Hi everyone! I’m Basil, 21, from Saudi Arabia. I’m a student at the University of Sydney, studying Mechatronics Engineering. Since I’m studying here, I plan to stay in Sydney for at least four years, possibly longer.
I have experience living in shared accommodations in both the UK and Australia, so I’m used to sharing a space and being a considerate housemate. I would describe myself as social and easygoing—I enjoy spending time with others, whether it’s watching movies, playing video games, or going on trips together. At the same time, I also value a calm and peaceful environment.
I’m on a fully funded scholarship from the Saudi Arabian government, so I have no issues covering my expenses. I always make sure to be responsible, organized, and respectful of those around me.
In my free time, I enjoy watching movies, and exploring new places. I love meeting new people and experiencing different cultures.
