I am a 24yr old working professional. I work Monday-Friday full time doing business development. I grew up in Maroubra and I am very local to Sydney. I like to come home and relax/unwind as I am on the phone all day, however I also enjoy soicalising, whether it be over a drink or dinner. I am a respectful and tidy person who values a nice clean home. I am very sociable and love to go out with friends and have a laugh/drink. I enjoy nights in as well, whether it be relaxing and watching movies or having a nice dinner around the table. I love to meet new people, and I am always open to new friendships. I am very outgoing and easy to get along with. I have an open mind and I am always up for new ideas and change. I am looking for a place I can call home. I am very fair when it comes to household chores and I always do my part to keep the household in a good condition. I love pets as well (I have a dog of my own - lives with my parents).
I will barely be there... I am coming down to Fox to work on a film. I am extremely tidy; just need a parking spot, a bed, laundry and bathroom. I will buy meals out so will only use kitchen for tea/coffee. I am also a Qld fire and rescue officer and any spare time is spent surfing and playing music or reading. Have two daughters and live on the Sunshine Coast. Will need room from 4-6 weeks. Cheers
Almost 21 years old Lithuanian girl heading to Sydney from London. Friendly, outgoing, looking for a place to live. Flat share or house share, also would love to meet a great people, have a chats and wine glass, maybe go out, don't mind to have fun sometimes, but respect the privacy.
I work as a Digital Artist at Fox Studios on films like the Lego movies or the upcoming Peter Rabbit film. I work long hours and also on weekends so only really use my apartment for relaxation and sleeping! I do YouTube semi-professionally in my spare time. Having to move out of my current apartment flat-share due to unforeseen circumstances and my contract in Sydney only ends in just over a month! I need somewhere to move in for ~5 to 6 weeks. I enjoy movies, have a large bluray collection I carry with me, and video games! If you want to know anymore else, feel free to message me!
Hi all! I'm a 23-year old med student looking for short-term accommodation while undertaking a clinical placement in Sydney. I’ve been living in Sydney share-houses for the past 4 years, however I moved to Brisbane this year for a research project. My placement in Sydney spans from 16/10 - 10/11, so I’d ideally like to find a place that is available for these dates. I’m looking for a furnished private room (I’m not interested in share rooms at all), preferably with a private bathroom (although this is not essential). I have a car, so I will also need access to free parking. I'm also happy to pay the entire rent upfront if required :) I’d describe myself as a reliable housemate - I pay my bills on time, I’m very tidy and I’m always willing to contribute to house chores. I’m an outgoing individual and I get along with pretty much anybody. I love dogs (possibly more than anything in the world) however I’m allergic to cats, hence I wouldn’t be able to stay at a property with a cat. I’m quite active - when I’m not studying I’m either at the gym, cooking or at brunch. I wouldn’t describe myself as a party animal, but I do enjoy the occasional beer. I look forward to hearing from you :)
Hi, I'm Gill I'm a tidy but very easygoing person, looking for some friendly people :) I work 6-7 days a week as a software engineer (trying to get that down to 5). In my spare time I'm doing an extra course at uni, going for a bike ride or going out with friends. I often keep to myself, but would definitely enjoy spending the occasional evening or weekend with housemates. Move date and length of stay are totally flexible.
Hi! My name is Nicole and I am a friendly 36 year old girl, moving back to Sydney from the Gold Coast. I am working in Randwick (full time) and keen to get settled into a long term place! I'm looking for a house with a secure backyard / courtyard for my 13 year old Poodle X Charlie. I have furniture for my own room and some other general household stuff as well. I love the beach and getting to the gym, as well as a cheeky wine and coffee catch ups with friends. I enjoy cooking and prefer to keep the place tidy, I'm pretty laid back and drama free. Charlie is an 13 year old Poodle X. He is a medium / small sized dog but not yappy and is loveable, well behaved, doesn't shed hair and he gets on well with other animals. He is an inside / outside dog.
28 / Aspiring Producer / Former Film Buyer - American born & Sydney bred. The only things I love more than good wine and gluten-free baking (which I'm known to share) is good chat and a clean kitchen. For fun, I try to get outdoors, dine my way through Sydney and try new things whenever possible. I love being on the water, meeting new people, and curling up with a good book. Looking for a sociable housemates who won't mind if I keep to myself a few nights a week, but aren't opposed to grabbing dinner or heading out every once in a while. **Note: A parking spot is required, don't care if it's on/off street as long as it's regularly available**
We are a group of 3 friends looking forward to new challenges and adventures. We finished our degrees this year and we decided to go abroad. We are extremely organized and easy to live with!
Prepared to spend more for the right space. 36 years young, single, simple respectful gentleman. Easy going and able to get along with people of all ages. Relocating for work. I exercise regularly (trying to get rid of this spare tyre) at the gym, I'm a professional in the property industry and find Krispy Kreme doughnuts ironically liberating. I'd prefer to live with a female mainly for hormone balance. I do try to eat well and am an amazing cook. I respect privacy, can take a joke, occasionally smoke (never inside, and understand if not wanted near the home) and maintain a clean criminal record for security vetting reasons. I have a kind heart and believe in being fair to my fellow humans. Don't do drugs or party hard so prefer that sort of behaviour be kept away from home, am totally up for socialising though. Would be awesome to make a new friend and hang out during mutual down time. I'm reliable and respect privacy so looking for the same. A secure parking space would be ideal. Oh, and I cannot stand when something smells in the fridge, if it's rotting, lets chuck it out shall we?! Best of luck to you all. Cheers :)

Hey I'm Steve, I'm 32 and work in construction, been living Sydney 4/5 years an mainly over east in Bondi and ready for a change of scenery, however still very much like to be fairly close to the beach and also vibrant inner city lifestyle. from England originally, am now full Aussie and here to stay. Id say I'm a 'reformed' party animal, Now into fitness, road-trips and casual dating more so these days, I do still very much like an occasional blow out :D I'm very house share trained as have been in various shares for past 6 years, I'm very tidy and respectful of others space, including tidying up as I go and keeping on top of housework. I'm no clean freak however, but enjoy living in a tidy environment and expect the same level of respect in return. I'm flexible with where I'm looking to stay but am keen for central or inner west at furthest, close to train line and also accessible/ parking etc. looking ideally for a team up as I have a good proportion of household furniture already. Although also open for option of a room going in a cool house share :) If you think we could be on the same page or would suite living together, I'm also open for compromise. drop a message and we can get in touch Cheers
Hello! I'm just about to start a new job in Kensington, so looking for somewhere a little closer to work. I'm an easy going, down to earth person, very clean, but a terribly lazy cook - so hey, I won't take up the kitchen that often :) I'm usually out and about one or two nights a week, and a bit busier on the weekend. Bit of an arts enthusiast - at my happiest when I'm at an art gallery or the movies or a gig of some kind. When I'm home I often just like to chill in my room in front of a good TV show or a book (or my facebook newsfeed ;). I'm quite independent and respectful of other people's space and privacy. But always happy to have a chat or go out for the odd drink/dinner. Would be great to share with someone who would eventually become a friend too :)

Hi everyone! We are Czech couple moving to Sydney for 10 months on 12th Oct 2017. Me and Tom are easygoing people who love fun, traveling and discovering any new things and activities. We are clean and reasonable, willing to respect other flatmates / housemates and their needs. From time to time we like having few glasses of wine / beer but we are no big party animals, we don't say absolute "no" to occasional parites though! We both like doing sports several times per week. Most of our time in Sydney we will be studying, working and traveling. We would love to stay with friendly people who are respectful and open minded :) We are still in the CR which means we cannot see the apartments / houses in person but we have to believe to what is said on the website. Because of this we would first prefer to find some short-term accommodation (3 weeks - 3 months). Thanks and looking forward to hearing from new housemates! Martina & Tom
