Well, I'm 19 and currently looking for a new place, i have a 2 year old Kelpie named Bear and shes been with me since a pup , we make our own small family :) I work here and there but no set work, i volunteer wherever i can, as its one thing i'm passionate about, helping. Bear and i are also very skilled at being apart of a share house, very conscious about what i leave around, always cleaning up both shared spaces and my own space. Bear is a fully house trained and just trained in general pup, she prefers to be inside at night but during the day will roam around happily, But she can also be one or the other as it suits others in the house. I'm looking for a place that will accommodate my needs, i haven't yet achieved my P's and will need to be closer to a town then further inland, hopefully 2 months and that will all change. If there is a bus shelter close or a way fro me to be able to reach apt's ect,,, i would happily consider... Anything else you would like to know send me a message :) Thanks, May
I am currently living in the beautiful town of Newcastle with my partner of 2 years. Although I am still quite young I feel like I am very mature. For the past year I have been working in a busy real estate in the heart of Newcastle. I dropped out of school halfway through year eleven so I could cater to the needs of paying rent and supporting myself. Now I have done what I had to do I have decided that it is time for me to go back to school and pursue my dreams of being a teacher. I have decided that Coffs Harbour will be the best area for me to do this as I grew up in the small town of Nambucca not very far from the coffs coast and would love to go back to my home town. I have family and friends up there I and I feel it would be a better support system for me there. Upon arrival I would be going back to school (CHEC) 5 days a week from 9am to 4pm, getting a part time job for after school and weekends and working towards my future. I am a very hard working and driven young lady as you will grow to realise if we do have the chance of living together. I am super nice and friendly and love nothing more to settle down with a good book or movie. I do like to have my own space but I do love a good chat from time to time. As you will soon see I am a very clean and reliable lady. As I have worked in real estate I understand the quality needs of a good tenant and I feel like I am a great one. I have been renting of Newcastle Beach Hotel for the past 6 months and paying rent of $210 weekly. I cook and clean up after myself, making it a pleasure for anyone I live with. I am currently on a student pension and that is enough to cover all the rent and utilities that need be and also cater to my love of the beach and small cafes. Although I do plan on getting a job I realise that I will need a steady income before I arrive and I can provide documentation of my income as well as payslips and my current ledger, also rental reference and an employment reference
We are a group of 4 people (2f, 2m) from Europe that we have met traveling around Australia. We would like to find accommodation for a couple of weeks/months. We are currently working in Costa farm. We are open-minded, easy-going and approachable, as well as tidy and respectful. We like to share experiences with all kind of people!!
Hi! 😊 I'm a professional muso, gigging the East Coast on weekends, photographer & fulltime online student. My friends say I'm funny, spiritual, creative, honest, respectful & communicative.. and I agree with them 😊 I've lived in sharehouses before and understand the dynamics of respecting personal & shared spaces, cleanliness, honest communication, financial responsibilities & contribution. I'd be away most weekends and in study mode most weekdays with spurts of social activities like dinners & drinks and enjoy bodyboarding and brisk walks when I can. Anything else, just ask 😊
I'm a future UNI student so I guess you could say i'm competent. I play video games and ride mtb so I'm pretty cool. Kinda funny sometimes. To be honest I don't know why I'm great to live with other than ill always be good for rent.

Not loud or noisy, but very friendly and easy going. Working full-time at the hospital. Looking to move into a house with other young professionals, but also looking to make friends.

Hey guys, Relocating to Coffs for work. I have a kelpie she's super fun and is well trained. I am relatively social don't like to sit in my room all the time but I respect if you do. I like to have a few drinks over the weekend but spend a lot of my free time out roaming with my dog. Looking for a room or to get a lease with some people, happy to live with guys or girls 🤙
Hey! I'm moving to Coffs Harbour from Melbourne for my new job as a scientist. I'm looking to move into a share house for a few months while I look for a more permanent place to rent with my partner and our dog (They'll be joining me in Feb). I'm up for meeting some new people who don't mind showing a newbie around Coffs Harbour :D
I am energetic, tidy, focussed, positive, disciplined and open. Happy to have a simple relationship with fellow flat mates etc. I've lived in Coffs for 6 years and love it here, I'm growing my own Tree, Gardens and Lawn service, which is my main focus, I love the Jetty, cafes and beach, I love having a laugh with my flat mates and chatting about similar Interests. If you are a decent person and have a passion for life I'm interested in sharing or renting from you.

Hey my name is Amith. I am a 23 year old uni student currently living in Armidale NSW. 2018 will be my last year of uni and I can do it off campus. I’m looking for a change in a new town to start fresh and hopefully land a job with my degree. I am a friendly and clean person. I enjoy playing rugby league on the weekends so I will look to join a local team and I love the gym. I’m quite sociable and love having a drink and meeting new people. I have a little pet name slyda. Who is a 20cm long snake. She is the smallest python in the world and is the most placid snake ever. She currently lives in a container and is not harmufull at all. I’d prefer to move into a house that is already furnished however I can buy my own furniture if needed. Please don’t hesitate to contact me. Looking to move in by 2018 but I am able to move in earlier in December if needed. Look forward to hearing from you guys 😊.
I'm 61 but young at heart and mind, I do work full time but down the track i'll start to scale this down. Ideally what I'm looking at is something like an over 55's retirement/independent sharing living arrangement. I like to keep active and healthy, I'm a social drinker and non smoker. I will need to get a workplace transfer if I find the ideal place to live. I am separated and four children. I am easy to get along with and i believe i have a good sense of humour. I am also not afraid of cleaning duties etc. For fun i enjoy riding bicycles, swimming etc, I can be a home person and a up and about person as well. six months or more would be ideal for me.
I'm pretty quiet, work from home, have good housekeeping habits, love good healthy home made food and chats over a glass of wine sometimes, love fresh air & open windows... I'm creative (a designer) and love relaxing with a good movie...sometimes a bit of a night owl when designing on my laptop but never noisy :) I'm looking for someone to share with who likes a peaceful home life and can have a good laugh at themselves and the world. I'm pretty easy going, in fact I practically live in a sarong these days after years wearing suits to corporate client meetings but no more! Love the beach, body surfing, walks on the beach, and would like to live either near Diggers Beach somewhere or near the Jetty as I like the vibe there. I'm mature aged and fun loving with I'm told a very young outlook and vibrant Spirit. Age doesn't matter to me, so long as you're healthy and a good person who cares about others and is kind and considerate. I'm considering a more luxury home with another person to share with for at least a year. Or a granny flat near the beach...now I'll just let it go and see what the Universe shows up with!
Hi, I am mature male, young at heart and looking, 50's easy going , into gym, biking, beach running, walks and live healthy lifestyle but do balance with Sunday Arvo's at the surf club or bar watching sport and live bands, with quiet evening red wine and dark chocolate watching Netflik's. I'm tidy, quiet, retro style male and have a wicked sense of humour, like going to movies, markets, arts and music festivals. I have references of past and recent shared accommodation living with female Landlords here in Coffs Harbour and have looked after their homes while they have been away overseas and around Australia. Cheers Robert
I just moved back to Coffs Harbour from Melbourne. I work in Civil Construction. Looking for share accommodation around Yamba. Very out going and respect everyone around me. I'm reliable and honest. Hard working and fun to be around
