Hi I'm Pat and I am working Full Time as Sport Scientist, I like to keep it low key during the weekdays when I am busy with work because of long hour days, but love to socialise, with food and drinks and the occasional social event on the weekends. Looking for a bedroom in a house/apartment with like minded people, who are clean and respectful!
I am very easy going, tidy and fair. I always pay my way, and take pride in my living surroundings. I don't smoke nor do I have any pets. I am looking to move to a share house/unit that has ideally one other person, but more than 1 other person may be ok. Ideally the flatmate(s) would be non smokers too as the smell of smoke does not help me with my health (smoking outside does not prevent the odour from permeating the inside areas of the house after the person comes back inside after a smoke). Rent should be no more than $200 per week (excluding bills- under $190 a week would be ideal). I would like to be around a 10 minute walk from a train station and supermarket due to relying solely on Public Transport (having a car is not worth it). I would not like to be further than 20 kms from the CBD. My ideal suburbs are Carnegie, Malvern East, Caulfield and Glen Huntly. Surrounding suburbs are also ok. I need to give 4 weeks notice before I move. Please let me know if this sounds suitable and I can arrange a meet.
Hi I'm Hayden (23) soon to be graduating and moving into full time work as a software developer. I'm pretty goal driven, love to have a laugh and enjoy novelty. I do martial arts most week nights and meet up with friends on the weekend but love a bit of me time too. Looking for good company to share a home with get to know.
I am a friendly, approachable and pleasant female who is currently studying at university. I enjoy photography, reading and trying out new foods. I am looking for a place to stay with people who are respectful, clean and also pleasant :)
I am friendly, reserved, respect privacy and flexible with all situations as long as each one of us is respected and loved.
I'm a mature and responsible male that has recently started a two-year course in entrepreneurship and has taken over a new international sales role with a local exporting company in Mount Waverley. Hence I work + study Mon - Fri from 8am to 6pm. I'm very neat, tidy, respectful and honest and I do keep things/spaces clean and organised. I'm looking for a Studio, Granny or One Bed flat for rent, preferably furnished, that's close to a train/railway/bus station If your your flat meets these conditions, shoot me a message and let's chat to arrange an inspection. Cheers, Chris

Hey there! My name is Kevangeline but nickname is Kay! I am from Los Angeles and have studied abroad at Deakin Uni. I decided what the heck, why not move back on a work holiday visa! Boom...next step find place who have 2 extra rooms, for my friend and I. When I arrive, we plan on doing the search/ inspections etc. Interested anywhere somewhat close to the city, like Northcote or somewhere similar. Like a room that can fit a queen size bed and close to public transportation.
i am okay with the students, and it would be grateful living in friendly environment. It would be great if the house is nearby train railway station.
