I am pretty lucky in that I get paid to work full time permanently from home, with occasional visits to my offices in Richmond and Box Hill with an extension of my contract to July 2021, so a vacant parking space for my one car is a must, unless your listing is in Box Hill and is within walking distance of my offices. Thinking of moving to Sydney for career development....maybe...but due to Corona Virus border lockdown, I pretty much can work from home anywhere as long as you have fast internet or you allow me to install NBN in my new room (which I will pay for anyway). I'm quite hardworking, outgoing and independent, so I'm only home during weeknights and/or weekends. I am smiley, happy-go-lucky, friendly, sociable and laughs easily, but knows when to hold their tongue and not be politically offensive. For fun, I love to play sports including basketball, longboarding, skateboarding, table tennis, surfing, swimming, gym, getting fit, cooking, travelling, playing guitar and open to learning new things/activities! I love cooking, watching Netflix, Youtube, dining out and listening to music (think Maroon 5, love ballads lol, R&B, hiphop etc). Having said that, I am also respectful of others by listening to my noise cancelling headphones in my own bedroom. If you have mutual interests in sports and/or music, that would be a fantastic bonus! Having said that, I am independent most of the time, love my "me-down alone time" and can study, read or sleep for long hours on my own to recharge my batteries. But if you need my physical help or advice with fixing or solving anything, I'm willing to lend a listening ear or solution! I'm originally from Adelaide with a friendly nature but have been working/living in Melbourne for the past 4 or so years. I'm really looking for someone who is always positive, happy, cool, resilient flatmate who also works full time, pays bills on time, independent and most importantly, ability to solve their own life problems and challenges easily without angering others around them. I prefer to live with someone/people who do not get angry or temperamental easily (Think the opposite of Lleyton Hewitt's personality on a tennis court). I am happy to help others to the best of my ability whenever I can, but in the end I want to live with someone who loves to work hard and life is a smooth journey for them with very little stress or worries (and oh, slow to anger like me would be a bonus!). Message me asap if this sounds like you!

Hi, I’m Lauren, 21 years old! I recently moved back from living overseas for 1 year, and I’m looking for a place to call home for a bit 😊 I’m currently living in Sydney, but open to moving states (Melbourne preferably), or the Inner West of Sydney. I’m low maintenance, super bubbly, and love spontaneous trips away. I’m looking for a friendly house share with great people (I want to be able to talk to my housemates, and not give that awkward smile if I see someone walking out the door lol). I love a good chat but can also appreciate some alone/quiet time. I don’t have a particular date of when I can move in either.. super flexible 🕺🏽

Hi! I'm Nina, I'm half Australian and half Turkish, I grew up in France, and recently finished my undergraduate studies in London. I'm moving to Australia in October for six months as part of my gap year, to work, write, and experience the Aussie way of life. I have had flatmates during most of my time in London, so I have experience of living with other people. I'm a tidy person, I cook quite a fair bit, and I love meeting new people and discovering new places, restaurants, bars or museums.

Hi I'm Tony, I'm completing studies, diving into a new career path with Occupational Therapy and Physio assistant. Due to the COVID19 situation my studies have taken a little longer to complete and now that Victoria is struggling with a new wave, I'm not due into Melbourne until December. Living in Perth at the moment. I'm returning to Melbourne to continue on with my Sports Training role where I've completed 2 years in the WAFL and looking to move into the VFL, I've completed 2 past careers, emergency services and as a Soldier with the Defence Force. Have previously lived in Melbourne for 3 years, so I'm familiar with a few locations. Looking for something nice and easy. I'm a non smoker, clean and tidy, self sufficient, have lived in Melbourne before, enjoy a fitness/active lifestyle. Look forward to saying Hi.

Hey! I'm Kirstin from Melbourne, I work in the creative industries and when I'm not working I'm usually out on a local adventure, whether it's a hike, a beach day, new brunch spot, visiting a gallery or going to a sports game (pre-rona at least!). Bit of a jack of all trades, master of none - always trying out new hobbies, but a consistent one for me is cooking up a good feed and having a chill night in with red wine and netflix or gin and a boardgame. I'm looking for a relaxed sharehouse with a communal vibe where everyone pitches in and does their bit, but also is chill if someone does their own thing. Looking for min. 3 or 4months room availability, pretty flexible re location - mostly interested in Melbourne inner northern suburbs or the Vic surf coast, but also considering moving up to Sydney northern beaches. (ps I am allergic to cats so unfortunately can’t live with that furry friend, but dogs are a-okay)

Hi, my friend and I are looking for a place in the city with 2 single rooms from 2/10/2020 till approximately January. We are looking for somewhere pet friendly as I have a mouse and my friend has a small little chihuahua. Abit about us, we are both veterinary students hoping to finish up our degree by the end of the year if covid permits. We are both always down for a banter if time permits given we would be interning at various clinics from 8-5. As a bonus, my friend loves to cook so would be treated with yummy smells wafting from the kitchen from time to time.

I am looking for a place to rent. I am working part time at the moment, looking to move sometime November/December or sooner if it feels right, will hopefully find a new job closer to housing when sorted. I’m not in school/study, I’m just working for now. I would prefer a pet friendly place, I own pet rats super clean despite what people say and super friendly and I also may have to bring my dog with me, dog friendly. I am super clean and happy to help! Not allergic to anything and am not fussy. I am passive, bubbly but tend to keep to my own until I’m fully comfortable. I accept all people for themselves. I love to go out and have fun from time to time, but do get serious when needed. Huge animal lover and I do home workouts but would like to go to the gym if I found a buddy;). Looking for someone around my age. No older then 25 if possible, prefer female but no too fussy.
