Hey, name's TK for short. Recently graduated and now working full-time on the Gold Coast full time in healthcare. Easy-going and chill. Always up for a good chat ranging from small talk about the weather to deep meaningful conversations about the futility of human existence. I'm friendly and sociable, and above all I'm really respectful of people's privacy. I don't have pets but really like animals, so if you do have 'em - rest assured, I'll practically adopt them. I don’t smoke and paying rent on time will never be an issue. The closest I ever came to drug abuse was taking my grandma’s strepsils and eating them all when I was 9 because I thought they were candy.
Im a 24yo guy Im gonna be studying masters of marketing at Griffith Uni. Im kinda tidy for a guy lol, i take care of all of my things and i can help with shared areas as well. I like to socials and have a few beers every now and then but not really a party animal, i like my privacy and respect others privacy as well
Hello! I am studying Nutrition and Dietetics full time at Griffith, looking for a relaxed share house close by. I'm a pretty quiet roommate and tend to keep to myself, unless someone is up for a sneaky wine in the evening 😉. I work two nights a week as a fitness instructor and 3 full days as a Lab assistant in Brisbane, so you wont see much of me. In my spare time I study, train or go on outdoor adventures. I am more than happy to do my share of housework and cook for us when I am home. I am (hopefully but it's not a deal breaker, he can stay with a friend) looking for a pet friendly place, so I can bring my cat Mr Whiskas too. Hope to hear from you soon!
I'm a chill guy, I'm looking for a place to move out but want to mention up front I have a 2 year old I see 2 days a week (not overnight) bar that I have great references from both retailers and housemates. Hit me up for details if this is OK.
I'm a super friendly, outgoing Peruvian girl that just moved to the gold coast. I’ll be studying Hospitality at Griffith University, and I’m looking forward to getting to know the place. I respect privacy, and appreciate it when people do the same for me. I’m keen for chatting and watching movies, and always down for a night out and having a good time. Looking forward to meeting lots of people and making the most of my time living in Australia!
Hello my name is Noah and I am moving from Canada to Gold Coast to study at Griffith University. I am an outgoing, studious, non-smoker. School is my priority and I need relatively quiet accommodation to focus on my studies. I try my best to be tidy and respectful of common areas. I like to have a laugh, tell stories, play video games, listen to music, hang out with friends and try different foods and drinks (am mostly a social drinker). Thanks!
Hello folks My name is Scott and have been doing the flatmate living arrangement since leaving hometown WA five years ago. Since then have been traveling Australia and a little overseas while working in hospitality based in Adelaide. Now what better place to be on the coast with an inspired career change to attend Griffith University for International Tourism. Essential for me is living with no smokers please, and preferably no cats am slightly allergic. I also work part-time as a research assistant. If you have a place please message me.
Im a fun person and an easy going one to live with. My hometown is Vietnam and I usually going around my city to ease my stressed mind. Surfing and cooking are what Im into and want to discover more. Hoping to make friends with everybody while studying in Gold Coast :)
I'm 20 years old, going to be studying Criminology and Criminal Law at Griffith University. I have lived in Ottawa, Canada my entire life and I have never been to Australia (yet). I love keeping an active lifestyle, playing lots of sports (ultimate frisbee, soccer/football, and tennis are my favourites), hiking, and exploring the outdoors. I have a passion for travelling and will likely be doing lots of that while I am living in Australia. I am understanding of when people need their quiet time, but I also love socializing and getting to know new people. I pull my weight in keeping the place clean and I don't like leaving messes behind. Little bit of mutual respect goes a long way. (My dog, as cute as she is, won't be coming with me)
Hello, a friend and myself are looking for 1 or 2 females to team up with to look for a rental house (no apartments) in the Gold Coast regions (between Arundel and Worongary). What we want 1. A lease of 12 months minimum (further details will be discussed because things happen and sometimes people have to leave, so that is understood) 5. Looking at finding a place and moving ASAP 6. Have already got regular funiture (beds for others will have to be organised), got kitchen ware. 7. Must be reliable in paying rent and helping out with house chores if needed. 8. Must pay a bond 9. Will recommend that any allegies or similar relevant information be told (for health and safety) Please contact me if you are interested or have any questions. For pricing- depending on the rental, a package (including electricity, water, internet and rent) will be calculated. The aimed maximum is $250 each for the 1 or 2 extra house mates but hopefully will not have to be that high. Overall, we want someone who enjoys a good chat and a BBQ. Perfect opportunity for student or single people who like to live with others. We just want to move but need 1 or 2 more others. NO OFFERS FOR ALREADY ESTABLISHED SHARE HOUSES OR ROOMS PLEASE.
I'm easy going and respect the privacy of my housemates. I will be studying at Griffith and working part time as a bartender so I won't be spending very much time at home. Also a garage space is fairly important as I own a motorbike and don't want to park it out on the street.
Hey, I'm currently studying music at Griffith University Gold Coast and I'm looking for accommodation somewhere close to public transport and close to uni. I'm currently living in Brisbane, and would love to have a much smaller commute time everyday. I love to have a good chat, but I also really like my own personal space, so I keep to myself quite a bit.
I'm tidy and like to keep my room tidy, I will always clean up after myself and of course I can take care of my own food and supplies so there won't be any inconveniences or mix-ups as far as I can help it. I'm respectful to others and am pretty flexible with all kinds of people.
20 years of age. Currently undergoing my diploma of beauty therapy in Robina at the French Academy am also working in Surfers Paradise as a Beauty Therapist. I’ve been living independently for the past couple years. Very tidy and respectful. Looking to live with like minded people. Hope to hear from you soon
Hey everyone! We are looking for people to team up with! Two relatively normal well adjusted people....relatively..lol and one co-dependant constantly hungry cat...with a minor attitude problem... Respectful and considerate, no kids, no dramas, not a party house... The lease we currently have expires next month and getting out of Coomera and closer to work is the intention..so we'll be looking for new places soon and a new roomie for a bigger house..around Parkwood, Arundel, Runaway bay, Biggera waters etc. We're social but not in your face too much....respecters of space and privacy....not a couple, David has non live in GF who is over a couple of times a week... We don't have huge amounts of stuff, not enough to fill a big house anyway... plenty of room for your stuff which is probably cooler than our stuff anyways....lol all the things anyone would need we have obviously, appliances and all that. one of us is a geek and the other a bit of a health nut...so whatever you're into we are cruisy people.. We're looking for a 4 - 6 bedroom place in the above suburbs and need one or possibly two like minded people who have their shit together to share with us.... hence the bigger place so everyone has some room and a couple of living spaces and the advantages of a proper house for the same price as a pokey little unit ...all the other nitty gritty stuff we can talk about... currently we just pool bill and rent money and pay the bills weekly and stay ahead...will want to get lawns mowed as well as the usual elect, gas, water and fast interwebs... Older flatmates are fine with us! Smokers are ok..outside of course...
Hey, I'm Brett. I'm just your average design student at Griffith Uni and I'm just looking to get a little closer to Uni. I'm a friendly and clean indivual, I'm pretty quiet at home and I'm not a huge party goer but I'll have the occasional drink every now and then. I'm a big listener of music and I love to watch movies when I have the time. Please message me! Thanks!
Food. I love food. I love making it, sharing it and learning about it (good thing I'm studying nutrition and dietetics). I also work at a burger place and I get a discount so... if you like a good burger, you may be in luck! I'm a pretty busy bee right now so I usually keep to myself with study and work but I don't mind a good chat with likeminded people! As for living standards, I like a well-kept home and will tidy up after myself but I also understand that life gets messy and we are humans so I'm not a ballbuster with that kind of thing! Ps I come with my reptile baby, Kaa. She’s a well-mannered children python who keeps to herself in her terrarium. I get that snakes are pretty scary and I respect that home is a safe space, so I can arrange somewhere else for her to stay if she really gives you the heebie jeebies!
My name is Dean Core and I am 24 years old and I live in Holland. I am coming over for about 4 months to study Psychology at the Griffith University Gold Coast. I am a open-minded, social and easy-going flatmate who likes to enjoy life and meet new people. People would describe me as a calm and a good-natured friend. Looking forward to my time in Australia. Greetings from Holland. Dean
I'm 31 years old, pretty chilled person, I do socialize but I enjoy my own space as well. I clean up after myself and I honestly don't like things being messy. If you're looking for a down to earth guy, that's me. Petroleum Engineer working on a FIFO rotation, looking for a place to call home while I'm on field break, I also run a small business which takes all my time when I'm on days off.
Firstly, great to meet you. I pay my bills on time and I do my best to be tidy. I am looking for a cheap room to rent and idealy being furnished with bills included. If bills are not included,If you could give an estimate. I work 5 days a week at The Gold Coast University Hospital.\ If possible, I do have a few small things to store. I,E a few box's, chainsaw, whipper snipper. A small storage place would be ideal. Thank you, Steven
Easy going environmental Uni student, surfer and nature enthusiast. I get along fine with people whether they're preserved and quiet or social and enthusiastic. I'm a mixture of both, I've only lived in the GC for a year so my social life isn't huge but I definitely enjoy the company of others and the odd beer and a laugh every now and then. I've lived in share house situations, and I have the uttermost respect for the conditions of share house living in terms of cleanliness, privacy and mutual respect.
