Moving out of the rents house finally. Recently graduated as a nurse and midwife and will be working at Geelong Hospital. I currently work at the Geelong Hospital with people with cognitive and intellectual impairments. Laid back and easy going. Pretty cool chick.
Hi, my name is Heather; I’m 22 and looking to move from Melbourne to Geelong in the next month or so for work. I’d love to find a nice share house in a central location. I’m a very laid back, friendly, social person who loves getting outside and being active. Although I will mostly be focused on work and travelling between Melbourne and Geelong a lot, I will definitely be up for hanging out, beach trips, brunch, and having the odd beverage/night out. I love food and cooking, as well as (trying) to grow my own veggies – so a backyard to have my veggie/herb pots would be awesome. I have lived with housemates for the last four years. I'm very respectful of personal space and belongings and am happy to keep to myself. My partner of 5 years, Jack, lives in Melbourne. I would appreciate if he’d be welcome to come and visit, we’re not a clingy or gross couple (no PDA’s!) and he would rarely be there more than 1 night a week. I'd be happy to stay for 12 months if I find the right place/people. If I sound like a good match or you want to know more, just send me a message :)
Easy going, clean, friendly person / respectful of privacy but always up for a chat. Have been renting for the last few years with housemates. I work full time while also studying part time. I spend most weekends in Melbourne, so you wouldn't see me much on weekends and i work from 8 till 5 on weekdays which keeps me pretty busy.
I don't smoke, drink, or do drugs, and don't plan to take up doing any of those either. I clean up after myself, and mostly keep to myself in general though am quite happy to have a chat. I mostly spend a lot of time at my computer for fun (and keep things fairly quiet as I only use headsets). I'm originally from South Australia and moved to Geelong at the end of March in 2016 so although I know my way around Geelong fairly well now am hopeless with regards to most of Victoria and or when people give me directions by names of streets/refer to suburbs.
Im mature and polite, neat and tidy (but not OCD like), prefer females only and working housemates that are older. I occasionally attend a spiritualist church, don't party much, occasionally smoke (a few a day) and have a few wines, love to cook, have a shitzu and staffy (2 rescue dogs who i just can't part with).
Hi! My name is Grace, I’m 31 years old and work 4 days a week in the community field. I have just completed my Yoga training and will start teaching in the new year. I am pretty laid back, and like to socialise but do enjoy me time and privacy. Not looking for a “party house”. I’m clean and like to cook :) I have two adorable rescue cats.
Hey! I'm 27 and I work at Geelong Hospital. I am very easy going and respectful and would love to live with someone who I can hang out with but doesn't mind space too. I have 2 very friendly cats...they are more like dogs but are always inside (they can't really cat) so someone who is good with cats and won't let them escape is a must! They usually get along with dogs if the dog is ok with them. Look forward to hearing from you!
Hey guys, my lease is about to finish up so I'm trying to suss out a new place to move into! I'm currently studying IT full time at Tafe whilst working part time on the side. I love meeting new people, cooking, and having a drink! I am also very clean, tidy and mindful of other housemates. I'm always keen to watch a film, play boardgames, go out for drinks/dinner or whatever 😀
(Not a couple) 2 Doggo lovers w/ a soft spot for movie nights, social beverages and all round good times. Sharehouse veterans that know how to create a fun vibe whilst simultaneously keeping our crib clean. Erin: I'm a second (going on third) Year Occupational Therapy student at Deakin working as an assistant OT / support worker. James has recently taught me how to skate (lessons available by James upon request) so I love being outside attempting to skate or kicking a soccer ball. James: I'm a recently graduated Public Relations major who is currently working at a pet store in Belmont while searching for professional employment. I froth anything relating to music, often insisting that the house must form a cringy house band. I'm also fond of movie sessions, conspiracy talks and board games over bevs. For a further stalky stalk these are our instas: - erin_para - jamespianto
Hey guys, I'm from Sydney. Moving down to Geelong in January to study medicine at Deakin Uni. Looking for either a room or (preferably) some awesome people to start a new share house with. Housemates who are independent but also like to share dinner occasionally or tv/bad movie would be ideal. Definitely prefer a home, not just somewhere to sleep. I enjoy anatomy, terrible movies, cooking (I work part time as a chef), spending time with my cat and simpsons memes.
Enjoy having a tidy space and being in a well kept house, originally from Wodonga and moved down for uni at Deakin in 2014. I've had my own unit for the past 3 years and I'm looking to save a bit of money and experience living with others I enjoy playing pool/snooker and up until recently have previously played squash and racquetball since I was a kid. I go down to the Waurn Ponds campus track with mates every Monday & Wednesday for a bit of exercise for a few hours, other times I go to the gym
I'm a considerate tidy and quiet housemate happy to have a chat and socialise when needed. I'm somewhat of a geek and when asked about tv shows movies or other things that interest me I can go on about it! I love to cook and share my cooking with people who like a variety of food!! I love getting to know people and I promise if you ever need someone to go shopping with I will be more than happy to come with and give ideas on fashion movies or video games! I have a playstation 4 as well so have lots of games to bring in if you enjoy gaming!
Hey, I'm Joana. I'll be moving to VIC from QLD for my dream job as a Paramedic. I'm looking for a gal pal roomie to stay with and show me what Victoria has to offer! I don't really know the areas that much, but I am interested in a small unit that's close to shops, cafes, gyms etc (for my own sanity). I'm not much of a cook, but I do like to clean! I'll be starting in November 27th but will like to move in before that! I take good insta pics and I'm down for wine-ing and dining. :) I'll be flying in and out frequently to visit my family and boyfriend back in QLD. I'm to team up with someone for a modern unit in central Geelong. Please contact me!
Hi I am janardhan currently studying at Deakin WaurnPonds campus . I'm quite a friendly and polite person and an ambivert who can stay alone and can be a part of gathering for a chat or a drink . I always maintain a neat and healthy surrounding . i am looking for an accommodation which includes bills and internet included in the rent .
I'm a 23 yo female Geelong local and looking for somewhere come the end Jan/start Feb 2018 as my lease will be up then. I work in hospitality roughly 4-5 days a week and a couple of nights a week. I am fun, friendly and easy to get along with. Pet lover. Non-smoker (but I don't discriminate against those who do). I clean up after myself and would ask the same from my housemates. I have been told I am easy to live with by a roommate before who worked from home so I understand and respect that at times people need their space and quiet time. I have my own furniture, so I am not looking for a furnished room. I am also happy to meet up and discuss team ups. Really just want to move in with some cool people and make lifelong friends :)
I work full time as a Financial Services Office Manager and I'm not home a lot. I like cooking and going to the gym. I'm very clean and pretty quiet, but not fussed at all if you're not. I'm easy to get along with and love to watch a movie or listen to music. In my spare time I like to read, draw and be outdoors.
I'm 25 and work full-time, currently living in Melbourne but relocating to Geelong due to work commitments. I'm social, neat and very easy going. I'm happy to recharge on my own and respect your space but always keen for a good chat and a glass of wine after work. I enjoy relaxing on weekends and don't mind a couch sesh with take-out and Netflix but I'm also looking forward to getting out and about and discovering everything Geelong has to offer. Looking for a friendly and relaxed place to call home.
Important stuff first: >> Looking for a place with a maximum of 4-5 tenants/bedrooms. >> I need a covered parking spot for my car due to safety reasons. >> I really need some place to live in the locations I've listed. Other than that, no deal. >> I don't do meals for everyone in the house. I'm happy to be included in the cleaning roster (if there is one) but definitely not meal prep roster. Please sort your own meals, thanks. > International Deakin uni student, final year undergrad in architecture/constr. management (due to finish end of 2018) > I'm employed - a professional designer in the construction industry (part-time when uni is in session, full time during breaks) > I love peace and quiet. The occasional party doesn't bother me provided I've been given an early notice. A chat here and there doesn't hurt as well. > Strangers are okay, provided they aren't freeloaders. > I'm a busy person so I'm rarely home (less fuss, less drama). > Pays rent on time (Always). > Clean and tidy person. Happy to split up house chores. I have terrible skin allergies when the place gets too dusty. > Non-smoker. Light drinker. > Friendly, watches footy once in a while, GoT too. > Loves pets, especially big doggos! > Avid gamer. I'm a PC person but I do enjoy a round or two of multiplayer games on consoles. > I'm a bit of a tech geek. I can fix/assemble your computers (Windows only) for small favours (maccas run mostly :P) > Respectful of other people's privacy, personal views and space. > If you play sports, I'm happy to join you in your games. I need the exercise anyway. XD In short: I'm big on cleanliness, independence, kindness and respect.
I'm 25 and a non-smoker. I don't have any pets of my own, but I love animals. So I'd be more than happy moving into a house with pets. I'm not a neat freak, but I do clean up after myself, and am looking for roommates who will do the same. I work in hospitality, so my hours fluctuate. I love travelling and photography. I like to keep myself busy, but I will be down for a beer and a chat, or maybe some movie nights together. ** NOT interested in rooms in Grovedale, Marshall, etc. Only areas listed above **
Hi my name is Teah, I'm 19, currently working part time between 2 jobs. I am hoping to study next year and continue working part time. I consider my self to be friendly, easy going, respectful, neat and tidy, fun and energetic. Although I work quite a bit in my spare time I like to cook, relax, watch a good series on netflix, hang out with friends and my partner. I am after somewhere with either my own private bathroom or preferably ensuite as after long days I just want to shower and go to bed have some me time and privacy. I am very respectful of others and their space and privacy as I know people study and somedays you just need a little time to yourself, but I am always up for a chat and some tea.
I'm Georgia, 27 works two part time jobs and studies full time. I am considerate and easy to get along with. I enjoy the occasional night out or night in with good food, movies and bottle of wine. Not much of a party animal. I am quiet and respectful of other peoples space, but also enjoy company and a good chat. Non smoker,I also get allergies so would prefer to live in a clean house free from cats.
Hi all, I'm Josh, I'm 22, and I'm looking for a room under $140/week within 20mins of the CBD of Geelong in Early December. Not looking for a party house or smokers. I'm pretty easy going and tend to get along with everyone. About me... I have recently been employed by the City of Greater Geelong as a Lifeguard and Swim Teacher at Leisurelink, Kardinia, Splashdown and hopefully more to come! I have been a Lifeguard and Swim Teacher in Colac for the past 2 years but want to move to Geelong in early December as in addition to work, I'm also studying Cert IV Fitness @ VFA waterfront campus. ... And also to get out of Colac 😂 I also want to move up to Geelong to join Geelong Swimming Club and try to make Nationals! I've been with Colac club since 2009, but I'm training with 13 year olds at the moment and I want someone to push me haha. I'm not a smoker or a heavy party goer. But like a drink on the odd social occasion :P I love music and play a bit of guitar (just an acoustic, I don't use an amp don't worry haha). And I do my own dishes! However a 5am alarm would be a constant lol. If you have any questions, just holler :)
Hey there! I am looking to move out to a nice comfortable living space which I can call home. I love to hangout on weekends with my friends, I love to stick with my own place, I am neat and tidy. If you have any good private room in a share house you can directly call me or message me on my number, else you can contact via flatmates messages.
House trained and easy going I am busy with work and need a clean and friendly furnished room reasonably close to Geelong CBD. Will be away every second weekend with family commitments. Happy by myself or socialise with broad interests and conversation.
I'm easy going, clean love to be social but also happy to do my own thing. I have a 1 year old energetic lab who is the best. I enjoy being active and outdoors. Looking for similar aged and like minded people :)
