Self employed (social/digital), clean, chilled, friendly, social, healthy yet capable of consuming a whole pizza. From Sydney, love travelling, gigs, cooking, art, beers/bbqs, camping, meeting new people, also enjoy my down time. I have a cat, super chill - Wilson. He is weird, more like a dog and mostly lives outside. Say hello! :-)
Hi there! 🙋🏼♀️ I’m a 21 year old Dutch student doing my fulltime graduation internship at Breville here in Alexandria, Sydney. I’m social, clean (also animal lover) and in for a drink now and then. I’m in Australia now for 2 weeks and I will stay until the end of June. (maybe longer) Cheers 🥂 Elianne 🤗
Hey! I'm Lucy, I'm 25 and I moved to Sydney from London four months ago to work in entertainment + social media. I'm looking for a room from the end of March with a flexible length of stay. I'm a tidy and respectful housemate but also looking to move in with like-minded people - after work I enjoy chilling out, cooking, watching films and on a weekend I definitely enjoy a night out. I like my own space from time to time, but also really enjoy socializing and seeing what Sydney has to offer! I'm friendly and love meeting new people. Get in touch if you think I'd be a good fit. Cheers!
I'm a hella queer introvert looking for like-minded people to live with. While I'm not super social I know how to hold a killer wine, cheese and board game/movie night. I'm a pretty chill person and am easy to get along with as long as we have something in common, be it a love of plants, books, mexican food or LGBTQAI+ issues. I am almost always writing something. This will be my first time living out of home and I am super keen to move closer to the city where I work. I am great at keeping shared spaces like kitchens and bathrooms clean and am fastidious about paying bills on time. Being able to live in a space big enough for my Black-Headed Python's terrarium would be fantastic but isn't required. I am also totally down with living with other pets, especially cats. ***Move Dates Flexible***
I'm Ash (short for Ashton) a full time professional looking for my next home. Friends would call me easy going, mature and sociable. Self proclaimed foodie and amateur guitarist. I enjoy playing basketball and footy to keep fit. I'm someone who is always up for a good laugh/chat and also respects personal space and privacy. I'm clean and organised (not to the point it's OCD haha) so looking for like minded people in that respect. Not looking for a party house but I do enjoy a couple drinks on occasion. I work night shift from 7pm-7am on a 4day on 4day off roster so I'll be in and out of home at different times. Some nights you'll get the place to yourself, other nights I'll be home getting some R&R. I'm open to living with people of different genders and sexualities. As long as you pay your rent on time and clean up after yourself we're going to get along quite well. I'm flexible with pets and if you have a dog that would be awesome! *Flexible with the move in date- Mid/late March to early April* If you have questions shoot me a message and I'll get back to you. Cheers.
UPDATED: I'm finalising a place but if it falls through I will schedule more inspections Hi, I'm Sam, a 28 Aussie female who works full time as a software tester. I'm nerdy, clean, a non smoker, respectful and not a party animal. I'm into coffee, food, craft beer and rock climbing. I'm looking for a share room for 12 months, with NO BUNKBEDS, MAX 2 people per room and within a 30 minute walk to work. I will consider an unfurnished room within a 30 minute drive to work if it's with amazing people. Bonus points if you are next to a rock climbing gym, have undercover parking for my motorbike or have cats. please describe the commute to 201 Elizabeth st and tell me what makes your share house so awesome. I currently live in Ashfield in a share room situation, I pay $190 per week. I'm considering moving so I can focus on my recovery from a broken ankle. I need to give 2 weeks notice. Regards, Sam
My name is Jesse and I'm a 28 year old male studying full time Masters of Physiotherapy and working Part time in the CBD for Government Health Policy. I'm very clean and have been living in a variety of share houses for the last 4 years so pretty flexible with adjusting to house dynamics. I cycle for transport, Surf when I can, meditate daily, learning music production (making). I'm vegan, don't drink or smoke or do drugs. Happy to live with those who do, so long as housemates smoke outside and everyone is open minded. Happy to answer any more questions.
Hi, I’m Terry, a 34 year old Carpenter from the UK. Been in Australia for a little over 4 years now, 2 years in Darwin and the rest here In Sydney. I’m easy to get along with, mindful and courteous, and am very much hoping to live with like minded people. After a hard days work I like to unwind in a clean friendly environment. I prefer to cook rather than eat out midweek, so a nice sized practical functional kitchen is a must. I love to bbq and get out in nature, camping is a fav pass time of mine. My fav time of year in Sydney is the whale migration season, not the summer 😂 With any potential new home, I do require some storage space for a little snowboard gear, camping equipment and a few tools. A car park space would be a plus, as would a housemate that likes the occasional game of fifa. If any potential room is unfurnished, that is not a problem for me as all I would need to purchase is bed a bed + mattress
Full time student and full time worker. Very social introvert. I like to stuff... all the time... Read, write, work, study and the occasional party. Pretty neat and I clean up after myself (which is easy because I don't move around alot). Gym junkie, nerd and all round funny guy. (when I do speak)
I am a 26 year old female from the UK. I am really tidy and love to cook, especially bake (when i get the time to). I love having a nice chat with a glass of wine to chill at night time. At the weekends i tend to go out for food with my friends but also love a night in watching films and getting a takeaway. I work 10-6 Mon-Fri so my schedule is pretty easy to work around.
I'm a mum to a wonderful four year old boy named Noah and a beautiful 12 year old fur baby (cat) named Rocco. I work from home and am a mum most of the time (but share custody with Noah's dad, so I have Noah about 70% of the time). Noah goes to school in the mornings Monday - Friday and then we're usually at home for a little bit in the early afternoon, then out doing extra curricular activities, scootering around the block, playing at the park or swimming at the pool. We're an active duo. I do Energy Healing, Kinesiology & Craniosacral. We are a healthy household, as organic as possible, as environmental as possible and no TV in the house. My passions are music, spirituality, healthy living, games (cards, board games, trivia, etc), the beach, traveling, spending quality time with family & friends, yoga/pilates, going to concerts, baking paleo/raw treats. I'm actually quite the baker lately & usually have something fresh baked every day or two, which I'm happy to share with you. I'm easy going, a non-smoker, occasional drinker (enjoy Friday drinks with my friends), very clean (not to the point of OCD, but I like to keep the house clean & zen), friendly & social gal who is originally from Canada. Sydney is my home now - I became a citizen two years ago. :-) We're looking for a 3 bedroom house in the inner west (moving from the North Shore) and to have a conscious, healthy, non-smoker, clean, kind, easy going and fun flatmate join our household. Noah and I would each have our own separate rooms and then the 3rd room would be for the flatmate. You must love kids and cats! Don't be surprised if Noah becomes your best friend. He's an amazing soul who is extremely social and develops deep bonds with people easily. Rocco is another amazing soul who loves to cuddle. His favourite thing is cuddles and pats on the sofa in the evening. If you feel like we would be a good match for each other, please get in touch and we can take it from there. :-)
All the people I have lived with have all explained that I am pretty easygoing to live with. I consider myself the friendly introvert - I really enjoy getting to know the people I live with and my surroundings but also like some down time in my own space. I get a good kick at home nights in with friends or roommates watching movies with some wine or even just to hear how they day went. I always pay my rent on time and if anything in my status changes, I am always open to communicate what that entails.I am super tidy and not afraid (nor lazy) to lift my weight when it comes to chores for the rest of the house. If you have animals, I will love them like my own and would be happy to help with feeding, walking, playing etc if needed. I am a psychology student so you will no doubt be ear bashed about the latest theory or research article that I learned and I am mindful not to analyse people (psych students always cop a bad rap for this)! I think people are so interesting and love to share, and have shared with me someone's passions. I love to play lots of sports like netball and touch football so I am usually out in evenings play a game or two.
Hello! I am a brazilian mom, 35 years old, temporary studying in sydney (without my kid). Looking for a studio or private room in share apartment, where I could have new friends but still some privacy. Creative advertising professional, high level education (and still growing), but also hands-on, housewife, mom and worker, at the same time. I love arts, music, movies, tattoos, travels around the world and Jesus. :) Best regards, Carol
We are a professional couple from the UK emigrating to Sydney in June 2018. We enjoy eating out, live music, art and socialising. We both love languages and speak Spanish and German. We are looking forward to our Sydney adventure.
I'm a US citizen who has made a home in New Zealand, over from Wellington for a medium-term stay while getting a visa application together to move back permanently. I am looking to share a home with you for 4 weeks minimum, with potential to stay longer. I have shared many flats before, and am calm, tidy, and caring but quite self-sufficient. I appreciate a board game or movie night, having a chat over coffee, and going for a swim or browsing a bookshop together. I am a full-time freelancer, with consistent work as an editor and writer for a textbook company in the States. This keeps me busy, but as I will be doing some work from home I'd like a bit of space and quiet from time to time -- and appreciate a sturdy desk and chair! I can be flexible though, and am happy to get out and do work at a library or elsewhere to mix things up on some days, or if the flat gets noisy while I'm doing work. I love animals, especially cats. I have some friends in Sydney and am happy to make new ones -- hopefully, you!
Hello, I'm moving from Melbourne to Sydney for work in early March. I love plants, fresh air and homely homes. I'm always up for a chat, but also happy with my own company. Cats generally make me smile but also itch, so probably looking for a pet free scenario. :)
Hi there, I'm Olivia! I'm from Connecticut, USA. I am moving to Sydney to take a teaching course. I'd prefer a quieter home where I can study. I'm not really a party person but I am social. I'm very tidy and clean up after myself. My hobbies include snowboarding, grabbing lunch with friends, going to the beach, and exploring new places. I can provide references if needed.
We are a clean, polite and friendly couple (Australian male 38, Japanese female 30) moving to Sydney from Tokyo. I am a designer with a background dealing with startups, she is a photographer. We’re both pretty quiet and respectful but still sociable. We both enjoy exploring, finding new places to go. It’s been a while since I have lived in Sydney so I am excited to explore it once again. We hope to meet our new flatmates soon!
I've been living in Newcastle for the past three years and recently moved back to Sydney. I have a cat, Leo, we're a package deal but he's pretty quiet. I have a Netflix subscription which we can split :) I love music and being social, but also enjoy relaxing nights watching movies and drinking wine. I am clean and quiet and always on time with rent. I would also be keen on teaming up with other people to find a place
Hey there, my name’s Kate. I work as a journalist, corporate writer and yoga teacher. I love cooking, shopping for food, just food generally, as well as beach swims and cycling. I'm 27 and I've been living in Sydney share houses since I was 19 so I'm very well house trained :) Looking forward to hearing from you!
