Hii !! My name is Maria, I’m a 26 year old master student looking for a room in a share-house in the eastern suburbs or surry/darlinghurst area 🩵 I moved to Sydney in 2021 from Adelaide and have five years of rental history.

I will likely be out of the house a lot during the semester, but do love to socialise and would love to become close friends with my housemates! I’m tidy, chilled, and enjoy being outside.

I Would prefer something long term (6m to a year) and budget is around $400pw. Would also prefer an all girl house but not closed off to other options 😊
