Hi! I am Lorenzo, I am 22 and I am currently studying in a master program called Management of Technology in TU Delft University in The Netherlands. From this July until November, I will be in Sydney to study at the UNSW. For this reason, I am looking for a room close to that university. I really like to spend time with people from different nationalities, so I am up to live with any type of housemates. Moreover, I like to clean and I am a quite orderly. In conclusion, I am Italian and I really like to cook and share. So, I hope that I will have the opportunity to cook some good pasta for you. Sincerely, Lorenzo
I'm 20 and originally from Brisbane but I've been in Sydney since October last year. I've relocated down for uni and work. I'm studying law and economics but currently on a break and starting again in July. I work as a barista and bartender part time. I'm quite laid back and easy, fairly clean and organised. Enjoy going out for dinner and or social drinks and nights out when I can and pretty much anything outdoorsy. Quite a social person and like being out and about. Currently living in Epping and just looking for a change of location and somewhere more closer to the city and or beaches really! Ideally would love to live with people relatively around the same age as myself that are chilled and enjoy similar things!
Hey, Im Georgie and Im a 17 year old who dances and studies full-time + Hi, I'm Rowena (Georgie's mum) helping her find the right flat mate.. I moved to Sydney from the country at the beginning of last year to pursue my dance passion. I am very busy dancing 6 days a week, I like to keep my home life super chill. I am very independant and not much of a partier (due to my schedule) but I enjoy going out and exploring Sydney and wouldn't mind a meal and a chat with my future housemate. Coming from the country, I also love all animals, dogs, cats ect.
I am looking for a 2 bedroom plus that I have the space for my son (who is with me half the time) I am looking for a place to live comfortably and feel safe and secure. I am looking for garden space or balcony / outdoor space and privacy, that I can create a home for both of us.
Hi, I'm Cristiano! You can call me Cris! ;-) I'm 39 year old and arrived in Sydney last May! I'm a brazilian architect. I'm here to study and improve my english and look for a part-time job. My interests consist in learn about the australian culture and habits. I can cook, but I'm not a masterchief (I can do the basic for survive, hahaha). I love culture (music, books, movies). I'm using my free time to study at home and walk around the city. I'm a organized and quiet guy! But I'm always up for a chat and talk about the day and share some experiences with other people. I'm respectful, open-minded and honest. Right now I'm focused on my english course, but not dispense a meeting with friends. In the week days I usually have lunch outside. I don’t have any furniture. Have few food restrictions (not for religious, but health reasons). I don't have pets, but I enjoy cats and dogs!
Both professionals working in the film and TV industry. Currently looking for a large bedroom (preferably with own ensuite). Gregarious and considerate housemates, we both work long hours but love to share a bottle of red and have a laugh at the end of the day.
Hello my dudes! My name is Brooke, and I am a 20 year old female! I moved from Queensland at the beginning of the year and have been living with my sister since. I'm looking to move out, preferably with some groovy people! Haha. I am super tidy, and a very chilled out person. On weekends I'm usually out on adventures, exploring the city. I work all day monday-friday and get home quite late at night. I can cook a mean spaghetti bolognaise, and well, I'm hilarious. Hit me up if you have anything suitable! Cheers guys, "An absolute delight to live with, don't leave me." - sister
I am 28 from the uk and I'm looking for a place to live as I live in a house share at the moment but I'm looking for somewhere a bit better, somewhere that will feel more like a home as my company are now sponsoring me to stay. For work I am a joiner. I am very easy to get along with, wether it's Boys or girls. I'm very tidy and tend to be out the house a lot either working, going the gym or socialising but would love to make new friends
I'm pretty quiet, keep to myself but like a good chat. Not into the party scene at all and don't want a party house whatsoever. I am super clean, into fitness but on the contrary like to veg out and binge watch series on T.V. Looking for someone who wants a sanctuary in which to live. I'd prefer new apartments or newish as with the older ones I've lived in you can always hear everything from the people living above and below you as it is with timber flooring. :)
Hi, I am looking for a single bed in a single room, or a share room, with one more person only. I am very respectful and tidy person. I would like to find a place close to Cenntenial Park, I love to excersice outdoors, and I believe is quite a center location. I work as a casual in Sales and Hospitality and I study during the week aswell. Any other question, please contact me. Thanks! Maribel M.
I am a full time student at UNSW, in my research year. I prefer to live alone. I'm interested in listing for studios or 1 bedroom apartments. I am currently renting a granny flat in Ryde, however Landlord plans to demolish property this year. I will need to move by the end of May.
I am looking to move to Sydney by the end of April and am eager to meet new people! I am clean, active and I love outdoor adventures, theatre and Jesus so much! Look forward to hearing from you soon :)
Hi there! First time moving out so looking forward to finding people I can share a 2-3 bedroom place with. A private room is a must with an ensuite/ own bathroom but happy with a shared bathroom too. I am a clean freak, bubbly personality, work in Chatswood in the health profession and intend on studying my Masters in International Public Health in the next 6-12 months. Love cooking, baking, netflix binges, having girls night in with wine and good food. Also enjoy alone time so personal space is important to me. I am very respectful, love socialising and also know when to back off and give someone space :) This is why it is very important for me to find like minded people who respect boundaries. I'd love to have a chance at entertaining friends and family for dinner or movie nights in from time to time. I'd definitely discuss this with housemates and provide enough notice of course as I am very considerate of others needs. It is very important that we keep our house clean and tidy and I would prefer to find a place with wooden floors (allergy to carpets and dust). I am very flexible so if theres a right fit with housemates, location and type of accomodation, I am willing to compromise. Happy to purchase things needed for the house. If you have any questions, I'm happy to answer them :) I also don't need to move out just as yet but thought it would be best to start my search well in advance to find the right fit! Looking forward to meeting my future housemate/s! :)
Pursuing my master thesis project in biology in Sydney. I'm from Germany but have Chinese roots. I have lived the past 5 years in flatshares, so I know to value a good atmosphere. I like it clean and tidy (I really do), and also contribute my part to it. I'm easy to talk to and enjoy a walk in a park or by the ocean. I recently started meditation and do some reading into Buddhism philosophy. I work long hours and cherish a relaxed time at home. Looking for a quiet environment where housemates don't mind a chat but respect each others privacy. Let's meet and see if we're a match!
Hi there! I am the positive vibe in your house :) I love getting to know my housemates and telling stories of some of the weirder things I have encountered in my life haha I am a 26 year old Lighting Designer for Theatre and Events. I get to experience lots of interesting things in my work, and light is my passion :) I am clean and tidy, and always respectful of the house. Whether it be the items in the house or the housemates themselves, I treat everything as if it were gold! I have lived in many share houses before, and am easily able to find my place within an established household. Just meet me and I am sure we will get along. I love people, and I love meeting new ones!
Hi ! I am currently looking for a room to rent in the eastern suburbs. I am after somewhere i can call home (not into party houses) . I work at a florist 3-5 days and do my own floral styling and Interior design work on the side. So if you are a flower lover than i am your perfect housemate ! I live a very quiet lifestyle, however don't mind having a few wines over the weekend and the occasional night out.
Hi, I'm Jack. Originally from the UK I've just returned to Sydney to live here for the second time in my life. I had been happily living in Bristol until my old company insisted I come back to the sunshine and be overpaid to work on solar power technology and I couldn't find any excuses not to :) I've been house sharing for...17 years now? So am pretty well schooled in all this business. I'm sociable, clean, tidy, respectful, and financially secure. Basically no aggro. Only thing I struggle with are extremely messy or extremely/OCD clean types, but anything is between works! Most evenings are quiet - I go to the gym 3 nights a week so am home late. Work 9-6 generally. I've got some friends and family in Sydney so will be out and about a bit, but would also like a house with social flatmates as I'm sociable and would like to meet more people (my social network has narrowed being away for 5 years!). I like swimming, running (OK - not always), cooking, badminton, beaching, travel, coffee and milkshakes and generally exploring. Would be great if you fancied going on road trips every now and then but no obligation :) My office is in Surry Hills so ideally looking for easy commute/cycle - basically somewhere between Surry Hills and Bondi Junction. But consider Inner West too. I'm looking for a social house, that's well looked after and has some character. Please get in touch if I sound suitable :-)
We are couple from the Czech republic. I am working full time and Marie is a student and working part time. We are quite, non smoking, no party people. We enjoy road trips, music, movies, cultural events.
I am looking for a granny flat/one bedroom unit/one bedroom studio for me and my older cat. Alternatively I am looking for a team up. Or I am also looking for a room in a sharehouse, no more than $200 a week and must include all bills. Thank you! :)
We have been travelling around SE Asia for 3 months and have just arrived in Sydney. We are a British couple ages 27 and 32. Sarah is a marketing professional and Alex is a professional poker player and property developer. We are big foodies - love going to cool restaurants, bars and cooking at home. We love music and are super tidy!
I'm a 20 year old working animation professional, starting a 6-month contract on April 10th at Fox Studios. My hobbies include film-making and animation, with many large-scale collaborations on YouTube. I don't smoke or drink (excessively), but am easy going, quiet, creative, tidy and friendly.
We are a very quiet couple from Uruguay. Myself and my girlfriend gonna start work in the stable (Randwick) on May 15 (in early hours of the mornings). We need to rent from May 12 to July 3 (maybe July 10). We are look foward to hearing from you!
I like to live in a Clean space, like to cook and keep active during the week. I enjoy having the odd dinner and catch up with a housemate
Hey potential housemates 🤘🏼 I am looking for a room in Syd with some awesome housemates! I am a young (25) Aussie male, moving from Melbourne to Syd for a project management role in the CBD. I am clean and tidy. Easy to get along with. Enjoy the outdoors, I will try and venture somewhere most weekends and explore, but I also don't mind a night in. Not a massive drinker but I don't mind a cool bev on a weekend and causal drop during the week. Enjoy cooking but no chief. Enjoy a good chat. Currently learning to surf 🏄🏼 Matt
Will & Ella are a fun couple in their mid 20s who have just returned from a year abroad travelling. During the week we tend to lay pretty low but enjoy an active lifestyle. We are both tidy and clean people without being over the top. On the weekends we like to get out and about, socialise, go to the beach, enjoy a beer at the pub or go out for dinner. We would like to live with likeminded people who don't mind a bit of banter and a good dad joke.
Hey, I'm Will. I've just moved from London to Oz and I'm looking for a place to live in Sydney. I've got a full time job starting at the end of the month. I'm easy going, sociable, neat & tidy. I like music, food, films and travelling. Pretty outdoorsy - coming from the UK I'm looking to spend as much time as possible in the sun! Can cook pretty well and would be happy to share food.
Hey! Two friends looking or someone to team up with in the Eastern Suburbs. We are both easy going people who love a bit of banter over a wine or two. We enjoy a night out, but prefer a Netflix binge and a cheese platter at home. We both work and are pretty busy during the week and like to get out on weekend. We're hoping to find someone like minded who we can be friends with and hang out rather than a stranger in the house.. Can't wait to meet our new roomie :)
I'm a friendly, busy person who is a clean and tidy, mostly quiet housemate. I'm studying full-time and working the rest of the time, both design/creative related. In what little time I have left, I like to read, go to the pub with friends, do yoga, go for walks, see shows and movies, swim at the beach in summer, watch telly etc. I love cooking and do often to save money and stay healthy, but I also love burritos :) Looking to live with other busy, mature, happy people in a social home, but not a crazy party house. I am NOT interested in sharing a room or furnished rooms. I have some nice furniture to contribute if there's space.
I'm an event director - (co owner), a film maker, a bike and ebike designer. I practice yoga (asana, pranayama and Meditation) every day. When I'm in Sydney, I ride my bike in Centennial Park, Ocean swim at Bronte, and love my life! You can find out much more about me on Chase Sydney and on Vuelo Velo, you can look them up online (add my name). Good thoughts, Marty
I'm a clean and tidy housemate with a pretty high tolerance level. I enjoy a social catchup in the kitchen or over a wine after work when we run into each other, but am also happy to keep to myself if you love your space. Have lived with all sorts over the years, and love the idea of meeting a whole bunch of new acquaintances. I have most of my own things except a bed, so would prefer something furnished. I'm an active person and love getting out and about on weekends and a week night or two. Send me a message if you've got somewhere for me!
I’m from Chile and I’m staying in Sydney for a year. I’m really easy going and adapt well to any situation. I keep my space clean and tidy and I never have problems with people. I’m very outgoing and active. I speak english and spanish. I’m looking for a place where I can have fun, meet new people and be able to call it home.
My family and I have been living in Coogee for the past five years and are now relocating to the UK. My wife and children are going back before me and I am staying on to finish up some work. I am a journalist and will be working, at the office, on a documentary film. I am happy to share food/meals or to do my own thing. I am looking for somewhere clean and tidy with natural light and some space to relax in. I won't be bringing much with me as most of our things will have already been shipped. I will spend my weekends walking, canyoning and climbing and/or reading at the beach or in the garden.
Hi, I am Teodora, 27 years old, from Bulgaria. I am friendly, tidy, like travelling, a good balance between cosy stay at home with a book, movie or a shared dinner and some time out with friends. I don't cook very often but I like to cook and have a glass of wine or two or more when there is somebody to share with. I have a company for weddings and events decoration and I am also working full time at an event centre in the CBD.
Hi potential flatmates! I'm a 24 year old Canadian girl who has been living in Sydney for 10 months. Working full-time at a law firm & typically maintain a very busy lifestyle. I am easy going, fun, social, light hearted, tidy and respectful. Above all, looking to move in with a like-minded group of people who are social, respectful, fun & know how to have good banter. Although I am social and outgoing, also appreciate my alone time, especially after a long day at work. Let me know if this sounds ideal for you/your current living situation.
***ABOUT ME:*** •Hello! My small dog and I are looking for a home. We are looking for housemates who LOVE DOGS! •I'm a 28 years young Sydney-born Full Time 9am-6pm working professional in the photography industry in the CBD. I'm honest, responsible and reliable; I pay all my current existing bills on time and can most definitely pay my future rent/bills on time! •I keep my personal and communal areas clean and tidy e.g. I like to wash my dishes straight away so that I never leave dishes sitting in the sink smelly for days or for others to wash up after me. •I'm friendly, like to hangout/chillout and like to get to know people. At the same time, I'm quiet, shy and like to relax on my own. I'm looking for a place to live where it's quiet, drama-free and not a party house as I love a good night's sleep. •I am respectful of other people and their personal space and property. •During the working week: I like to take my dog for walks, go to the gym and go to bed as early as I can. •On the weekends: I like to treat my dog to the dog beach/park, skateboard and cook my meals for the coming week. •My interests/hobbies: mini outdoor adventures/seaside hikes with my dog, skateboarding, gym, arts and crafts (e.g. film photography, loom knitting, building gundams), going to live music concerts, watching movies/tv shows, boardgames...and so many more! •I'm a non-smoker and am looking to live with other non-smokers only. I don't do drugs and I am not a heavy alcohol drinker. •I am looking to live at a place for longer term (minimum 12 months). •I am looking to live within walking distance to a train station or light rail as I don't drive. •I would organise my own food as I cook fresh meat and vegetables for my dog as well. I would most likely cook my week's worth of food on the weekend then freeze it so I don't have to cook during the working week. ***ABOUT MY DOG:*** •My dog is a 6 years young male Chihuahua. •He is doggy door toilet trained, desexed, vaccinated and microchipped. •He is a clean indoor dog and sleeps on my bed. It would be ideal for him to have access to indoors and outdoors when I'm not home so he can go to the toilet outside and sleep inside. I have a removable doggy door panel which is simply a vertical panel of glass with a doggy door at the bottom which slots in next to a sliding door. •He loves people but needs time to warm up to them, so he is shy and nervous initially. •He is friendly and playful with other small dogs. He hasn't lived with another dog before, but I think a dog friend would be good company for him as he doesn't like to be home alone, so we are looking to live with another small dog. •He does bark when someone leaves or enters the home, but only for about 30 seconds. He also barks if he sees another dog walking outside from the home window. So we are looking to live with people who are understanding and tolerant of these now-and-again barks. I plan to have him professionally trained to manage this here-and-there barking. •He becomes scared easily if treated badly by someone and may nip to defend himself. So please, we are looking to live with DOG LOVERS ONLY who will show him lots of love, and won't grab him or yell at him aggressively. •I'm looking for housemates who wouldn't mind feeding my dog once in a while when I stay out past dinner time if I'm out at a music concert or doing something at night. Of course I'd be more than happy to doggysit my flatmates's pets if they'd wish :) •His interests/hobbies: loves going for walks especially by the ocean, playing catch with tennis balls and following me everywhere around the home. •Sorry, he is not cat friendly. ***ABOUT MY FISH:*** •The only piece of 'furniture' I would be bringing to the communal part of the house is my 17 years young fish and his 90 litre fish tank. •It would be ideal to have the tank in a communal area as he likes to watch people walk past and he swims after them. It would be fantastic to place the fish tank close to a sink for easier changing of water.
We are a couple with two sweet girls 3 and 5 years old. We work in Quality Assurance area. We are social, friendly, polite and tidy. We will treat the house as our house, clean and in order. We like outdoor activities with our children and reading the books. We are looking for accommodation for 6 monthes or more from 23th of April in suburbs 30 km around the City Center of Sydney.
