Hi! I'm a young professional working full time in the marketing/hospo/education industries (it's complicated). Looking for a decent-sized, well-ventilated room in a friendly house. Ideally, not wanting to share a bathroom with more than one other person. My budget of $280 is inclusive of bills. Appreciate having a balance between house-mate bonding time with bevs and personal space. In my spare time I love going to markets, op-shopping, music festivals, bars, and being lazy. If this sounds like it will gel with you and your house, let me know! - Erica
Friendly, tidy, easygoing, mild mannered geek. Social but not the kind of person to bring the party home with me. Just as happy to be going out for Sunday brekkie with friends, as I am chilling at home on the couch with Jackie Chan movie. Have a rescue cat (short hair) who can get a bit wary of other animals, but she is quite loving and friendly with people.
Hey there! My names Bo, and my partner Lachlan and I have moved back to our home city Sydney after a few years stint in London. A bit about us - I'm a full time care worker and study part time Speech Pathology, Lachlan works in marketing and surfs on the weekends. We're looking for a place either on our own, or with some new people to meet. We're down for a boogie and drink but are generally pretty chilled and live a pretty active lifestyle. Cheers!
Very easy going and clean. We love to cook and to have a quiet beer with mates. We're both students at the University of Sydney. I (Tyler, 21) am studying Engineering and Commerce and Bridget (Jet, 20) is studying Architecture. We've just come back from a year overseas and are getting back into our studies. Our favourite pass-times are getting out and about, hiking, camping, gyming and patting dogs (or just straight up hugging and smooching them if you're Bridget). We're both always up for a good conversation and a glass of wine over dinner or Netflix (we're old people in disguise!)
Engaged couple looking to move out with kind, calm and funky people. We both work full-time in the CBD and are looking to move out to somewhere close to a tram stop or train station. We are organised, neat and enjoy a good chat. We can socialise and also appreciate time alone.
My name is Linh and I'm studying at the University of Sydney. I'm looking for a place in the Inner West that's close to a train station. I'm a sociable person who loves a drink and/or chat but also enjoy time alone. As a living companion, I am tidy and appreciate cleanliness, and will do my fair share of chores. I'm also honest and can take criticism. I'm usually quite busy and may not be at home often.
Hi, I'm from England and I'm currently on a Working Holiday Visa. I'm looking for a room/place to rent near the beach but close to the city, or in the city. I mainly did office administration work in England so I'm looking to do that kind of work again, or try to find a more sociable job in a cafe, restaurant, etc. I'm very clean, tidy, a cat lover and for fun I like to go to the beach, explore new places, go for walks, listen to music and watch TV series and films. :)
Hi! I'm a Primary School Teacher and currently doing casual work at a few different schools. I’m into surfing, yoga, basketball, hiking, films, books, and cooking delicious dinners. I have lived in share houses and flats in Milan, Canada, Jindabyne, and Niseko in Japan; where I shared a small house with 14 other people. I’m really good at keeping common areas clean and tidy and respecting other’s personal space. (Even when it is somewhat limited!) Let me know if you think I’d be a good fit – I’d love to come check the place out and meet you! 😊
*(FYI: Just here for research at the moment, not looking to move until April/may 2019)* Fun Facts about me: I'm a "late 30-something" man/guy/dude. . I work full time for a trade union, Mondays to Fridays, doing the 9-5 thing and like having low key evenings during the week, although don't mind the occasional movie/pub meal during weeknight evenings. I like going to the party rather than bringing it home, although I do like entertaining friends over dinner or drinks at home. I'm clean, tidy, hygienic, and am not (currently) hosting any alien plagues/beings. I'm reliable and responsible with rent/bills/groceries/dishes/taking the bins out, etc. I'm also sociable and funny, and don't mind having a chin wag but also like my own space and quiet time. I love cooking (when I'm not exhausted) and sharing a meal once in a while. Also, I smoke occasionally, but only outside, far, far away from living spaces.. I'm all about personal responsibility, mutual respect, and open communication between housemates and would like to live in a place i call home rather than just rent a room in a house. Most importantly, I am house-trained and not a dickhead.
My name is Alex and I am from Salt Lake City, Utah. I am here on a working holiday visa and currently trying to get a job at a rock climbing gym or cafe. I love to getting outside and meeting new people. I am tidy, easy going, and rarely spend time at home.
Hi! I'm a pretty chill Brit, always up for a laugh, love to cook, have a car, enjoy being active as well as lazy days...clean but not a total neat freak. Looking for a short term let from Jan 31st til Feb 12th. Let me know if you have anything!
Hi all I'm Lina, A little bit about myself, I'm 27 yo, Civil engineer working full time. I love being outdoors so I'm normally not at home on the weekends. I don't smoke but I do enjoy having social beers every now and then. I'm looking for a place that I can call home since I'd be staying long term. I'm not in a rush so last week of January or first of February would be a good time to move in. I have a car so I would require a parking space, preferably off-street.
Hey! My name is Bec. I'm 24 years old and am moving to Sydney from Brisbane in February to start a new job. I work in the legal industry so during the week am pretty busy with work. I like to keep fit and healthy, I enjoy playing soccer and love food and cooking. I consider myself to be a clean, respectful person. I enjoy my own company but also am keen to socialise on weekends, meet new people and get outside when I can. I am either looking for like minded people to team up with to find a place - preferably one or two others or for a bedroom in an existing house. If you think I might be a good fit, please send me a message!
Hey! We are moving up to Sydney from Melbourne in mid Feb and are looking for a place to call home for at least the next year. I just graduated a degree in finance and have got my self a grad job with a bank in the cbd. I play netball, get around watching most sports & love afl like the standard Melbournian. Josh works in IT and has transferred with his company to their office in Botany. He plays soccer & follows every sport. We’ve been together for 6 years and living together for the last 3 years (housesharing) so we are pretty chill and always keep things clean & tidy. Ideally we’d like a place with an ensuite/own bathroom, built-in/walk-in robes and parking for two cars (on street parking is fine). We have furniture for a bedroom, bar stools, book shelf, basic cutlery/crockery/pots/pans and 65’ a Samsung TV and that’s about it so if you have a fridge, couch, washing machine etc that would be great! Both non smokers & rarely drink. No pets, but certainly don’t mind if you have pets of your own! Budget is flexible for the right place. Let us know if you have any other questions, we would be keen to inspect places after the 8th of Feb as we are currently overseas.
I'm 20, from Brisbane, and recently graduated from an acting degree. I'm looking to move down to Sydney in late Jan. I'm pretty chill. I'm private, but can also enjoy a few drinks and love socialising. I'm looking for a reasonably priced room in the inner city suburbs with other fun, young, ambitious people. LGBT+ Friendly, Non-smoker (but I don't mind if housemates do), Clean and Reliable.
Hi there! I'm Carmela. My boyfriend & I are looking for a spacious clean modern room in a shared home in inner-Sydney. I work in Insurance and my boyfriend works for a tech start-up. We're pretty relaxed. If we're not working then we're either watching Netflix, eating, at the beach or working on our hobbies :) We like things to be clean and tidy. We're not loud and don't really party but enjoy having fun and meeting kind and friendly people. We're hoping to share a home with another chill person or couple. We'd prefer to have our own bathroom and decent-large sized bedroom. Please reach out if you'd like to chat some more :)
I'm relocating to Sydney from Newcastle for work (airline hosting)and I'm looking for a place to call home! I'm an outgoing person and get along with most people! In my spare time you can see me catching up with friends, down at the beach or binging a tv series! I'd love something homey with kind hearted people! :)

Reasonably sociable, enjoy chatting and having fun with others, yet respectful of myself and others’ privacy and personal space . Don’t like loud music or noisy parties . Looking for a Studio apartment/ Grannyflate ( one bedroom) , or to share accommodation ( house or flat) with a nice like- minded person/ persons ( maximum 2 ) . I need my own / private bathroom and toilet, and preferably a furnished room. Looking for an accommodation and a nice companionship. Will be available to move in between 25-30 of January.
Hi everyone, I'm 24 and currently working full-time in Consulting. Originally from Canberra, but have lived in Sydney for a few years now and have experience with share houses. I'm a pretty low-key person but I do enjoy being social. My hobbies involve going to the gym, music, soccer, and recently art/photography. Still in the discovery phase of moving here so always keen to try new things. I spent almost an entire year overseas backpacking in 2017 so you could say I have a bit of a travel bug. Would be great if we could be social with each other, but still have a respectful and honest relationship. I'm very clean and thoughtful. Looking for somewhere long-term to stay (12 months+). Preferably with housemates around the same age, and young professionals. Move-in date is flexible, it just means end of the month preferably, but not a hard deadline on 27 Jan. Same with the suburbs. Inner-west would be nice, but open to suburbs not too far from the city.
My friend Troy, boyfriend Patrick and myself are looking for a 2 bedroom place to move into asap. We have all lived and worked in Sydney for a year, and have all completed our first year / are entering our second year of uni. We are a very laid back, responsible and tidy group of friends who are looking for somewhere to call home. We are preferably looking for somewhere furnished, but flexible furnishings could also work. Inclusive bills and internet would also be ideal! Patrick also owns a car, so an off-street car spot would be great. Please don't hesitate to contact me or ask questions.
