Going overseas for a long holiday looking forward to save some money, am up for parties and equally love some quite time.
Hi there, we are a young couple just starting out and trying to find somewhere to live, we are pretty much from all over the place from deception bay down to the gap, we would prefer to have a granny flat or something were we can be alone and have some peaceful time together. We have tried shared houses with friends but it didn't work out as there was too much stress with them, so we would like something for just us so we can be stress free and be happy as we have been trying to do, but we are happy to share a house as long we can have our part of the house too ourselves, we are honest and caring people. We pay our bills always on time, we are quiet and easy going. We have 2 cats and a bird's, the cats have an outside enclosure so you don't have to deal with them being inside all the time and they are very loving, my partners bird loves females as he is a male alexandrine he is a beautiful and loving bird on his good days. We are on Centrelink but I am studying aged care and I'll be doingwork exp and since aged care needs more workers I'll hopefully get a job so we will have more income coming in and I'll happily more in rent but for now I would like to just find somewhere to live so I can come home to peacefulness. Please feel free to message me anytime. :)
Hi, my name is Jack. I am a 22 year old part-time business student/part-time worker looking to move into the Ashgrove area. I don’t expect that I would be a pain to live with, I am fairly clean and quiet, however I do spend a lot of my spare time working with my friends as a side-project and so might be coming home later at night, other than that I keep more or less to myself. I am looking for a place that I can move into on the weekend of Nov 18.
I am an IT test engineer works full time near city. I am tidy and calm but enjoy chat with my flat mates every now and then. I work 8-5 in the weekdays and weekends I just relax at home or visit my friends. I don’t drink or smoke and pay bills on time.
Hi! We're Aaron and Harper! 23 year old male (human) and 1 year old female desexed, registered, trained (continuous) black Labrador respectfully. We're looking for a sharehouse or our own townhouse, granny flat, studio etc within 10-20 minutes from Taringa... (near Indooroopilly). North or Southside it doesn't matter as long as its pet friendly with some grass in the backyard for Harper as she likes lazying around in the sun! We would prefer unfurnished but beggars can't be choosers, our max budget is $400 per week, if utilities are included that's a bonus however not necessary. Harper is a loveable dog, being a Labrador she loves getting out and being active, but will also enjoy a long cuddle when the mood sets. When not working, we're probably on the coast at a local beach, or exploring new places around Brisbane, GC, sunnycoast etc so you might not even see us too much! Oh and tagging along is perfectly fine too, especially if you've got a pooch as Harper just loves other dogs/animals. We wouldn't mind a sharehouse with like minded flat mates where possible friendships can be formed - as who wouldn't want to be friends with the people they live with! We're also interested in teaming up and starting a new sharehouse too! We're looking at a move date around mid December or early January or flexiable with dates in between/ after, were not in the biggest rush as of yet just trying to secure a place early 🙂. Can pay 4 weeks bond and 2 weeks rent in advance and provide proof of savings etc etc if required. Just shoot through a PM if you know of anything, TIA appreciate it 😊
Hi there me and my partner have been together for 4 years and we have just moved to Brisbane in the last week. We are looking for a flat of like minded people. We are both responsible and friendly. We would like to move to a clean house preferably with another couple. We cook dinner most nights so a good sized kitchen would be ideal. We are happy to find a place together. If possible we would like a large sized room with an ensuite however we are open to other options. We are still in the process of looking for full time employment however will be getting a new job in the next week or so. We would prefer a house that isn't too rowdy. As we will be working during the week, however we do like a glass of wine or 2 on the weekend. I will be an electrician and my partner Emily is hoping to get a chemistry related job in the City. We are open to moving anywhere as long as it is close to the gym/pool and other facilities and within reasonable distance to the city.
Received a job opportunity to work in Brissy. Hoping to find some great people to live with. :) I am easy going, friendly but will also respect privacy and space. Movie night is always a good time for me - Just being able to chill and relax on the weekends.
Im as nice as they come, respectful, easy to get along with. I work most of the time and if not im always out doing something, so you might not see me a huge amount anyway.
Hi I'm Phoebe! I'm 27. I would say I'm a friendly, creative & easy going person. I'm looking for a great new house (hopefully in a leafy suburb or street) with like minded friendly housemates who don't mind a laugh now & then. Sometimes I like my own space but most of the time I'm down to socialise! I'm tidy & respectful & have lived in share houses for 6 years now, so I know how it all works ;) Things I love in no particular order: music, food, animals, nature, photography, random adventures & YouTube marathons (don't judge me). The end.
Hi, I'm looking for a place to live due to aquiring a new job in Brisbane. I'm a considerate, clean, respectful person and expect to move with person/people of these same values. I have a small dog, so need a place that is pet friendly and safe for my furbaby when I'm on shift. Cheers.
I am a rather chilled out and easy going individual. I love music and food and consider myself to be quite an independent girl. I work full time in the city and enjoy hitting the gym after work.
Hi :) Our names are Ruthie (Human) and Domino (Doggo). We are friendly, tidy people who love a good catch up over wine and cheese but also really enjoy our personal space at times as well. Domino is a certified, trained Houdini dog and therefore needs a big, tall fence however that is her only demand. Ruthie would really love a nice big room for those weekends when she is confined to said room marking compositions and performances (music teacher of human teenagers) while occasionally squealing in frustration at her computer (technology is not my ally) but is actually pretty flexible on most things. We love Netflix/Stan marathons, cooking new and exciting recipes, trips to Kedron Brook Floodway, hiking, road trips and random new hobby learning. Also, Domino is an Inside/Outside doggo. We are looking forward to meeting you :)
I’m a very clean and respectful person, also very easy going. I have a 1 year old border collie that might visit on weekends, he is a very lovely natures dog and well trained. I work as an electrician and spend a lot of time at work because I’m currently saving for travel next year.
Hi there, My family and I are emigrating to Australia and arrive on the 26th December. We are looking for an affordable place to stay for a couple of weeks while we sort out a place to rent long term. We finally wish to settle in Bellbowrie but anywhere in and around Brisbane will be OK for our temporary stay. We have four children, age 16 (girl) then 14, 9 and 4 (three boys). We are an adventurous family and don't mind squashing on somewhere as most of our days we'll be out and about anyway. Hope to hear from you soon!!
Hey I am looking for a few friendly, respectful and working/studying people to team up to rent a sharehouse or join existing lease. About me: I am working full time in as a programmer and studying at UQ (IT, PHD), so it would be nice to team up with some students or professionals. I am a hard worker, but don't mind to socialise from time to time. I don't smoke and hardly ever (once-twice per year) drink alcohol. I am a clean, reliable, easy going person and respect others' privacy. I enjoy hiking and bush-walking as well as conversations with a cup of tea :-) Feel free to contact me if you keen to team up or have a spare room.
New to Brisbane for work, down to earth and easy to get along with. Tolerant, clean and respectful of privacy. I'm a single male and a (respectful) smoker.
Hi, I am an 18 year old girl who is full time student at UQ and who does freelance modelling (some paid) plus has several scholarships as income. I am not seeking a "party house", but one that would be friendly and give space when necessary. I would happily contribute to chores and am a pretty clean person. I like going out, but also spend a lot of my time studying and some time just relaxing with Netflix or gaming (in my own room if necessary). The one requirement I have is that I may have my boyfriend stay over 1 or 2 nights per week and would like to have my mother visit occasionally. Please message me if interested!
We are two German boys, both aged 19, taking a gap year before starting uni sometime next year. We're both working full-time at the moment and intend to stay until February, saving money to be able to travel NZ, South East Asia and Hong Kong after our stay in Australia. We are both independant, reliable, tidy and easy to get along and hang out with. -Sebastian & François
A happy go lucky person. I am moving to Brisbane and will be totally new to the environment. My office is located in George street so anything in the radius of 8-10 kms would really be nice for me. I enjoy being social but also love my alone time and will respect your space and looking for friendly people. I am up for any suburb as long as it’s like 10-15 minutes from the city or there’s public transport close by. Not really looking for big share house. Looking for private room with own bathroom. Feel free to contact me.
Relaxed, easy going but clean and respectful. I love my home to be a sanctuary that has a zen natural feel to it. I like big windows, lots of light and lots of trees surrounding with birds and wildlife. I work in health and wellness with women and love my job and my life. I love going to work and am a positive happy person who make the most of this life. I am quiet and like my own space and just kicking back in the nature with a good view and a glass of wine and a good chat. I am also social and have a great group of friends who go dancing, and love cooking and good conversation with down to earth people about real life stuff and not much into small talk about the weather or what your dog did ;) NO politics hahaha. I don't watch TV much but love a good movie every now and then, so don't keep up with mainstream news and cannot really stand to listen to the TV On loud vol. I am working on my own business and love to be creative. Im sorry I might be sounding fussy but rather not waste my time looking to live with the wrong people. I am looking to move anytime from now to feb next year. Please do not send messages unless it's a reply to mine or sorry if I do not reply on that case. Many thanks, chelsea
Three easy going, open minded girls who love a laugh and an all round good time. Looking for a fourth member to make a house a home. Cleaning up after yourself is the only rule along with not being afraid having a few drinks or ten on a weekend. We are looking for someone laid back to compliment our already chill lifestyle. We are busy with jobs and uni and everything else life throws at you so we want our home to be our calm, safe haven :) looking for somewhere roughly $100-$140 each per week and looking to move January! if this sounds like you swing a message, would love to hear from you :)
