Hey Potential housemates. I'm looking to either move into an existing place or team up with someone to start fresh around the 16th-24th Jan (or earlier). I'm 34 years old and work full time in an Architecture Studio in the Valley I like to get out and about on the weekends, either mountain biking or away on adventures camping etc. Always up for a wine and chat after work but very much respectful of everyone's need for their own downtime (myself included).

I'm looking to create a nice home with a like minded person who will contribute to keeping the house well looked after and tidy. I'm looking at inner city suburbs (New Farm, Paddington, West End, Bulimba, Hawthorn, East Bris, Woollongabba etc) Would prefer my own bathroom or ensuite and need a place with a garage space for storage for my bikes, camping gear etc
