I'm 23, just moved to Sydney for a new job making video content for a music label. I'm a pretty laid back guy, clean and friendly. Like to keep things tidy. Pretty busy during the week but in my spare time I like to go to gigs, take photos and ride my bicycle around. I've been renting for 2.5 years with no issues. Let me know if you have any questions for me! Looking for something ASAP! Long term would be preferred.
I'm looking for a place for myself and my cat Pickle to call home with fun and friendly housemates. A place that feels homey and social where I can share an after work drink or two and chat, and also have space to do my own thing. My cat is 1.5 yrs old, fully house trained, pretty relaxed but occasionally has her playful kitten instincts come out. I'm an easy going and chilled person to live with. I'm clean and respectful. I have a full time job in Fashion Design and product. I love all visual creative things and design. Other interests of mine include : 80's, 90's and indie films, Punk and alternative music, seeing live music, drinking wine and eating good food, knitting, lego, AFL (GWS supporter ;) UFC (McGregor supporter ;)
**Update- looking to Team-up to lease or find somewhere pet friendly (got 2 cats with me)** I'm down to earth and feel im a genuinely friendly person with an eye for making sure situations are fair and comfortable. I try to stay humble and feel im socially and self aware. Im good at gauging someone else's need for space and have upmost respect for privacy however am still very happy for any sociable interaction and a laugh. If your clean/tidy I will make sure we don't get into any awkward "your not pulling your weight convos", and have will strive to have initiative about cleanliness /house maintenance. I work full time and am looking to study on top so am looking for like-minded people who want a quieter more laid back household. Looking to start my own lease, or teamup with someone who wants to start their own in the areas listed or surrounding. Litterally only want to live with 1 other person....2 max. So if you want to connect we can meet and create a plan of attack in terms of housing inspections ect. Otherwise if your already in a place and think id fit, let us know too, id love to hear from you :)

Today I' m a much better person, with has an open mind, patient and tolerant of differences. I'm very easy going.
I quit a very good job in London to come to Australia. I'd like to rediscover the outdoor lifestyle (I'm originally from Greece) and meet people. I will be looking for a 9 to 5 job in the CBD. I'm very easy going, quiet, clean and low maintenance.
Hey i'm Ash I'm a 30 year old guy (male Ashley), moving back to Sydney for a new job in town starting Monday. I'm coming back to Sydney after being in Newcastle for around 6 years. Really hoping to get in a nice pace in the Inner West. I like places that are a little worn in,quirky, run down even as I find them a bit more homely so generally apartments seem to be out. Really like having a nice garden I can eat in. My work is Architectural work which is 9-5 and have a bit of my own stuff I'll trying to get through for the first bit. Other than that i'm single, I eat well, and do lots of odd things around the place, hopefully get to the beach a bit, want to ride to work, seeing friends and family. I'm hoping to move now!!!!!! Thanks. Ash.
Hey people, We're Audrey and Hayden, a young international couple from New Zealand and Canada who currently live in Long Jetty. However, we're looking at relocating to Sydney as the commute from the Central Coast to Sydney is no longer viable or practical. Hayden works full time in the community as an Occupational Therapist and at home occasionally and Audrey works part time and is currently studying at Tafe in the city. We're extremely easy going and a breeze to get a long with. Clean, considerate, and respectful of peoples belongings, personal space, boundaries, and beliefs. We dont hold any particular biases, and feel we would fit into any flat situation. We're not your average couple who need to be joined at the hip, hide away in their bedrooms, or who are frequently upset or in arguments. We're super friendly, open minded, fun, and love to socialise with everybody (incl beers/wine/good yarns), honestly, we're just looking for a place to call home and to meet great people who we can talk and joke with, go have a drink or stay at home and have a drink. We love cooking (and sharing it), into arts, going out, sports, reading, movies, and chilling. Would love to hear from you all, Cheers.
Hi, I'm a graduate engineer moving from Adelaide to Sydney for almost 6 months (until about 11 Feb next year) for a short-term position. I'm looking for a place near work in Marrickville, or along the train line from there. What else am I looking for in a sharehouse? My top four in order are: 1. Location: Within about 20 min walking/public transport to Sydenham railway station is pretty much essential, although I may consider somewhere with a good bus connection along Victoria road. 2. Own space/privacy (see below). 3. Housemates I'm comfortable with, or better, get on with really well. Preferably also in your early or mid 20s (read below). 4. Car parking (On or off street). I want a good balance of my own space and time (including sleep!) with doing life together my housemates. So, what I expect and you, my housemates can expect of me is: both a respect for you, your privacy and space, as well as engagement in the life of the house together. I'm more than willing to pitch in on chores etc. A bit more about me: I'm friendly, a deep thinker, and an avid learner, so I enjoy do a good conversation. I'm into a bunch of nerdy stuff like getting lost in a good book, and board games, but don't let that put you off! I also quite like getting outdoors to see nature. Furthermore, I want to take time to explore what Sydney has to offer, and maybe take up a new hobby or something like that. I think fairness, reliability, and kindness are important.
Hey guys!! As you can see I'm 21 years old with a full-time job which makes me easy going and i never have an issue with rent. I'm a country boy livng in the big city so i'm always keen to meet new people and make new friends. I'm looking for a place that i can call home and i'm after those room mates who i can chill and actually have a good time with, but also appreciate their quiet time and space. I like to try and keep fit by going to gym and playing football but also like to change it up by watching too much Netflix while eating KFC. I'm clean and respectable and not one to leave their dishes on the sink for days on end. I do have experience with share houses and i understand that everyone lives differently. If anyone is interested please hit me up as i need a room asap. Cheers.

Have been living in the inner west for a good part of 5 years now. Tale as old as time - originally from ADL and moved here for work. Currently living it up in Erksineville and am looking to stay in the inner west area as much as possible. So me...I work in IT/Finance (pretty standard 8-6 hours). Am a bit of a foodie (love to cook but equally happy for a fine dine) and am a craft beer nut (who doesn't love a brewery crawl). Im pretty easy going, very clean, always up for a chat, wine or binge watch of a Netflix show.
Fun, friendly easy going couple. We respect others who we share a house with and in return we ask for the same. Not big party animals but when we let our hair down we have a good laugh. Big film buffs and also love to hike and surf. Both full time workers so will not be cluttering up the house too much. We also have a 4WD so likely to be out and about exploring at weekends. Love to cook and we don't mind sharing food!
From Scotland. Clean, considerate, kind and a bit girly. I have respect for others and like to live in a calm relaxing environment. Not much of a party person but do like socialising with others.
Moving back to Sydney at the start of October and will be looking for a place to live. I've lived in Sydney before and I`m really excited to be coming back to this amazing place. About me...... 32 year old English girl, defiantly not a party animal, but do enjoy drink. Much prefer chilled evenings out these days to watch live music or just catch up with friends. I will be studying part time and working part time, so will be pretty busy so a party house isn't for me. Also do enjoy keeping fit and getting out and about. I'm looking for a private room in a house, pref bills included. Any thing else you`d like to know give me a shout :)
My name is Mathew, I'm from Brisbane, but I haven't lived there for quite a few years. I work full time as an electrician and study part time at night. As such, I have a pretty busy schedule. I'm pretty laid back. When ever I get some spare time I like to work out or just chill out and watch TV. I also don't mind a drink or two to wind down from a busy week. I don't mind if housemates have friends over for dinners/drinks either. On weekends I try to get outdoors and explore new interesting places. Whether it's the beach, bush or bar! I am pretty clean in general and accustomed to living with a wide variety of people. Will always help clean communal areas.
