity in Greater Northern Melbourne (Kilmore, keyword GREATER) and studying at LTU. Looking for a place that is closer to either, or in-between. ** I can commit between 6 - 12 months, as I'll be saying goodbye to Australia and moving to Japan! **
Looking for a large room or granny flat. I'm semi retired but always able to pay bills on time.I'm pretty relaxed, used to sharing accommodation with other people from a variety of backgrounds ethnicities and age groups. I like gardening, rediscovering music ( keyboard and guitar) and doing online study. I'm also interested in people who wish to start up a new lease and are looking for others. I am able to put up the bond immediately but obviously I will need to be paid back.
Hello, I am looking a nice furnished room in a share house with nice and friendly house mates. If it's near a railway station that will be great for me cause I use public transport. I am non-smoker and non- drinker person. I am quite person who don't create trouble for others but like to chat whenever free. I love cooking , usually don't find enough time for that.
Hey there. I'm Taariq from Sri Lanka. I'm a student looking for shared accomadation. Not too picky as to where as long as it's within walking distance to trains/trams to La Trobe University. I'm looking for a clean and tidy place without pets. Please let me know if you got any room for me :)
My name is Dayle and I'm looking to hopefully start a sharehouse in Reservoir! I have been looking around for a place that suits me and have seen quite a few nice houses on realestate.com that are 3+ bedroom, so thought this might be an idea. I'm 22, I work 4-5 days a week, and I am vegetarian due to an allergy - so I have no problem with meat unless I ingest it. I am polyamorous and currently have 1 male partner, a few lovers and others who are relationships of sorts. I love to spend time alone but also love to socialise with others, so I generally like inviting friends around for coffee/tea or a quiet drink. I love writing, reading and cross stitching, and finding new tv shows to watch and obsess over haha. Bit of a nerd, to be honest. I am a smoker, but only outdoors and a habit I'm trying to kick. I have no problems with animals either, but don't have any of my own. I think it would be cool to be able to get a more spacious house with 3-4 people, but still individually cheap. Let me know if you're interested, I'm quite excited to start this process!
We've been together for 7 years, and for the majority of that time have lived without roommates. As I am returning to uni to study a Masters of Communication at LaTrobe and my partner is at LaTrobe studying Philosophy and Gender Studies, we've decided to try and save some petrol and rent money, and move back to the north and hopefully find some flatmates. We can provide all essential appliances, we have a massive fridge, washing machine, dryer, microwave, various kitchen appliances, pots, pans, crockery. We have a house full of furniture. If we team up and find a place together all you would need to bring is your bed. We have a beautiful German Shepherd that loves pats and meeting new people. She doesn't bark, except for the occasional grunt when someone is at the front door. She's primarily an inside dog, she has no destructive behaviours and is completely toilet-trained. We are homebodies, we like to chill out and watch movies and TV. But we're cool with people of different persuasions, parties and guests are fine. We are night owls, and while we can keep the noise down, we're probably not suitable flatmates for light sleepers. We pay our rent on time, we cook, we clean, although we're not the neatest, and might not suit someone who's a bit of a neat freak. I have worked as a content writer in a 9-5 job for the last two years, but I am currently making money as a freelance journalist. My partner will be looking for work when we move up there. We consider ourselves allies of the LGBTIQA community. We are welcoming of people living with disabilities. Our interests include gaming, reading, keeping up with the zeitgeist, hanging out with our dog, film, art, music, chilling with friends, and other things. We are looking to move in December when our current lease runs out. I know I am starting the hunt early, but I'd like to have a plan in place by November.
Hey guys Im Shannon I'm very reliable, honest, shy at first, Im not one to tell jokes, I will just take the piss outta myself, Im a big dork. I'm looking for something longterm that I can call home. I love having fun, going out, dancing, concerts, like Peter Pan always said "don't grow up its a trap" ;) I haven't lived out of home before currently still living with my parents but I'm hoping thats about to change I love music of all genres, my record player is on constantly. Make up and tattoos are my expensive hobby i cant shake. Big fan of Movie nights, going to the movies, Netflix and Stan enthusiast. I can cook and clean. I'm a passionate child care worker at an aboriginal Child and family centre I absolutely love my job it keeps me very busy. it can get quite stressful but a glass of wine or baileys and a relaxing bath at the of the day helps. I love hanging out with my close group of girlfriends but I also really enjoy my downtime. CAN LIVE WITH dogs but I don't have any. CAN'T LIVE WITH cats, birds, mice/rats.
Will be new to Melbourne, as I've had to move from a coastal town from New South Wales in order to study at La Trobe University. Quite relaxed and calm persona, but do not mind a night out every now and then. Will also (hopefully) pick up a casual/part-time job once the move has been completed. Absolutely love animals, so ideally a pet-friendly house mate would be preferable!
I'm a 25 years old student. I'm doing a part time job as well. I have been living in Melbourne since 2012. I got married last year and my wife came in Melbourne last year. We are a easy going couple. Love to make new friends and hangout sometimes.
Hi guys, Thanks for checking out. Wonder if anyone are keen to house hunt with me or have a large room for rent? Both my housemate and I are renting and sharing a 2 BR unit for the past 7 yrs in reservoir. Love my room size but We were given notice to vacate the unit by 13/9/17 due to owner wants to renovate his property (tile the floors, renovate the bathroom, car garage, etc). My housemate has already secured accommodation to move in his sis's place while i'm still looking for a place. We have kept the unit about the same condition as when we moved in 7 yrs ago. So can say we are good tenants. About myself- 39 yrs old male (don't drink or smoke) Self employed working professional (mostly out working or just out) easy to get along type Basically just like everyone else. We do our own thing, pay our rent and bills on time. Current rent I pay - $160/w + share bills (wouldn't mind to pay a bit more for the right place). An ideal if you have just moved in a 2 BR empty house/unit. I can help chip in for the fridge, washing machine, sofa etc. Prefer to have a garage/car port or be able to park on driveway as I've over $1000 worth of stock in my car boot. (I m onsite computer technician). Thanks
