Hey :) Ive recently moved to Sydney from New Zealand late August, and i'm on the hunt to find a new flat closer to work! I'm 24 years old, and I'm a full-time paramedic intern working in Liverpool I'm a bubbly dude, outgoing, enthusiastic, respectful, friendly, and easy to get along with. Would be awesome to find a flat in which I don't feel like a ghost and can call "home" I've just been flatting in Lilyfield, and will have no issue paying rent on time, being tidy, clean, and considerate of other peoples privacy and space, i'm pretty laidback overall Preferably, looking for a flat with people who are students and/or working professionals. I'm working full time, with a 4 day on 5 day off shift work roster with 6am starts so you won't see me much. Additionaly i'm quite into me health and fitness, so the gym becomes my second home. I have a car, so a carport or off street parking nearby would be convenient. Otherwise I don't mind walking down a few mins to get to my car, its no Ferrari lol If a place is near the suburbs I've listed I'll consider it! (The move in date is not 100% I can move in potentially earlier or later) Thanks for reading :)
Hi my name is Kayla I’m 19 years old i’m looking to move out into an apartment in the western suburbs I have previously privately rented. I am clean, respectful person to live with I am looking for an apartment with an private en-suite. My day to day life is working full time 9-5 and on the weekend I like to stay home and get some rest or go out with some friends
Hi I’m Sara and I’m 24 I work a few days a week at a school library. I’m not really a party animal and prefer getting cozy with a good book or podcast over most other things. I’m looking for a laid back roommate who hopefully has a house with a yard as I have a furry companion and a keen interest in gardening.
Hi! I'm usually a person who keeps to herself, I like my privacy and alone time but I still try my best to socialize with my housemates whenever I can and they're home. I live with a few housemates (2 - will be 3 by the end of the year) at the moment but I plan on moving out soon and I'm also looking for a somewhat cheaper rent with great accommodation still. I'm a 20-year-old Filipina who studies in Sydney part-time. I also work part-time, usually at night so it would be really convenient if the place is also near the station.
I’m an independent young woman who is currently seeking a place to stay. I am currently living in lurnea with my aunt but would like to move out on my own into a granny flat if that’s possible as I don’t like getting home from work late at night where I am staying and making her get up to let me in.. I am an apprentice chef who works 5 days a week doing split shifts from the hours of 10am -10pm most days / nights. Although I have tafe Monday’s and have to get up at 4am to catch the train to the city in time.I get home around 10-10:30 most nights from work. I’m very respectful and I’d try and not make much noise when getting home. Where I am living at the moment I feel like a newsance getting home late as my aunt has to let me in each night and I feel like I’m disturbing her. I would like to spend around $200-$250 a wk rent maximum. I am currently paying $100 a week for a room to stay in, to use the shower each night after work and to wash my clothes. I would prefer to live in a granny flat or somewhere on my own where I won’t be sharing with anyone else but if there is options I’m interested in I’ll definitely consider it.
