I lived there since 26 Feb 2021, l had just renewed my lease for another year however due to the damage to the property from the floods on the 28 February my tenancy sadly ended. I was previously paying $280 a week. Prior to that I lived with my parents. I am a clean and quiet tenant as I am a full time manager at Hungry Jacks and work 38-45hrs a week. I have worked for the company for 9years and only had a short 3 month break period. I can provide an employment, rental and character references if/when needed. Am happy to socialise and share meals etc but will retreat to my room if necessary. I'm very good at being quiet at home.
