I’m 26 and originally from New Zealand, looking for a social flat house in the eastern suburbs with other young professionals, somewhere people actually enjoy hanging out rather than just sharing bills. I’m aiming to move in around late January but can be flexible to move sooner or slightly later, with a budget of $400–$500 per week. I’m social and usually out with friends, at the beach, or playing sports like squash and golf, and I enjoy a casual drink on a sunny day and trying new food spots.

At home I’m tidy, organised, easy to live with, and pretty routine driven (exercise, cooking, repeat). I work full-time as an engineering consultant and am looking to find a long-term place with like-minded housemates
