Hi, My name is Amir, I am 30 years. I work as part-time and am full time student at SCU Lismore doing accounting. I am looking for a private room in Lismore preferably close to university SCU. My budget is $130-150 inc bills. I am not looking for anything fancy, just somewhere clean and affordable to call home. If the house and flat mates were a good fit I'd be open to renting long term. A social house would be great so I can make some new friends in the area, and I'd like to get to know the people I am living with. I don't want to live in a party house. I have lived in a share house previously, so I appreciate the importance of communication and respect in making sure we all enjoy living together. I like to think I'm a friendly, respectful, clean and easy going person. I've always been punctual and reliable with rent and bills. More than happy to provide proof of income and financial position to assure you I am able to pay rent and bills consistently. Please send me a message if you think I'd be a good fit in your home! Cheers!
Im a very happy, positive person and i try to keep that vibe wherever im living. I love cooking, gardening, art, outdoors and I live a relitivley eco friendly lifstyle. My dog is a well behaved kelpie, great with other dogs, kids and pretty much anyone (loves to lick)
I keep to myself and try not to bother anybody. I am very easy going and tolerant of others. I am flexible and a caring person. I am a mature aged student studying my final year in an undergraduate degree at Southern Cross University. I am studying a Bachelor of Trauma and Healing. From July till the end of this year (2018) I will be studying the subject unit called 'Art and Health'. This subject unit will be focused on Art Therapy upon which I have an aspiration to further my studies in a Master of Art Therapy.
Hi There, I have found tempory accommodation in Lismore and I am now looking for someone to team up with for a rental property. I have a 12-year-old son that attends Richmond River High School. He has been living predominantly with his father, however, we will be going week about when I have hopefully a great house. I am a self-employed potter. I have sold all my kilns except one of them and I have a pottery wheel and ceramic decal printer. So, I would like to find somewhere with a small shed or downstairs where I can continue my work. Conversely, I may also look for a studio to rent independently from the residence. I am a neat and tidy non-smoker. We have a small shihTzu maltese3-legged dog called ‘Buddy Hobbler’. I have bond money and great references. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you are looking for someone to share a lease. Kind regards Cynthia
In need of a room mid to late June as my previous place fell through. I’m currently working and completing my HSC so I’ll be busy and out of your way. I’m an organised, clean person to live with, I’m happy to share cooking and house work and I get along with almost anyone.
Very respectful and easygoing, like to keep things tidy and in order but def not OCD. Looking for the same in a flatmate and pref someone working to pay bills on time :-) I work full time and am about to start a business on the weekends in the area. I was born in Melbourne with European parents but not interested in the city life. Love to read and research and walk and play in nature.
Student. Casual worker. More than the sum of the parts. I have widely varied musical tastes (whilst respecting volume levels) and enjoy getting amongst it, wether that be hiking to the top of the mountain or snorkeling to find nemo. I cook a mean roast or BBQ, I cook a sub par risitto but an working on that. I cannot walk tight rope, nor juggle. I do have a mean as frisbee and hackysack game though. I am a conscientious and empathethic flatmate. I have no pets but I love animals. I rarely party but when I do you better hope you have a camera handy.
Hey there I’m Kieren, Im a 17 year old currently attending school (although crossing over to tafe and a part time job) . Im looking for a shed or granny flat to privately rent for accommodation (time period being 3-6 months maximum) I currently live in a garage and enjoy it, so a shed would be fine. Im a well maintained, self disciplined and out going teen with a great attitude towards life. I am not needing this just yet, I’m still looking for a job, my Tafe course does not start till the end of july. However I am currently receiving Centrelink benefits.
My name is Lydia, Im 21 years of age, I'm going to start studying at the lismore university studying a bachelor of Arts/ Primary school teaching and childcare. I've lived out of home previously, I am a clean and respectful person. I'm social but still understand personal space.
I am a quiet, clean, neat, tidy, reliable, and respectable. I do not touch other peoples things. I am studying at the moment so will most likely be at the local library gathering information. I enjoy having dinners with friends or accquaintances that i get to socialise with. I love animals and i love nature.
Hi there, I am so supportive of people and their lives, there is nothing too small to be at all helpful. I am welcoming, lovely to be around. I, however, have confidence and a working life that stipulates secure, reliable, professionalism, and such that I must insist on respectable, reliable housemates. Nothing too dry if you can relate. If you are professional, kind, and working full-time, perhaps you would be interested in teaming up to locate a great residence we could rent for a while.
I'm a very responsible, conscientious and clean mature women who is studying Diploma in Remedial Massage and working part time in Disabilities. I have a little 5yr old Spoodle (Poodle X Spaniel) called Noodle...lol. She is a very quite, behaves more like a cat (lap dog) and gets on great will children including very young. I like my own space away from work and study which can be quiet hectic, so down time is quiet. I'm very low key kind of person. As I am still studying and would like to practice my massage techniques on willing volunteers, I would also consider trading some board money in exchange for a weekly or fortnightly massage. This is a genuine bartering suggestion as I'm only working part time as this time. When I secure additional work in massage I would pay the market board and forgo giving the massage.
We are a very friendly couple who love to meet new people and socialize, but also enjoy down time spent alone. With one of us being a passionate cook and the other being a clean freak we would be ideal house mates! We are from Geelong in Victoria and are looking for a whole new life in Northern NSW! We love the beach, being outdoors and exploring new places! We love to travel and try to do 1 overseas trip a year minimum
I am a paediatric occupational therapist, recently moved to the area and working for a mobile therapy service. I am passionate about surfing and nature and use this within my practice and work as it encompasses a lot of my everyday life! I am very easy going, take pride and care of where I live, and enjoy cooking for others (more than I would for myself), being in the ocean, and working creatively on projects. Cooper is completing his PhD in Sustainable beekeeping practices for rural communities in PNG. Coops is a mad keen surfer, enjoys building things (like his bee hives) and is super easy to get along with- respectful, kind and fun loving guy. We are looking for a place to be able to peacefully complete work from home at times, and to enjoy the outdoor space to be able to create in. We would take great care and pride in any space offered to us, and easy to get along with :) Look forward to meeting you Aims, and Coops
I’m a self sufficient adult who is easy going. I enjoy my own company just as much as the company of others. I’m moving to the area for work and will be away most weekends.
My high school testimonial described me as a gregarious boy with 'reasonably' good eye/hand co-ordination. I was so chuffed that my teacher had noticed my artful french cuts on the cricket pitch that I never enquired into the meaning of gregarious. It recently came up as 'word of the day' on dictonary.com and I was delighted to find out that it meant: "fond of the company of others; sociable". I have long since hung up my cricket whites but remain gregarious. That said, I'm hardly a socialite! To earn a crust, I work as cameraman/editor, everything from news to music videos (but in my fantasy world I'm an international secret agent or an inventor of exceptionally useful things). For work, I'm often away filming - usually 2-3 weeks at a time, but when I'm back in town I usually edit from home. I'm more interested in people's attitudes and sentiments than their occupations, ethnicities, sexual preferences etc. Attitudes and sentiments that resonate well with me are kindness, humour, and honesty. In terms of communal living... I certainly don't like living in a pig sty. But equally I'm not going to go mental if someone leaves a dirty teaspoon in the sink. Politics: I tend to get along with lefties, but love a good spar with a right winger.
I'm just backpacking for a while, and would like to find somewhere quiet, peaceful and non-judgemental where I can just chill, walk on the beach, and occupy myself with my own activities. I'm a solitary person who prefers my own space. I'll never invade your privacy or personal space as I really detest anyone who invades mine, on any level. I have a background in the arts, like music, have a wide range of interests, and don't mind sane and intelligent conversation, or sharing dinner and a chat. Beyond that, I prefer my own company. Thanks.
Hello! We are a very quiet, peaceful and respectful young couple that are looking for a tranquil abode to call home. We would love a relatively new, clean, light, airy, sunlit space with greenery surrounding. Ideally a granny flat or studio would be perfect! We do not smoke, drink or party and currently have no pets but would love the opportunity to perhaps get one in the near future. We return from overseas August 1st and would love to move into the space as soon as possible. We have all our own furniture. We look forward to meeting you! Trent & Fleur :-)
Hi, I'm Anna! I'm Irish. A health food nut. Love to cook (and eat!) fresh, tasty, nourishing food. A yogi. A surf novice. An explorer. Most of all, I'm a curious enthusiast - I love to learn from (and contribute to) a community of like-minded people who share the same values, ethos and passion for life as me. I'm a freelance web & graphic designer and marketing consultant. I also work in the health foods industry - all areas, as I love it!
Easy going, open minded, non judgmental, spiritual lifestyle, loves nature and animals and plants. Non smoker, yoga , spiritual healer. 43 years young, work part time with an online business and studying part time also.
Hi - looking for a peaceful and accepting warm environment to set up our nest. Healthy and clean lifestyle, love exploring outdoors, geocaching. Tidy. Like a chat but also enjoy privacy. My son is pretty cool, he is 4 - he likes to chat and is full of curiosity. Would really like to join up with someone who has child/children around the same age. I am starting my own business so would prefer a house. We value respect, privacy, compassion and connectedness. Hoping to find someone or family that values similar ideals.
I'm an active person who absoutely loves sports (rugby league, soccer and any sport really). I grew up on the coast in Newcastle and would like the coastal lifestyle again. I will be moving up to ballina in April to start my new job as an engineer. I'm a super chilled person who loves the beach and chilling/meeting new people. Not a full on partygoer but do like a casual party here and there. Im super clean and tidy and have lived in a sharehouse for the past 2 years. Would love to share with someone that has similar traits and lives on the coast. I'm also keen on starting up a new sharehouse with suitable people.
I am respectful, tidy and great company. Previously worked for Circus Oz and happy to spend a day over the weekend to teach you some stuff. I like ready books in cafes and enjoy having my own space but open to any kind of conversation. I like to think I am funny because I laugh at my own jokes for a really long time when no one else is laughing. I've just started work from 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday in administration with ETC on a 1 year contract and in need of a room that is closer to town as I am currently in Fernleigh.
47yo Dad and 15yo son looking for another honest single parent or chilled single who's open to sharing a 3-4br home in the Ballina area (preferably we would like to be in East Ballina to be close to the high school). My 12 1/2yo daughter would be visiting every second weekend for 2 nights. We also have a friendly 4yo female dog who's a valued friend and family member, so would need a secure, enclosed yard. The person/s we would ideally be looking to share with would be clean, respectful, and reliable with rent and bills. We like to stay reasonably active (especially on and around the water) but also enjoy some down time to relax. I like a beer or glass of wine occasionally, but my partying days are well in the past, apart from very special occasions. I have a professional sporting background and am a qualified coach and fitness instructor, I'm currently studying full-time (for the next 12months) to also obtain qualifications as a remedial massage therapist. This is the final part of a 2 year plan to get back into working with young sportspeople and teams in a holistic coaching, mentoring, physical fitness training and injury management role. We are living on the Gold Coast presently, but are ready to move immediately and can afford up to $350/wk. Please don't be afraid to contact me if you're interested. I'm really needing to secure something within the next month and will look at all options available. Thanks for reading and look forward to hearing from you.
