Hey roomie! Bit about me... I'm a bit of a nomad. Been skipping all over the world for the last 11 years and not sure if i'll ever be able to stop. In Melbourne now but moving to Sydney on the 29th for work. Into many activities including: coffee, fried chicken, quiz night, exploring cities, hiking mountains, 8 ball, darts, games of all sorts, reading, movies, all the sports, interesting conversations, learning, being proven wrong, cooking delicious meals, cooking shitty meals and lots lots more. Beer, vino and whiskey are things I should stay away from, but do not. Love trash day and paying rent on time. Keeping the kitchen clean is a passion of mine, not in an anal type of way, but yeah. Generally have my shit in order. Been playing the renting game for a long time and get along with just about anyone. Mark x
Hi My Name is Mitch. I am 24 currently living in Brisbane but currently in the transition of a transfer to Sydney. I neat ,friendly and bit of an ocd person. Love a chilled night at home but also don't mind going out.
I am a 30 year old girl looking for another female of any age (preferably older) to share a lovely place with in the eastern suburbs. I have lived in Paddington for many, many years and have never really known any other location... I teach Pilates and Ballet at different locations and the eastern suburbs is the most convenient for me to get to my classes in the mornings and the evenings, hence why staying in the vicinity of Woollahra, Moore Park, Edgecliff etc is very important. Cleanliness and tidiness in the house is important to me and I am also peaceful and quiet. Please let me know. Sincerely, Dominique Rainger

Hi, I’m a 29 year old professional working full time as a clinical psychologist with adolescents and families. I’m clean, respectful and want to find housemates that are keen to get to know each other but also respect each others space. Weekdays are generally very busy, so I keep things low key but enjoy socialising, getting out and being active during the weekends. I’m ideally looking for people (individuals or couple) who are keen to team up to find a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom place ~2km from central. Moving in date is flexible - Late July/early august really.
Hi, I'm Cristiano! You can call me Cris! ;-) I'm 39 year old and arrived in Sydney last May! I'm a brazilian architect. I'm here to study and improve my english and look for a part-time job. My interests consist in learn about the australian culture and habits. I can cook, but I'm not a masterchief (I can do the basic for survive, hahaha). I love culture (music, books, movies). I'm using my free time to study at home and walk around the city. I'm a organized and quiet guy! But I'm always up for a chat and talk about the day and share some experiences with other people. I'm respectful, open-minded and honest. Right now I'm focused on my english course, but not dispense a meeting with friends. In the week days I usually have lunch outside. I don’t have any furniture. Have few food restrictions (not for religious, but health reasons). I don't have pets, but I enjoy cats and dogs!
My name is Emma, I am a 21-year-old student studying Sports Management. I have a 3-year-old Chihuahua named Pepe who lives with me. I work part-time in Randwick and is looking for somewhere in the Eastern Suburbs. I am a fairly relaxed person who is out most of the week either at work or at my internship. I enjoy my sport (especially AFL) and going out when I'm free. I enjoy the company of others but also like my alone time especially throughout the uni semester. Pepe is an indoor dog who is 100% house trained. When I am not home he is happy to snuggle up to you so liking dogs is a must. He is fine on his own or with cats. He must be an only dog - apologies! I prefer to live in an all-female household with my own private room. I have my own furniture for my room so would prefer unfurnished. Looking to move ASAP so please contact me. I'd love to hear from you!
I am independent and mature: 55+ Up for a chat but very respectful of others space. I work as a clinical nutritionist currently updating my qualifications to naturopathy. Hi! I am Lorenzo, I am 22 and I am currently studying in a master program called Management of Technology in TU Delft University in The Netherlands. From this July until November, I will be in Sydney to study at the UNSW. For this reason, I am looking for a room close to that university. I really like to spend time with people from different nationalities, so I am up to live with any type of housemates. Moreover, I like to clean and I am a quite orderly. In conclusion, I am Italian and I really like to cook and share. So, I hope that I will have the opportunity to cook some good pasta for you. Sincerely, Lorenzo
Hi, I'm Jack. Originally from the UK I've just returned to Sydney to live here for the second time in my life. I had been happily living in Bristol until my old company insisted I come back to the sunshine and be overpaid to work on solar power technology and I couldn't find any excuses not to :) I've been house sharing for...17 years now? So am pretty well schooled in all this business. I'm sociable, clean, tidy, respectful, and financially secure. Basically no aggro. Only thing I struggle with are extremely messy or extremely/OCD clean types, but anything is between works! Most evenings are quiet - I go to the gym 3 nights a week so am home late. Work 9-6 generally. I've got some friends and family in Sydney so will be out and about a bit, but would also like a house with social flatmates as I'm sociable and would like to meet more people (my social network has narrowed being away for 5 years!). I like swimming, running (OK - not always), cooking, badminton, beaching, travel, coffee and milkshakes and generally exploring. Would be great if you fancied going on road trips every now and then but no obligation :) My office is in Surry Hills so ideally looking for easy commute/cycle - basically somewhere between Surry Hills and Bondi Junction. But consider Inner West too. I'm looking for a social house, that's well looked after and has some character. Please get in touch if I sound suitable :-)
We're a German couple on a world trip. We'll work in Sydney from 19.06. until 19.11.2017. Each of us in his profession: Dario as a chef and Elizabeth as an architect. We're very tidy, easy going and dont smoke ;) We like hiking, biking, kayaking, paragliding, skiing, snorkel, diving, juggling, cook and bake, love all kinds of art, board games and many other things. Looking forward to meet you ;-) Cheers Elisabeth & Dario
Hi! I'm moving to Sydney from Perth to study a 6 month course in film and acting. I would like my own little studio or flat that I can rent over that time. I'm very neat and organised, don't make a lot of nice and have absolutely no issue with animals, in fact at home with my parents I have 4 birds, 3 dogs, 3 cats and a rabbit. I'm not going to lie and say I have a job but I'm hoping to find one while I'm in Sydney but either way I have enough saved to support me for 6 months in Sydney and happy to pay up to even 3 months rent in advance if you're worried I can't. Send me a message if you have a place I can rent or any questions about myself. Thanks!
Hi There! I am a young professional who is very respectful of personal space. I enjoy socialising too. I am very clean and tidy. My mum who lives in Adelaide will be visiting me occasionally so I am looking for a place that will be able to accomodate my mum staying over for a couple of days from time to time.
Hej! We are Riina and David, Finnish-Australian couple living in Sydney. We both are working and doing our master's remotely. When I'm in Sydney, I ride my bike in Centennial Park, Ocean swim at Bronte, and love my life! You can find out much more about me on Chase Sydney and on Vuelo Velo, you can look them up online (add my name). Good thoughts, Marty
Hi, I’m Kirsty. I’m 28 and work full time in the training industry, occasionally working from home. I enjoy socialising and catching up with friends but for some downtime I like to be a couch potato watching movies and listening to music. Love a glass of wine and a chat at the end of the day. To keep somewhat healthy, I like to walk and usually walk to work 2-3 days a week. I’m not much of a cook, but I make a mean chilli, prawn linguine!
I like to live in a Clean space, like to cook and keep active during the week. I enjoy having the odd dinner and catch up with a housemate
I`m from Germany and will come to Sydney to study for one semester. I´m open-minded and easygoing and plan on making the most of my stay. I consider myself a responsible and relatively calm person but also, I like experiencing new things. At the moment, I do dancing, archery and a little thai chi as a hobby. Also, I love to read, swimming and art. I think I´ll maybe try out surfing when in Australia. But most of all, I plan on meeting new people and get to know Australia. I already have experience in sharing a room or a flat so I´m used to compromising and respecting the wishes of people living with me.
From the coast in Vic however just received an offer to work up in Sydney starting on the 26th. Hoping to find some accommodation in a nice area and with a friendly person/people to live with. I love keeping fit and also love sport, mainly AFL, Tennis and Cricket. Love to play/watch these or any other sport. In my free time I'm usually like to be doing something active or getting out and about, especially at the beach. For the first few weeks moving up to Melb will also be spent exploring and learning Sydney. Also don't mind spending more quiet time at home though watching Netflix.
***ABOUT ME:*** •Hello! My small dog and I are looking for a home. We are looking for housemates who LOVE DOGS! •I'm a 28 years young Sydney-born Full Time 9am-6pm working professional in the photography industry in the CBD. I'm honest, responsible and reliable; I pay all my current existing bills on time and can most definitely pay my future rent/bills on time! •I keep my personal and communal areas clean and tidy e.g. I like to wash my dishes straight away so that I never leave dishes sitting in the sink smelly for days or for others to wash up after me. •I'm friendly, like to hangout/chillout and like to get to know people. At the same time, I'm quiet, shy and like to relax on my own. I'm looking for a place to live where it's quiet, drama-free and not a party house as I love a good night's sleep. •I am respectful of other people and their personal space and property. •During the working week: I like to take my dog for walks, go to the gym and go to bed as early as I can. •On the weekends: I like to treat my dog to the dog beach/park, skateboard and cook my meals for the coming week. •My interests/hobbies: mini outdoor adventures/seaside hikes with my dog, skateboarding, gym, arts and crafts (e.g. film photography, loom knitting, building gundams), going to live music concerts, watching movies/tv shows, boardgames...and so many more! •I'm a non-smoker and am looking to live with other non-smokers only. I don't do drugs and I am not a heavy alcohol drinker. •I am looking to live at a place for longer term (minimum 12 months). •I am looking to live within walking distance to a train station or light rail as I don't drive. •I would organise my own food as I cook fresh meat and vegetables for my dog as well. I would most likely cook my week's worth of food on the weekend then freeze it so I don't have to cook during the working week. ***ABOUT MY DOG:*** •My dog is a 6 years young male Chihuahua. •He is doggy door toilet trained, desexed, vaccinated and microchipped. •He is a clean indoor dog and sleeps on my bed. It would be ideal for him to have access to indoors and outdoors when I'm not home so he can go to the toilet outside and sleep inside. I have a removable doggy door panel which is simply a vertical panel of glass with a doggy door at the bottom which slots in next to a sliding door. •He loves people but needs time to warm up to them, so he is shy and nervous initially. •He is friendly and playful with other small dogs. He hasn't lived with another dog before, but I think a dog friend would be good company for him as he doesn't like to be home alone, so we are looking to live with another small dog. •He does bark when someone leaves or enters the home, but only for about 30 seconds. He also barks if he sees another dog walking outside from the home window. So we are looking to live with people who are understanding and tolerant of these now-and-again barks. I plan to have him professionally trained to manage this here-and-there barking. •He becomes scared easily if treated badly by someone and may nip to defend himself. So please, we are looking to live with DOG LOVERS ONLY who will show him lots of love, and won't grab him or yell at him aggressively. •I'm looking for housemates who wouldn't mind feeding my dog once in a while when I stay out past dinner time if I'm out at a music concert or doing something at night. Of course I'd be more than happy to doggysit my flatmates's pets if they'd wish :) •His interests/hobbies: loves going for walks especially by the ocean, playing catch with tennis balls and following me everywhere around the home. •Sorry, he is not cat friendly. ***ABOUT MY FISH:*** •The only piece of 'furniture' I would be bringing to the communal part of the house is my 17 years young fish and his 90 litre fish tank. •It would be ideal to have the tank in a communal area as he likes to watch people walk past and he swims after them. It would be fantastic to place the fish tank close to a sink for easier changing of water.
Hello possible future flatmates, My name is Bree, short for Brianna and I am currently on the hunt for a new private room in the Inner Eastern Suburbs. I am currently studying Design in Paddington, and working part time in Bondi Junction. I enjoy cooking at home most nights, and am generally pretty quiet, although I do enjoy a good chat at night, as well as a good boogie out with friends on a night out. I am also a very clean person, making sure I clean up after myself in communal areas. Ideally Im looking to move into a share house with some other groovy young people during or at the end of semester 2 (November), just starting to look around early.
Hi I'm a 26 year old nurse looking for a male or female working professional to start a share house with. I have recently moved back to Sydney (my home) for a new job after 2.5 years in the Central Coast. I live a healthy lifestyle, non-smoker, and like a good balance between socialising with friends and time to myself. Living in a clean and tidy environment is important to me; and whilst I don't expect the place to always look like the Shangri-La hotel, I do like to feel proud of the home I live in. I'd love to find another like-minded person to share a 2 bedroom flat with, or possibly start a 3 bedroom share house in a spacious townhouse with an outdoor area. Someone with good taste in music, wine, and netflix shows is an added bonus! Hope to hear from you soon. Natalia
I'm female, 32 years old. I work full time in Sydney, at least for the next 4 weeks until I move to the South of France! I'm extremely athletic (running, cycling, swimming, pilates and boxing. I'm very passionate about food, and live a pretty healthy lifestyle (I studied biochemistry in University and Ayurvedic medicine in India), though I do have a weakness for sweets, wine, burgers, and, when it suits, I love a good night out with friends. I'm very clean and organized and love my surroundings to be the same as well as warm, comfortable, and with character. I love music (I'm a classically trained vocalist), culture, and pretty much anything else that adds a little something positive to my life! I'm straight forward, down to earth, honest, have a good sense of humour, and I'm generally just a happy person. I love to meet interesting people with something of substance to say and/or a story to tell. I'm looking for a place to call home until I leave because my lease has run out and I have decided to leave for France a little later than anticipated. I'd love to hear from you if you have a place that you think would suit!
Hi I'm Roland and moved to Sydney 1 year ago. I'm easy going, tidy and love to hang out with friends, go to the gym or just for a run in centennial park.
We are Aussie sisters from Sydney looking for a place with 2 spare rooms (i.e. one room each, not a share room) or someone to share a 3 bedroom place with. Looking to live somewhere close to the city. Happy to live with a girl or guy - just someone friendly and easy going like us!! We both work full time - I work as a Content Marketing Manager at an online education consultancy based in Barangaroo, and Georgia works at the Federal Court in Martin Place. We're both active, healthy, easy going, social people. Equally happy staying in for chilled movie nights with wine or going out for drinks/good food/banter and just generally enjoying life! Georgia cooks (and bakes) really well - I definitely don't, but am awesome at making salads and avocado dip!! Georgia is also a vegetarian, which I'm definitely not!
Hi! I'm a 36 y.o. originally from Sydney (I grew up in Randwick) but have just returned after a long stint living and working in the UK. My Scottish girlfriend will be joining me here soon and we need a nice STUDIO or 1 BEDROOM flat (NOT A FLAT SHARE) to stay for approx. 6 months from the end of July/early August. We are both easy going, low key and tidy non-smoking people with no pets. If you think there may be a fit, please let me know when suits best for a viewing. Damien and Pam
Hi everyone! I'm a 24 yo Frenchy coming soon to Sydney. I will start my full-time PhD at UNSW in engineering, so I'm looking for an accommodation from MID-JULY. I'm looking for a private room, with preferably a private bathroom (or no more than 2 persons sharing it), walking or biking distance from UNSW. I'm a really easy-going person and I'm really open-minded. I already spend 6 months in Australia and I really enjoyed the Aussi's mind! I enjoy having people at home for dinner for example and going out for drinks, but I'm not a crazy party girls going out every nights and I still have a lot of chilled or working evenings. I appreciate knowing my flatmates and sharing moments with them, so I would like to correspond or Skype before taking any decisions. Don't hesitate to contact me if you have anything ! :) See ya !
