I am quiet, friendly and stable, and neat and tidy. I respect your time and space but am also happy to have a chat over a wine/coffee/tea or dinner :). I am out and about a lot and cook simply when home. I am a keen swimmer and go to the beach most days. I am active and also into yoga. I have traveled overseas and have had a variety of roles in my working life so get along with a variety of people. I am looking for a homely environment with interesting mature people. I prefer to share in a female only and pet free household.
I am looking for a room within a comfy and quiet environment. Leaving my lease. Currently in Newtown, I'd love to stay in this hood. Working in photography/cinematography. I love cooking and being creative, sharing.. Considering others and their space, I consider mine as a creative space. Super clean and tidy. Up for a chat and a viewing..
I'm a Brazilian non-smoking female, easy going, respect privacy and clean. Working and studying.
I'm a 36 year old guy & i've just returned from living overseas in the London. Now working in digital advertising in Sydney. I'm outgoing, clean, keen to make a apartment a home. Into sports, dogs, gigs, a few bevvys down at the local & the beach.
Hi, I'm Kelly, 27. I am currently studying psychology and working full-time. I am looking to move to Sydney or Newcastle (whichever I find the right place). I'm super friendly, tidy, and easy-going. I enjoy going out and having a drink every now and then, but I also like my quiet time to study, watch a film etc. I have a little dog Franki (bichon frise) who is house trained, super cute, very chill and doesn't bark or shed hair. Msg me if you think we’d be a good fit :)
I'm pretty quiet but friendly. I sometimes like to cook and share a meal, sometimes just chill in my room with Netflix or a video game. I come with books, art projects and pot plants. Flexible with furnishing and moving dates
Originally from Chch, Nz and new to Sydney along with the flat sharing thing, I’m keen to meet new people. I’m a hardworking person with great ambitions. As one of six siblings I've done my fair share of housework and cooking. Being a bit of a neat freak, I keep my own space clean and tidy, plus I tidy up after myself in consideration of my co-flatmates. Excited about beginning a new stage of my life in Sydney, I would be down for any opportunity to socialise and go out. I’m looking for a chilled out, relaxed vibe with a comfortable place to live.
I'm pretty chilled out and would love to share a place with likeminded people! Ive just taken a gap year in Ireland and am now starting uni at USYD in 2020, studying a bachelor of arts. I love art, music and going to gigs! I love playing guitar, fitness, travel and exploring the city.
Work: NFP comms & marketing part-time. Passion: writer; plays & screenplays. Me: quiet yet social, tidy, respectful, considerate, love animals and kids. FYI - early riser! I do work from home at times (all hours) and with my writing, need enough space for my desk and books. Have my own furniture (can store, if needed) but require a decent size wardrobe, my own bathroom, wifi and close to public transport. Loves: the arts, theatre, film and photography. Looking for my own space, or if sharing, enough space for all of the above - happy to team up with the right person to find our new home. Area: Inner West preferred but Eastern Suburbs also an option or close to North Sydney where I work. Price range $350-$420 (top price would need be incl of all bills). Dates for moving flexible from mid to late January. I need to give 4 weeks notice- happy to wait till I find the right place.
I'm an International Flight Attendant and can be away up to 3 nights a week, so I’m looking for a base and somewhere I can call home for those few days that I am! Due to my work schedule I sometimes need to sleep during the day after flights, and would need housemates who are understanding of that. I'm chill and easygoing, having shared houses on and off for the past 10 years I am considerate of people's space and belongings, can change a toilet roll, take rubbish out and clean up after myself alongside many other skills. I'm open to living pretty much anywhere as long as it's not a shared room, and within walking distance of a train station and somewhere to get food.
