I pay rent on time I do my dishes immediately I help around the house I am not a criminal I’m educated I am honest I don’t steal I travel a lot I like to have a laugh The place I’m requiring must have off street parking at a secure property because I have a lot of tools in my Ute. Unfurnished large room big enough for computer desk and king bed. I have a storage unit so I will only bring very minimal stuff. Preferably I would like own bathroom with toilet such as ensuite. But not necessary if rent cost is reasonable. Preferably the ability to park off street with a small trailer sometimes. Preferably share with one or two others over 35.. Old houses if clean are fine. Preferably no carpet... No indoor cats. (I am allergic) Sometimes I have a small Old quiet dog that will stay. I am happy to pay two weeks ahead but no bond because I would like to be able to freely leave if the place is not suitable. No lock in contracts. All bills included in weekly rent Must have good internet and good Vodafone reception. I am a self employed Landscaper my business is Jaga Landscapes. I am very busy with my work everyday. I often go overseas to SE Asia to visit my other half. I am in need of accommodation because I am in the process of building my own home. I like to cook. (But not a good cook).. I am from Brisbane I speak Indonesian very well and I understand Asian culture. I don’t cling on to people. I like to say hi and maybe have a small casual conversation with house mates but otherwise live an independent life. Likeminded well educated people would be good to share with. Thankyou
Hi, my name is Shauna. I am a full-time working professional and I work near the City. Due to the nature of my workplace and role I live on-site for 4 nights of a week most of the year, so I would be a very quiet housemate! I have a long-time partner who will sometimes stay with me, however he lives elsewhere. I am looking for a tidy, kind and overall positive like-minded person to live with. Please note I am allergic to cats, but very dog friendly so not worried if you have a dog. I am interested in living in the Mansfield/Mt Gravatt/Yeronga/Moorooka area due to the fact that I do not want to be more then a 20min drive from my work place (I have a car). I look forward to hearing from you!
Hey there, I'm a clean respectful person, looking for someone to go halves in a rental between $400-$500 per week 3-4 bedroom, happy to pay a little extra as I have a dog and my kids will stay 1 weekend every 3 weeks, if your ken hit me up for a chat!
Hi! My name's Renae, I'm a 21 year old bubbly, social person that is looking to move back to Brisbane. I am aiming to finish my studies at TAFE in Film & Television whilst also working part time/full time. I would love to live with people around my age or a few years older, where we can chat & hang out, have a drink together every now and then, get to know each other whilst also respecting the need for down time, and form a happy and positive living space. I am tidy & respectful and always open to communal shopping, cleaning rosters, rosters for when we have work/uni/tafe. I have my own furniture but unfurnished/furnished, I don't mind. At the moment, I am living in Bundaberg and I am very unhappy. I am more familiar with Brisbane (as big of a city it is) and I feel like it's a little bit easier to make friends there. I'd love to move back ASAP but it really depends on getting work first so I have an income. But if you think I would be suitable to your listing, please send me a message :)
IF YOUR NOT ANIMAL COMPATIBILE PLS DON'T MSG ME. SORRY JUST HAD ALOT OF ISSUES WITH PEOPLE NOT READING... I'm looking to team up and get a new place with 1 or more OR to find a room. Just prefer not to move into someone elses home, would rather start somewhere new. Have pets so need some yard and animal lover roomies. If u also have pets mine should be ok with them. I'm pretty bloody easy going... don't assume I'll match up to ur preconceptions of what a 35 yr old woman will be like cause I will definitely not match up. Lol. Honest, considerate, trust worthy. Quiet type with occasional need for a night off being a quiet type. Lol. Drop me a line. Have some beautiful places to look at... just need someone else to be able to afford. My current home is going on the market and I'm supposed to be out 4 Dec... but I may be able to stretch that a bit.
I am from Melbourne and I will be moving up to Brisbane soon. I would like a share-house that would preferably accept my kitty. I would be studying and casual to pt work. I am a bit reserved at the beginning. I prefer a calm house and not a party house as I like to relax at home after work/uni. I enjoy movies, animals and travel.
I need to rent a room from the Mar 2018 for 6 months minimum. I was a master student of Architecture in London and graduated in October this year. From Feb 2018 I will work in Brisbane. I am good with pets, not into alcohol, work most of the time, stuck on the museums/galleries of the rest. I am currently not in Brisbane, but I can ask a friend to see the room if it is desirable and the time is manageable. It will be very grateful If you could send me more information and pictures about your available room first. Thanks a lot.
My husband and I are looking for temporary place to live for around 6 months to 1 year preferably on the South Side of Brisbane, as we both work Full Time. We are quiet and very laid back people and want a place where we can call our own. We own two pets a cat and a large dog (Half Siberian husky and Cattle Dog).
Hey! I'm moving to Brisbane in January after four years in Adelaide. I'm a special education teacher who loves to travel. But when I'm home I enjoy housemate dinners and a drink or netflix binge on weekends. I already have furniture so I'm hoping I can meet someone to get a new place with. 😊
Hi! My name is Krystelle, I am a 30yo female relocating to the Gold Coast region from a little coastal town in NSW. I'm a very sociable person, but I am not into the whole partying lifestyle. I hold a great respect of those around me, and I know how to clean up after myself. I am honest and trustworthy, and understand boundaries. If I'm starting to sound like the kind of person you're looking for in a housemate, send me a message and we can share a bit more about ourselves. Thank You! Krystelle P.S. I do have a lovely female cat named Tigerlily that I would love to home with me. She is well behaved, and I keep her area nice and clean.
Hi, I am a fairly quiet person who is currently pretty busy with work and study. I love going out in my spare time and doing yoga or latin dancing. I am fairly easy going, clean and easy to live with. Am currently looking for somewhere temporary to live but if it is the right place then happy to chat about longer term options.
Tidy couple that respect other people's belongings and space. Have 2 cats that are friendly and will get along easy with. Both have jobs. Chris works full time and Chanelle works full time but is going to uni next year but will still be working. Have most furnishings also
My current housemate and I are moving to a new place and are looking for 2 other people to share with. We are looking around the south side (east brisbane, morningside, Norman park, woolangabba, etc) Send me a message if you're interested! I'm Bec (23) and work full-time as an environmental consultant. I also have a 9month kitten. Kevin (24) is a car salesman, and is thinking about getting a fur-baby too. We aren't party people and like to come home to a quiet place to chill out. We are looking for like minded people, who will reliable with rent and bills (will need to go on a lease).
Currently studying fitness. I enjoy gym and are looking for people who do too. Clean and organized. Enjoy hanging out with housemates but also enjoy time by myself. Looking to move closer to South Bank sometime near the end of this year. Moving to north side of Brisbane is also an option. I only want to move in with people my own age and i have my own furniture so unfurnished bedrooms only thanks.
I am neat, kind and considerate, respectful of others space. Super health conscious and love holistic health. I would prefer to live with females and would like to live with people that also respect their home and are clean. I love living somewhere where I feel at home and comfortable to talk to others and have that community vibe or friendship as I’m new to Brisbane. I love yoga and eating vegan, so if you love either of those two things that would be AMAZING but if not that’s fine I’m respectful of all views and peoples values. For fun I love getting out the house and being in nature. I would love to live somewhere relaxed with a stress free vibe. I love to chill at home sometimes and just read, or practice yoga. My max would be $165 a week all inclusive :-)
Aww, what? Writing about myself? Dammit. ok, ok I'm a guy from America who has been in Australia for over 12 years. I have Russian heritage and like to clean my own dishes just after using them. I finished my electrical apprenticeship about 10 months ago , and moved to Brisbane soon after when I fell in love with Zouk partner dancing. I've stayed in the one house the entire time I've been in Brisbane so far. I like meeting people and talking to them. Also having fun and making them laugh ;) My girlfriend stays with me month on, month off and loves attending zouk events. She is learning Russian with me, but she's also working on German while finishing studies.
We are all trying to be the best person here, it's easy to find a good flatmate, just be honest with yourself, now your values and keep in mind to revise them since we are constantly changing, time can make an illusion that things are steady but they are actually in constant transformation, just go with the flow, try to not get stuck, peace is always flowing in silence with the wind.
About me: born and raised in Sydney; moved up recently for a new engineering role in the CBD; I spend most of my time working, gymming, playing sports and cooking; I am super tidy and organised. Looking for a place for 6 months - 1 year; willing to share with maximum 2 other people (depending on size of house/apt); need own bathroom. Let me know if I suit your preferences as a potential housemate. Many thanks, Martin
I am relocating from Perth to Brisbane in January, I will be starting fulltime work at a childcare centre in Carina Heights. I enjoy keeping fit, reading, exploring and travelling. I'm very easy going and love meeting new people.
Hi I'm Matt, I'm a Kiwi and have been living in Australia for a year now. I'm clean, tidy, and always pay rent and utilities on time. I'm easy going, respectful of other people and their property and don't mind a couple of drinks at the weekend. I like to keep active by going to the gym or playing sports. I often participate in other recreational activities and sometimes invite flatmates to join if they are interested.
Happy to socialise but am mostly quiet and easy to get along with. Cruisey about cleaning-as long as it gets done but do keep a clean kitchen. Well, to be honest, as long as there's communication I'm pretty cruisey about any topic. I'm a looking for somewhere that can be 'our place' not me moving into a pre-established 'my place'. Im a young 30, work almost full time hours (very secure job though). Will be getting a dog as soon as I can so very important to me that flatmates can get along with dogs and a property with some grass and obviously allows pets.
Hi, I'm working full time as a business analyst, clean and respectful, saving for buying my own property at the moment, would love to find an alike person or persons to share a house with a fully fenced large yard. My puppy, although only 4 months old, is very smart, has been toilet trained, friendly to any human and dog or cat, calm and quiet, but always love a play with you. I would much prefer a bedroom with own bathroom if it's in a shared house.
I am an international student at QUT, studying Construction Management. I am a clean and organized person, but sometimes a bit messy. Would love to have meet-ups with the housemates at weekends and relax together. I am happy to share it with a girl or boy.I have listed my cell, feel free to inform anything 04347 73590
Heya! I'm Rachel and I'm looking for one, maybe 2 other chilled housemates to find a place with. I work part time as well as being super close to finishing a bachelor of education. I've lived in Brisbane for a few years after moving down here from North Queensland, and I love it here. I play sport, and enjoy spending time out of home as much as I do in it. I can be social but also need time to myself and am respectful of my housemates. I'm looking for a place on the southside of Brisbane. I've lived out of home and with other people for a while now, and I'm looking for friendly, clean housemates to become friends and make a home with.
Hey. I am 21 years old, I currently work part-time while studying full-time at university; I am looking for a place to rent long term. I am easygoing, generally quiet when I first meet someone, tidy, respectful and friendly. However because of my work and study schedule 5/6 days of the week I will be out or busy doing study. At the moment I'm searching more around the Upper Mt Gravatt area and have found some great places for rent if anyone is interested in starting a share house. Feel free to reach out if you have any enquires or would like to meet up. Rebekah.
Hey guys, I'm a very bubbly and laid back person. I am very respectful of someones privacy! I think that is definitely a necessity living with a flatmate. I love to have a chat here and there, but I do love my down time as well. I'm currently studying online and work part time. I have two jobs so I'm pretty busy all the time. I do love my wine on a Friday night. I pay my bills on time! Please feel free to message me at any time.
I'm a 43 years young woman who is active, easy going and well travelled. I'm a fairly quiet person and use home for relaxing and down time. Occassionally I like to have a friend or two over and occasionally I need a night out to take a break from being quiet. I'm love Latin dancing and that keeps me pretty busy in between study and part-time work. I had to selected one preferred length of stay but I'm open to short stays (if they're furnished places) and longer stays up to a year. No pets, non-smoker, single and currently furniture-less.
