The usual low down that ends up sounding like a “looking for significant other” post in the classified section of the newspaper...very easygoing working professional who would prefer a housemate that could also be a friend. Not a wild child or hermit. Clean and tidy! Looking for a private room in a share place with max two other people. Otherwise happy to start up somewhere new, I have full furnishings available if needed. No couples or kids, soz not soz! Any of the listed areas or surrounds although open to considering anything within a reasonable distance to the CBD via public transport. Need some form of parking, street ok. Long term. This housemate hunt is hideous!
Hello! My partner and I have recently moved over to Australia from New Zealand. We both are working full time so will be away majority of weekdays. Alex and I are extremely friendly and easy to get along with. We're looking for a nice place to live (lots of light) and lovely flatmates. Please contact me if your looking for something similar.

Hi!! I am super keen in looking for somewhere to live ASAP I flew from London last week and living in Sydney for 4 months!! 😘 I am clean and will be working so at the moment just need somewhere to sleep and a way to make new friends 💓I have very few plans due to not knowIng many people In the cIty so I am free to pretty much meet up whenever you are free. A bit about me: I’m 22 have graduated from uni in Fashion Buying Merchandising and have been working as a manager at Virgin Active gyms while saving for Aus 😊 I love to socialise with a glass of wine but also like to wind down after a long day at work with a take away and a movie/Netflix. 💕💕💕
I grew up with a large household, so I'm use to pulling my own weight around the house, while also being a sociable person. Although I do take my studies seriously I like to have fun to make sure I don't become a hermit drowning in textbooks. But then again, if you're like that, I'm pretty flexible. Basically I'm someone that you could have a meal with and talk about life but also can be told to bugger off without being offended.
Hi! My name is Rommy. I am 25, female and a student. I am of Spanish/South American background. I have lived with flatmates in the past but have been living on my own for about 2 years. My current lease ends on the 20th of February so I need to find a place to move in by the 24th of February. I will be studying at UNSW this march, doing psychology and science. Ideally I am looking for something close to the Kensington campus or city surrounds/randwick/coogee. I'm pretty friendly, respectful of people's privacy and mostly like to keep to myself at home but happy to help out with anything. I am happy to pay $150- $260 ($300 in worse case scenario) a week on rent with utilities included. I don't mind if place is furnished or not. I can bring my own stuff if needed, but I do need internet to be included. If you think you have something suitable for me please get in touch :)
I am independent and mature: 55+ Up for a chat but very respectful of others space. I work as a clinical nutritionist and naturopath. I love Natural Medicine and cooking. I previously worked as an event manager and professional organiser so I am ordered and very tidy. I am between leases & looking for short term furnished accommodation in the Eastern suburbs Janine
Hello! I am looking for a flatmate around UNSW for the tenure of my course. I am from Hyderabad, India and love to meet new people. Easy going and okay with pets also!. I play golf and love to try out different cuisines!
Hi There, I am a 29 year old originally from Adelaide and have been living and working overseas on private superyachts for the past 3 years but am looking to move to Sydney in the next month for work. I own my own house in Adelaide so understand and respect the importance of looking after a property. Love to explore the city and find new restaurants and bars but also enjoy a quiet night in. I also understand the importance of personal space after living with 12 people on a yacht for the last 3 years! Mark
We are two friends who run a cocktail lounge in the city! Very easy going, love netflix, clean! We are ready to buy any appliances needed and have a 55inc TV. We aren't opposed to doggos either. Marc is a uni student!
I work in marketing for an engineering firm in the city. I like to hike and kayak at weekends and gym most evenings after work. Respectful of others space, I’m very easy going and get on well with previous Flatmates.
Hi there! I'm Hiroko from Japan. I am a student of UNSW in a postgraduate course. I will stay Sydney for 1.5years at least from now on. I want an own room(not sharing with others) and no party house. I prefer a double, king or queen size bed. I really want to improve my English skill ,so I'd prefer to live with people who are a variety of nationalities. 350 pw is maximum budget including unlimited internet and other bills. Unlimited internet option is necessary for me totally. I use the internet heavily. I like cooking and drinking. My hobby is watching movies(including NETFLIX,hulu and DVD). I'm an easygoing , tidy , neat and polite person. Additionally, I'm a talkative, but respect own private space and quiet time. If you don't mind, I'd like to go out pubs or bars together on weekend occasionally.
Hey there! Is you / your flatmates looking for a fun, social, chatty, art & film loving, clean and tidy addition to your home? Well you've found her! I'm Tegan, a 20 year old Film and Media Production Student - studying at AFTRS from New Zealand! I moved here last year and lived in a hall & a flat in Maroubra. I am just about to return from my visit back to NZ and am looking for a groovy new group of flatmate/s to join. I love art, film, music, dancing, Netflix & wine (check the collage for proof). I love to socialise, but also know when and where it calls for alone / quiet time. I'm a clean, tidy, respectful housemate who's also super fun! My budget per week is around $220 - $250 incl bills but depending on the place am willing to chat! I come equipped with bed, furnishings and random cooking bits (appliances, cutlery etc which you can use) ! If I tickle your fancy, which I hope I do! Please flick me a fb message! :)
My name is Rylie, 25 years old, working full time as a Solicitor in Western Sydney. Originate from Newcastle and have lived in shared houses for the past 5 years. I can work long hours, but I love getting home and chilling out after a long day. Happy to chat, have a glass of wine and watch trashy shows with housemates although I also enjoy my own time and respect others in the house who do also. I am not a crazy neat freak, although I respect all common areas of a house and am happy to chip in to keep the house clean. Looking for a new place to make a home, not just a house and to make friends, not just housemates.
We are young professionals who are planning to move near the city. We are looking for 2 separate bedrooms. I just moved to Sydney last Oct 2017 from Netherlands, but I am originally from the Philippines. My friend is also from Philippines but have been working in Adelaide for 4 years.
Hey guys, I'm looking for some new housemates in Sydney - preferably around Clovelly/Randwick, Redfern/Surry Hills/Paddington or Zetland areas. I'm a very relaxed and down to earth guy, tidy, reliable and respectful of others. I work full-time in the CBD in financial services, so weekdays I'm away from home between 8-6. At nights I like to wind down and watch some Netflix, play some PS4, get to a gig or read a good book. I love nice food (although I'm not much of a cook, currently loving the convenience of YouFoodz) and having a beer / wine over some good conversation. I'll often go out for dinner / drinks after work, and spend a night or 2 a week at the girlfriends place, so definitely won't be cramping the common areas during the week. I grew up on the Central Coast so love being near the ocean. I'm fairly active and enjoy playing football, golf, oztag and some tennis every now and then. I've rented for past 5 years and have experience with shared accommodation. I'm keen to find housemates who are similar ages, mature, like-minded, easy going and don't mind having a laugh over a beer or two. My move date is flexible. Look forward to hearing from you. Cheers, Kurt
Myself and Brandon are both working professionals who work full and part time respectively. Between us we've had 9 years experience living in share houses with Brandon even running a share house previously. We are both considerate and respectful people, quiet but sociable and enjoy cooking, usually with others, but don't mind getting a take away every now and then. Whilst I would consider myself more reserved than Brandon we both like being able to keep to ourselves as well as enjoy the company of others. For fun we are both gamers who play on console or the occasional board game and our biggest weakness is too many puns. Other important bits: Non-smokers, we both drink but not in excess

I am a 21yo emerging screen editor looking for the next step towards my career. I'm at that stage in life where I want to take up new hobbies and learn new skills so don't mind me if I bring home watercolour paints one day and hiking gear the next. In regards to cleanliness, I pretty much have OCD. In fact, I find cleaning/tidying therapeutic. You can trust me with keeping my area as well as common areas tidy. I enjoy company just as much as I enjoy my alone time. So, if you're willing, I can be a friend whenever you need be.
Experienced house sharer. Respectful of others and the shared living spaces. I'm working full time and will be a working student in the New Years. Quite , organised , clean. Enjoy socialising on the weekend and always up for a chat around the house. Well traveled and always up for meeting new people and having new positive experiences. Non smoker. For fun I like to exercise, surf, socialise and get outdoors.
